Ordered 2breakfast sandwichs & 2 lg drinks, only got 1 sandwich & 2 lg drinks for 15.66 had to order another sandwich for 7.54. Had to wait on it. I have to say it was good but, the people working is questionable. (No one else was in line!)

I bought two double meat with cheese, two large orings. 1 small fries. Cost 37 dollars. 5 pounds of ground chuck costs $25 at HEB last week. It cost $4 just to add cheese on both burgers. Not complaining about the food. Was good as usual, but I could have made 10 half pound burgers, a bag full of French fries, and a six pack of beer for that much money and fed 10 people better food. That is ridiculous. I won't be buying fast food again. Its just a dumb ripoff. Can't believe they have any customers. Its not just whataburger. Its all fast food. There's no reason it should be that expensive to feed two people

Food is always fresh but this is probably the slowest Whataburger in existence, even ordering on line your going ro sit in the pick up or drive thru for 20 to 30 minutes.

Service is hit or miss - some employees are great. Atmosphere is the same. I have visited on days where employees are talking loud with other employees or their buddies across the dining area. Not a favorable dining experience. My biggest concern is that employees wear the same gloves for emptying garbage as they do serving food. You would think that they would use clean gloves for handling food. I have called them out twice on this. Since I don’t eat here often, this probably happens a lot more often than I see.

It has gotten so expensive that a medium coke and a medium shake cost nearly $9. I can buy 2 bottles of Coke for $4 at a gas station! Sorry can't afford it even if I do like it.

I used to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a burger and didn't mind because it was hot and fresh. Now the patty is cold and can't even melt cheese. Food taste old . There focus on quantity and Not Quality.

Order a BOB this morning, and boy I was so disappointed.. I usually go to this Whataburger often and it's really good but this morning the out to lunch crew was working this morning and my sandwich was disgusting. It was so salty and the bun was burnt, the sausage was old and dry , come on guys what's going on can I get a refund or a raincheck for when the "A" Team is working. People were standing around waiting for food and the drive thru was way backed up. I tried to eat it but couldn't just got sicker at every bite.

They are always slow and they never work as a team to make sure the have less mistakes and happy customers.... But instead they leave each other to fend for themselves when they should be having someone pushing the food out as soon as I they have paid lunch time average should be no more than 90 sec and dinner shouldn't be more than 120 sec....

The cheese on the salad is ALWAYS melted from them putting the chicken on top of it. They almost always forget my ranch. It’s getting annoying correcting grown adults who can’t even figure out a salad. Cheese on salad isn’t supposed to be melted .-.

The food is always good but it really doesn’t matter what city or state - theyre just so slow. They’ll make you late to work, an appointment, a fishing trip…they don’t care. Today was extra special. The girl at the drive thru asked me maybe 6 times ehat I wanted. And it was still wrong. Sheesh. I guess I’m eating ehat she decided I wanted. And it was like $12 for a sausage biscuit.

Burger was overcooked burned at the edges, french fries were cold and not cooked, ask for mayonnaise and got mustard. Went through the drive-thru and the cashier asked if he can keep my change.

I like Whataburger, but this location is horrible, I have stopped here before traveling thru. This time again my fries was cold and my sausage was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. I always pay with my app and they always have trouble using the app.Want be stopping anymore.

I wish they’d train people who take the orders at the counter a little better. It took the guy with the beard guard three times to understand that I did NOT want mustard and I wanted to substitute mayo for the mustard!! Crazy!! Then, I asked for onion rings… which I got but he failed to include the fries as it was a “meal” I purchased. He asked if I wanted the order “to go”… so, they bring the order to the table in a bag, as a “to go” order. It couldn’t be THAT difficult a job to do, can it???

Stopped by while traveling through town for a quick bite. It took 27 minutes inside to get my meal and ended up throwing it away because it was trash. Burger wasn’t cooked and fries were probably 45 minutes old. Cold and soggy. Other customers inside requested refunds due to the length of time to get food.

No cheese no bacon no jalapeños and them vegetables were soggy,didn't even receive our French fries or onion rings. The 4th bag that we thought had our fries and onion rings was about 20 ketchup packets and over 40 salts and peper packets
