Jasper Pizza Hut just recently reopened and they are very busy. The staff was helpful and courteous and did a great job

Great pizza and I have couple other choices in town but I might just order another one tommorow. Fabulous management, crispy thin crust, oh lala. Mouth watering, thank you Cherise Bond.

We ordered the meal with two pizzas, cheese bread and chicken alfredo. It was very good. The dinning room was very clean and the employee professional.

Everytime we have ordered, the service was friendly, and fast. The food has always been what we ordered and never cold! I ahve had delivery as well as pick up.

We ordered thin crust supreme pizza the toppings were fresh it was great. And 2 orders of boneless wings they were delicious.

Pizza was delicious is was hot had lots of.meat and vegetables. The place was clean the employee was very helpful and friendly

Excellent food with all my custom changes. The young lady who delivered it was very nice and it arrived pretty quickly, even though it was very late at night.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. We chose the creamy garlic sauce, original pan meat lovers with the Hut favorite crust, and we were glad we did. It was divine. Highly recommend ! Service was great too.

The manager gave me a free drink when I picked up my order. He knew it was hot outside. It was a nice change compared to all the bad service lately from other vendors. No one wants to work and no one seems to care about there job. Sad

Had a very good experience here. Ordered 2 pizzas and came out pretty quick. Waitress was very helpful and well mannered and helped us with our coupons. We'll be coming back again 😉

Always hot, fresh and on time. Orders are mostly accurate. Every time I order the garlic buttery crust, it's never the garlic buttery crust. I will make this rating a 1-star rating if it happens one more time. Literally the last four times I have ordered I have plain crust. It just annoys me to no end LOL

The last 3 years I've been in Jasper, this particular franchise has been very consistent with exceptional quality product and pleasant customer service. Great job guys!!! As far as the atmosphere, it's Pizza Hut; they keep the flat-screens cleaned and operational. 😉 What else do you want, lol!!!

I ordered pizza online to pick up curbside, which I love to do. I pulled up and let them know I was here. I waited a couple of minutes, not long at all, being they were pretty busy. Then a fella brought it right out to me with a smile. He was so nice. Pizza was fabulous, hot and yummy. Thanks for making my experience a great one pizza hut in Jasper Texas.

This place needs a MAJOR upgrade and has for years. The pizza needs to be cooked longer the middle is always raw. The wings are great probably because they are heat and serve, the manager Brandi is very rude and unprofessional she needs to find another job that she can actually do, or she needs to just go lay down somewhere. The waitresses are amazing for what they have to put up with there. The salad bar is ok if u get there early enough

Loved the food! Great deal online for pizza and pasta. So much food it took me three meals to finish both dishes. They also have a pizza buffet for lunch and dinner. Salad and pizza! A great American staple and at a great price. Staff was very courteous and prompt on taking care of guests eating in and those picking up togo. Facility was very busy so buffet appeared to have fresh food constantly. Good location to enjoy a good flavored meal.

Stopped in to get me some supper. Got a small double pepperoni, double cheese piazza with a cherry Pepsi. It was real good. Cashier was very friendly.

Pizza was average but freshly made to order. Brandi the server was fantastic and the main reason I gave 4 stars. Clean dining room and great service.

Usually good, one waitress and one cook..every table was dirty. Food quality was still great though.

Food was good. Service was some what questionable. I have never liked receiving my tab before I have food gets to the table. Not crowded, just two couples dining in.

Ordered a pizza about 45 mins. Before close and when I got it home it was to raw to eat. We all went to bed hungry. Next day I went in and told the manager.. .he gave us a new pizza.

I usually enjoy the pizza but tonight wasn't great. I ordered the $17.99 deal with 1 large 3 topping pizza and 8 boneless wings. I upgraded to stuffed crust with the hut special flavored crust. My 3 toppings were Italian sausage, and bacon all over and pepperoni on one half. My boneless wings were cajun dry rub. I know it was 7pm on a Friday and they were busy but it wasn't the best. The wings were basically tenders with a little seasoning on them i could hardly taste. The pizza didn't have the hut flavored seasoning on the crust and the sausage and bacon was only on one half instead of all over. Like I said I usually like pizza hut but this time I wasnt that happy.

