Took my daughter for a late night Mickey D's trip, lol! It was quiet. Staff was wonderful. Ice cream machine is usually always working here.

Best food I've had from McDonald's in a very long time!! Coffee was perfect, burritos were nice and hot and not over microwave, breakfast sandwiches were pictures perfect!!! 👍🏻👍🏻😁

Great place to come to the crew team is very friendly. Renee the GM knows how to run her store. She talks to her customers all the time. I would recommend this Mcdonalds over any other one.

Haven't had a burger in forever; some reason I was craving one the other day. My daughter and I stopped here and I decided to order their new burger with mushrooms and fried onions. OMG, best burger ever!!

The service here sucks. They only have a few people working there on the busiest time of the day that's breakfast, lunch and dinner 🍽. You'll be waiting for a little while longer during breakfast and lunch...

I've only been here once but as a former mcdees employee I had good service, friendly employee at the window, and the food was on par and what I expected for mcdonalds food. simple, fine, what I expected.

Shout out to Asia, she is very nice and takes initiative. About as good as a McDonald's can get, nothing special but not bad! Staff is definitely the nicest fast good staff I've interacted with in the area, not rude to my face and pretty quick

I went there this morning with my three-year-old son and the lady who helped me behind the counter was incredibly nice, we got the food quickly, and she was very nice to my son when he started talking to her. Great atmosphere.

Easy ordering if they had the table # planks. But trick a girl taught me was when none hit 111 and it will alow the order to go through so they can prepare it for you. Less workers but cost more for a meal now.mmmmmm. Ronald Mc Sneaky making more money on top. Hey does fat old Grimace get a piece of that pie. Oh what about Birdie too. No worries on the Hamburgerler he's up state. He was Teaching kids to steal McDonald's yummy burgers from old helpless folks and children. Customers tend to leave a mess at times, but service was excellent. Staff cleaned it up quickly and when my grandson didn't like the condiments on the burger they offered to remake it. So kind, my grandson asked to leave them a tip for their good service. It teaches him appreciation and good manners to leave the tip.

I was delighted by the service today. I guess the manager helped me. He was awesome. Great service, speed and conversation. He informed me that the lunch will start in about 8 minutes minimum and I will have to wait for my order, so 8 requested him to give me my coffee in the time that I wait for my main order. But the main order got filled by the time I got to pick up my coffee. Actually the sandwich order was ready much much faster than the coffee. Anyway I had a outstanding experience today. ----------------- Keep it up guys.

Always check your order. Frequently understaffed and they make honest mistakes. Never a problem fixing such mistakes.

Good after I got my fish filet replaced. 1st one was so hard it was unable to bite. Unbelievable that it was allowed to be sold.

I was headed out of town, and needed a quick bite before departing. McDonald's was on the way. I remembered to ask for ketchup this time. You won't get ketchup if you don't ask for it when you order. No exceptions, no ketchup for you, not now, not ever.

This location has decent service in the mornings, but it's 9PM on a Saturday night and I've been sitting in the drive through line waiting for 20 minutes to get my food. The staff working this evening are AWFUL.

Waited in the drive-thru for 26 minutes total. When I pulled up to place our order, the girl told us to "hold on for a few minutes", we waited 8 minutes for her to come back on the speaker to take our order. They also left out items we ordered and then tried to charge me again for items I had already paid for and didn't receive. I had to argue with the girl at the window just to get my other items.

It's a McDonald's, what more is there to say, good quick comfort food. This McDonalds does tend to keep their fries particularly fresh. Ice cream machine is usually never broken. Only thing is some of the drive thru staff have a sort of condescending tone of voice.

Food is obviously what you would expect from McDonalds, no complaints there. Service here is either awesome or cringe worthy, no consistency. They normally forget at least one item in the bag and then look at you like you have 5 heads when you point out that you are missing "x," like you quick opened the bag, ate a big mac, and then said it wasn't in there. I hate that "customer service" also smiles use to be free at McDonalds, now I think you have to order them.

This McDonald's is great unless you get the bigger burgers like the quarter pounder. A lot of times, those ones end up being extremely rare. They're bloody. But, other than that, their service is good. Just check your bigger burgers before leaving!

