It is effin delicious! I recommend the Chipotle Chicken Avocado melt Sandwich, the fruit salad is awesome, the Macaroni & Cheese, and ALL their soups. The best fountain drink in my opinion is the green one. (I think it has passion fruit as one of the fruit mixes). One of the best places to go for lunch.
Well I'm back guys, finishing up some errands before returning to work and decided to have lunch at Panera. I've eaten at plenty of Panera breads and what I have to say first is that this place is extremely clean, very friendly, the service is quick and the presentation is not lacking because of the fast service. Today I had the opportunity to meet a few team members namely, Anthony, Linda,Tarik, and Jocelyn. All of them extremely courteous, extremely helpful and I actually can't wait to come back to this specific Panera. I've been to others But if these four staff members are any clue to how the other staff members work I'll be very happy every time I come back. Go give them a shout, go give them a holler and don't be afraid to compliment them I'm sure they would appreciate that. The service industry is not an easy industry. Enjoy guys and yes I gave them five stars because I deserve five stars and that's what I got today.
I like coming to Panera. One of my favorite places to eat. Maria was so kind and patient. She greets everyone with a smile and is an example of good customer service.
Quality food at a decent price. It's not cheap, but for just a bit more than fast food JUNK you can have actual food. I can't swing the delivery fees lately, I get that the drivers need to get paid but I'm a 7 minutes drive away from Cross County Shopping Center. Call or do a web order thru their ready to use app and by the time I get there my food is waiting for me.
Panera has the best soups. The bistro French onion, tomato, and cheddar broccoli are my favorites. This particular panera in bay plaza happens to have the best service. They are always friendly, welcoming, and kind.
Of course the sandwiches and soups are always amazing. The pizzas too. But I really like this location because it seems that the management is really on point. Every time I visit every employee is extremely friendly and helpful and have great customer service skills. ☺️
Panera bread is great for relaxing with a friend, or serious work meetings. The food is not the most flavorful but you can be sure it's fresh and clean. If you have any questions at all, the managers are always available. The staff is helpful and professional. I enjoy all the Panera's I have ever frequented and will continue to do so.
Stayed near Cross county recently . Panera Bread was on our doorstep and Macy’s close . We Loved Panera Bread , fresh salads , prepared immediately , lots of other choices . Pleasant and very mannerly staff . Highly recommend .
Not going to lie, the previous times I've been here, I haven't had the greatest experience. Something was always off HOWEVER, I'm not sure what management did but today I had the best customer service. Antoine was very helpful in ordering at the kiosk. They only had one person monitoring the whole floor and Jarvis did an impeccable job at answering any questions we had and even helped us clear our table. I'm really impressed with the change of service here.

Typical Panera with nice takeout sandwiches. Service was quick. Staff seemed competent and caring with meal preparation of our food. Staff was pleasant. Sandwiches were the bomb! Yum Yum.
The autumn squash soup was delicious, served at the perfect temperature, and soothed my stomach. 😋 Customer service was also great!

Overall this Panera bread it’s pretty much organize. But if you are coming during peak hours which is the weekends and anytime after 5 PM in the Cross County Mall expect there to be a wait and a line. Highly recommend to use the Panera bread up to pre-order your food so that it can be ready for pick up after you have done your shopping
I do have to say that this particular location has improved then I'm the previous years. The quality of workers are better this time around, unfortunately there is still miscommunication and orders get messed up, but then again cross county has become a high traffic area, so it's expected error in orders would rise, besides that I am impressed with the changes made.
Got the Asian sesame chicken salad, it was delicious. Came in, saw a long line but it moved quickly enough. Order was complete, however one person who picked up came back to get missing bread so check your bags for errors.
I am giving panera 4 stars because of the service. The manager while we were there was really nice and the young man who was servicing the tables was also very helpful and kept the dining area very clean. We had two large Cirtus sesame Asian salads, a chocolate croissant, a pecan twist and a frozen strawberry lemonade. We enjoyed everything EXCEPT the salad. To begin, the dressing was extremely tangy (probably from both the citrus and vinegar.) It was almost inedible. The second issue was that it's made with chicken thighs. The skin was still on and very soft, the pieces were fatty and it was just a poor choice. Chicken thighs have to be cooked well to render off fat and crisp up that that thick skin. We both picked out all the chicken and discarded it. I mentioned to a friend (who loves Panera) that I ordered this salad and he said he tried it and hated it (after the visit.) I wish I knew this before getting it. It had some elements for a good salad. Power greens, Kale, cabbage, romaine, edamamme, carrots and pickled onions with crispy noddles. The last issue with the salad is that it was dressed way too heavily. There was excess dressing at the bottom of the bowl. I really wanted to give it 3 stars but since these things can be improved I believe they can do better.
