I’m always afraid to eat out because I have celiac disease and other food allergies, but we decided to give this place a try while we were out and about. I’m so glad we did! The service and food were amazing. I encountered no issues and enjoyed it immensely. Thank you for listening and taking such excellent care of us. We will definitely be back.

Had a meeting there and the customer service from the moment you walked thru the door was on point. The staff was friendly and engaging. The food- I had their 1/2 pound cheeseburger and it was next level delicious.

First visit here, for Mother's Day lunch. Pleasant experience from the front door with warm greetings, to the upstairs room reserved for our party, to the outstanding servers and delicious food... The choices were abundant and the decision challenging, but I ordered the Chicken Parm. Plentiful portions will make a great snack later. 😋 I'll definitely be back!

We’ve been to the Hillside Fine Grill Highland Village location around 10 times. The consistency in food at this new location was spot on. I always get the Atlantic salmon and it comes over rice with 2 sides. This place has our favorite meatballs and mashed potatoes in the DFW area. We have been to some high end places and are picky. The drinks are stiff and we love the Creekside Martini 🤩 The quality of everything for the price can’t be beat. It’s definitely one of our go-to restaurants! We did notice this place charged for sides of ranch, honey mustard (which the waiter suggested we should try without telling us they charge for it lol), and lemon butter but the other location doesn’t charge for those. We also would love if this place offered the loyalty program like the other location, but we know it’s newer so hopefully that will roll out in time. Each visit is always excellent quality food with fantastic service. We will continue to be regulars! 5 stars all the way ⭐️

The food here is excellent and very affordable! I was impressed not only with the flavors but also with the overall value. On top of that, the amenities make the dining experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I’d recommend and return to.

Great atmosphere, food and service! My husband and I went for dinner tonight. We got there at 6 and they told us it would be a 30-45 minute wait, so we walked over to the bar for a beverage while we waited. We had a table before 6:25! Our food came out fast and was hot and delicious! I had the herb & garlic shrimp and my husband had the catfish & shrimp. We will definitely be back again soon!

Rented the upstairs room for a wedding rehearsal. Natalie was the best to converse with for details, info and setup. Easily reachable with questions and requests. Food did not disappoint! Family from New York, Virginia, California, Utah, Florida and locally raved about the experience and food. Crissa, Chase and Noah went above and beyond and provided top notch service!

Its filet mignon is one of the best to compare with other restaurants I recently had . We love its house salad. The hot fudge sundae made a perfect closing for our dinner.

Had the trio (salmon, shrimp and grilled chicken) & the fish tacos. The crab dip was ok (will try something else next time). The salads with the cornbread croutons was awesome. Will be back to try some different things.

Creekside has an upscale feeling and service with down to earth prices unless you visit the restroom. We were seated right away and our server was fast to welcome us. We ordered two drinks and bar staff knew who had what drink when they brought it to our table. The two meals, salmon and chicken sandwich were very good. The sundae and apple crisp deserts were a meal all by themselves and very good. My only negative feedback it with the men's restroom. There are two urinals, a standard and low boy but the space is big enough for only one. Thankfully I didn't have to rub shoulders or play footsies with anyone. The faucets are the automatic ones and I could never get hot water as the cycle time is so short. I'd like to think employees have a restroom and better access to hot water.

Fine dining it is! We sat in the bar area and enjoyed it. Food was flavorful and portions were fit to the prize. The bar is big with plenty of sitting. Really enjoyed the vibe and food. I was very impressed with the cap on the lemon,.. now thats fancy LOL. If you see it in the pic, give me a thumbs up please 😉 Come check it out and have your own experience.

Wow. I am so happy this restaurant has made it to Wylie and has elevated the dining experience around. We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Short wait time. Drinks and apps quickly after seating. Entre not far off from winding downs the apps. Haley was a wonderful server, and it was her first night! She killed it. We ordered the triple dip as our app and OMG it was tasteful and set the tone. The margaritas were perfect to pair. Our entres were the steak and shrimp, and the patty melt. Steak melted in my mouth. Shrimp was delicious and battered well. Fresh green beans were probably some of the best I've ever had with seasoning and taste. We will definitely be back and hopefully be a regular restaurant in our rotation. I don't think I can say enough positive things about them. Just wow. I'm so impressed. I was so excited with food and taste, I forgot about snapping a picture. It is what it is. Let that speak for itself. Snapping a picture was out of my thoughts when the flavors came in!! Don't skip this place. Totally worth it.

