It's Chick-fil-A, what can I say. There's always a line, but it moves fast. I crave it most on Sundays, which makes it taste that much better on Mondays. No problems with this location. Fun fact, they have their own delivery cars parked out front, never had it delivered, but I'd consider it.
We go here about 2- 3 times a month. The food is consistently hot, fresh and delicious. One time, I got squished yeast rolls, due to poor packing. Management was quick with apologies and fresh replacement rolls. They looked odd, the name sounded weird, so we just recently tried the Corn Poppers. Wow! If you love corn, you'll love these sweet nuggets of mouthwatering goodness. Of course, their Yeast Rolls are legendary. We love those, too. Oh - the rest of the menu is also great.
We went for breakfast early. My grandson ate they played happily in the play area while I read and waited. One of the servers came out and offered to refill my lemonade. She was very thoughtful and kind.
Employees are always friendly and drive-thru line moves quickly. I've only encountered one instance where the restaurant was unclean but I feel that this was more of an isolated incident with lacking employees. Most recently, my son and I dropped by for simple ice cream cones. I just wish they weren't next to a busy BOA.
I was a little intimidated by the long line when I first pulled up to this Chick-fil-A, but they worked through the line quickly and efficiently. I received great service and was back on my way in just a few minutes.

I am always treated with GREAT hospitality. The employees make you feel so appreciated and valued as a customer. With the amount of customers that come through the drive thru consistently on a daily basis, I am highly impressed of how quickly the drive thru flows. Awesome job and keep up the GREAT work that you do!
The employees are always amazing & the food is 9.5 times out of 10 spot on. In all the years I have visited this Chick-fil-A only once has my order been wrong. The manager jumped on it as soon as I called & fixed the problem.
This place has an almost perfect rating for a reason. The service is what I consider to be perfect. Its always crowded, but they handle it very well. There was a line of cars looping around the place as usual last time I went here, I just walked inside and got served instantly. All of the staff were attentive, on point, white, and friendly. 10/10. Oh, and that has been literally every time I go here. I place my order and its almost like they use the help of the Lord to get my food in a flash, and its /perfect/ every time. Also, the liberal tears over their stance on gay marriage makes the food taste even better somehow.
The Chick-Fil-A in Murphy is a really good location. The food is always good and hot. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Every experience I have had here has been great.
I have yet to have a bad experience at Chick-fil-A. The only reason I went on the day that I did was because I was giving a free sandwich reward in my app and I figured I might as well use it. It was great... Service is always prompt and accurate and friendly.
John is an amazing manager. I’ve noticed his level of service for a few years now and really wanted to take the time to give him a credit for how attentive he is, gets his hands dirty to help his team and staff and provides an excellent customer service and checks on diners frequently. What a gem! He should truly give go around giving leadership classes and mentor folks on what customer service looks like!
I get breakfast every morning at the Murphy location and the staff is so sweet to me. They know my order, and always greet me by name with a smile. It makes a big difference in my day when such sweet people greet me every morning. You have a great team there, they all deserve a raise! Thank you Chick-fil-A Murphy!
Edited review* Initially I had to speak up about a disrespectful employee when we dined in a few months back, again it could have been because they were very busy. However, I decided to dine in at this location again, we actually saw the same employee, she was much more pleasant and respectful. Thank you for making our dine in experience better for us and our kids. Will be coming here again :)

This is one of the best chic fil a I have been to , I want to say a huge shout to John Pollard , he was very welcoming and very friendly. Really enjoyed the warmth atmosphere inside the store . Thank you John !!!

