So I'm a special education paraprofessional and when I got off work on Friday August 15th around 345ish I was like oh let me go get my birthday treat for the ride home. I ordered a ice cream cone and when I got to the window it was such great service I didn't get the woman's name but she said it was their treat and then when I told her thank you and that I was going to use my birthday treat coupon she asked if I like brownies and gave me a brownie. They blessed me so, this is such a great location and great customer service.

They forgot my chicken sandwich in one of my orders, but it’s okay. I called back and told them and no questions asked, they gave me the sandwich and apologized. And gave a complimentary cookie with the sandwich. Amazing employees and amazing food.

There is a play area in this location and like all other Chick-fil-A, this location was neat, clean and the workers were pleasant. I've never been to a bad Chick-fil-A which makes me think their training must be top notch. My kids love their food but I love the Chick-fil-A experience. 👍👍

I’ve tried getting in contact with corporate and had no response, so I am leaving my email here. “Good Evening, I am reaching out, in hopes to get in contact with corporate or any upper position. Not that this will affect our future decisions in eating at the Chik-fil-a here in Wylie, Texas. Now we do appreciate the freshness of our food, but today’s occurrence is just crazy. Nowhere else makes salads like Chik-fil-a so we continue going, We understand the lettuce is fresh , but more than once have we found LIVE bugs inside the salads. Although, Tonight it wasn’t bugs, instead it was chicken feathers. We’re not claiming they are taking the chickens out back and killing them- themselves, We really are just asking for A LITTLE more care or attention to detail to avoid these kinds of occurrences. My family has owned chickens before, so we know just how rough the quills are, if anyone else who wasn’t paying attention swallowed this, it would not have been very great. Granted, we do understand there is a certain process , most items come packaged in bulk but with salads each ingredient is put in at it’s given time when it’s being made, All we’re asking is a LITTLE attention to detail when the employee working on salads that given morning is building the salads for the day. Thank you for taking time out of your day” It is always something with our salads , and i just don’t understand how they can keep happening. There’s no attention to detail. Along with that; when we do finally receive our salads , they never put our toppings OR silverware in the bag. I cannot trust ordering for delivery because I won’t receive everything I order. I know when I get my bag im going to need to lap around or go inside again.

I am tired of my orders getting messed up, anytime I have had food delivered or gone through the drive-through. They have gave me the wrong sauce for my chicken or not giving me any at all, this needs to be addressed. I placed an online order today and I called the Wylie, Texas location to verify and make sure they added the correct barbecue sauce and they sent me Chick-fil-A sauce instead, thanks for ruining my meal once again !!!

Ordered delivery twice from this location and Wylie location is not even a mile away from my house. Both times my iced coffee was not covered with the safety seal and the ice was melted. At least I could get a refund both times for a free iced coffee, but it is annoying when the location is super close and they can’t deliver an iced coffee with ice and a safety seal. I will be ordering from the Murphy location from now on. Hopefully they can get it right.

I have been going to this Chick-fil-a location since the day it opened. The quality of service is far inferior to the Murphy location. The Wylie location often forgets items, they will often be late in delivering scheduled deliveries, and they are Whataburger slow in processing drive thru orders. I hate that they are the closest one to my house.

Absolutely the worst service I've recieved at a Chick-fil-A to date. Waited in line to order breakfast. Only one vehicle ahead of me, the customer service rep waited several minutes to even take my order after the previous car left. When I tried to place my order she told me they are no longer serving breakfast! Terrible Terrible customer service..

The quality of this franchise has gone down hill in general but this is the second time they've messed up my order in this location and I take the loss because I'm too far from there. Good hygiene is imperative when working with food, I should not find hair in my sandwich at all. That was disgusting, please do better.

This is my third time coming here and placing the same simple order. Cobb salad please hold the corn and every single time it’s been corn in the salad. The last one I just threw away and took the lose because I was too upset to drive back

This place is normally not on their A game, but decent. I went to this location yesterday 9/11 around 1pm. Went to the bathroom and saw a bug in the middle of the floor, didnt think to much into it figured it was a water bug. Took a picture to help myself not over think, looked it up and its a oriental roach. Which is a waterbug but not the ones that fly at u that arent interested in food. This one can carry diseases like EColi bc where it lives and the food he eats. I would suggest this location to clean and stay on top of their pest control. This is a roach eating on fresh food. If i saw it in the middle of the day when they are nocturnal then theres clearly a problem at this location

Don't come here if you are Latino. We're not welcomed here. You will be overlooked when standing in line like I was. I was skipped and even let Charlotte know - she did not care and told me the line was the next lane over. Had she not been running her mouth & paying attention she'd know I had been waiting. I went back and asked for sauce and she didn't even hand it to me in my hand. She just put it down on the counter. Will not come back.

First off they tell me they have no cookies or ice cream that's a first but order anyway why would u just start throwing a bag of almonds for a southwest salad when I have a nut allergy never seen this but im disappointed never had a issue with any location till this one.