Better experience here than at the location on Central Avenue! Management makes a huge difference! I would give it 5 stars, but I couldn't get past the flies on the pastry! Yuck! Other than that it was great to see a young black manager, named Stephen, on the floor working with and teaching his employees. They are well managed and seem to work well together. I've never been a big fan of Panera's coffee so I ordered a Peach & Blueberry Power Smoothie instead and it was great! It was refreshing to have a good experience the day after an unpleasant visit to the location on Central Ave. n Yonkers.
Great customer service from a gentleman named Jeffrey. He was very helpful and didn't even allow us to throw our own trash out. Thank you Jeffrey! Food was good, soup was warm. Only suggestion is a deep cleaning in the carpet on the dining area. It smells pretty funky.
Cheddar and broccoli soup is always great with either bread or the pick 2 with a sandwich , you almost can't go wrong . I've never been a fan of the portions but I guess is fine for a place like this. Everyone has been pleasant and the place is pretty clean would go again
I drove all the way from the bx to this place just because I was craving the cinnamon bagel with egg and cheese and it was delicious. I went from breakfast and staff is nice and fast. I didn’t like that much the atmosphere since it didn’t look like a calm place to have breakfast, in my opinion. It looks more like good to go food. Thank you anyways.
Got a breakfast sandwich and it was pretty good. No pictures because I was nursing a headache so I had to eat. Only suggestion is that it was lacking in bacon. Friend got a BBQ Chicken Sandwich and it was full and smelled good. Location is clean and the service was quick and friendly. Panera NEEDS to bring back drinks with their meals. To pay almost $25 and not get any drinks is a disservice to their customers. Because why should I pay $14.99 a month just so that I don’t have dry mouth?
Ordered an Italiano sandwich and got a cheese steak. Unfortunately I didn't have time to wait for a new sandwich. I ended up eating the cheese steak sandwich. It was ok.
Update: they missed my app-placed order (it was arranged to be picked up right before closing). They brought me inside (it was locked) and made my food even though they were essentially closed, and made up for it food-wise, unprovoked. All with a courteous, apologetic tone. I could be mad they forgot my food, or be grateful for the customer service, and I'll choose the latter. Review up from 3 -> 4 stars. Original: This place has fine food and generally good service. But they also regularly open slightly late. Anywhere from 2-10 minutes. One day, I was waiting outside for nearly 20 minutes after they should've opened, only to have to knock on the glass to then be told they were understaffed and would not open until a full hour after the scheduled opening time. And they wouldn't let me in just to get my sip club drink (literally one employee is all that's required for me to be given a cup). I'm being more than fair with my three stars, given the consistency of the issues I mention.
I ordered a spicy lamb meatballs and sweet potato bowl with supergreens and basmati rice with lemon tahini balsamic date vinaigrette and . The first time I got to the top of the line, I was told they were out of meatballs and that it would be a 25 minute wait. I decided to wait then rejoin the line and successfully able to put through my order. Unfortunately, while I was eating I bit into a hard sharp black piece of plastic. I don't expect to find foreign objects in my food.
Great chicken Frontera sandwich. Tuna salad sandwich is my second go to sandwich. Great soups for the fall and winter weather.
I ordered a chicken salad online. The salad was delicious. However, the bowl was not full. The salad is $15. The company provides a certain size bowl. The bowl should not have any space in it. It should be completely filled with food. Otherwise, the company should provide a smaller bowl. Let me know what your intentions are.
I’ve been to other Panera Bread locations and they can’t seem to get orders correctly . I ordered a sandwich and it took 20 minutes. My sandwich was already ready and staff didn’t call my name. I also asked for no cheese and they managed to still have a few pieces in it. The bread was stale. The lettuce was old. I didn’t bother taking it back considering it took a while to get orders prepared. The first time I ordered from them I ordered from a deliver app for a large party and they forgot an order. Customers wait a while for their order—please ensure staff double checks orders before sending them out.