I was trying to order something as a deal. I was told they had NO deals ..Lies!!! After he told me the price and I paid I waited in my car. While in there I looked at the app and there were deals on everything I had asked about! I'm beyond pissed off. I didn't go say anything because I just got off of a 9 hour shift and was tired! No one had name tags on or I'd be calling the manager and still might. I did get my order swift I'll say that..

Dined in. The pizzas and garlic knots were out in less than 15 minutes and were not burned. My bf felt our thin and crispy pizza didn't have enough cheese, but I thought it was good on cheese. The garlic knots on the other hand, did not have enough cheese on them. The lettuce in the salad bar was almost white, didn't get any and just used spinach. The service was adequate.

The dining area wasn't very clean. The selection of pizza was good. The service received could have been better. There was 1 person working hard serving as a waitress while another person could have helped her, but looked like she was disgruntled about something.

The pizza was on sale for large $5.99 and that what we got a cheap dry priza..Bread sticks were good.

Service was slow, food was extra greasy, the building has a mild and/or mildew problem. We won't be returning.

Pizza was cold when it got here. They only had 1 driver and I got a text saying it was on its way and we got it an hour later

Ordered 3 pizza 1 cheese extra cheese (no cheese in the middle of the pizza) 1 pepperoni extra cheese and extra pepperoni (had little of both not worth the extra $) 1 sausage and pepperoni extra cheese the only one that was right

This location in Jasper Texas was in one word "unfit" .. this place is so unorganized as well as selection is scarce at best... salad bar is less than pleasurable and the buffet is horrendous.... eat at your own risk for the price you pay at this Pizza Hut...

Ive had one lady there be really sweet, otherwise the customer service could use some work. The building looks really old on the inside and a bit dirty. Half the time they do not have delivery. On the flip side, if you're just there for food, they make your normal-quality pizza hut pizzas. We only go here as a last resort for lazy food nights.

There was no drive thru......while waiting in line the employees were complaining about another employee who broke the touch screen register. And took longer than it should have to make sure the prior customer had paid with their rewards points....I have bad knees and having to get out and walk in to get a to go order was bad enough then having to wait for the 3 employees to make sure their pizza was paid for....I would not recommend this place unless their delivery is better.

The service there sucks. After waiting 3 hrs. I mind you still got the wrong pizza. Could never get a refill, and if they would quit talking maybe, just maybe u can be seated, and at a clean table. Never would I recommend! Never!!

Don’t even bother ordering anything after 9:30 for delivery cause they send their drivers home. The guy that closes doesn’t have a good customer service and will hang up on you and won’t say anything about having a good night or anything. I have never had a problem with this place.

We normally order from here twice a month with no issues. However tonight was a different story. We ordered online as usual, 4 pizzas and cinna stix. All 4 pizzas were supposed to have extra sauce but all were dry as could be instead. Three were supposed to have bbq sauce, one with marinara sauce but all four had bbq sauce. The receipt was over $78 worth so it was irritating to say the least that there was that much of a discrepancy in our order. Tried calling to let the manager know what had happened but the phone number on the receipt was not correct so I called after I looked up the correct number. Someone answered right away but put me on hold to get the manager for me. I sat on the phone for over 10 minutes before I hung up since the manager still had not picked up the line....might be awhile before we order from them again....

Things on the menu that they don't serve anymore. Waitress did know a whole lot about her job and I stood at the counter to pay my tab and had 3 people including the manager standing within arm reach for over 3 minutes talking and laughing until I confronted them about how impolite it was. The delivery guy checked me out when he walked through. He was the busiest person there. The phone was ringing off the hook and no one would answer it. I can't see going back for awhile.

We bought an extra large pizza last night (3-31-25) and were very disappointed!!!! When we called to order an extra large supreme pizza, & the man that took our order, did not know if they had extra large pizza & had to go ask someone! Over the past month, on two separate occasions, we ordered a large supreme & they were great. Last nights pizza was NOT GOOD!!!!! It had very very little cheese (if any), on it & we could only taste the pizza sauce, and it had NO sausage!!! I had added onions (that I cooked at home), since our last pizzas, had no onions. The pizza toppings on the pizza we ordered last night, only had some mushrooms, a few pepperonis & green bell peppers!!! The pizza had NO sausage & a small amount of cheese!!! The toppings listed above were very very skimpy!!! On the website, it does not list the of toppings that are on a supreme pizza, so I don’t know if there was any other toppings missing, for a supreme. Pizza’s are not a cheap meal, and the pizza tasted like a frozen pizza!!!! We should have taken it back and got a new one, but when you have to drive to town to pick it up and bring it home and began eating, we discovered that the pizza we received, was not what we were expecting! We should get a refund or a new pizza! SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

We got 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings each and bread. $40. They delivered HOT, which is great. Problem was there was very little marinara sauce, actually I’m not sure there was any in either pizza. Again, delivered hot so that’s a big plus. Unfortunately tasted like cheese and toppings.