It's McDonald's, not really much to review about it, but I will say at 10pm the staff were friendly and fries were hot. We went through the driveway which was a little slow but not too bad. My burger was not hot but, it was not too bad

Honestly, I only go here for the pickles! The best I’ve ever had anywhere. Wish they would sell them separately. I asked to purchase just a cup full of pickles and the attendant looked at me like I was crazy. 🤷‍♂️ Needless to say she had no clue how to sell me a cup full of pickles and it 10:45 at night. So all i got was a fish fillet with extra pickles 😭 Their idea of extra was 2 and half pickles. I say half because the third pickle was that mutant end piece of the pickle. Also, they charge extra for tomatoes on your fish fillet!

I went to the drive thru with a pre order, BOGO breakfast sandwich and hash brown with juice- i gave the girl the code .. but she was having trouble processing it, and said it couldn't be done. I drove to the window where I was asked "did you want 1 sandwich and 2 hash browns or 2 sandwiches and 1 hash brown"....I would like 2 Sandwiches and 1 Hash brown... What did I get? 2 hash browns and 1 sandwich -😔😔😔😔i was disappointed - but I did gift a plate of homemade sugar cookies to the girl at the window - and she was more than thankful... But good grief - you had one assignment......

Is it possible to give negative stars? Hasn't changed. Yet another fun visit to the drive thru on Sunday night. Got the order right, in under 10 minutes, amazingly, but... my daughter's McRib bun had several mold spots on both sides of the exterior. Call them to warn them "thank you for letting us know, I'll let my manager know". No offer of fixing or refunding. 12/2/23 great order taker, great order fulfillment, great job today!

Very slow service. Iced mocha was tiny bit of coffee like liquid poured over 80 percent ice cubes instead of a frozen drink mix. Not cheap either.

Drive thru was past both order points, lobby was full , there was a guy and girl playing near the fried, and the person I think was the mgr wasnt running the restaurant , got her food and went to eat, plus the fries were cold

They will get your order wrong, but when you are being amazingly lazy you don't have to cook or talk to that many people. I also didn't have to leave my car.

So I gave them another star because they made sure my customization was correct. However, I threw away 2 McChickens because they were old, cold and like a rock. The Spicy McChickens however were way fresher. They also lost points in this review for handing out my order to the guy in front of me. They did ask him if he had the mobile and he said yes, but they didn't make sure it was the correct order. So I had to wait longer for my original order.

Very inconsistent. Usual pretty good at night, but useless most days and dinner rush. The drive through is always a disaster. Literally, stopped there 4 times in the last few weeks and The haven't gotten the order right once. I was compelled to review them today as after taking my money they wanted to charge me for three items they forgot. So I just left disgusted with nothing, which is probably better for my family anyway. Never again. There are far too many choices here if I drive an extra 5 minutes.

Last three Sundays the breakfast was terrible. Today the steak egg on a bagel was burnt to a crisp... When I asked for a new one the cashier gave me attitude.. The replacement sandwich was missing half the ingredients... I will drive to East Greenbush McDonald's from now on.

Went through drive-thru and ordered the Big Mac value meal. had to ask for the drink again. Then different person came to window and thought I was a new customer and had to tell him I ordered a drink with my meal and waiting to get it. Got home, and the sandwich was good, but the fries were cold. They need to get better at what they are doing.

I used to drive out of my way to go to this McDonalds over East Greenbush but it's gone rapidly downhill. The staff has terrible customer service. As I type this at 747pm, I'm sitting at the speaker in the drive thru where I've been for 11 minutes and they still haven't taken my order as the line grows behind me. There is one vehicle up at the pick up windows. This is actually insane and there is no excuse for it

Always have to wait for your order. While you sit for 5-10 minutes, which I’m fine doing if the food comes out hot , but it doesn’t. On more than one occasion I waited only to have my fries cold and my burger cold. Also not sure how you can do a whole transaction and not have the employee speak at all. You call to try to talk to someone and it says the voicemail is not set up try again later. There are some pleasant employees too but it’s with the food being cold and wait time it’s hard yo justify the price you pay.