This place is alright to eat at, the staff was helpful but the only thing was, the cashier was so mad and mulled "god I hate everyone in here" and honestly I don't blame her but I don't get why she had to say it near a costumer. But anyway, the food was good and the staff who brought over the food was nothing but friendly, props to him.
VERY unhappy with this location. Went there today. No tables outside, though there were at Applebee's next door. No curbside pickup. Had to stand online INSIDE for 30-40 minutes past app order fufillment time. By the time I walked out, line was out the door and there was NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. Manager should be ashamed of herself.
They never give the pickle that’s supposed to come with the sandwich. I went back inside to ask for the pickles that I didn’t get and they said I had to pay $1 for each pickle. Why would I have to pay for it if it was supposed to come with the sandwich? I paid for it because my friends wanted the pickle but I can’t understand why I have to pay extra for something that’s supposed to be included. The employees weren’t rude about it it seems that’s just how they’re being trained so it really comes down to the management. They should understand that it makes no sense to charge extra for something that’s supposed to be included...
Good food, great manager (black guy), however the ladies who work in the kitchen should be either retrained or better yet fired for their lack interpersonal skills. Never dealt with such a rude group of women in my life.
Small potion of Mac and cheese was very small. They also left out my pastrof my take out order. However a call back was nicely handy by Manager
I love Panera in general, however this location appears to always lack in staffing friendliness and speed. The cashier was pleasant, however there is no sense of urgency most times I come. The line could be to the door and ONLY one or two cashiers are attending to guests. I hope service gets better.
This panera bread has always struggled with service and customer service. I have been going here since I lived in yonkers. It started out pretty good, but over the years, it declined. I went back recently, and much has not changed. Out of stock on items, "not enough staff to give plates." I'm curious when they will actually have a manager that cares about this location. Food would have been better if we didn't have to substitute everything we ordered.
Food is great as always. I’m a huge fan of PB. This was my first visit to this specific location. We ordered foods and pastries and drinks for pick-up, we get there after app shows “ready to pick up” but no food was ready but one. They asked us to pock us the cups for drink from a diffuser person in a different section (which wasn’t even available). After we got the foods and drinks and left, noticed that our pastries were not in the bags, so we had to go back and ask for those. They sent us to the line to pick them separately from a gentleman in a pastry. We spent at least 20 minutes total to walk around, figure things out and pickup each part of our order from different workers. We could be probably faster if we would have just walked into the store and order there.
I used to love Panera bread, other day I went to cross country mall and tried Panera again. Food was not great. Service was terrible. All the tables were dirty and coffee stations had no milk and most of the coffee carafes were empty. I went to tell them but the supervisor gave me such big attitude.
Very disappointed with today’s visit place was empty compared to other times. Was so happy they had my kitchen sink cookies 🍪. Bought the last two then ordered the New steak sandwich. Still upset they changed the original one but the manager gave good reviews on the new product so I figured let me try. I waited 15 before I realized everyone is coming in and out with their food. When i proceeded to the counter I was told they’re looking to see if we have steak. I was a little baffled on why this wasn’t established before I made my order and with a 15 min wait time which was really unacceptable to me. My hungry craving shattered i was given a refund by management with there sincerest apologies. ( Future reference whoever doing the ordering needs to add more steak to the order. Running out of steak on a Wednesday during lunch break not good.
So I used the rapid pick option through the Panera app, and worked fairly well. The order was received and didn't have to wait on a line. When I arrived at the location, I did have to wait for my order to still be complete which was a big deal. The staff acknowledged me and checked and let me know it was waiting on an item. There is a large outdoor parking lot for the entire mall. Cash and credit are both accepted. The app only allows credit or e-wallet purchases, no option to pay in-store. The prices did feel high in relation to the quality of flavor and quantity of the item. The dining area was clean and open for anyone to sit and enjoy their meal or work on anything they were working on. There is a public bathroom. The pastry and teas are very good. 11/2022
I was there on Oct 20, 2015 around 8:30 am and the place was dirty as it wasn't clean from the previous day. The coffee area was filthy, no time on what time the coffee was brew and stains on the cabinet. What look to be the manager with a white shirt was too busy sitting down and playing with her grandson I guess. I been to this place many times and was always clean. I wouldn't be going there again.