No issue with the food but having two employees standing directly in front of the doors smoking and then throwing their butts on the sidewalk is a pretty look. I would rather not walk through your second hand smoke.

Service was great but the food was sub par. The tomatoe sauce was either sour or just plain not good and it was only around the crust not the entire surface like to try to disguise it so lacking in any sauce then the yuk hits ya! Jasper has waited for this to reopen but its definitely not the food we had previously from any Pizza Hut! Please get it right as I crave this stuff regularly

I ordered a pizza when i got it.it was old i called ask the manager Brandi to send me a fresh pizza she said it was fresh i told her it wasn't fresh she said if i keep giving her attitude she would not send a fresh pizza and she doesn't get paid enough to deal with people like me and then hung up then she called back and said she was sending the delivery guy back to pick up the pizza and give me my money back and put me on the no delivery list she should not be a manager if she can not deal with people like me that want fresh pizza not one thats been sitting around

Ordered 30 worth of pizza to be delivered to my house, they said the pizza would be ready and delivered to my house within 30 minutes, i was hungry of course so I was willing to wait on my porch the whole 30 minutes til the pizza came 1 hour passed, I called them back after telling them I haven’t gotten my pizza in over an hour the manager there tells me I did get my pizza that the person who delivered it said he gave it to me and I got it out his hands, and I obviously didn’t, I tell them they gonna have to give me my money back or my pizza I don’t care either one is fine with me I’m hungry getting hangry, I’ve been waiting over an hour for my pizza and she tells me she’s gonna have to talk to her manager she’ll have to call me back, she hangs up, 30 minutes later, I Call back cause again I’m still hungry, and she tells me that she’s still has to get a hold of her manager as if she can’t make any decisions, 30 more minutes pass she tells me I can’t get my pizza but my money has been refunded to me and it will take 1-3 business days 🥲if I’d known that I would be spending my last 30 on some pizza that I will not get I would’ve just got some chicken or something but instead I’m 30 dollars less of money and still hungry

We ordered the pizza online and did contactess so they bring it to the car... Waited 30 min in the car when it said it was ready in 10... Finally get back to hotel less than half a mile.... Pizza is cold when we got it but was like ok we will just heat it up... Couldn't eat pizza the dough under the toppings were gummy and clearly not done...both tired from the day at the lake so the only reason we didnt go back... 20 bucks for a pizza and we only could eat the toppings...pretty sad....take pride in what you do... We were gonna eat at a restaurant but thought pizza sounded good and very disappointed... Frozen pizza from grocery store would have been better

Went there for lunch an the staff looked confused, an had dirt tables. The pizza was gone from the line before they made it back into the kitchen ....an it wasnt that there were hungry hungry hippos it was theybonly,brought 1 pizza at a time. Never going again an never would recomend

their customer service is utter garbage - i ordered a pizza online and then called them to see what is taking so long, they tell me i’ll get my delivery 1.5 hours later and nothing they can do about it. i am barely 10 mins away from the location. 😂

Literally the worst place to eat in jasper, the only times ive went is just to play pac-man. That being said..... the staff got mad at my high score cause they couldn't beat it and restarted the machine.... saw it right in front of me. The food sucks and is over priced, service is slow and rude, plus they never stfu. Do not recommend unless u are in to that kinda thing

Under cooked pizza, cold. And what happen to the cheese? Shortage maybe? Twice ive been there with literaly no cheese. The guy is nice but that didnt help. Owners need to be there. And put some cheese on the pizza

My husband and I came in for dinner and was told there were no menus. We asked how did we order because we didn't see a menu board. He told us to go to the app and look at the menu. We went to MVP's instead.