Always very slow. The drive thru doesn't seem to work right. There are two speakers and one seems to work only some of the time. I've heard people in front of me yell and drive off. I just use the app. When the speaker doesn't work, I just drive up to the first window and give them my order. It works perfectly, every time.

Got almost every part of my order wrong. Order 6 piece nugget happy meal. 4 piece and no apple slices. Ordered unsweetened iced tea but got sweat tea.

With the new pay rate 15 dollars and hour they still try to short your order again and again. When I pulled up to the widow to get my order the female was texting on her phone. That's why my order was short.

I ordered 2 collectors meals. The lady didn’t give my the cups. So I went inside to ask for them, and she told me I was lying and that she gave them to me.

BAD experience. I told the employee three times that my order was TO GO and they gave it to me on a tray. Same employee gave me the wrong order after he recited it back to me correctly. This particular location needs to revamp or retrain their employees.

They made me wait over 2 hours when they are only 15 minutes away and then they forgot both my burgers my fry and my flurry and got the sauces, I’m only 15 so it’s not like I can go drive back out either. Lame ash

OMG I wouldn’t think you’d have to be too smart to read a delivery order slip and put those items in a bag!!! So often items I paid for are missing from my order!!!

Ordered an Egg McMuffin on 4/14/19, when I got it home they had wrapped an English muffin with no egg, cheese, or ham... this is the second time I've had this experience with this specific McDonalds.

Worst McDonald's ever, always missing food at the drive thru, apparently they are unable to make a hamburger without pickles. Bottom line go somewhere else and save the aggravation.

My family and I sat in drive thru for over 30 mins. After being stuck in a lane that was not being helped for 10 mins.

Okay i’m not one to leave bad reviews but every time i come here past 8 pm it’s the slowest thing ever, i’ve worked in food service and understand it can be busy but there was one person in the drive thru and i had a mobile order, they didn’t even acknowledge me for 5 min and it was just a bad experience

2 times in a row I’ve gone inside to place my order. On both occasions it took over 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was standing there or take my order. Once my order was taken the girl putting up the food would pull her phone out of her back pocket everytime something went in the bag. Tonight my fries were cold and the spicy chicken over cooked and dry. This will be our last trip to this particular McDonalds. Horrible!

Went through the drive thru,placed my daughter's order,food was given to her in less than two minutes. Checked the food while I was still at the window,told them that they shorted her on her nuggets. The worker looked at me like I had two heads,took the box back and came back with a grin. Her food was not hot,they gave her a small fry in a medium box which were old and not salted,and over sauced everything. They need mature,good workers who care about the food they give to customers. Never again.

Always a disappointment. I ordered 2 sandwiches and it took 20 minutes. I finally get to the window after ordering, about 6 minutes and i pay. Now waiting to pickup at next window. Reach that after another 6ish minutes. Instead of picking up my food i am asked to pull forward, and there is literally no place to pull forward ALL spaces are filled. I mention this and the worker said i needed to pull forward anyway. 1 car leaves i pull behind the line (2 cars). I now wait for over 12 minutes to finally receive my NOT HOT food from a very miserable worker. This is sooo common from this McDonald's, the owners don't care at all about customer service. Too bad they are busy so i guess they can keep their very low standards!!!

Place is horrible. Really needs to consider new management. New employees! Employees walk around with hickeys on their neck serving people their food foaming out of their mouths. Highly not recommended! Kind of reminds me of the McDonald's down on South Pearl in Albany. But unfortunately this place is in are backyard. I have just had horrible experiences with this place

Waited 25 minutes for order. Order was off by 3 items. Staff held my change.. over $8 until I told them they owed me... then it was .. "well how much?" Staff on phones and while they come out with partial orders to all of us waiting they shout " whatchu waitin for? 9/21 5:30pm. The staff working this shift should be trained on politeness, customer service and simple math. We will make it a point to NEVER go back here again...ever.