It took a long time and they botched the order, got two of the three things wrong. I've been here a few times, it isn't always this bad. They'll occasionally mess up orders and today was the worst. Waited about 20 to 25 minutes for the wrong loaf of bread, wrong bagels, and mac and cheese.
Disorganized, messy, and inefficient. Waited an hour and some change for 2 soups and 2 sandwiches. Seriously disappointed as I normally love Panera but I will never come back to this one. I can see management is just nonexistent. After 45 min, I literally had to hover and keep asking the employee if my order was ready and finally I got my order after putting verbal pressure. With the variety of choices at Cross County, go somewhere else.
Nice location, workers are nice and nice vibe heading in for the first time. Food was okay on my behalf but my boyfriend got food poisoning not too long after he ate. Please make sure your food is fresh and things are sanitary when you are preparing it.
I went in to get something for me and my boyfriend for food. We were mildly peeved that there was no bread even though it didn’t say out of stock at the kiosk. However what annoyed me was the refund of our food. The manager supposedly refunded our food but hadn’t given us a recipe. When we went back up for the second time she argued with my boyfriend saying she couldn’t give us a receipt . She confirmed the name and turns out she canceled the wrong order the first time. She then “again” canceled my order and still couldn’t give me my receipt. So now I have to hope she actually got it right for the second time.
First, I ordered a bagel and it could not be toasted because the toaster wasnt working AND the bagel was frozen solid...then I made an order for a COB SALAD and this is certainly not that. The lettuce was old and very horrible. Last my sandwich was soggy beyond repair yuck. Will not be returning. The extra star was because their chips and broccoli mac and cheese was satisfying.
The place was ehh..my mom and i spoons weren’t cleaned really well, the pepsi was watered down..
Well, what can I tell you. This is a location within Cross County Mall and you expect better from them, since this is in a mall that welcomes hundreds of people every day. If I have to grade location I will give a C . They have a good presentation were the sweet is but everything else looks dirty. The windows which are the things you see. The tables, seats, bathroom, ….The food is not cheap but you getting a low quality service. The food tastes good. In a very busy morning they only had two employees and the manager.
Panera bread food is always good however, the wait time was about 30 minutes to receive my order here at this location. Only two people working the kitchen on a busy day. Lost my appetite waiting for the food to come out. My friend ordered a sandwich and they only have him half of it and told him to come back for the other half later.
I dine at this Panera frequently. It's usually good. Not today, thought. They took 32 mins with my order (two chicken teriyaki bowls and two soups). They were served COLD. I asked them to reheat, but they were still cold after being "reheated." I'm angry, disappointed and hungry at the same time. I just can't enjoy a good meal at Panera today.
The worst panera I've ever been to. They had no tomatoe soup, no Flatbread pizzas, no apples, no ice, no tops for the coffee cups, and no plates, so we had to get our food I'm to go containers. I don't understand how a huge franchise can be out of stock of all these items, especially if they're in a busy area like this. They should make sure to have stock of everything
Unfortunately, it has been three times that I see when you order your food it takes 30 minutes to be ready! Long line to wait for food! The tables and floor are so messy and not clean! Employees are so slow in the kitchen. They see the lines and they keep getting orders! I don’t go to this location anymore.
One of the worst experiences ever. And I love Panera (STL Bread Company). Service was slow, dining area was dirty and tables weren't being wiped. Typical Cross County establishment, save your time and money.
Probably the worst panera i've been too. The place is filthy the booths had food and debris. Looked like mouse droppings along the base board. one coffee urn completly empty (9:20am) place was empty. way to many people working for this shift
After 4 years this place is still one star. Picked up my salad, drove home and no dressing. Though the employees seem to work hard, it’s a sign of incompetence in management or the franchise owner.