Their deviled eggs are mind blowing and this is from someone who does even like deviled eggs also their crab and shrimp appetizer is the best thing I have tried in Dallas. Creekside is truly the best upscale dining experience in the Wylie, Sachse, Murphy area. The food is consistently good as is the service. My go to is the Hawaiian Chicken which is delicious. They also have a room upstairs that can be reserved for events.

We visited Creekside Fine Grill for the 1st time and the experience was great! Love the interior design of the restaurant. It has an upscale contemporary feel with somewhat unique decor that's very comfortable. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. We will definitely be frequenting this restaurant as it's a welcomed upscale restaurant that's much needed in the Murphy/Wylie area.

First time customer, was passing by after visiting Camp Lake Lavon. My wife and I almost felt out of place, it looks upscale but yet casual. Anyhow, the food was delicious, I had the ribs and shrimp with green beans and coleslaw. My wife had the chicken Parmesan, to which she truly enjoyed. We would definitely go back and have lunch.

Good first experience, we will go again. If you prefer a fine dining experience or at least one without screaming and shrieking kids ask to be seated as such. Hopefully that allows adult conversation, regardless of ill mannered children. It's worth a try to ask. They do not have sweet tea.

What a hidden gem. We have been wanting to dine in here since moving to the area. We used to visit this location when it was a pizza place called the rock when we lived here years ago, but since moving back, we finally went in and we’re blown away from the hostess to the waiter to the manager that stopped by and checked on us to the efficiency of the kitchen and the outstanding quality of the food there is no reason why this place should not have a line out the door Every Weekend. We were so excited that Creekside Fine Grill opened in the area! The interior is very classy and upscale!! We arrived on a Sunday evening and the restaurant was packed! For a restaurant that just opened, we were impressed by the turn out! The food was also so delicious. We were both very happy with what we ordered. The shrimp and tenders we fried perfectly and very crispy! Fries were great, and the mashed potatoes were creamy! The menu had an array of options, from Italian pasta, seafood, Latin-fusion, and American classics. We will definitely be coming back!

With delicious food and wonderful service, Creekside has easily become a perfect place for a great night out. On our Saturday night visit, the restaurant was very popular, so we were glad to have made a reservation. The waiters were extremely knowledgeable, giving spot-on recommendations, such as the in-house key lime pie which was the perfect balance of tart and sweet! Overall, this is definitely a place we will be returning to time and again, and we are already excited to see what the spring/summer menu brings.

A gem of a restaurant! The food was high quality and really delicious. We had the red snapper, which was seasoned perfectly and had tons of flavor, and the chicken piccata. The chicken was so crispy and the sauce was light and bright…just delicious. The mashed potatoes and green beans were also top notch. The atmosphere is lively and also classy. The service was excellent. Everyone was SO friendly and kind. Our server Kristen was so sweet, and attentive and gave great recommendations. She was fantastic and made our night! We will be back. Was impressed by the portion size to cost ratio. Couldn't even scratch finishing the Ribs. Extremely tender and juicy. The shrimp app was super crispy even to the last bite which can be tricky with fried foods coated in sauce. Worth a visit.

We are new to Wylie and saw that Creekside had positive reviews. It was a Wednesday evening and our server, Kristin made our evening feel special. She gave excellent recommendations and we were blown away. Rivals any entrees and service we’ve received in Austin or Dallas. We are home and will be back!!!

Our waitress Krista and waiter Zeuss were informative, efficient, and so personable. The food was delicious and the service made it a special evening. We will definitely return!

We were pleasantly surprised upon entry. The restaurant has an upscale look and feel (waitstaff, management, and menu offerings). Delightful! Prices are on par with other restaurants with these offerings. We will visit again.

