I come here at least once a week. Smoothie flavors are better since the recipe changes. Unfortunately, they no longer offer styrofoam cups so your drinks don't stay cold long.

Delicious drinks. I’ve noticed that the quality and taste of drinks have really improved the past month or two (a year ago the drinks tasted different from visit to visit, from my personal experience). Highly recommend. Staff is awesome!

come here after the gym pretty frequently and today Tamia helped me out with my smoothie and i just wanted to say the customer service was excellent and whoever trained her should take pride in her abilities

Yesterday was mine and my son’s first time here and it was spectacular! McKenna was very kind and patient with my son who is on the spectrum. Usually, when I have a teenager taking my order, I feel rushed and disrespected, but she is the complete opposite. She was actively having a conversation with me and didn’t show annoyance and wasn’t trying to find a way to close it and as I’ve said before, patient. I was blown away as she seemed to have advanced knowledge on the menu; she was throwing out suggestions left and right. Not only that, but the smoothie she made was delicious! I will 100% be back here again.

Unfortunately we swung by while we were in town, and it was 15 minutes before they closed. But Friday had the 32 oz. Smoothies for $5 so we wanted to get some. We felt very bad for coming in late but the workers were understanding and sweet to us regardless. The smoothies were made very fast and everyone was extremely happy with them. This was my first time at this location, I normally visit greenville and richardson and this one was very good too.

I went to pickup my order from Pizza hut, and ended up getting 4 of thier smoothies. Most important of all Welcoming atmosphere, neat and organized and drinks were smoothies.

My daughter is neurodivergent, and with that comes sensory sensitivities, including around taste and smell. For her, this shows up as ARFID, which makes eating, especially early in the morning when she’s not hungry yet- a real challenge for both her dad and me. We found one smoothie at Smoothie King she’ll actually drink, but it has to be made exactly right or she can taste the difference. And because of how it has to be rung up in their system, I’ve sometimes struggled to explain it when new staff are working, especially in the morning when I’m rushed and probably a little frazzled. This morning, a new employee I’d not met stopped me mid-explanation and said, “Oh—Is her name Kylie? My manager told me about a little girl with ARFID who needs her smoothie a certain way.” He pointed to a small note taped by the register so anyone working could get it right. I don’t know why, but it hit me so deeply. That tiny act of kindness, the thoughtfulness, the effort to make sure Kylie is cared for, it meant more than they know. I left feeling emotional and incredibly grateful. All the staff, they have always been really accommodating and understanding, and I’m so touched every time the manager remembers the order even when I don’t, despite having written it down and taking a picture of it, I still forget where I wrote it. I’m very grateful for the way everyone at this location has responded to the high maintenance order.

I had such a wonderful experience at Smoothie King today! After leaving Target where I unfortunately had a racist encounter, I walked in feeling upset. But the staff here completely turned my day around with their kindness, professionalism, and positive energy. The service was welcoming, fast, and truly made me feel valued. My smoothie was delicious, but more than that, the way I was treated lifted my mood and reminded me what great customer service feels like. Thank you Smoothie King team for making my day brighter! 💜

Great and fast service. We went there last Friday for the Fridays' $5 smoothies. We were very impressed. Employees are very organized. As soon as you order, you can see the production line at its best. They made our four smoothies very fast and accurately. They seem to enjoy working there and were very friendly and helpful. They offered a drink carrier and offered to label each drink. Great management! Like below if this review is helpful.

I came in today and a younger gentleman with glasses was working. I struggled to talk bc I had just had a wisdom tooth removed (hence why I wanted a smoothie). When I got my order he had mentioned that he made the smoothie “soft but not too thick so I could drink it better for my recovery!” This was so kind and made me smile (under the gauze 😆) being that he paid attention! You truly made my day despite the pain from my tooth removal and the smoothie was refreshing and just what I needed! It’s the little things, thank you for your kindness!

Been coming here for years. It's my go to spot especially when I'm headed into Friday meetings. Overall I love it but will admit the quality, service, speed and attention to detail is nowhere near what it used to be. It's getting to the point where an online order still takes 30 min for a single smoothie and it may or may not be made correctly. I attribute that to the revolving door of employees. I used to see the same crew to the point we knew eachother on a first name basis. I have no clue who the hell is on staff at any given day now lol. Maybe it's a tough gig but it seems to be a real problem with this location. The owners are cool ppl so hopefully they can turn it back around.

Got my wife a slim-fit strawberry protein shake this morning after her work out. The shake was GREAT! The staff was irritable and not- so- friendly though, and they didn't seem to be in a big hurry either. I'll be coming back, for another shake.

Simple hole-in-the-wall store. Standard fare but very helpful staff with several suggestions especially for kids. Order confirmation and error free preparation was performed quickly - truly fast. Always gave it a pass since it was established but the loss is mine alone. Definitely worth patronizing because of the first-time experience. Hope the standard of service can be sustained since it is very difficult to do so in the fast food business.

Drinks here are good but workers unfortunately don't have the best attitude. I will still come, I know how difficult it can be to work in the food and service industry but employees here should act more nicely towards customers.

