Their marketing has been prescient. They got us to come back after telling us they had messed up but they'd do better. They did and we did. Then they advertised insurance, because they were doing bad and we were noticing. I'm really looking forward to their next campaign since now the website doesn't even recognize Texas as a state. Yeah, I get it. I also hate Texas and rather it didn't exist. But unfortunately it does and they have locations here. So sell me some pizzas and take my money, right?

Had the same occurrence 2 different times. Pizza came out of the oven, according to the tracker, 30-45 minutes prior to it leaving the store. Manager had no idea if my pizza was being delivered or not.

Ordered delivery at 5:00. 5:19 order was in “quality check”. 5:53 my order finally left the store. Got my food at 6 and everything was cold. This is the second order that took an hour or longer to be delivered. The manager states they don’t have enough delivery drivers. Please don’t take delivery orders if you don’t have someone to deliver hot food.

The problem is not you are behind on orders it's a pizza place, it happens. The problem is when I stand in your store 30 min before you tell me my pizza hasn't even been made yet. But when I walked in you said it's finishing up it should be 10 mins. So why can't the truth be told about where the pizza is and how much time it has to cook. Highly incompetent. Im asking about the pizza whars it to lie about. Not good customer service

My daughter has tried 3 different times ordering a pizza from this place and she’ll never order from this place again they need to be shut down. She got home and the pizza is wrong not once but twice! She goes up there to tell them the order is wrong again They make another pizza and it’s wrong again threw in different toppings. She addressed the lady in the store who she wasn’t even being disrespectful to and the Employee flipped her off. Who does that? Very rude staff! They do not care.

This is the second time I’ve ordered a pizza where the garlic on the crust was missing. The first time I didn’t say anything but this time I told them about it. The guy just put garlic on the crust and didn’t brush it in to spread it around and looked pretty annoyed to do it. Then I used domino carside delivery and put my blinker on and flashed my lights as instructed. I waited for 15 -20 minutes, despite arriving 5 minutes after my order window pick up timeframe. I purposely parked right in front of the store where they could see me and they looked at my car a couple of times but no one ever came out. This is the second time I’ve also experienced this at this location. I got out of my vehicle and went inside and the woman at the register said their system is not working and it never beeped to let them know I was outside. Why would you have a feature present that I cannot use, not once but twice in a row?! Additionally, even without the feature, it was night time and the lights are bright outside and I parked in front of the window so they could see my flashing lights. This is highly unacceptable. Furthermore, because I waited for so long, by the time I got my pizza it was slightly warm and when I made it home (5 minutes down the street) I had to heat it up to be warm again. This is the worst experience I have had with dominoes and none of the staff cared. There was no sense of urgency to fix the issue, no apologies or accountability. Just and excuse that the beeper doesn’t work. I can only imagine how many people this happens to and they just choose to not return versus writing a review.

Ordered a sandwich and a side for delivery. Order arrived thirty minutes after coming out of oven. Sandwich was completely destroyed in box. Ingredients were scattered in box. Had issues before, but this was really bad. Loss a customer.

At 9:43 I saw the order go to canceled. At 9:44 I called them and they said they didn't have one or more of the toppings. They also said that they called. They might have, but my phone goes into sleep/DND mode at 9:30 . I believe the estimated delivery time was about 25 minutes. I ordered at 8:53. They canceled at 9:43, according to what I saw. That means they didn't call until close to the 9:43 time, which puts them at almost 50 minutes until they noticed they didn't have the toppings. So, 25 minute delivery time, and its almost an hour till they even look at the order? It is always a problem with this store. I'll give them some time, and try again, and sometimes they even do an acceptable job. But compared to the pizza my brother gets at the Dominoes in Murphy TX, the sauce is always extremely light, even when I order extra sauce. The toppings are always about 1/3 to 1/2 of what I seen when my brother gets the same pizza from Murphy, and its almost always late. In fact, it has shown as delivered at times, about 15 to 20 minutes before it is delivered. Something needs to be done about this store. I have always liked Dominoes, but seriously, this store has been doing the worst job I have ever seen, and they have been doing it poorly for a few years now.

The most employees I've ever seen staffing a pizza restaurant, 8+, standing around talking about how it is a slow day. Meanwhile, they bumped my order off their screen 25 minutes before it was ready, and I stood in their lobby, waiting on it to even be prepped. Mismanaged. Fix your staff, and you won't have to cheat the bump bar to get better times. All those people standing around and you can't even teach them how to cut a pizza. Embarrassing. Update: lol, also- my pizza is raw. Not sure what I stood in the lobby for.

Okay... it's been a tradition of my family to have Friday night Domino's for YEARS. I posted JUST a couple of weeks ago about a mangled pizza order. THIS time, I told my husband to order. He usually has better luck. GUESS WHAT? We got a WRONG pizza... AGAIN- my DAUGHTER'S. She wants to know, how hard is it to make a sausage and pepperoni pizza??? THIS one is sausage and PINEAPPLE, with NO SAUCE on it!! I mean... do ya'll just need to close your doors? Or... what is the major problem, here? Sorry I live in Wylie and this is the CLOSEST Domino's location. But despite my reviews, you guys STILL can't do better!! I don't get it.

Pizza was terrible. We ordered 3 different pizzas. Two hand tossed and a thin crust. All 3 were just awful. Over baked and virtually no sauce on any of them except the one that we requested extra sauce on it. Even then, the "extra sauce" was barely even a regular amount of sauce and it wasn't evenly spread across the pie. I called up to ask for a refund and they informed me that they could only remake the pizzas for me, so I agreed and went back up to get the remade pies, but they were only marginally better. By the time I got back home everyone had found something else to eat for dinner. Very disappointing when we had guests at the house. Will not use this location again.

I've been going here for years. The place used to be great but the past few visits they've completely skimped out on toppings. I ordered a pacific veggie and half the pizza had no more than a few toppings. Other pieces completely lack cheese. I wont be coming back to this particular establishment.

Got our entire pizza wrong and didn't even put cheese on half of it, when we paid for extra. The dip was half cooked and cold. We've been coming here for years but probably not anymore.