Fast, friendly service, fresh food, always exactly what I ordered, always good. Never had any bad experience, ever! Restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. This is true of any Chic Fil A I've eaten at in any state or city and I've been to quite a few so its pretty amazing. Dependable and affordable. Very good food. The staff always has a good attitude and the food is always right on and right out. I love their fresh-squeezed lemonade (bottomless refills!) and their soft-serve, too.
I came to this chic fil a for the first time in my life and have never experienced anything like it. Customer service was astronomical and out of this world. There was this blonde white boy with insane swag "John Estes" that served me my food (he's kinda cute) and he made me feel special. Thank you chic fil a I will not forget this experience anytime soon. he is six foot and has a hellcat!!!
Everyone knows how amazing Chick-fil-A’s customer service is, but they never seize to amaze me. I’ve never written a review . But today I placed a mobile order and went inside to pick it up, and they didn’t have it. The manager came up and asked my name and told me that there was no order under that name. He asked me which location I ordered it at and when I looked it was in fact the Wylie location. He said “ don’t worry about it we’ll take care of it“. And this man went and got my order when he had cars wrapped around the building, right then and there.🤯👏🏼

I love this chick fila. Never a problem . Been going here for years. All employees are very polite. And courteous. Food is always fresh. Their coke is taste very good. Sometimes in the morning since i am not a coffee drinker or breakfast eater i go to chick fila to get a coke for the day. Over all experience and service and quality and food wise and cleanness i give them a 5 star review. And i cannot comment on the bathroom since i have never used them in all the years its been open. But before Covid 19. The inside is always clean. And good service. Cant say nothing wrong.

Friendly service, came by often to check on our group (we stayed a while) Great place to hang out, two larger tables available for groups. Food hot and delivered to us quickly. Any item incorrect or missed was fixed immediately no questions asked. Dining area and outside area well kept and clean.
I live in Wylie however I drive to murphy anytime I get chick-fil-a. Their food is always SO fresh and cooked correctly. Their service is very professional and they’re always so kind to me and conversate when time allows. They are quick to apologize for any inconvenience (which is RAREEE) and make it right however they possibly can. I don’t typically write reviews but this location absolutely deserves it! Thank you guys for always making my experience great!
Bummer about them removing the indoor playground but a lot of processes were improved or upgraded to provide a more streamlined service. It was streamlined before but now it is even more effiecent. Kind of wished they offered the peppermint shake more times a year than the holidays where a lot of the other shakes are great too.

The food was not only immaculate, but cooked to perfection and delicious. The customer service was otherworldly, especially the blonde young man with glasses John, who constantly checked up on me and my family and was one of the nicest workers I’ve ever met. Overall a 10/10 experience.
Great customer service. Best manager ever, super humble, hard worker. He treated us equally. He brought our orders to the table. I forgot the straws and he brought it to us. And after we finished eating he threw the trash for us. Again best customer service ever.

Best chic fil a I’ve ever visited. Hands down. I’m visiting from NYC, but every time I’m in Murphy, I make an effort to visit this location in particular. Super friendly staff makes me want to go to Church on Sunday. I also think the Spicy Chicken Sandwiches at this location are the spiciest 👌🏽
I go here everyday with my boys but the cherry on top every time is The worker Carson. Carson is the best worker I’ve ever seen when ordering. He’s swift, fast, and he never breaks character. His energy off the charts. Me and my boys always leave the store with a smile.

Fabulous staff and super friendly cashiers. Food came out really quickly and we were constantly being checked in on. Loved the attitudes and love shown to us. Only thing that could have been better was the fires had a lot of skin left on them.

My son and I came into get some breakfast this morning and we had such a pleasant visit! it was so clean and we where welcomed right when we walked through the front doors and it put a huge smile on my sons face as well as mine. the 2 employees that served us at this location were Michael and Catherine and they truly did make me feel incredibly happy because they went the extra mile to give my son a very sweet hand written note with a coupon on it that said" you make today a better day!!" the smile my son had on his face is something that warms every fathers heart. With such a simple gesture makes a huge difference! Thank you again guys!! 100% recommend to everyone!!
Very nice experience at this Chick-fil-A location - newly modeled and open atmosphere with ample parking. There are enough seating arrangements and drive thru lane in fast. The food is always so fresh at Chick-fil-A and the chicken tastes awesome. You can purchase any amount gift card from any Chick-fil-A location. We’d definitely return at this location.

