I can't digest wheat, so I like bread but don't eat it often. Dunkin' Donuts is perfectly fine, so even though the store is far from my house, I still buy it occasionally. The staff is friendly, and the donuts are delicious. I even brought my dog here this weekend, and we had a blast with delicious donuts for the first time in a while. The regular hot coffee was especially delicious.

The avocado toast was delicious and the donut was yummy the coffee was hot and the refresher was refreshing.
The Sriracha bacon breakfast sandwich and iced lattes were great, and the friendly, helpful staff really made us feel welcome. This is a nice place to hang out while you enjoy your food, with cozy seating inside and on the large patio. We'll be back again!
Usually they good with mobile/drive through orders, but they always miss one or more things during rush hours. It’s better to go in person inside the store for food order otherwise there is a high chance they will forget to properly follow the order. I hope it will change in future as there is no other DD closeby or people like me will end up going somewhere else.

Edit 9/3/21: I'm adjusting my previous review not to be cruel but in hopes a manager/owner will see this and make changes because I really do want to keep coming here. I feel this Dunkin Donuts is starting to go downhill. They constantly run out of things; i.e Peach Passionfruit, seasonal items, hashbrowns etc. Constantly claim they r understaffed so they stop serving hot food during rush time, the reason I come is to eat their breakfast. It's getting to the point where the only reason I come here is for the reputation they used to have. I constantly (80% of the time) have to check my order and get out and go inside the store because they messed something up, like: gave me pork sausage instead of turkey (I'm allergic to pork), didn't give me extra cheese but charged me for it anyway. This defeats the purpose of going to drive-thru. I come here at least 5/7 times a week. When they have the food it tastes really good, better than most Dunkins I go to. I will come here a little bit longer before I'm just completely fed up by the mistakes or lack of food. I'm having to go to other Dunkins in the area and they always have what I want. Old post: I have a dunkin thats closer than this one and I prefer this dunkin over that one. They r friendly and their drinks are better here. Anytime they mess up they always give me a little compensation (usually upgrade my drink size). Sometimes they really hook it up with the munchkins too. I ordered a black decaf iced coffee in this pick.
Well this my 1st time at this location. Although my brother was suggesting other coffee chain, I said let give Dunkin Donuts a try. And I instantly regretted that decision. The only bright side was taste of our coffees Service was the worst and they did there best in giving so. 1st of all they gave a coffee which was dripping out of the cup and when we were asked about hot sleeve , the response was “sorry we are out” .honestly I don’t get that response even in a convince store and that was my brother’s coffee story. And coming to my coffee, I mention easy on ice and they said sure during taking the order. But gave me half cup coffee Ce anyway. Surprisingly coffee was only filling not completely. I guess management should start working on there staff to give at least basics of people skills. Will sure I won’t make this decision of going back again.
I was helped by a nice young girl, 100% good service from.her, I didn't mind the 15 min waiting time, the problem is that when I got my drink the big lady that works there told me to go to other location as they have more staff. Sorry that they're short on work force but I'm just a customer buying a cup of coffee. And the coffee tasted just like water with ice. There's the coffee cup 😔
I was a Dunkin Doughnut virgin. My husband decided to stop at the store in Villa Park. I got a maple bar, seemed like a safe bet. OMG! It was like biting into a crumbly piece of bark that tasted like a maple bar. It was so dry that no amount of coffee was going to make it edible. I tossed it after the one bite. Sorry Dunkin I'm going to have to stay loyal to the usual doughnut guy.
I have never sat in a drive through line that took this long in my entire life. There were only lik 3 cars in front of me and it took FOREVER!😭 are yall understaffed or something??💔

Some lady just said “I can help you over here” with kind of a down attitude. My daughter ordered a hot chocolate and a chocolate donut. I paid and that was it. We waited for her order. It was also somewhat warm inside making it uncomfortable climate wise. They need to get on it because Yorba Linda expects just a little more. Not a great experience.