A perfect evening! Thank you so much! Tonight we celebrated our anniversary and ordered twice as much food as we normally would order. Appetizer first, the crab dip with pita bread was very rich and thick, and others had recommended it as well. It started our meal off right! I had a glass of Chloe Merlot and it was a perfect side drink for my entire meal. Our entrees were the Atlantic grilled salmon and the ruby red trout. I elected to pay a couple dollars to sub the side salad. This salad was the best dinner salad I've had, with nuts and shredded apples. I did not realize both fish dinners were on a bed of rice, so I really did not need another starch like my potato. Both fish dinners were fresh and had excellent flavor and spices, definitely not any overwhelming ingredients just a great taste! So after eating half we saved the rest and decided to indulge in a dessert for each of our tastes with a great large cup of coffee. I had the apple caramel dessert a la mode and my husband picked the pumpkin pie. Normally he never eats but a few bites but he said it was the best pumpkin pie he's ever had! My apple crisp was like a granola crunchy apple dish and I did enjoy it but gravitated to his pie which was exceptional. Thank you to Shaun for great service. The restaurant had a team of servers which made the timing for items very enjoyable. Lastly, the restaurant was beautiful. It was hard to believe I was still in Wylie. Thank you for starting this restaurant here! We will be back again.

Friendly staff, excellent food, pleasant atmosphere. Classy and casual. The red trout was delicious, and the hot apple crisp was amazing! We were thrilled by the reasonable prices for such a nice place. We arrived around 6pm on a Thursday in July, and were seated immediately without a reservation. We'll definitely be back!

I was quite pleased, and a bit surprised. We had a party of seven. All of us were happy with the food. That is rare. Chicken parm, Hawaiian chicken, adult Mac and cheese. All were terrific! Server was friendly and very attentive.

Finally a nice, upscale restaurant in Wylie with excellent food, service and reasonable prices. My family loves coming here for dinner. The food is always delicious and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Also a great bar area if you just want to have a cocktail and chat with friendly locals.

First off I’d like to say we were greeted by a friendly hostess and our server, Adrianna, was amazing. I ordered the Creekside Trio: lemon herb chicken, grilled shrimp, and shrimp etouffee with sides of whipped potatoes and green beans. DELICIOUS the potatoes were seasoned great the shrimp was perfect the rice was perfect green beans were amazing. My fellow guests had the ribs and a burger they both said they were delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

Upscale standalone restaurant with ample parking. Restaurant is fairly new, very clean and in good order. Very organized and courteous staff. Menu has a good variety of items at different price points. Well stocked bar with skilled bartenders. Food was much better than we expected. Highly recommend.

Last weekend we had a birthday dinner upstairs and were blown away by the food quality and amazing service by Kristen and Sean (sorry if spelled wrong). They worked so hard to make sure our night was perfect and it was!! Natalie was also super helpful with booking and answering all my questions. The event space and team is awesome!!

Super nice restaurant with seasonal food choices! I would not call it ‘fine dining’ but it’s as ‘fine dining’ as it gets in Wylie! And that’s perfect for the town- we like nice things but don’t need the over the top, gotta buy a new dress and heaven forbid you spill anything vibe that a traditional Dallas fine dining restaurant has. This one is so decadent and DELICIOUS but also FUN! My dad’s steak was underdone (he likes Medium-Well to Well- don’t hate) but the meat was so good that he loved it cooked Medium! Asparagus was dreamy and so were the shrimp tacos and baked potato soup! Something for everyone. 🥰🙋🏻‍♀️

We had a family Valentine’s Day dinner at Creekside last night. We love this restaurant and always have great service. Last night we sat upstairs and our server Kristen was amazing. She was so personable, fun and attentive. It was definitely a busy night and the dining area was crowded and I believe she may have been the only one upstairs. Our service was prompt, friendly and she always had a smile on her face. The food was delicious with generous portions. Probably the best dining experience we’ve ever had there! Well done! We will be back soon!

Whether your group is large or small, you are treated extremely well here. My most recent visit was a work luncheon, so we were in a reserved room with 2 dedicated waitstaff and even our own restroom. The whole experience was just lovely! I highly recommend for events or simply enjoying a nice meal. I've visited 5 times now, and every time the service and food have been amazing.

