Lots of great breakfast choices.
Y'all are sleeping on Jack in the Box. This establishment was quick and delicious. I had no problem placing or picking up my mobile order. Also, the food smacks, I promise I was 100% sober. You should give this place a try (before midnight).
Update: 05.20.2022 - pulled up to the window where 4 employees just looked at me. Weren't greeted, one girl on her cell phone, the other taking orders in the very busy dubs through line. I must've been in the drive thru lane for at least 30 minutes if not longer. Tacos were stale and I will definitely not be back to this location! Great Burgers...fast service!
Stopped by on my way to work tonight and was warmly greeted by Rachel and Diane! I received excellent customer service! I am never disappointed in my local Jack In The Box crew! 5 stars for great food and amazing service!
I have always enjoyed eating here. Most of the time I do drive thru but do come in and sit and eat. Sometimes the wait is a little long but understandable because I work in fast food and I get sometimes things just happen. Keep it going.
Every time I eat there, good is fresh. People, if you see that they're short staffed (like many fast food places) don't expect to get your food fast, especially during rush hours or after a local football game. If you are not willing to wait more than 15 minutes for your big order or someone else who order $50 worth of food, then just go home and cook your own meal. Quit complaining!

Mobile ordered, no line in drive-through, making for a quick trip. Getting home to eat, found too much taco sauce and too little secret sauce included. Still a decent meal for the price.
I have been eating Jack in the box for 50+ years and I have never been disappointed with anything on the menu.
We went here pretty late and got a mix of items between breakfast and lunch type of items. They were helpful, polite, and worked hard to get my order out. The food was delicious! Nice and fresh! We had to wait a little bit but I would rather wait a little to get delicious hot food! Great job guys!
Ordered online and picked up at the drive though. Everything was there and delicious.
That might’ve been the best drive-through experience of the year. I asked if they had monster tacos. They ran out. So I got six tacos. Got to the window and they were already done, but fresh. Nobody forgot any sauces. Nobody forgot my card. I was out of there pronto. Tacos tasted great. Good team over there.
Jack in the Box in Wylie is a convenient spot for a quick and tasty meal. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and my order is usually accurate every time. The menu has a good variety, and it’s easy to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the go. Definitely a reliable choice when I want something quick and satisfying!
Currently on an RV trip visiting friends in Texas. First time at Jack in the Box. Food was good! Would I eat there again? Yes , yes I would! We ordered burgers, shakes, and the loaded mini tacos. Tacos were tasty!! Shakes were AMAZING! We also ordered breakfast so that we could heat up the chow un the AM and eat while in route! It was good too.
The drive thru is a little slow and the staff are always wonderful. Also, the fine in area is actually really clean for a Jack in the Box. I am not saying they are all gross, but this one is really well kept for one. The one I grew up by. I was afraid to eat in there or order from the drive thru. It was scary. This one isn't at all.
Pretty consistently out of something. I understand the supply chain issues but you can’t run out of French fries and tacos so often. I will update this when I’ve been a few times and not seen a sign on the menu saying they are out of common items. Edit: seems to be better now as items are staying consistently in stock. Only 4 stars because the shake machine seems broken now. Lol.
Good chicken sandwich. First time to this location. It was very clean and it was nice and cool compared to other locations.
Enjoy eating jack in the box always got to have my sourdough jack. Order many items this evening but they forgot my order of the 3 pcs eggrolls. Would like to get it the next time I go back. The girl at the window was very nice and friendly.
The ultimate cheeseburger was good, the fries were hot and the drink was cold. The best Jack in the box I've been to in a long time. There was 3 cars in front of me, it didn't take long for them to take care of them and hand my order out. The drive thru service was great!
This location has always been quick getting your order out in my opinion. Staff has always been nice and getting my orders correct. I'll drive from Rockwall to the Wylie location rather than go to RC or Rockwall for those 2 specific reasons.
I like jack because it is the same thing Everytime..I like it and I'm never let down. My local Wylie Jack has lost the entire concept of fast food though. 23 min wait from pulling up. I get their busy but 23 min?
