Kirbyville has a great Subway. I had the new brisket and it was great. If you like Subway sandwiches then try the brisket. The staff is friendly and helpful especially Hannah, she is gem, cheerful smile and always making things better. Thumbs up for Subway.

I've been to nearly all of Beaumont's, Lumberton's, Silsbee's, and Jasper's Subways. I don't know what they're doing here in Kirby ville, but the other places could learn a lesson. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and it's usually quiet and rarely ever a wait time. The food, specifically the oven fried chicken sandwich is just amazing. Definitely recommend it if you're traveling through this area, it's right off the main highway, so no problem finding it either.

As a person who is riding a bicycle across the country, I've been to a lot of Subways and this is the best I've been to. Shelly was one of the nicest and most helpful people I've met on the road thus far. She made our day!

The two young women working took way too long to make a 12" She kept looking at the direction forever...Slow Slow Slower...these two could put 2 6" together and make a 12" if the tried really hard!

Normal subway. Not a bad experience, but nothing really outstanding. Every now and then you get someone who seems to actually care about how they put your sandwich together, but it's not consistent.

Need to pay attention to app orders a little better. Food is ok not put together well like if you went and and watched them. App and store not on same page. But not horrible just a typical subway.

The toilet, was full the sink had black stuff all on it, the whole thing just looked like it hadn't been clean or stocked in a month! But the dinning area and everything else looked good.

Food was okay, but when paying, was told they don't accept the coupon that had valid date, that their system doesn't accept that coupon that everyone receives in the paper that is for Subway. If you system doesn't accept it, get another system 😕, just saying.

Was out of all bread but wheat, no black olives, no barbecue sauce, several other ingredients.

I went to the Subway in Kirbyville for breakfast. They are supposed to be open at 8:00 am, the didn’t open until 8:15. I had to go to the donut shop instead.

Silsbee subway made our sandwiches wrong one was supposed to be white bread and the other was Italian herb and cheese. They made mine was made with Italian and not white bread and the other was made on wheat and not Italian herb so we won't eat there again

The one in Newton Texas , bad , gave a coupon 3 subs for 17.99 and had to pay 20.00 dollars taxes , when I took another coupon just like to Jasper Texas and silsbee Texas, never had to pay anything they honored the coupon, will never go to Newton again

In Kirbyville I waited 5 minutes for someone to COME from the kitchen (I assume that I interrupted the male and female employees during sex). I have forgotten her name,but she was extremely rude and certainly not happy doing her job at that time. I noticed the did not appreciate my wanting two thirds lettuce and one third spinach. I suggested fresh tuna and was told"I'll make some when that is gone" She scraped the sides of the pan to get the avacodo. Worst Subway salad ever.

( kirvyville Texas) I'm not sure if it was who'm the company hired in the evening time but we never went to the subway before until we were headed home from visiting family, when we walked in there was only 2 mexican people working, 1 man with black hair 1 women with black hair, we tried to order 2 of the protein sandwiches and they looked at us confused and we litterally had to point to the number we wanted, when the girl got to building the sandwich, we had to tell her 5 timez what we wanted and she was still messing it up.. no English, JUST spanish.. then the guy grabbed the sandwiches at the vegetable station and SAME with him.. no English what so ever , multiple times repeating ourselves over and over and pointing at things, I DON'T know how they even gotten the order right somehow, we also asked him 3 times to bake our bread in the oven because we didn't want the sandwich cold.. the girl opened the oven and closed it then put it BACK on the station and the guy litterally just wrapped it COLD, only thing they baked was the meat, who wants cooked meat and cold sandwich bread?I'm litterally also 8 months pregnant and NOT suppost to be eating any kind of cold bread/tortilla/meat.😂💀 this is ridiculous, it's ONE thing to be bilingual.. but they couldn't even understand English AT ALL OR SPEAK IT, so why hire them? I will be contacting Ice if yall don't hire people that know how to speak English and corporate as well, complete bull.

Their toasting oven is broken so for time being best they can do is microwave which makes your bread soggy. I suggest y'all to not come here until oven is fixed. Oven should be replaced or repaired asap

When we pulled up to the window there were two customers inside and two employees working a blonde haired girl and a brunette. When the brunette came to the window I told her we've tried to call in our order but y'all never answered the phone.To which she responded," We don't answer the phone when we're busy and we can't take your order here," as she closed the window in my face without even awaiting my response. this is probably the most unprofessional behavior and the rudest service I have ever had at any restaurant in my entire life. The store policy is that two people it's too busy for what order to be taken and 47 rings of a telephone isn't time enough to make two sandwiches before I arrive, then I do not understand how this business has stayed with its doors open as long as it has. As a former general manager of 13 subways in South Texas I would fire my entire staff that was working that night over something like this. Truly pitiful. I only wish I could give a zero-star rating.