My fiancé and I went through the drive thru and he ordered a delux crispy sandwich and got a spicy crispy sandwhich. We waiting for a min and a half to atleast pay because the lady was always taking orders. Got my cheeseburgers and there was extra ketchup on it and plus my French fries were cold. I thought the McDonald’s on Route 4 was bad. GEEZ I was wrong about that. Would not recommend going to this McDonald’s..

order food with no onions so that it is fresh because otherwise seems like all you get is stale food even ordering fresh still cold, stale burger and fries too

It was the worst meal I have ever had at a McDonald's. My husband and I each got the Big Mac meals and our burgers were so done that it only covered half the bread. So we threw the rest away. The fries were old no salt we through those away also. It was just a waste of money and these days with everything going on we don't have money to waste. Very dissatisfied.

With its extremely heavy double doors, location makes it next to impossible for anyone in a wheelchair or in this case grandmother out for a walk with her infant grandson in a stroller. The drive thu was empty and I wanted a simple cup of coffee for my walk. I walked up to the window and the manager was quick to refuse me service. Even after explaining i was unable to navigate the doors he would not assist me getting in or provide me service at the window. Will never return and recommend anyone with a disability avoid this place. Note: after explaining my issue with Karen, the manager on duty , she said to go ahead and use her name in.my review LOL. this place is AWEFUL!!!

Consistently incontinent service. Forgetful of orders and always check what's coming through the drive through. Happened again just a couple of days ago so that would mean at least 4-5 times multiple items were missing from an order. Shame...

Food is over priced and low quality, forced to order from a touch screen now. Menu is no longer displayed on the wall so you have to click through categories to see prices.

Terrible. Ordered a big mac meal got the big mac with a pinch of lettuce and one slice of cheese, on the bun with the patties. Then was told they dont have any drinks, only tea, shakes, or water. I said no thank you. Kids got a chicken nugget happy meal, theyll only eat nugs with BBQ sauce, when asked what sauce we wanted while ordering we said BBQ. Order comes out, was then told we dont have BBQ. So no BBQ, no soda, and BIG mac is nasty. We had them change the kids meals to cheeseburgers, waiting 20 minutes finally get the cheeseburgers, which had no mustard. Ridiculous

So I bought a qp with cheese meal, got home and found i was given a chicken sandwich. Went back to complain, came home and started eating.... and found my qp with cheese was still raw... stay away from McDonald's NG. Management was nice and tried to rectify the situation but then my burger was raw so...

Whenever I place an order either by drive through or door dash this place is slow. Tonight I placed a order at 6:45 and my order is over and hour late. Not the Dasher's fault. Fast food this place is snail slow.

So the internet is wrong they aren't open 24 hours aren't even open till midnight like this claims. Got there at 10:45 waiting at the board for 15 minutes to be told they close at 11

This place closed the inside over an hour early when they close at 11pm. Many people have gone up to the door to find them locked. They aren’t friendly either and don’t seem to want to be here at all. I get it but at the same time you’re a corporate business that is constantly busy it’s not like there’s never anyone here where you can close the inside.

Don't bother on weekends. Especially if youre handicap, When the delivery truck shows up everyone has to move thier vehicle from the parking lot. And they expect you to jump, leaving your food on the table, or even going as far as to refuse to give you your food till you move. Though the consistency of terrible employees who are self centered and care nothing of service or the customer is atleast a standard. I truly wouldn't bother with this location. Chances are you won't even get what you ordered in the drive thru and with having to play musical cars when you go inside it just isn't worth it.

I live right down the road and will never go back. The place is always empty now I know why. Brought my 4 kids to get a happy meal. Walked in and there was one person waiting for a door dash delivery… nobody else. Just cars in the drive through… waited at the counter for not joking… 15 minutes… then went outside and my GF waited. Not one worker came to take our order or even say they would be right with us….so we left. Terrible service. And not even busy. Then my mom made the mistake of taking my boys in tonight and when she dropped them off said she waited a half hour for 3 cheese burgers and fries… what a joke.

The staff is horrible and clearly give zero thought into what they do. Went here about an hour and 15 mins before close and two our of the 3 items were ice cold, went to talk to someone and he had an attitude about it and told me they already shut off the fryers and they had given me the rest of their fries (still cold) they remade the burger but came out the complete opposite of what I asked even though the guy at the counter asked twice what I ordered and still couldn't get it right. At this point just shut the damn place down. I swear this place hasn't had a good crew since it opened and the ones that are good leave because of how terrible management is. Get better people and give out better food.