Consistent with every other Chick-Fil-A in terms of food quality, but their service has been slower lately, the reason they didn't get the fifth star. However, their staff is super friendly (not surprising), and their dine-in area is very clean. Breakfast drive-thru is unbelievably long though, so prepare to wait a while if you are trying to grab something quick on the way to work!
Generally pretty good food and service. Just like any other fast food place, they do sometimes mess up orders, sometimes food is ok, sometimes it's great. The biggest drawback at this location is it is a smaller building than other Chick-fil-A restaurants, so when they are busy, they are packed.
This store is always packed. They provide excellent food we've come to expect from this chain. They do their best to keep it clean, but that can be a losing battle sometimes. Because they are so busy, the parking lot in a nightmare. The drive-thru can back up and wrap around to the service window almost causing grid lock.
Update- I've had some not so great nuggets here a couple times. The chicken tasted kind of funky. It wasn't every piece, but enough so that it was pretty gross which is something I've never experienced from Chick-fil-A. Also, prices seem to be through the roof. Original review below- Food was great, as most Chick-fil-A locations are, but what sets this place apart is the drive thru experience. They have double lines and people outside taking your order that have shade covering to help with the summer heat. Even though they're extremely busy at lunch time, they really move the line just about as fast as possible. Definitely recommended.
Usually one of the best Chick Fil As to go to but the girl taking orders tonight, Megan I believe, was speaking 10 miles a minute and interrupting me. I get it's fast food but then another employee took some time to have a conversation with the car in front of me after getting their order. The boy handing me my order also reached his hand all the way into my car which I thought was weird.
Had a special order and they had me waiting and messed up my order, but they were nice about it, lol. I ordered the crispy club and they gave me the grilled club. Got home, was initially disappointed, but tasted the grilled club and it tasted great, and I was not about to get into my car to drive back and complain, lol. But the staff here are really nice and respectful.

I don't think I'll be bringing my child to eat inside here again. Firstly, they got rid of the kid play area. I saw several disappointment kids and mom's walk out because of it. It was the reason I brought my child. Secondly, the dining room attendant or what ever her job is, old white lady, really made me uncomfortable and felt rushed. I was having lunch with my toddler and she came over to tell me that we could exchange his toy for a cookie or ice cream. Cool thanks for the info. Second time she came around, she repeated herself and then reached across the table to grab my childs food bag. So rude! What is it to her if we exchange the toy or not?! Then she kept coming over, basically rushing us, we weren't even done eating and she is trying to throw away our trash which cool but read the room. Why are you in my face 4 or 5 times? It made me and my child very uncomfortable. And then listening to her talk with some older ladies about how people don't raise or watch their children right these days. Is this really a conversation for work? Needless to say, I'll be hitting the drive thru or another location if or when I want chick fil a again. Sunny at the cash register was very sweet tho. She apologized for being busy and doing her job, she deserves all the good things.
I’ve never had a bad experience at this location until today. I ordered through the app and easily picked up my order only to realize that they had accidentally forgotten 2 of my CFA biscuits. I gave the location a call and was told that they could give me the missing biscuits if I came back. When I pulled back to the drive through, the employee at the window tried to charge me for the biscuits. When I explained that I had called about my missing biscuits, he gave me a rude look and then proceeded to put in a code so that it would override the charge. I’m not sure if he was having a bad morning or what, but he continued to give me a rude look when he gave me my missing food.
Normally love chick-fil-a But I think having them stand outside is taking a toll on the employees, I just went today and my order was completely wrong overall and I can understand that it happens but the past few times I went there, their has been something missing in my order. I’m a teenager who never makes reviews 1. I could care less and 2. because as an essential worker I know how hard it is for everyone, just maybe thought though you guys should once over customers orders so that others like me don’t get disappointed. Found the salads at this location a little skimpy. Not sure if they ran out of some of the ingredients. Made the order about 7 p.m. and the salads were just not good value. The market salad was just lettuce and chicken. A little disappointed this visit.
Let me set the scene. I walk into a Chick-fil-A with a bag of Chipotle, because sometimes your heart wants waffle fries, but your stomach is screaming for a burrito bowl. Call it culinary dual citizenship. Anyway, I sit down peacefully with my friends—who, I might add, were actually eating Chick-fil-A like the good corporate citizens they are—when from across the restaurant comes this old lady, about 5’3” of pure poultry-powered rage. She marched up like she was about to recite the Constitution and arrest me for crimes against fast food. She didn’t say, “Excuse me.” She didn’t say, “Hi.” And not ONCE did she say the sacred Chick-fil-A words: “My pleasure.” Instead, she hit us with that “You can’t eat that here” energy, as if I had smuggled a raccoon into the dining room and taught it to juggle sauce packets. Ma’am, it’s a burrito bowl, not a biohazard. Let me repeat: not once did she say “my pleasure.” Not when my friend asked for a refill. Not when another friend dropped their Polynesian sauce. Not even when the napkin dispenser jammed and I heroically fixed it. I’ve had more hospitality from a DMV vending machine. But here’s the real kicker: Chick-fil-A, if you’re reading this—and I know you are—you need to provide a neutral zone. A B.Y.O.B. (Bring Your Own Bowl) section. Put up a sign. Call it the “Non-Denominational Dining Area.” Let us live. Let us love.