I meannnnnnnn, AMAZING! 5/5 all around! Customer service, the food, the space, everything is great. I really didn’t expect to be blown away, but Creekside knows what they’re doing. We came here for family night, and we had such a good time. Our server explained the entire menu and gave us great recommendations. Appetizers: GET THE FIRECRACKER SHRIMP AND HOT CRAB & SHRIMP DIP - SO GOOD! These appetizers were so good we literally saved half of each to take home for the next day. Entrees: My man ordered the 12 OZ RIBEYE and he loved it! I ordered the MAHI ALEXANDER and enjoyed my dish, but I’m getting the burger next time. Our daughter got the chicken tenders and tore it up 😂 Now I need to spend a little time on the mashed potatoes because my goodness. THE MASHED POTATOES are creamy and well seasoned. Like very good. I saw that multiple reviews mentioned them so for each entree, we made the side mashed potatoes. Well worth it. I’m glad we had 3 servings 😂 Also, the restaurant has events every now and then. While we were there they were doing a wine pairing food event with Caymus wines, of course I tried to go, but tickets were sold out 😂

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful experience at Creekside Fine Grill in Wylie! From the moment we sat down, everything was top tier. Kristen, our waitress, was absolutely OVER THE TOP — hands down the best waitress. She was attentive without hovering, so friendly, and made the whole meal feel special. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does. The triple dip was an incredible value — the portions were way more than we expected and perfect for sharing. Definitely not one of those tiny appetizer plates… they give you plenty! And the chicken parmesan was amazing. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Great service, great food, great atmosphere. We’ll absolutely be back! 👏

I don’t know where to start, so I’ll just say this place is awesome. The food, drinks, servers, and front counter ladies are great. I must say, I was disappointed they didn’t have Sweet Tea cause this is the South lol but they made up for it. We had our nine month old, and they were so accommodating. The Beef Short-Rib Stroganoff is like that (very good). If you live in the Wylie area, you must give this neighborhood star a try.

Our experience was absolutely wonderful—we couldn’t have asked for a better lunch. We booked a private room for a birthday, and it was perfect, especially with little ones. The extra space allowed them to play comfortably without disturbing other guests during our two-hour lunch. Getting into the restaurant and getting set up was seamless, and our waitress was truly fantastic. She was incredibly attentive, helped with our computer setup, and made all of our guests feel completely at home. This place has been here for a couple of years and we were hesitant to try it because we don’t find that Wylie has a hot around us besides fast food, nail salons, oil change places, and lots of traffic. The atmosphere is fantastic, the food is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. It has a very nice ambience and would highly recommend coming here. The prices are a little bit expensive for what you would find in Wylie but would definitely be back.

Been there several times now. Food and service always outstanding. Tonight they were full but we had a reservation and were seated immediately upon arrival. My wife had the Red Snapper Alexander, with shrimp, and came with green beans, rice and mashed potatoes. I had the fried catfish with white rice and coleslaw. As always we both were only able to eat about half so we have leftovers for another meal.

Only two things I don't care for at this location...very dark on the dark painted stairs going upstairs...the waiting area is small, and when crowded, you overflow into the dining area. I felt sorry for the diners near the door. The food...I had steak, potato and green beans. It was AMAZINGLY wonderful. Better than most steak restaurants around here! Everyone at 3 different tables, in our party, was equally pleased! The staff..very friendly, helpful, enjoying the people they were helping. The dining area clean and inviting. We plan to go back on our own, and we certainly would entertain the idea of inviting a group of friends for a special party.

