First time having Sonic at this location and it was disgusting… burger tasted like fish and I had a cheeseburger… ketchup soaked the bread and it was cold… tator tots were cold and just soaked in grease… drink had no flavor and was suppose to be rootbeer… when I pulled up in the drive thru waited for a bit and nobody said anything and thought maybe it wasn’t working, then I said hello finally someone said something… when I got up to the window again after waiting a bit the woman said oh our soda machine is getting changed and we will be with you shortly, oh ok no problem…. Got my food and pulled over to eat in my car and the drink they were supposedly working on had no flavor( never had a drink from Sonic not taste good) then the food was just disgusting all of it went in the trash and had to get back to work…. Really don’t eat out much but never had a bad experience with a Sonic til today…

Food was great. Service speed was great. I was double charged, though. Watch your bank account. I paid at the stall and left a tip. A car hop came out and said there was a problem with the payment and needed to take my card inside. The next day, I was checking my bank statement and saw that both charges went through. Hey, mistakes happen. I called the store and asked for a refund. The general manager said that she was unable to refund me and could only offer in-store credit. I do not live in town and was only passing through. In-store credit doesn't work well for me. GM said that the system does not allow for refunds to be made after the system is shut down. I guess I am a day late and $11.76 short.

Do not go here, especially during the night shift. You'll wait an hour just because they forgot to bring you food. Makes minimal wage look like it's too much money

You guys better check your employees before you have one mad momma come up there. The next time any of the employees make a joke to my maw maw about spitting in my 3 year old autistic daughter food I will come up there and you will regret it. That is not funny grow up and do better before you have a problem that's to late to fix. Idk who is the one that did it cause my maw maw won't specify cause she knows how I am but I know it's some young male probably in high school. I will be watching you guys

Stopped this morning for breakfast and waited about 6 mins before someone ever came across the speaker after pushing the button. She tells us to hold on and she would be right with us. We waited another 10 minutes and she never came back to take our order. There was only 1 other customer there besides us, so they had no reason to be slow. The workers were just walking around visiting and one was sitting outside on her phone. This location is terrible!

Service was ok but my Oreo blast was just a cup full of ice cream with some Oreo pieces sprinkled on top. Disappointing. I mean I know inflation sucks but come on…

I work locally in order from Sonic 4 to 5 times a week. Twice in the last week and a half the service has been horrible today was the tip of the iceberg I stopped at the drive-thru to order I could barely understand the girl and the girl could barely understand me I kept repeating my order she still didn't get some of it right I said okay I'll pull up after 7 minutes of waiting with only one car in front of me I finally get to the window and explain to the young man that this is what I ordered but the girl couldn't finish my order because she didn't understand me I asked do you see my order on the screen he looked at the screen he looked around he looked at the screen he didn't say anything I said let me tell you what I've sat in this line for 7 minutes you can't find my order now and I have to be at work so never mind thanks anyway and I left like I said I order from here 4 to 5 times a week but I will not be ordering from here again.

Edit: the amount of times they tell people at night that they are out of items shows there's a bigger issue going on with this location. Whether it's the workers not feeling like making it or the manager not keeping up with it. Would love to give no stars for the past month. You might as well ask what they are out of before you order and pay, because unless you wanna substitute half of your items, you have to wait on a refund to your card.

When I looked up their hours online it said 11pm then when I called they said 10pm. This makes it super hard to guesstimate what I can eat around here since we literally have 5 restaurants. Two of those restaurants are pizza joints, one has limited hours and the other has had the same hours for years plus they actually have correct posted hours.

I Ordered two Large combo meals. The Large fries and Large Tots and got cold rubbery tots and fries, and they weren't even a large order. The super Sonic double Jalapeño burgers were old and cold not cooked fresh.. The Buna Store really really needs to get their employees to care bput tge food they are serving to the public, or get new employees that aren't there just to collect a pay check..