We did a mobile order and came inside to eat. They got my son's drink order wrong. Otherwise, it was good. However, we watched two other people walk in with their food and said they got their orders wrong as well. I don't know if it's because of new employees or they just aren't paying attention. Check your food before you leave!
They can do better at the drive thru. Acknowledge the customer and ask them to wait if you're not ready to take their order. The presentation of the food could have been better...the sandwich looked thrown together, literally.
Food was good, but first cashier said our coupon was invalid & rudely started talking to someone in a different language right in front of us. We finally got someone to come out show cashier the coupon was valid, but she was pushing the wrong button. There was no apology, & not the first time something like this has happened here. Hopefully, they will explain to the worker(s) how to do the cash register correctly & call a manager to help & not argue with the customer. Just be forewarned.
Getting better! They recently hired more people and opened the "pay" window so speed has improved some. For the first time ever the lady at the "pay" window smiled and had a delightful personality and that was a huge surprise. Frankly, I didn't think the young people of today had the capacity to be that way.. Actually, I am positive she is a rarity! Her parents must have done a good job of rearing her, which is definitely very rare anymore. In any case, it was nice to see someone being nice and pleasant while they were providing service which doesn't happen much anymore these days. Peace and Love, and good eats, Jack.
I went through the drive thru and ordered two breakfast jacks and a sourdough jack. Received two breakfast jacks on sourdough. When i returned to get the correct food I had to pay for a sourdough jack! I dont like how I had to pay a second time for their mistake! I've let so many things slide here but making me pay TWICE due to not being offered a receipt the first time is incredibly rude.
I was standing at the counter for over five minutes watching this employee on her phone just texting paragraph I was so close to the counter that I could literally see that her text messages were paragraphs. Everyone else was walking around her working in drive-through and finally the drive-through girl who is at the window, the majority of the time handing out orders, saw that I was standing there and Asked me what I was needing.
Why do these fast food places expect to increase the prices, but not provide fresh food? 🙄 There is no reason why a dry burger should be served, and the cheese is not even melted 💯 I pay for what I EXPECT!
I try to stay away from fast food but I do love their tacos. Today I decided to try their nacho Taco thinking it would be more like Taco Bell and the shell would be nacho flavored. I went to take it out of the bag and it was just disgusting falling apart and soggy and nasty. So I threw it back in the bag and did not eat it
At 1:15 am 07/05/2020 we received our food. There were 3 cars in front of us and for whatever reason the restaurant still took a really long time to deliver. We got cold, burned fries and the food was very soggy. We were also missing 2 tacos. I have heard this location is good to go to but apparently the workers are too high or just don’t care to function this late at night. This order was very simple to fulfill and the fact they were not busy, it shouldn’t have been a problem
Just went there a few minutes ago. I paid almost $15. 4 tacos, very crispy and no meat across the whole shell yet they are supposed to be pre-maid per the cashier and was not HOT. I asked for HOT fries! Nope they were in between warm and cold. The ultimate cheeseburger was the only thing that was HOT! NOT RETURNING!
The staff is always friendly but the food is not prepared very well. The fries are always dry, the burgers are tasteless, and the tacos have a weird after taste. I love Jack in the Box but this location needs some improvement when it comes to the food.
They have new management at this location. So the service is so much better than it used to be. But recently, the food is not great. They are just super stingy with everything. Example, i ordered a bacon and blue cheese burger. Is supposed to come with this yummy sauce, grilled onions, bacon, and blue cheese. Well, there was a straggly piece of bacon, and some onion, but no sauce, and not a single crumble of blue cheese, which is of course the whole reason you order this burger. It's been like this for months at this location.
eggs in my sandwich had green in it which is not supposed to be! must be mold or something, only reason i give 2 stars is because the curly fries were nice & hot. Other than that sandwich was sloppy & gross. i love jack in the box but would not eat here unless there’s no other option!
The food was good but when I drive to the window the girl handed me my food and then ended up ignoring me when my drink was sitting right infront of her. I ended up getting the drink from another employee who saw I was in need of assistance but after I got home and unpacked I realized I didn’t get half of the food I ordered.