We got engaged here! 5 Stars! Lovely place with incredible food. We've been 4 times, now, in May/June/July and consumed different menu items each time - we're in love and it's become "our place" because of the great service, wonderful food and fun atmosphere. Knowing the establishment that occupied this space prior, it's even more impressive to see the interior completely redesigned with great art, useable space, attractive bar and decent flow. The FOOD is the standout, here - everything we've had has been extremely well executed! Al dente veggies, perfectly buttered potatoes (pet peeve of mine is how many places over butter their mashed potatoes), ideally cooked proteins (we've had chicken, fish and meatballs so far), delicious cocktails and CHRIS behind the bar. SEAFOOD - I've had the Snapper and the Red Trout - both were cooked perfectly and quite tasty. The Red Trout came with a cream sauced shrimp that was good but I probably like the Snapper better just because it's harder to find in the DFW area, and it was cooked so beautifully I felt like I was in Florida. MORE FOOD - the chicken picatta was splendid! Felt lighter, refreshing and fun. We split it so we could get apps as well on one visit - we got the Italian Meatballs to start, which were more filling but spectacular! The sauce was obviously fresh and made in-house - no doubt. COCKTAILS - listen, Chris makes a mean cocktail. I've had a Manhattan (Angel's Envy, up) and a Martini (slightly dirty, Belvedere shaken dry martini please). Katie had the Dreamsicle and frozen Peach something-wonderful. Very happy times good stuff with these! DESSERT - had the Key Lime pie which was fresh, perfect tartness, tasted like it was made from scratch right before we ordered it. And we also had the Apple Caramel crumble which was delectable. I forgot to snag a picture of the crab dip because it was so good it entranced me into food necessity, forgetting all photo ops. But get it.

It was absolutely delicious. I had the lemon pepper shrimp and hubby had steak both were perfectly cooked. Service was amazing and the watermelon mojito was yummy! 10/10 would definitely recommend. We will for sure be back!

Wylie has finally done it!! They've brought us a fine dining establishment with great food and excellent service!! The food was brought out in a timely fashion, and was amazing! Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. As soon as you step foot in the restaurant, are greeted by the hostesses, who are kind and very welcoming. The dining room decor is modern, elegant and tasteful. The menu is also moderately priced. It was nice to see people get dressed up, to spend a night with the family around a good meal. On a side note, I did ask the hostess if there was a dress code, as my husband and I we're not in dressed up attire. She smiled and invited us to come as we were. We did not feel out of place, as a matter of fact, we felt the total opposite. I highly recommend this establishment for any occasion!

True definition of a premium dining experience, so happy we have this here in Wylie. Staff is very professional and quick to help. Menu is simple but has enough choices to satisfy anyone. Drinks are excellent and reasonably priced. Food is spectacular, everything is prepared fresh and you can tell with every bite. This place will only get better with more time!

I enjoy eating here on ocassion as Wylie doesn't have many options for a restraunt like this. The food I've had is ok, sometimes it can be a bit bland. I have to eat gluten free and they do offer a gluten free menu, however many items have to be served without the sauces or glazes. I would also love to see them add gluten free bread as an option so the burger could be served on something. I think it is odd they don’t offer sweet tea. It is the only place I've ever been to around here that doesn’t offer it. We are in Texas after all and trying to get a sugar packet to dissolve in tea once it is on ice is next to impossible. Overall the atmosphere is nice and it’s been a good spot to go with family.

Ordered Ribeye medium came out rare. Sent it back ne one was well done. Wife loved the beef stroganof.

This was my first visit to this nice place. I ordered a steak that was a bit overcooked but maybe I should have asked for medium rare. Broccoli was great. Potato was served hot. I am not sure about the butter on the potato. It tasted more like margarine. Excellent service from Mel who makes one heck of a great Martini! The only thing I found annoying was the soft Rap type music. It sort of ruined the nice ambiance of the place. Better choices would be more innocuous types of music like light jazz or old fashioned lite Rock. Kenny Loggins. Beatles , classic choices. Still this is a very nice place with excellent service.

Great all around bar, service, atmosphere, totally a place we’ll revisit that we want to do well. However, eventhough my Red Snapper tasted OK, the texture was literally like rubber, had we not been w friends we’d not seen in a while I’d of sent it back. I can grille fish that’s so much better, flaky, and scrumptious @ home.

Was very happy that a nice place to eat opened here in Wylie. Atmosphere was very nice, wait staff was very courteous and professional. We ordered the 3 dip appetizer that I enjoyed but spinach dip was highlight… Fish n chips was very good and spinach pasta was good also. Had some friends that recommended the salmon so I will try that next! I’m a foody looking for that Wow factor dish!! I’ll keep exploring your menu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was awesome. Prices are fair. Fast and mannered services. Tiffany was my server and she was amazing. Yall have to try the deviled eggs and the crab dip. Chkn parm was ok, the breaded chkn was nice , but the pasta was dry with no sauce.