Worst Panera Bread ever! There were just a few people in the restaurant when I first walked in at after 8 pm. Yet, we waited at least 10 minutes for our food. When the food finally arrived I was even more disappointed. I had order a Mediterranean salad to go, but it came in a bowl. I alerted the server and she returned with the same salad literally dumped into a take away box. I told her that this is not the way the salad is supposed to be served for take away, all mixed up. She returned with another which was only half a notch better, but far from the standard I am used to at my regular Panera. My son's Frontega Chicken sandwich, was literally thrown together - the chicken was in huge pieces instead of being shredded, and took up only one side of each half of the sandwich. I had ordered a lobster roll which was even worse. The bread was cold, the sandwich tasteless, AND A HUGE PIECE OF PLASTIC AMOUNG THE LOBSTER PIECES!!! I immediately called the server over and expressed my dissatisfaction of the food. She seemed huffy, took away my plate, and my son's which had half of his sandwich remaining. I was so annoyed I went over to the pickup station, and informed them that I would take the food to go, because I couldn't stay there any longer. If I had stayed a minute longer, it would not have gone well in there. If you pay your money, you expect to get good value, value that is up to standard, and nothing else other than better. Highly disappointed! !!!
I asked for a sandwich and to take off veggies and add some cheese. THEY GAVE ME THE OPPOSITE. I waited an hour to get my food. And when I went to see what they can do they gave a cold slice of cheese in a cup. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN. I don’t think they deserve a star. Terrible service. Don’t recommend. 2/10.
I enjoy eating from Panera, but this location at Yonkers was just awful. They were slow to notice customers, team members seemed to goof around, whoever prepared the order switched my sandwich with someone else's, I had to go back and wait even more. The tables were unclean. The manager doesn't seem to care. Plus this is located at Cross County Mall. Avoid at all costs. They don't care.
Zero stars, they forgot to include half of my pickup order. This is such a widespread occurrence at Panera locations across the country that this must be a company policy.
Food is fine, but I've never had good service. Today there was one cashier working (apparently) who asked me to wait for her to finish talking to her friend before she took my order. The panera card system had been down the last 3 times I've been here, and my salad didn't come with any dressing on it.
The on duty manager was awful and unprofessional. Poor management and customer service skills, waiting over 40 minutes for a sandwich is ridiculous. The support staff and cashiers conducted themselves better. They need to rethink how they handle online orders and in person customers. Several customers were complaining waiting too long for food.
This place is very disgusting and very dirty. Underneath their equipment in the kitchen right over the counter where you pick up your food is full of roaches and roach nests, including dead roaches and mouse feces. When I picked up my food at the counter as I reach above to grab the bag and leave the store underneath the cracks and crevices of the counter where all of the plates and cups and utensils are stored, there were if not hundreds thousands of dead roaches and live roaches and rat feces. Very disappointed and very ashamed of spending $50 there that day I ended up throwing my food away and never turning back. Definitely not going to any other Panera bread restaurant again that’s for sure!
My mom placed an online order for pick up on 3/27/2020. Her credit card was charged for 40.89. We received a confirmation number telling us the order would be ready for pick up at 12:20pm. I went to pick it up and was told they never received the order. I explained that we have a confirmation number and the card was charged I even showed it to her. A person who I think was the manager and another employee looked in the system and kept repeating they don't have the order. I asked if she could just make it now since the order was paid for? The manager said she could not do that because they dont have confirmation that the order was paid for, even though I showed her the confirmation number. She kept insisting that there was something wrong on my end. My mom also checked with her bank at that time who confirmed the funds were debited. I stood in the restaurant for 30min in the middle of the covid 19 pandemic, and ended up leaving the store without the order that was paid for because they refused to make it. My mom eventually received her bank statement and there was the charge for 40.89. She called the cooperate office and they confirmed there was a system glitch on their end and she would be refunded (she's still waiting on it) I write this review because yesterday I had the same experience at another restaurant with a significant amount more than 40.89, the difference is the manager saw that I had the confirmation number and said "I'm sorry this happened, I will make the order now and we'll work it out later." What happened at Panera was horrible customer service. They would rather loose a customer than possibly loose 40.89. I have frequented this location many times over the years, and I will never go back.
As an employee of the shopping center there’s not many places to go on your lunch break, so you patron what you have near by. When you order 10 minutes in advance and pay a little more for rapid order, and you have to wait 40 minutes for soup and a grill cheese sandwich is ridiculous when you only have a 60 minute lunch. I could see if these teenagers where cooking it, they are warming it up and doing wrong most of the time. My “ thick “ tomato soup was so watery today and my grill cheese burnt. Hire adults who might care and get off their phone before they take care of the customers. This is the cause for most of their slowness Returned after 3 months. Same awful service. Waited over an hour and still did nothing get any food, went back to work hungry. Thanks for ruining my lunch break!