When you order their tacos,you get a shell,a few pieces of lettuce,and a pinch of meat. The portion of meat is so small that you don't even need to chew. Babies wouldn't even choke on it because there's not enough to choke on. It's like going to a steak house and them not selling the whole steak but rather tiny pieces for the same dang price. These tacos are more like "TacHOLES," where the meat disappeared through the holes. I mean, good gosh,even a tablespoon would've been a good start. What's with the lettuce? Two strings of lettuce? Is there a lettuce shortage I'm not aware of? Did Roger Rabbit eat it all? I understand their cheap tacos,but I want a few pennies worth of product besides the shell. If you're gonna call it a taco,advertise with meat & lettuce, then put it in it. You're scamming people out of money, which isn't cool, bro.

Here we go again. This store was clutch for me since im a single dad and live so close but once again the order was wrong. Asked for breakfast item and got a burger. Yeah i should have looked at the receipt but it was never handed over. The goofball at the drive thru was more worried about his little biceps. No customer service since you have to place your own order. Order was made incorrectly, bun was soggy like it had been sitting in water, asked for no ketchup or mayo, burger had ketchup and mayo, wanted DP, machine only had coke. Curly fries were great. All in all a pretty poor experience and there wasn't anything I could do bc I only have 30 mins for my lunch break so I ate the small section of burger that didn't have the soggy bread and the curly fries, chased it down with the coke and went about my day. Probably won't be back to this location.
I ordered a toasted sandwich... as you can tell it's not toasted at all. I ordered the new french fries with melted cheese and bacon, didn't even get them. Every.single.time I go to this location they mess up my order. I'm over it. Yes, I ate the sandwich...I was hungry but I won't be going back. I'm tired of "giving them another chance". Everything is so expensive theses days, I deserve to get what I pay for. *For the record the did get my husband's chicken sandwich correct.*
The big manager who was working at 4:38 pm on monday 08/21/23 had a very nasty attitude and it was all because i asked if they could count the tacos since i ordered 28 online. She demanded her employees to stop counting when i asked. I guess they thought i didn't know Spanish because they all began talking trash in Spanish. Don't order your food here if you don't want to be laughed at
The lady at the window was rude. She took my card and never gave it back to me. Another lady handed out the food and thanked me. I had to cancel my card. I have been going to this location for 5 years and the service is hit or miss. I want be going back to this location. I will start going to the new Whataburger that opened across the street.
They say it is opened 24hrs, not true. The lights are on and when you go thru the drive thru they always say the computer is rebooting. Now with that being said, i usually get there around 4 am because i work early hours but if you are open 24 hours atleast be honest about it.
Today I ordered food on DoorDash, and I only received half of my order (this was clearly not the door dashers fault) So I called Jack in the Box to see why I only received half of my order and in return I received attitude from the employee who works there. I simply asked why I didn’t receive my order and she clapped back with an attitude and got loud with me over the phone.
I will NEVER return to this location again. This is the second time I've been there and felt a discrimination towards me. Today, I stood around and watched 2 groups of people, 10+ people, get their food before me and had ordered after. Only when I said something did the bag containing my order magically appeared without so much as a smile, nod, have a nice day or sorry for the delay. I didn't even eat what I ordered due to my concern of the possibility of being tampered with. It is an absolute disgrace that this type of thing happens to people.
Waited 3 minutes and no one looked my way. No one opened window till asking for $. No greeting or thank you and took at least 5 minutes to get two breakfast sandwiches. Been going here 10 yers and never had this low a level of service. Received no receipt to provide feedback and Hack website and phone numbers not helpful for reporting poor service. Totally disappointed with my Jack in the Box experience today.
I love jack in the box but this one is horrible. I have tried 3 times to give them a chance and they can't seem to get it right. EVERYTIME my order is messed up and /or missing something. Every single time. Plus I never once received napkins in my bag. This was my last try. We will not be back until they can hire competent, literate people.
The assistant manager who has a beard and missing teeth is AGGRESSIVE AND DANGEROUS! Says his name is George. He works the night shift. George is shockingly rude and disrespectful. So much to the point that I had to call the police to this location and file a report because he cursed and threatened me. *Update, there are SEVERAL posts below mine about this same psychopath cursing families with children in the car!! His photo is included their posts! I should mention when I called Wylie Police, the 911 operator said "yeah, we've had complaints on this guy before if I'm not mistaken..." I'm running this one way up the chain! Shame on you Jack!!