This restaurant is the talk of the town in our beautiful Wylie city. For the positives, I love the decor, customer service, and the quality of the food was what we expected. The flavors and style of our dishes feels like Pappadeaux and Cheddar, fell in love and had a baby. We had the mango margarita (delicious and homemade), Trio entire dish which I picked shrimp étouffée (a bit too salty), salmon (dry a buttery flavor), and grilled shrimp (delicious but small). My wife had the gumbo which was fantastic. The Brussels Sprout with green chili dish was too greasy and not much flavor. Overall this restaurant was a good experience and it had a bright future ahead of itself.

We went to Creekside and I had sweats and a hoodie.. I was in the wrong house. I thought that they had a dress code It is not a dress code.. I had a Gumbo and my wife had Hawaiian Chicken.. both of us was good to go.. the dessert I had the crispy apple and my wife hot fudge ice cream. It was superb. The manager had shaked my hand and said “Thank you for your service” (I had my cap on). That was great, some people don’t care.. but I salute him!!

Creekside Fine Grill in Wylie, TX, underwent a remarkable transformation when it took over the old Rock restaurant. The extensive renovation has given it a much-needed facelift, creating a more upscale and appealing atmosphere. The ambiance is undoubtedly a strong point here, with a modern finish out that makes it stand out in the area. However, the experience isn't flawless. The food, while decent, doesn't quite match the elevated expectations set by the restaurant's appearance. It's good but not exceptional. Service, unfortunately, falls short of what one would hope for in a fine dining establishment. Despite having a reservation, we waited 15 minutes for our table, which is far from ideal. Getting our drinks took longer than expected, and the wait to place our order was around 30 minutes. These delays can be quite frustrating, especially for patrons who come with high expectations. That said, Creekside Fine Grill still manages to outshine some of the more common chain restaurants in Murphy and Wylie. It may not be perfect, but it offers a more refined dining experience and a respite from the fast-food options in the area. If you're willing to be patient with the service hiccups, you can enjoy a decent meal in a beautifully renovated setting at Creekside Fine Grill.

Very excited to try this new restaurant . Very beautiful restaurant . We ordered the chicken salad , fish n chips, spinach artichoke pasta and a trio dip appetizer . My only complaint was my chicken was very chewy, informed the waiter and it was replaced immediately . Service was great . Thank you Noah. We will be back.

First time experience here the service is great. The atmosphere is cool. I had the Cajun chicken quesadillas. There wasn’t much Cajun flavor just mostly chicken and cheese, but the pasta dishes are large and the chicken on my pasta tasted great. First of all the young lady at the counter when I came in on Sunday 3/1/26 @ around 530ish was so friendly. When you walk into an establishment and met with someone like her it makes you wanna come back. The lady who handed me my food from the bank was very nice as well. We ordered ribs they were fall off the bones, decent flavor. The reason I came was for the apple crisp. (Ordered the ribs last minute) Loved it. Wish it had a bottom crust. Whipped potatoes were nice as well. It's a good choice for Wylie! I've had their ribeye in the past very good as well.

This is the old ROCK location. They did a nice job with the remodel and it feels comfy and cozy. The service was very good and attentive. The food was good and a good sized portion. The steak I had was fair and more cooked like medium to well done. I had asked at the time of ordering to have a good layer of pink in the middle but ended up with something more like well to well done. Still not a bad meal and I will give them another try. Maybe a cut and cook chart for the steaks to help with consistency. I'm going to ask for medium rare next visit and see what I end up with.🤠 I do have to brag on the salad. It was very good, tasty and the heated thick croutons were a big plus that sets them apart from anyplace else in that department.