Tried to do online order/pick. After placing the order it stated it would be ready for pick up in 20 min. When I got there not only was my order not ready but there were other people complaining that there order was not ready. They told me to give them an extra 15 min. I waited an additional 20 and my order was still not being prepared. I needed to leave at this point and I asked for a refund. I was told to wait on another line for a refund where there were other customers waiting for a refund too. I did get my refund but I left without food and most upsetting without an apology-Panera you made my list !
I'm here currently waiting for my order which when I first received had to send back. My sandwich was burnt and didn't even have a tomato in it. When I spoke with the manager she was nasty and had an attitude because the $15 dollar meal I paid for I was dissatisfied with. The problem is that they don't have any customer service skills and are rude. The workers started snickering rusand They'respeaking under their breath saying "I never heard of something being wrong with the order". Not happy with the service I received here.
If I could give zero I would. I ordered the baja bowl and the disservice that they did to this meal was appalling. I had ordered the same meal from Panera in Pelham and it was amazing so there is definitely a standard for how this meal should taste. My corn was burnt, rice was under cooked, and the sauce which makes the dish was not provided. The person who made this needs some retraining ASAP.

The girl who was supposed to bring our food had a lot of attitude and after waiting for so long our food was just sitting there waiting to be dropped off so we went for it. The last time I went there the same girl had a lot of attitude because the tables were dirty and we asked her to clean the table. Panera bread was way better years ago.
Sat down and ordered brunch for myself, my SO, and my toddler. Not only did they miss a few of my items and had the nerve to be upset when I kept having to get up and remind them, but when we looked to the side of our booth (sitting right in front of where they prepare the food) there were roaches. Never again.

hell no, don't come to this location. the food took a very long time to be made. I initially ordered my food to dine it but they took so long that after they handed my the food, i asked if they could give it to me to go because i had to go back to work. So the cook hands me a brown paper bag, paper wrap and a sticker. i asked if she could wrap it up for me because i would never be able to wrap it up as well as she could... boy was she annoyed at my request.
Unfortunately, this location failed utterly in representing the chain. We ordered 8 items at 6:05 and upon checking (AFTER AN HOUR-I'm pretty patient and understanding), our order was STILL untouched🤦🏽♀️. Needless to say, we ended up asking for a refund and leaving. They get a star for giving everyone in the party (5 of which were kids))a pastry for the neglect or inconvenience. But maybe your visit will be stellar. Keep hope alive🙄
Update 2023: This is the worst Panera I have ever been to and I love Panera. Took 45 minutes to get an order of two pick twos. Wish I could put a DO NOT VISIT on Google Maps so I did not have to come to this location again. While the staff is very nice, it took 25 minutes to get two you pick two orders. The changing table in mens bathroom also is broken and will not stay flat while you change a baby.
This place is the worst Panera in Westchester county. We had placed our order on the app, to be able to pickup and leave in a timely manner. Instead the experience was worse than if we ordered inside and waited. Our empty coffee cups was a surprise until we asked if needed to make our own, our food was thrown in the back area instead of the pick up area, like all the other pick ups. This place doesn't have any customers service, to new faces, like the others we have been to many times. Use another Panera bread!!!!
I went to Panera this morning and ordered a egg white, spinach & avocado breakfast sandwich to go. I get home to discovered the main component "egg white" was missing. They have messed up on previous orders and I stopped going there. It's been a year since my last order & I see why I stopped going. Truly waste of my time. Never again- you lost a customer.
Worst panera bread I ever visited. I waited for mobile order for 40 minutes. And when I received order is ready I came to check. Nothing... waited another 10 minutes and asked supervisor he said your order not even in system)))) that's not it, their drink containers looks disgusting. Onion soup I order was without any cheese and bread crumbs. Also they didn't put any napkins in the bag. No restroom available to use.Never come back here again.
My husband went to grab me lunch. He first said it was busy and I understand due true timing (lunch time). He asked for a large salad and small soup. They messed up the order and when he got home. They gave him the salad with chicken (ordered without) and no soup. This particular location needs to have a little more focus on the customers.