By far the worst pizza hut I've ever visited ordered my pizza at 6:15pm why sitting in the parking lot....by 6:25pm there were 5 employees outside working on a employee vehicle meanwhile I'm still waiting on order it's now 6:50 order should have been Doon at 6:45pm but Herr it is 7:15pm still no order ready smh hire better people please cause now I've decided to cancel my order at this point and no the store was not busy everyone was just outside working on a car

People were very nice but restaurant was dirty. No lids for drinks and most of drink machine was empty. Looks like they were about to close down. Sad.

Waitress was rude and not friendly at all. Pizza not as good as we had hoped. The waitress is vacuuming the floor while we are eating and I think their only way to communicate with each other is to talk extremely loud. This location is in Jasper, Tx.

Buffet salad bar did not have ranch dressing and the eggs were frozen. . The pizza buffet was not fresh. All the pizza was hard. The dining area needed to be cleaned and the window seals were filthy and had bugs. I won’t be back.

I see reviews here about dirty dishes and flatware that make me laugh. That is the number one reason I haven't been back there since 1989. Dirty glasses, dirty forks, dirty plates. Seriously Jasper Texas has the worst Pizza Hut I have ever seen. Look elsewhere for Pizza Hut. I like the one in Arlington TX bc they make sure the large thick crust is fully cooked. It's just like crunchy garlic bread. If you get an undercooked thick crust you can take it home and bake it in your oven for about 5 minutes at 450°F.

Signs say one price, when you get to register it's another price. For some reason the kid using his pants as a hand cleaning device, could not make a bbq chicken pizza with out onions for someone who is allergic! Could not get a drink refill until we were ready to leave. Was a bad day for service and pizza!

Management is rude and both times I ordered from here, my pizza was lukewarm the minute I picked it up. Trust me, you're way better off going to Pappa John's.

Horrible. Called ahead to make a carryout order. Waitress said it would be 14 min, got there 30 min later and the order wasn't ready. They said it would be 10 more minutes, then I watched them start making my order that I had made 30 min prior. I wait 10 min and the cook comes to tell me that they forgot the oven was having problems and that it would be another 20 minutes. I asked for a refund then left.

This place is DISGUSTING, the whole building smells and is not kept up well. The managers AND shift leaders are blind to a lot of the bad and do nothing about it. This is the worst place to eat in town. Don’t eat here. Salad bar is always dirty and the service sucks!

Their ovens must be broken... I agree with the other reviews. The dough on the pizza and bread sticks was raw. don’t waste your money on this place. You’re better off going to little Caesars.

One of the worst pizza places I've ever been to. I will never go back. The pizza was under cooked and the staff were fighting where all the customers could hear them. Our waitress even sneezed and wiped her nose with hand when she brought our food out. Never again will I dine there..

Not impressed at all! Noone acknowledged me when I was at the register, and the pizza was overcooked. The employees wanted to visit more than working! I love Pizza Hut but I will not order from this one ever again!

I've quit going altogether now that Papa John's is next door. I never thought I'd do that but this restaurant needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Every now and then I'll give in and try it again and I'm always disappointed. The restaurant is disgusting! Just look at the ceiling, lights, floors, bathrooms, ect..... I worked there as a teen and let me tell you, the company doesn't value their employees and it shows in the attitudes and pride they have in their jobs. I'm a Papa John's patron now and I don't see that changing.

It's my first visit since the new location open. The only words I have are there appears to be a struggle. I was placing my order I wasn't done they totaled it out. Had to ring me up again separately . Tons of employees standing looking lost .My pizza was over cooked . The pizza oven appeared backed up. The salad was old and nasty my tomatoes has pizza sauce on them .

Called three different times to place an order, got hung up on twice. Finally ordered the pizza. I get there to pick it up, and my order is wrong. They said they would remake it. I wait 20 more minutes only to get the wrong pizza again. Shame on me for having any expectations.

Well I can at least say we tried the new Pizza Hut. One & done! The pizzas seemed to be mass produced & setting under the heat lamp for awhile. They were so tough & dried out. Our supreme pizza (all the way) came with pepperoni & purple onions only. Cinnamon rolls were so tiny, nothing like advertised.

Curbside pick up was nice but the pizza wasn’t all that great, there was no marinara with the cheese bread, and there was no icing with the cinnamon sticks that we thought were supposed to be Cinnabon cinnamon rolls according to the triple treat box advertisement. Some of the food even seemed undercooked.