I had never met a slow chick fil a until I met this one. First trip through the drive thru I thought it was a fluke, now on my third and it's the same thing. Drive thru line has been incredibly slow and two of the times I also had to pull to the side and wait additional time. Drinks had almost no ice and fries were hard and cold. Pretty standard for fast food but usually not chick fil a! This store makes me sad.
I’ve been coming here for 4 years because it’s the most convenient location but I try to avoid it because I always have a less than great experience. I’ve had items incorrect and forgotten with almost every visit. I expect that mistakes happen but I find it strange that it just seems to happen with every visit. Today the line was super long (as expected) and I patiently waited. However when I got my food they gave me fried instead of grilled nuggets and none of the order tasted fresh at all. Stale and cold. I’m just shocked that with so many cars ahead of me with the 30 minute long line… that my food tasted like it had been sitting out for hours? I would assume they’d have enough order volume for fresh food. I will continue to avoid this location.
If there’s anything the Murphy Chikfila is consistent in doing, it’s forgetting your sauce. I’m really not the type to take time out of my day to leave a negative review but .it’s quite sad that every time I have placed an order sauce that is on the order is ALWAYS missing. Don’t even bother putting in an online order or going through drive through because you will still have to park and walk inside to ask for your missing sauce. I would actually just drive to the ChikFilA in Wylie instead for the convenience.

I expect better. 4.12.24.. have to give a three again. They forgot item on my order. Had to drive back to get it. Think they are picking on me 🙂.. but they did give me free meal card for my trouble. Ordered a delivery order for asap, the order took well over an hour with no communication that there was a delay. This has happened multiple times. This order was ordered at 11:15am and expected arrival was 12:05. It still hasn't arrived and it's now 12:30pm. Very discouraged on paying such a higher rate for delivery for a disappointing experience.
Not sure why a gallon of sweet tea is $8.50 here when the exact same gallon is two dollars cheaper in Plano and at all the surrounding locations I’ve been to. Sent my husband out to grab a gallon and he texted me, astounded, at the price. He asked why it was so high and was told, that’s just how much it is. So if you are coming to grab a gallon of tea, best to buy it from another location. Very disappointed.
I love Chick-fil-A but this location is just not ran well. It is convenient to my home and close to where I do most of my shopping but I just cannot go here anymore, I have tried so hard to give it extra chances. The Cityline location GM needs to take this store under its wing and really give them a proper training because I know it starts from the top. They do not work efficiently, orders are incorrect more times than not, they have a hard time pivoting if they have a surge, the quality of the food is never the same two times in a row, more times than not their tea has been improperly brewed or improperly sweetened and all of this shows in the way the staff conducts themselves. One visit to the Cityline location at anytime of day and you will see a team that works together efficiently, enjoys their job, takes pride in themselves and their appearance, treats the customers like friends and because of all that, order quality is consistent EVERY SINGLE time. I would love for the Murphy location to improve but I think they are just comfortable being below average at this point and they seem to stay busy so I guess it works for their management team and current customers.