Ordered food in advance for pickup since I was short on time and when the app told me it was done I went in to pick it up and it wasn't even ready yet. After waiting for 20 minutes in the store they asked what food i got? Then had to wait longer for them to finally make my food. So in total waited 30 minutes in the store when i was told my food was done. Now I just left opened the bag and they didn't even give me my complete order after repeatedly having to tell them my order. I don't know how a place can mess up this bad. I like panera but i'd much rather drive the 20 minutes up central ave for good service then 5 minutes and get this.
This repeatedly has proven to be the worst Panera location. I keep going because Panera requires me to whenever I make a delivery order. Today they failed to include two bread bowls and one sourdough loaf with the order. That's a ridiculous amount of bread that is missing. When I try to call, no one picks up. Do not order delivery from this location. It will not work. (The DoorDash drivers are great -- this has nothing to do with them.)
This place is absolutely disgusting. I got my food and there was hair in my soup and on my plate. The staff does not wear hairnets or gloves and as I was eating I seen a baby roach crawling on the table. I am disappointed and disgusted with this place. Never again.
Wait time is at least 45 mins. Both employees and managers are rude. Not enough staffs. Food is not as what I expected. Employee making the drinks was also cashiering and couldn't keep track of what orders are in order. I planned to dine in. The order was so late, I ended up taking it for take out and got late for work. Even though the place was not packed, I was there for 45mins thinking it gave me enough time to eat my food and head to work. Every time I go there the cashier is playing with another coworker and/or turns around to do something else instead of letting the next person know they need a second. Never again!
This place is very convenient but the staff at the cashier desk not very helpful. Gave me hard time for a gift card she couldn't use. I've order a sandwich and whole paper found in it. Went back to the kitchen the cock didn't even talk to me with very strange attitude. When I asked gently after 5 min about what for now she answered he is gonna make you another one.!!? Gave this place a try two times now, and both times have been disappointed. THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION AT CROSS COUNTY. I’ve had better Panera from other locations. This one can’t seem to get it right. I’ll let the picture do the talking… DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR. IN THE MOOD FOR PANERA? Even if at cross county, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Today is 3/7/2025, 2:25 pm, I like Penera bread , I like here. Maybe just today, the manager there, he has bad day. Do your job, keep your customers satisfied, that is what you get paid for. Anyway I call the 1800 customer service number, they take care my matter.
My daughter and I bought the pulled barbeque chicken sandwich with a tomato soup and the sandwich bread was smeared with barbeque sauce. The chicken which is supposed to be shredded was chopped in cubes, part cold and part room temperature. The tomato soup was watered down looking pale red. I have bought the tomato soup from panera at a different location and it does not look watered down, and the pulled barbeque chicken I've had was hot with shredded chicken and the barbeque sauce is not smeared on the bread. The employees at this location don't practice food safety from maintaining the correct temperature to assuring cleanliness. We could not continue eating what we ordered, we had to throw it out. Train your youth employees about food safety regulations and cleanliness. 🤢
A complete disaster, the service was terrible. I asked for bread without cheese. They gave it to me with cheese. It took me more than 30 minutes to wait. I'm leaving a photo of it. I was patient to wait but 30 minutes for a breakfast has never happened to me and I am short cost in another location but this location is destroying the costs of terrible attention Girls, I reluctantly asked for my money back because I had a bad time and it was the first time I invited my husband there since I am a client from Miami. The girl with her loose hair is also a disaster, I really do not recommend them in that place I ordered my bread without cheese after waiting 30 minutes it came out with cheese
The service here is horrible!!! I do wanna say thank you kindly to the gentleman that had proper manners and acknowledge I was there but the rude lady there today at around 11:50 AM the date is Friday, February 21st smh shame on you!!! There was me and two other customers behind me as soon as the person in front of me left, she started doing other things acting like I didn’t exist obviously, she’s a young broad with no manners no respect no acknowledgment of other customers. Super rude and disrespectful she needs training, obviously under age. Only reason I came out here It was pick up order for a friend , but yeah, I will not come back here. Need to fire that toddler girl expeditiously! ;)
Do not go to this Panera ! No masks No hair nets. The food stayed on the line for over 25mins, nothing but cross contamination. The sandwiches and pizza were under the ovens, the handle of the ovens kept touching the pizza and sandwiches. Staff shirts touching on top of the items. The sandwiches not quality. The wait for online orders 40mins, no rapid pick up. Do not go to Yonkers Panera!