If I could give it negative stars I would. I've never experienced such rudeness. I was cussed out with my children in the car, and even had "management" come out of the building to threaten us further and charging at my car. There are multiple complaints of the same person at this location and for some time now. It's obvious that Jack in the Box doesn't care.
Waited behind six cars for almost 15 minutes before the line ever moved. I ordered a Ultimate Double Cheeseburger, dry (no sauce) with all the veggies, and a Sourdough Jack and drinks. The drinks were right. I got a Jr Cheeseburger full of sauce, no veggies and only one meat (charged for a Jumbo Cheese), no sourdough jack at all. When I called to ask about the double cheeseburger, she said that they did have double cheeseburgers. What's the Ultimate Cheeseburger? She said I could come back, but I'm already at work and have given my coworkers their food before discovering it. The wait took up our lunch hour for goodness sake. I can't come back. Seriously.
We came late, at 1:25am. There were 3 cars in front of us. 2 other cars pulled behind us or I would have left. We didn't even get to order until 1:49, food received at 2:07. After waiting that insane amount of time..... We were charged for 3 egg rolls. But only ordered one and only got 1 ordered large fry, received small, but dumped in the bag and our food was just not up to par.. There was only one person working from what I could see, and he was trying hard, but it was ridiculous.
Completely messed up my order. I ordered loaded tiny tacos, spicy chicken strips, fajita chicken pita and got regular tiny tacos, a grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken pita was pretty much full of tomatoes and lettuce with little meat and no grilled onions. Then to make it even better I tried multiple times to call and work out these issues with no answer... horrible experience and my last time at this location.
Curly fries were good. Egg roll was good. Ordered a side of cheddar sauce. When I checked my bag and realized it wasn’t in there, the drive thru lady left, came back and said it should be in there . It wasn’t . Tasty food . Not so great service.
Female employee was extremely rude when we brought up our order was not correct, after sitting in line 30 mins. We ordered a number 9 and number 10 as they gave us two number 10s will not return to this location in the future.
Went here tonight at about 9:40/9:45pm for a drive thru order. Ordered a chicken sandwich, 4 tacos and a small order of fries. Customer service seemed friendly though that could’ve been because they knew how my food was made (poorly, with intent). My chicken sandwich was glopped with a ridiculous amount of mayo and tacos were sopping wet from taco sauce. I’m grateful that I ordered fries but man so unfortunate that the staff thinks it’s humorous to allow food to be served in such a distasteful, disrespectful and repulsive manner. If it’s the job you don’t care for, work somewhere else. It’s just not right to mess with peoples food. God Bless.
I came here on Saturday to get some tacos. It was late and the drive thru was busy. It took me at least 20 minutes to get through the line and when I got home, all of my tacos had cheese on them. I'm allergic to cheese and was unable to eat the tacos. I also did not receive a receipt so I have no way of filing a legitimate complaint. It was a sad day and a waste of money.
The screen was down when I arrived so I drove to window to place order because I thought themicropgone system must be down as well. The attendant kindly asked what I wayed to order. I said three jalepeno poppers, aback wrap, and a small iced coffee. I was charged for all items. The 23-32 black male took my card, I paid and he gave me the coffee amd a bag. After driving 14 miles home, I drank half the coffee, then opened my bag only to see Tha he only gave me the wrap; and it was not made properly, with sauce all over the outside of the tortilla it would have been a waste to drive al theway back so I was just robbed.
I used to enjoy Jack in the Box. Some of the staff is friendly. Then there are some like the new drive thru Lady. I was pleasant to her and she had a horrible look on her face. Wouldn't speak to me and got my order wrong. All after waiting in a long line for 40 min.
Alma is so rude! I don't know how she blames me for an incomplete order and another order where the French toast stick are so burnt that it has a hole in it? Just want some simple kindness and courtesy. Hard to believe that she said her manager Maria said it's OK to deny service and discriminate against me for just wanting my order correct? By the previous reviews about the rudeness. They ring a bell of truth. Tried to contact manager Maria but is never there and believe her employees cover for her?