First time trying smoothie king and I was pretty excited because of all the recommendations people have been giving me. Unfortunately my excitement was not matched with my experience. I am pretty sure the staff was fairly new and that’s probably the reason my drink had about 20% missing from it. Another thing that I noticed was that when I was ordering my drink, there was a 2 dollar coupon I could’ve used whenever I signed up that day. The person who helped me didn’t even point that out so im not sure why that wouldn’t be discussed with customers if that’s a way I can save money and you guys can continue earning my business... Management was very sweet and requested to redo drink but I had spent enough time waiting. Overall the drink still tasted great and I do plan to come back to that location and would recommend it to others as well!

Run down and poor quality. This Smoothie King used to be good, but has gone down hill. Drinks taste watered down and the cups aren't even filled to the top. Shelves where should be supplements for sale are bone empty. The staff and management here is clearly inexperienced. Go to the other smoothie place on 544.

Mine is more a service review. I had been getting a GLP1. I guess the barista didn’t like my combination with the almond butter. I told her it just needed to be over blended instead of just giving the customer what they asked for, I got side bar comments. “ well if that’s what you like” I had to explain that I had the same smoothie last night and the girl working there just over blended it ! It was not a problem till today! I ‘ ll go to another location from now on! Rude workers . I tipped them but wish I had not!

Not a regular customer, but I had ordered a green smoothie in the past. I didn't see it on the menu anymore. Didn't get suggestions from staff... just pointed to the menu board. Young staff did not pay attention to customer.

Don’t do mobile orders really if your expecting them to do them in order. I did a mobil order at 1045 at 1115 they still had not started and actually out the mobile order to the side on the table and not the strip with orders . I finally just told them to cancel. No refund. Very disappointed even when I got there and stated I had a mobile order they didn’t change. 2 people came in and ordered and they did theirs before mine.

I’ve never been more disappointed in customer service than I have tonight. There were two girls working: blonde and darker haired girl. The darker hair girl saw me walk in and she was not quiet about how annoying it was for me to walk into a public place. She rushed me for my order, she kept rolling her eyes at me, she had to remake my smoothie twice and I guess finally gave up because it wasn’t filled all the way. I deal with teenagers like this all the time at other places, but if you can’t make a smoothie right, why are you working? If I could give negative stars to this girl, I would. Blonde girl was sweet but her face said it all for her coworker.

One Bad Experience: I was overcharged for my two smoothies yesterday (charged twice for the same 2 smoothies). I reached out to the Smoothie King workers there 4 times before the owner (Jay) returned my call. There was no question as to why I was calling for his help. Jay said he could not find the 2 transactions in the system. There was no apology offered for the mistake that was made. I was required to drive a total of 12.5 miles to and from the store, spend 30 minutes out of my busy schedule, not to mention the wear and tear on my car--just to receive my refund--all of which upset me. The overcharge was refunded. I asked that I be made whole with Smoothie King coupons because I really like Smoothie King smoothies, but Jay refused that request. I didn't feel like my time was valued as I value it. Overall, I was made to feel like it was my fault that I was overcharged--this upset me more than anything. I left without a word. I doubt that I will ever be back to this store because of this one experience.

I went here today and they were so slow and we asked for them to label our smoothies at the cash register and they only labeled 2 of the 5. They made all five and said they had to remake three because they forgot to label them.they remade the other ones when we said that we were going to check at home and it was fine. We spent an hour waiting. When we finally got our melted order we found that they still didn’t label three of them and gave us a 20oz instead of a 32oz. We were so rushed to leave we didn’t even notice.

I will drive 10 miles out of my way to the next closest smoothly king then to return to this location. I never complain but I’ve given this location multiple chances. The past two experiences have been completely horrific. The employees are very rude and have terrible attitudes, including the supposed “area manager” Manry. Hope changes are made so others don’t have to experience this.

On my last visit they double charged my credit card account for the same transaction. I called them multiple times to get it fixed and they appeared to try but just couldn’t seem to get a seemingly simple correction done. I finally contacted my credit card company and filed a report. I would not recommend this location.

I usually go here weekly for my drinks but lately they’re really slacking on their work ethic and how they make drinks. The new workers I’ve seen constantly pour in and out the drink from the blender to the cup because they constantly mess up. They also server drinks in the wrong order so someone who’s been there last gets out first. I should be waiting 20 minutes for my drink. Not only that but my drink doesn’t taste like it use to. Everything here is now just a mess. Nothing feels clean and my drink isn’t even full anymore.

I came to this location and got 4 smoothies. 3 of them were the same, yet they all looked and tasted differently. Extremely sweet. I noticed the girls were having to add more to each blender as the cups were not getting full and some were coming out super thick and some super runny. I don’t think think the girls are trained well. They were very nice, but the drinks were very poorly done.

I accidentally ordered a smoothie from here on my app without changing the address to the one closest to me in Austin. I realized this immediately and called them to cancel the order. I was told that only a manager could cancel my order by a 16 year old and they would call me later when a manger came in. I never got a call and my money was never refunded. I am going to stop ordering smoothies from the Smoothie King app as it appears there is no way to cancel an order if it was made in error. After attempting to contact them the past two days, I now feel like they are avoiding my phone calls. Their mailbox is also full so I cannot leave a message. I am now going to file a complaint about them with the Smoothie King corporate offices, in addition to informing my credit card company that this purchase was fraudulent.