Where do I start? Just sad I guess. Today after shopping at Lowe’s with 3 kids under 4 we ordered through the drive thru. We paid and we left. I know I should have checked before leaving because they often forget the the mac and cheese.. l don’t know why.. but it’s always the mac and cheese. Lol! What’s the point of ordering online beforehand for pick up when you still have to sit in the long drive thru line and wait until you get to the window for them to prep your order? The line was so long, I waited in it for over 40 minutes before I got to the window. I called them to see if there was a quicker way to get my order that I had already placed online an Hour ago and I had a crying baby in the car so I couldn’t get out. They told me no, I had to wait in the line. So why waste your time by ordering and entering all your info/payment info online?
Looked forward to getting a Spicy Biscuit. Couldn't get served. 🤷♂️ Didn't even get looked at. Girl had plenty of time to flirt with her friends and toss receipts at them, then turn around and go in back. Plenty of other staff there, but they couldn't be bothered to see to the only two people waiting.
this store specifically is ran by a bunch of idiots, is it so hard to put my ranch in the bag? everytime i come i order my food, then have to walk back up and ask again for my ranch. this isn’t a one time thing, every time they forget, and never once have they put it in my bag no matter how slow the restaurant is. my ranch on the receipt why not in the bag? do better
Super fast is diluting the accuracy! Very sad, the Chick-fil-A brand we have grown to know and love is now in jeopardy of becoming the other guys. Another order with missing items. Not a big ask, please bring back the service,
Don’t Believe the “Free Delivery Reward” Scam! In the app I received a “Free Delivery” reward. It indicates that the reward will be applied at check-out. At checkout, I was automatically routed through DoorDash…. Well, a $2.49 Delivery Fee and $9.52 Service Fee later, I’m not happy at all. My family loves Chick-fil-a, and have been happy with this location in the past. But this leaves me feeling duped and not happy at all. This may have been “user error” - but if that is the case, the app, which indicated “Delivery Powered by DoorDash” was not intuitive. I can drive to this location to save $12 (& the gratuity).
I am always ordering food from this location, almost every other week. Today, I ordered through the app, since I was on the run and sick, and I was actually on the long drive-thru line. So, it was not a long time to my food. The fries and chicken tasted like they are a few days old! They both tasted like cardboard. In addition, the fries was so salty! One of my kids threw up after eating! Just disgusting! Very disappointing! Tried to send the complaint through the app, but it did not work!
This restaurant is a nightmare. Their drive thru is horrible. They have no extensions so all the cars skip other cars. We were skipped by three people because they came into the parking lot from another entrance and went right into the drive thru lane. In the pictures, the white accord and the silver Lexus skipped in front of us. Won’t be coming back.
We came on drive thru because my kid was sleeping and eat in the car went inside for a refill and they said they don’t do refill if you go in the drive thru
Never order delivery from this location. I live <5 minutes away and it takes 90 minutes to recieve a delivery of your order on a Wednesday, and what they bring is always wrong. This time I was missing both of my two daughter's entrees. Contacted driver and all he said was that he would let the store know. That doesn't feed my hungry kids. Ended up having to drive down there, even though my wife was out of town and I have a disabled special needs kid in fragile health. That's why I chose delivery in the first place - I couldn't really drive there because of my kid's situation. Had to leave her alone with my other kid and drive down anyways, because she needed dinner. Chikfila really put me in a bad spot. Im extremely upset about it, but cussing and raging on here won't help. I was calm amd polite to the teenagers running the store (no adult over ~17 yrs old was present to speak with). I think it is a red flag for the franchise owner to not have any adult at a restaurant during dinner. Ended up speaking with the teenager identified as the "person in charge," because I very clearly and politely told the staff that I needed to speak with the highest level person available. She was professional and polite, but honestly, I think she is a high school student. Im not going to yell at a teenager. I felt