This establishment has disappointed me more often than any other fast food location within 30 miles. Most times I've been here most of my orders in the drive thru were missing despite having a receipt, when I called back to request the food I never received, or even reimbursement, they told me they ran out of it and could only offer "cinnamon twists". Tried this place again and was informed they had no ingredients to make most of the food they serve and all that was available were salads and chicken strips. Tonight after my last attempt at 9 pm, they let me know when I approached the drive thru that they're only accepting doordash or uber eats orders. I still had to wait in the drive-thru line for all of these orders to be dealt with before I could leave.
Always understaffed. ALWAYS. Waited 50 min in line and there's no way to exit the line once you're in it so I was stuck for an hour ... for a shake and they were out of tacos. Regret going. The guy at the register was so nice and calm even though he was zooming around and had a long line. It was just him and a cook!
Missing 12 tacos from our order. I understand mistakes, but between the family members we called 20 times and nobody answered the phone. Also, the phone is not a landline, it’s like a normal cell phone and call is being rejected. Either way, extremely horrible customer service.
We arrived at the location in Wylie, Texas around 12:30am. We went through the drive-thru as we saw the lights were still on and cars parked outside. As we approach the box we don't get a response for about 5-10 minutes just for them to tell us the system was down... But when we drove through the computers were still running to my surprise. The workers were sitting in the front out of uniform with the headsets on having a laugh instead of doing their jobs. I believe this store closes at 2am so why aren't we serving customers at 12:30am. Laziest fast food businesses I've seen in a while if I'm honest....
Ordered the birria box. The tacos taste like pumpkin . No sauce was included that the menu says it comes with . Dry food . Very disappointing
Absolutely horrible... how are you out of tacos every week??? It's pathetic! I drove 20 minutes to get here only to be told they don't have tacos! Ready for this??? 4 weeks in a row!!! Last time, they had a sign saying they were limiting how many tacos people can purchase. They always close early...even with cars in the drive thru. They just stop taking orders and come out screaming... wer'e closed!!! No change, no lids for milkshakes so you don't get whipped cream and a cherry. And, raw bacon on my breakfast sandwich.
Whoever is running the 12pm shift on Saturday is doing a horrible job at organizing their team. I was in the drive thru for 10 minutes and no one got my order. I left and went inside and it still took another ten minutes to take my order. It seems like the only hardworking person is the cashier, nobody else was helping him since all the cooks were busy laughing. There was 5 people working there and they could barely get an order done! One of the working ladies let her children run around in the back and her little boy even slipped and fell. Can you imagine if the child had accidentally fell into oil? I thought it couldn’t get worse but when I tried to fill my drink with ice, guess what? NO ice and the only drink available was coke. It wasn’t until I asked for my money back that my order was given to me in a minute, but by that time I had already been there for 35 minutes. I ordered a milk tea boba but the boba was rock hard which is unbelievable to me since all you have to do it microwave it. Overall I do not recommend coming unless you want to be here for 40 minutes with terrible food.
Unfortunately, this isn't the first time that it takes more than 45 minutes to get our food. This specific location is very hit and miss. I hate to leave negative reviews as I understand the impact, but I am hoping management and ownership see the review. Would like to be able to speak to them regarding the deterioration of the service and timeliness of the drive-thru
Several time meals are left out and you can't call them phone never answers. I ask if phone was broken. He answered and said no, we just never answer it. Did not even say they was sorry or offer and discount nothing Last straw worked so late and when I ask did they make sure my order was all in.there I was so tired and she said yes it was and there was a line behind me so I left. They left out a whole meal. Could not call ...No answer too tired to go back. THE WORST MANAGED PLACE EVER
Placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up. Arrived and waited an hour in line with only 4 cars in front of us. No way to get out of line once in it. What appeared to be the manager/supervisor seemed confused about our order then proceeded to touch all the items in our hour old food order. She then disappeared for another 5 minutes to make our milk shake. Another worker came to hand us our food. We asked if the food was cold. He hesitated and then said it was warm. The lady then screamed at him to shut the window and she was handling it. She came back and gave us our food. As we left, no surprise all the food was cold and fries soggy. They could have informed us to come inside to pick up our order if they knew the kind of delay they were having. We never got a single apology. 1 star is too high for the poor service we received.