Manager would NOT turn up the temperature in the dining area caused all the food to get cold. Had made a call in order for dine in ahead of time , which included a salad but got there to eat and salad bar was tore down and then tried to charge for it even when I didn't get to have one. WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD!!!!-

Well if u want to get heart disease or a high cholesterol level,this is your place 👍. Pizza crust is grease soaked ( literally) and French fries as well. What a waste of hard earned money, that's what happens when u have a crew trying to keep u away, success!!!

I really don't like to complain, especially if something wrong only happens once or twice. But the last 3 times in a row they have messed up my order, and it's the same way every time. I ALWAYS order my pizzas with EXTRA sauce, and every time I get them they are dry as the dang Sahara desert. I dint know if they are having a pizza sauce shortage, or their just hoarding it for after hours pizza sauce wrestling, but it seems impossible to get my pizza made right.

Went into the local Jasper Texas pizza hut tonight to pick up a pizza and was told they don’t know how to use a pizza hut gift card???? So they swiped the (pizza hut) gift card and they said the card was invaldi?? Called the number on the back of said card and it states there is 20 dollars on card. Tell the Associates working and they said if the machine says invalid it is what it is tried to explain they are not pizza hut or something who knows?? Use caution if you expect competent Associates at this location. Not even trained enough to be able to use their own companies product. Had to use cash to get my pizza and cash to buy the PIZZA HUT gift card. But this PIZZA HUT doesn’t take PIZZA HUT gift cards??? So sad its the holidays and they have no training on how to use their own companies offerings!! Use with EXTREME CAUTION!!!!

Horrible customer service. Will not use them anymore for two reasons, read reasons stated below 👇. First reason: Last week my family and I ordered some pizza as we were all suffering from the stomach flu and I was too ill to cook, and the delivery man got lost apparently despite me giving him very simple instructions on how to get to my house and what to look out for, he still couldn’t find it. Went on to then send instructions via text message which included gps instructions to the driver. One hour later we received our order after the driver was driving for a good 45 mins. The food was cold and I had to reheat it again which ruined the whole purpose to why I placed an order to begin with. Second reason: Today 03/18/23 I called and attempted to place a phone in order, the young guy who was in charge of answering the phones seemed like he was intoxicated or highly incompetent. The guy kept saying “systems are slow” proceeded to switch registers and had me repeat card information multiple times over the phone and then tells me “this register is slow as well, so I need to hang up and call you back so I can switch and go to the front” if you guys are aware that the systems are slow in the back than maybe you guys should be utilizing the one in the front and use the phone in the front as well. It’s very inconvenient for a customer to have to repeat the payment information 2-3 times. As well as it comes off as sketchy/suspicious as well. Not to mention you can barely hear yourself talk and or think when you call in because of the employees conversing very loudly in the background. Don’t waste your time with them. Never again. Sadly we live in a town where the only options for pizza are Little Cesar’s, Pizza Hut and Papa johns. Pizza Hut customer service is trash and Little Cesar’s taste like greasy cardboard, better off taking you business to Papa Johns because it seems like a pizza chain that is operating out of a gas station has better customer service and better tasting pizza compared to actual fast food restaurants.

Food was undercooked and cold when it finally arrived an hour after I ordered it instead of the 20 minutes the website said. Was actually quite terrible experience I will never order food there again. The pizzas were undercooked including the thin crust which is ridiculous even the cookie wasn't right and the soda was hot. Saddest fact was that's the only part of the meal that was hot.

Got their slow service had to wait 15 minutes for pizza buffet. All the tables had dirty dishes the poor cook was having to my deliveries. The poor man cooking could have used some help bless his heart. Salad bar was empty. And this was right at the lunch run for buffet. Needs better management

I ordered online , paid for it online and did not get my food. It took me calling them 20 minutes past the time to get my food. Even then I had to go get it. Not a big deal if they hadn’t already took out a delivery fee. Also charged me for ranch, not extra ranch, no the ranch that comes with my wings, and didn't give it to me. At first they tried to say it’s because an address was missing. Even as I was looking at my order online. Come to find out that the address had been missing an abbreviation. No calls to clear up the misunderstanding or anything. They were just going to take my money and keep my food.
