I had such a great experience at Pizza Hut! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. My order was taken quickly, and the food came out hot and fresh. The pizza was absolutely perfect — cheesy, flavorful, and cooked just right. You can really tell they care about quality and consistency. Everything tasted amazing, and it honestly made my whole day better. The restaurant was clean, organized, and had a great atmosphere. It’s always nice to go somewhere where you feel appreciated as a customer, and that’s exactly how I felt here. Huge shoutout to the team especially Charles for their awesome service and delicious food.I’ll definitely be coming back soon! 🍕✨

We ordered two different pizzas at 11:13 am on Friday, 1/10/2025. Both pizzas were excellent. When I arrived, my pizza was not quite ready. I was happy it wasn't ready yet. What??? Let me explain. I go overboard with the number of toppings on my pizza. I like EVERYTHING on my pizzas! The two young men working (Gabe and Charlie) were very apologetic for the delay. The reason I didn't mind waiting is that they were making sure my pizza was thoroughly cooked due to the fact I had ordered so many toppings. What a nice change from experiences I have had from other pizza places, often receiving pizza with soggy, partially raw dough. We are new to the Buna area (recently moved from Orange County) and were hesitant to try this Pizza Hut location due to some of their reviews. We're happy we did. We love Pizza Hut pizza and are delighted that our "new" Pizza Hut location did a great job today. I rarely leave poor reviews and leave many positive reviews. If a business I have left a good review for ever performs poorly (with some grace), I will edit or post a new review if I ever have less than acceptable service or food from this location.

I may have had a small issue earlier on in my ordering process, but Mrs Kim and her evening staff made sure I was taken care of!!! The pizza was hot and very tasty and truthfully made me Go in to a food coma OMG! MY EXACT THOUGHT WAS ( I just had a foodgasam)!! From this point forward I will only order a pizza from this Pizza Hut while she is working!!!!! Good job Mrs. Kim!!!! I truly appreciate your work ethic and amazing customer service and appreciation!!! It’s people like you who make food service what it should be!!!!!!

Called and ordered 2 medium pizzas asked for NO JALAPENOS NO MUSHROOMS ON A SUPER SUPREME. Food tastes good, tastes like I expect and is pretty quick tonget it done. The last 3 orders I had from here they had to call and cancel delivery though because they didn't have a driver. That was a huge selling point on why I chose pizza, and why I picked pizza hut. Don't order if you expect it to be delivered.

I placed an order around 7:18ish pm. I didn’t get said order until 8:30 and I live like 7 minutes down the road. I ordered a my hut box with a pizza and boneless wings, a ranch flight, a side of fries and some Alfredo pasta. There’s no sauce in the pasta as you can see the box is literally wet on the bottom from where it spilled out, and a quarter of it is missing. Fries were incredibly soggy by the time we got them. They charged me for the ranch flight but didn’t deliver it. My delivery driver was nice, though. Honestly a waste of money.

THE ENTIRE SET-UP IS FLAWED AT THIS LOCATION!! I PLACED MY ORDER ON THE APP FOR CARRYOUT (AS I ALWAYS DO) AND MADE THE GRAVE MISTAKE OF PRE-PAYING! WHEN MY SON ARRIVED TO PICK-UP MY ORDER, THEY HAD JUST GIVEN IT TO SOMEONE ELSE THAT THEY SAID HAD 'CONFIRMED THE ORDER NAME TWO TIMES'! THAT IS NOT DIFFICULT WHEN THERE IS A SCREEN/MONITOR MOUNTED TO THE WALL FOR EVERYONE TO SEE WITH A CUSTOMER'S NAME, ORDER STATUS AND I THINK IT EVEN SAYS IF IT WAS PRE-PAID!? THE STORE MADE THE ORDER AGAIN IN A PRETTY TIMELY FASHION FOR MY SON BUT THIS SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO HAVE HAPPEN IN THE FIRST PLACE!! WHY ARE WE NOT GIVEN BARCODES THROUGH THE APP THAT HAVE TO BE SCANNED AT THE RESTAURANT FOR PICK-UP OR SOMETHING A LITTLE MORE SECURE THAN HAVING TO CONFIRM A NAME THAT IS DISPLAYED ON A MONITOR ON THE WALL!? I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS INCIDENT AND I KNOW THAT PIZZA HUT COULD DO JUST A LITTLE REFORMATTING TO THEIR APP TO SECURE THEIR CUSTOMERS' ORDERS/FOOD!

I don’t understand how I can order pizza to be delivered but when I call over an hour later (25 minutes after it should have been delivered) they day oh we should have called we don’t have a driver… didn’t make my order, didn’t notify me and completely unapologetic. The absolute only reason this store is in business is because there is not much to choose from in this town. This will be our final attempt to use them. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

I had ordered extra sauce and there was barely any sauce on my pizza. The pizza was not cut through so everyone had to tear pieces off making a huge mess. This isn't the first time my ordered been messed up here.

Great staff, great timing, just the sauce over the years has changed and it always a disappoinment in what we expected it to be. But the staff, speed, quality and cleanliness is always good. The pizza sauce ruins it. Oh okay 9-2-2022 horrible no dough made my Detroit pizza out of bread sticks. It was too much sauce hardly no toppings at all. Cheese sticks were horrible. We took one bite fed it all to the dogs. 20 minute drive for dog food

Poorly run by it’s managment and totally unworthy of the Pizza Hut name. I’ve been a Pizza Hut fan for over 35 years in Houston Texas and have NEVER been given such garbage for a pick-up order. When I returned the two disgusting large pizzas they remade my order - exactly as nasty as the first order. Drove a total of 56 miles for some good ole Pizza Hut only to be treated to a ghetto-level of incompetence. Two weeks ago we ordered a classic pan pizza, really what the Hut franchise is famous for, and it was disgusting too (the grease tasted expired), it was vomit inducing. This place is hazardous to your health. Go find out for yourself.