They are back to not opening the doors again. They are lazy and have a hard time communicating .. Edit. Doors open now. communication is still lacking. And it's difficult to hear the casher over the music playing in the cook area . Back here again to if they have any improvement. But no drive through still lacks enough English to get a simple drink order correct.
Only eat here if you like people coughing in your food! Absolutely disgusting, I was just there a few minutes ago and saw one of the male employees (who was not wearing gloves) cough all over his hand and then continue to handle peoples food! I had been waiting for over 10 minutes at the counter with employees ignoring me and finally the manager (said his name was George) asked if I had been helped. When he came over I told him what the employee did and the manager just stared at me angrily and said goodbye! I asked him if he wasn't going to take care of that and he said "Go ahead and call the health department!" I have been going here for years and the quality seems to get worse every day. The owner is obviously an absentee owner who takes no pride in his business or the people he hires. There are some nice ladies there but often several employees have been actually hostile, like you are inconveniencing them by coming in the store! I will be calling the health department first thing Monday, as well as the corporate office and company social media accounts. I have eaten at Jack in The Box for over 30 years and they have lost a customer for life. Eat at your own risk!
Went inside about 10 minutes until 10 pm. Stood in line. Observed the manager wearing sandals with socks no closed toes. Advised that the dining room was closed. Take out only. Very rude. Kitchen was a mess. Won’t ever go back!!!

Ordered an Ultimate Cheesbugger with Curly Fries and a Coke. The fries and the Coke were correct but I got a Chicken, hasbrown bacon Crosant. Tried to call them multiple times and nobody would answer the phone. I gave the weird sandwich to a family member and a couple hours later they became very ill and threw up.
Literally the worst service ever!!!! I pulled up & there were 4 cars in front of me. We sat there for 30 minutes and their orders were taken & they moved up one by one…after that they just sat there forever! Once I finally made it to the menu (30ish minutes later), I was told to hold on twice (the second time I had to say hello) over a little over a 30 minute time frame. I was stuck because cars were behind me & in front of me. Finally I said helllllllo helllo and no one answered. So I drove up to the window after the other cars in front of me finally were able to leave. I made it to the window & no one was there. 2 minutes later a lady came up & seemed completely out of it. She said “must have missed you” when she was the one telling me to hold on twice at the menu when I would ask if anyone was there. I would have just drove off but I was stuck in the line for right over an hour & didnt have time to drive anywhere else. The staff is so unfriendly & something seems really off on the one I dealt with yesterday. Constantly picking up and moving things around, arms crossed the entire time, making strange faces…I’ll never go back. She is also the same lady who very rudely said “I repeated your order to you, you should have said something then when I missed them” when I was missing drinks. Had to show her my receipt and said “because you did repeat my drinks, they are on my receipt!!! You just haven’t given them to me” & with her little attitude shut the window & took forever to give them to me about 2 months ago. Corporate really needs to come visit around 11pm and see for themselves… literally the worst service that any bad service I’ve ever experienced doesn’t even come close to!!! No way you should ever be in a jack in the box line for over an hour when only 4 cars are in front of you!!!! At least make us a place to exit out of the line so we aren’t stuck in your line for over an hour bc of the circus inside.
I went through the drive through on 3-28-22 and ordered some Tacos. I waited for awhile behind another customer. When I finally I made it to the window, I asked if the Tacos were soggy since I waited a while. Well I was told they are fresh, we just made them. That was not the case, I handed one of the tacos back into the window and asked the attendant if he thought that was fresh, He turned to the lead, and said I had a complaint and he did not know what to do. The lead at the time took the taco and again said they are fresh. There was grease dripping from the middle of the taco bag and the shell was no longer crunchy as if they were fresh. I went into the store to get a refund and noticed that one lady was cooking tacos and had an enormous amount cooked and under the heat lamp. I received my refund. I only live a few blocks from the store and have been a pretty constant customer, but no longer.
Got the limited time mummy taco and they don't even use shredded cheese anymore. We're talking half-melted plastic American cheese crammed between a stale tortilla, sticking out the sides in yellow rectangles. Took one bite, confirmed the quality, and threw the rest to the dogs. Would not recommend.
