Tried this for the first time during lunch. Spencer was really helpful has good customer service thanks to him I'll be back! Building is also really welcoming and you feel at home ..I enjoyed the burger jalapeños have a spicy kick which I love!

My niece and I ate here for the first time today. The spicy crispy chicken sandwich and, and the fries were excellent and piping hot. The Oreo worms concrete ice cream was 10/10 good good good. Definitely coming back!

Yummy! Bacon cheeseburger was delicious! I loved the pickles. I got a chocolate shake that was on point too. The kids hot dog combo was pretty big. Generous amout of fries and the seasoning that you sprinkle on top was a good addition. Will go back again for sure.

Today's experience at the Freddy's drive-through was pleasant compared to my last visit, which would have been a low score if I were a secret shopper. However, I like to give restaurants grace, knowing that at times they can be short-staffed or still training. Back to today’s review. The order taker did a great job reading back my order and had a gentle tone. It took no time for them to make the meal. The food was hot and well cooked. I ordered a patty melt and, for dessert, an ice cream cookie sandwich. The only thing that was not appealing about the ice cream sandwich was that it was lopsided. Since I'm not a corporate quality-control specialist, I will bypass the appearance and give 8 stars for taste. Another bonus was their delicious fries. Their fries never disappoint.

We have been here several times and most recently today, April 14th. The food is consistently good and the staff gets your orders ready quickly. The tables and chairs were not too clean. We had to wipe them down before we sat down. I saw others get up and leave, but nobody came to clean the tables and then new customers sat there. That is not good, especially these days.

Quality continues to drop. Went from boxing the burgers to bags. Now decided to make the cheese curds smaller not longer the box with a LG you get a smaller cup. Foods inconsistent one day there’s too much seasoning on the burger next day there’s none. Food is still good, but service and quality has dropped a lot.

Visited 2-8-26 around 1:40. The guy running the inside register and drive thru was literally picking open bleeding bumps on his face all while taking my order. Didn’t see him wash his hands or put on gloves after but proceeded to make shakes etc and handle food. Me and my daughter decided to go else where for ice cream considering our food was cold when we got it and we dined in. Soda machines seemed like syrup was not being refilled some were pouring clear and some tasted like nothing. I’ve visited many Freddy’s and this was the only bad experience I’ve ever had. Food was good but it is the only plus at this location. Staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. They made one of our burgers wrong and when I pointed it out for them to fix the girl behind the counter asked with attitude if I needed it remade or can you just pick them off. Um yes I wouldn't have pointed it out or ordered it without onions if I was ok picking them off with sauce all over the place. Restaurant was out of everything no sauce, no lids almost no napkins. Bathrooms (both) were filthy. Tables and ketchup dispenser not clean. Just sad really.

Paid $10 for my daughter’s burger and was really disappointed. The cheese was only on half the patty, which feels careless for the price. I ordered myself a burger without pickles and mustard and it came with both. I expected better quality and attention to detail. Do better.

Went to this location on a Monday evening. Went through the drive thru. When I got to the window the young lady repeated my order, I told her what she repeated back was incorrect. The young man that took my order over the intercom came to the window and I informed him of my correct order. He was extremely goofy acting but appeared to act like he understood to correct my order. When they handed me my food I'm glad I didn't drive off yet. My order was still wrong. I told the young lady it was still incorrect. They brought my food again; I'm thinking okay surely they didn't mess up my order a third time. I get all the way home look in my bag and my steak burger was still wrong. Very incompetent, rushing my order which was costly only to not be able to eat it. I will not be coming back to this location. I will take my business somewhere else. It's a shame even after 3 times my order was still incorrect.

Just went thru the drive thru at Freddy’s today. Then I get all the way home and come to find out I’m messing fries and my chicken sandwich isn’t even cooked throughly. I thought I wouldn’t have to check my bag because I just say the guy inside check it. But apparently I should have 40 dollars my service should be impeccable with no mistakes if I wanted to have mistakes I would have just went to McDonalds. I like Freddy’s but I feel like this location is going down hill

Found HAIR in my burger!!!!!! Got home and was so disgusted that we couldn't even eat the burger! That was actually strike TWO! When we opened the bag after getting it from the employee, the fries were empty and at bottom of the bag. Really!? The girl was also not very nice and wanted to get us out quick, but not in a good way. We have a 10 month old and definitely could not afford the time to go back so I Called the restaurant and of course no one picked up. We LOVE Freddy’s but this location is a hard pass unfortunately. Now a bot will ask me to complete their survey… which I already did.

Just picked up a chili dog meal. The fries were not hot and the chili dog was simply not Edible. The bun wasn't toasted properly, the chili tasted like it was old. The hotdog was also cold. Extremely disappointed!