Fine but not worth the money in my opinion. Catfish had no flavor had to peel breading off and use their (actually really good) tartar sauce. Put it on the green beans too as they were a little bland as well. Also need to get or clean their water filter. It tasted so funky I had to order tea.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant when it first opened and had a truly wonderful experience. Based on that, I recently recommended it to my parents, who also enjoyed the food—it was delicious! However, their visit felt a bit rushed due to the service. As soon as their plates arrived, the check was brought to the table within minutes. While the waitress was attentive, her demeanor felt hurried, almost as if she was trying to turn the table quickly. In fact, my father’s plate was cleared while he was still finishing his meal. I believe this is something worth addressing. A more mindful approach—allowing guests space to enjoy their meal and waiting until they are clearly finished before offering the check—would go a long way in creating a more relaxed and professional dining experience. I only share this because I really want others to enjoy their time here as much as I did originally. With just a bit more attentiveness to pacing, the service could match the quality of the food.

This was my first time ordering from here. I was craving a good cheeseburger. I placed my order on line, it said my order was confirmed for Wylie location and it would be ready by 5:33pm. I walk in then was told my order did not go through, they could make it quickly. The young ladies at the front that greet people as they come in we’re happily carrying on a personal conversation as they greeted and seated people, one couple came in and they continued thier discussion before greeting the couple. I was surprised. Not very professional in my opinion. I was asked if I wanted a drink while I wait, which was nice. Then my drink did not come, I had to mention that I had not received my Diet Coke, they finally gave it to me. I then sat in the entry way until my order was ready. It was around 6pm when I finally got my cheeseburger and fries. The burger was moist and tasty, and cooked correctly. The fries were good. I felt like there was a lot going on and there was no organization. For a first visit, not thrilled.

Beautiful restaurant with a relaxing ambiance. Our server could have been more accommodating and observant. However, those who supported the wait staff made up for his service. Food quality on higher-end plates was not sufficient. However, burgers and fried fish appeared worth the price.

This experience happened this evening. My adult son was visiting from out of town, and his 94-year-old grandmother wanted to treat us to a nice dinner. Dad, Mom, and Grandma chose Creekside Grill in Wylie as our dinner spot. 1st timers We gave the hostess our information and waited about 25 minutes. Here’s the “KICKER” we were being led to a very nice booth when a man named RICK (manager?)told her, “NO—save it for a group of seven.” We had already seen the booth, and it was perfect for us. It honestly made me want to cry. JK Since it was our first time there, we tried to be grown-ups about it and were seated at a four-top further back. HOWEVER, 13 minutes later, that same booth was given to a group of four—just like us. That was extremely disappointing. RICK probably has no idea how hurtful that moment was, especially on what was supposed to be a special family night. The food was very good, and everyone enjoyed it, but I will never forget how that situation made us feel. You never know who is going to remember—or write about—an experience like that.

I really wanted to like this place but was quite disappointed. My husband and I sat at the bar and it took forever for the bartender to take our drink order. And then it took even longer to take our food order. I was willing to look past that as the restaurant is fairly new. But when the food came, it was overall disappointing as well. The quesadillas I ordered were greasy and very bland even though they were supposed to be Cajun and nothing on my plate tasted that great. My husband also thought his food was very bland and not very flavorful.

We couldn't wait to eat here. Upon entering, we were greeted with a smile and were seated at our table. Tiffany, our server, was great! The atmosphere was one of fine dining. Everything about the decor I loved. My husband and I both ordered the three entrees with two sides of dinner. When the food came out, it looked amazing. It was the worst food i ever tasted. The shrimp and chicken were tough, stringy, and overcooked. The rice had an interesting flavor, but honestly, it ruined the dish for us. We are from Louisiana, so we love trying any cajun cuisine, but again, so disappointed. There was no flavor to the etouffee at all. By the end of the meal (what we could stomach), we were just ready to leave. We never ordered alcoholic drinks or dessert. We left a lot of food on our plates. I would not recommend this place.

The food was decent, but the overall experience was disappointing. For a restaurant positioning itself as fine dining, closing at 8pm on weekdays and 9pm on weekends feels unreasonable. We arrived at 8pm and were immediately rushed by the staff, which completely took away from the experience. When you’re spending several hundred dollars, you expect to relax and enjoy the meal—not feel like you’re being pushed out the door. Unfortunately, the atmosphere and timing overshadowed what could have been a much better evening.