So tired of this location. It’s a disaster. People constantly playing around in here and I was just standing at the counter waiting to be helped for at least 3 minutes. Kitchen is disgusting, online ordering does not work either. Had an offer for using their app and this location wasn’t accepting it. Showed the manager at the counter the offer and he said nothing he could do. Just let me walk out the door and he didn’t care. If you like Jack in the Box, pick another location. This one is constantly terrible and dirty at the same time.
The lady that took my order over the drive thru didnt really take my order. Some younger male had to take my order at the window 4 times before he got it right. And we still had food missing and incorrectly made. Was the worst experience I had at a Jack n the Box, wylie needs to do better.
My roommate order from there yesterday. First they got his order wrong, order a cheeseburger got something else. Second they do not answer their phones, and third the sandwich they ended up sending my roommate he ended up giving it to me and I got very sick from it. I have never had any problems with any of these locations until now.
I went through the drive-through to get my order. They messed my order up so I went inside so they could correct it. I was waiting at the counter for about five minutes before somebody came to help me. Nobody was in the restaurant at the time, but me and the workers. They saw me waiting. They looked at me in my eyes, but continued to do what they were doing as I was waiting for someone to help me. I watched as one of the cooks was taking hamburgers out of the fridge without wearing any gloves. 3 times this happened. Finally, someone came to help me. They took the fries out of my sack and placed it back with the new fries to be given away to customers then they gave me the fries that I was supposed to get. 🤢The girl balled up my receipt and that was my experience at this Jack-in-the-Box. I will never be back. It is so unsanitary in the kitchen with food on the floor and counters. I would’ve never known if I didn’t go in the restaurant.
Tonight’s drive-thru crew was a nightmare to order from. One person took my order and didn’t even get it correct. Followed by the girl and guy at the window being just plain rude when we tried to tell them the order was incorrect. The girl going as far as to slam the window on us. Just took my wrong order and left to get away from that crew, because the way they spoke to us showed they had no interest in fixing their mistakes. By far my worst experience here, since the food quality was just as terrible as her attitude.
Was craving some tacos and I know they are cheap, but they were cold and slimy. I ended up throwing the entire meal away including the drink. Do yourself a favor and go to another place. So disappointed and was looking forward to some tacos and a drink. When I asked the young lady who was eating dinner at the counter, why they were cold and slimy, she just shrugged and walked away. Disappointed!
I will NEVER go back to this location, I went there around 9p. Spent $25... Long story short, I've been SICK TO MY STOMACH since..its now 10:45A, the next day and I'm still sick.. literally!!! The food they served had to be OLD.
The order on the app went to go to the speaker total my name for the order came to the drive-through in the window and they’re like what is your order they finally got my order came home which is only like like five minutes away. Food is ice cold. The fries were clump together. The eggrolls were cold. The chili poppers are cold. The drinks were not even right for this I just rather go to get some pizza from Little Caesars.
This is like the only honest review you’ll see on this page, but this stuff is garbage. The fries are OK. The burger is dry and disgusting like the way that they’re making this look and then when you actually order it it’s just undercooked bacon on top of a hamburger bun is actually disgusting. Do not go here. I’m pretty sure that lot of other places are different but this is disgusting with this location. This location is horrible. This burger should be considered a federal crime. Just a quick edit The place responded and ask to hear feedback but aren't addressing the issue, do not visit big business fast food places because your complaints mean nothing to them, they just want to make it look like they care about the customers. If I go to the website and leave some feedback at most I will get some gift cards to eat more over there. Accountability means nothing in 2024.
I’ve never been anywhere with this amount of Rudeness in the driver thru we were cussed out and yelled at with our kids in the car, and we were told I will not serve you, terrible person should never been allowed around customers, I wish I can speak with the manager or whoever is in charge. . I’ve added their picture for proof
Drive thru cashier didn’t say a word, just stared at me. No amount due no order recap, nothing. No receipt given, just staring. Next window, same weird quietness. Get home to find out two sourdough jacks are not even toasted!! So weird!!! We ended up trying to toast them in the broiler. Oh, and no sauce for the tacos or eggroll?!