like this situation needed a higher level person involved. I try the excessively complicated Chikfila help line through the app. They really dont want you to call - you have to go through a very complicated process on the app to get to a phone number. Was on hold for 15 minutes. Finally spoke to a nice lady on the phone, but again, not someone in a position to do anything about it. She gave me some corporate generic line off a script she had. Again, I dont blame her - but it was clear she was not in a position to actually take my concern amd do something with it. At this point, I would really like the owner of this store to contact me. I want to have a conversation with him or her about the delivery service they offer. They really need to stop offering delivery service if they can't figure out how to do it correctly. It's usually not a big deal for me to drive to Chikfila, but when you have a special needs kid with alot of health challenges and your wife is out of town, bad service can really screw up your evening. I would give this store a minus 4 million stars on delivery service, a solid 5 stars on employee politeness, and a minus 3 million stars on not having an adult at the store during the dinner rush.
Never thought I’d see the day when I complain about CFA but here I am. I ordered online and got a Coke. Picked my order up and received a tea. Swung back around and they said come to the window. They were moving slow, also not normal, so I decided to go inside. They looked at me like I was dumb because they didn’t have any carbonated drinks. I asked for a refund and the manager, Jeremy, was clearly annoyed and only offered a snobby apology after I voiced my concern. I’m truly shocked at the customer service. I thought I was at McDonald’s for a sec.
I had a drive through order not knowing how busy it was, the line went all around the parking lot. I decided to go inside and pick up my order it was just water and a 4 count of the cfa minis (nothing that they don’t have prepared) and I waited 20 minutes after being helped and left with no food. Everyone who ordered in store got their order before me after I did an order ONLINE way before anyone in store. But I guess they pick and choose who they want to prioritize.
There seem to be a lot of nice people working here and I understand rush hours can be chaotic - but my order has been messed up way too many times to not say something. If you order online, Uber eats, in App it goes fine almost every time but drive through and carry out forget drinks half the time and don't listen to the entire order the other half - maybe there is some difficulty focusing? Again - I appreciate the kids working there,they seem to be doing their best genuinely. Also also one strawberry and three blueberries in a fruit parfait?
TRASH location. They’ll mess up your order every single time, then refuse to take accountability. Go to the McD’s nearby or eat at a gas station instead, at least you’ll get what you ordered.
the worker trevor did not say my pleasure after i thanked him for serving me and just laughed when his fellow employee was appalled he forgot to say it. He also screamed at another employee "YOU come here now" scaring my daughter in the backseat. What has chikcila become?
Worst chickfila I’ve been too. Service is slow and so is delivery. I’ve had to cancel delivery multiple times because it wasn’t even prepared after 1 hour. Today we went through drive through, ordered 3 EXACT SAME ORDERS and they still messed it up. We got 1 of what we ordered and 2 random meals. Last time we’re going here…
Absolutely disgusting experience today. I found a big fly in my cobb salad from the Murphy branch. This is unacceptable and shows complete negligence in cleanliness and food safety. I will never be returning, and I warn others to check their food before eating. A restaurant serving food with flies in it clearly doesn’t care about its customers’ health.
This is a note on the manager working today wearing a light blue plaid checkered button down. He walked in and called out a young man's name who failed to do something but was loud enough the entire staff came to a halt and I as a customer was standing right there. He berated the young man in front of everyone and then tried to make jokes about it with several other employees who were all visibly uncomfortable. I get it, someone messed up and it needs to be corrected, absolutely, but this is not how good managers correct their employees especially in front of customers. Let me be very clear too, the place is lovely, the food is yummy, and the girl who took my order was very sweet... shame when the leadership is the one holding the team back.