Don't even bother walking inside. No one int here to take your order, because they are to busy filling the online orders and the drive thru.
I went into the drive thru this morning around 9:20 am , the lady who asked for my order sounded asleep and if I asked her a question she said ummmmmm I guess in a low voice , so I pull up to the front where it’s the area to pay attention to that window and I explain to the girl there who told me her name was Lucy who was wearing a stained sweatshirt and green hair what happened , she said one sec . She started laughing as she closed the window and turned something in her head piece then a few minutes later I received my coffee . I know they did something to it . I’ve been sick all day . This is unprofessional and not ok. I’m going to be contacting corporate.
Went in to order some donuts and a drink for myself and my daughter. The inside of the donut case was filled with flies. 🤢 They were crawling all over the munchkins and bigger donuts. So disgusting. Had to order from a kiosk, and the drinks tasted terrible. I have gift cards, but will not be going back to this location, and will never buy donuts from Dunkin again.
Just went to this location. I was excited to show my kids what Dunkin was about, but this location is not it. None of the workers greet you to take an order. Placed an order through the kiosk and that took over 10 minutes for 2 donuts with 3 workers. I’m used to the Dunkins in Chicago that work efficiently and are friendly. Never again!
Terrible. Absolutely no Customer Service whatsoever. Stood there waiting at the counter while five different employees walked around, and nobody said a word to me. No welcome, no how can I help you, no have you been helped yet, No nothing. And I stood there with five other customers, and none of them were addressed either. Never going back.
Usually this place is lovely… but there were gnats EVERYWHERE. Employees are always nice. Please take care of the gnats guys 🥹
Servers don't listen, i have to keep repeating order. And clean up the trash outside once in a while. Got to work and they had chopped all the bagels in half instead of slicing, who does that? Last tine i went i had to repeat order twice. Had to wait because only 1 employee at walk in while 4 employees stood around talking at drive up window. No parking, had to park in neighboring center and walk back.

From the long nails in food service and passing of your order in the drive thru window like "here catch" on top of not being offered a bag just having 20 individual items passed to you and when you ask the eye roll and attitude from the window. The avocado "bacon" toast is never even toasted and has a few sprinkles of bacon and a spread of avocado. The feeling of rushed that takes an average of 10-15 mins in the drive thru you would think quality would be better. Just because you are in Yorba Linda do not take for granted that service and quality is absolutely expected but completely taken for granted by this location. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and food quality at your Yorba Linda location. Every visit to this particular branch has been a consistently negative experience. During my recent visits, I have observed several issues. In the drive-thru, I've noticed a lack of professionalism, including employees with long nails handling food, orders being passed in a dismissive manner, and a general reluctance to provide a bag for multiple items, often accompanied by an eye-roll and attitude when one is requested. Furthermore, the quality of the food has been subpar. Specifically, the avocado "bacon" toast has repeatedly been served untoasted, with minimal bacon and a sparse spread of avocado. Despite an average wait time of 10-15 minutes in the drive-thru, the quality does not reflect this wait. As customers in Yorba Linda, we expect a high standard of service and quality, which unfortunately seems to be entirely taken for granted at this location.
This is the first and last time I go to Dunkin Donuts. I went with my friend and we used the self check out. We just ordered one drink. It asked for a tip, sorry but why would I tip when I'm taking my own order. There was only one gentleman/customer there. We waited 25 minutes for our drink. During that time, there were 6 other customers who ordered and had their name called. After those 25 minutes, we went to the front to see why it took so long only to see our drink had been on the counter. They never called our name. Was it because we didn't tip from taking our own orders? Either way, doesnt matter as we with be going again.

I recently placed an online order for donuts from this Dunkin’ store and was extremely disappointed. First off, my simple donut order wasn’t ready, which completely contradicts what the app is saying. When the donuts were finally ready, they were stale and tasted like they had been sitting out for days. Some donuts were also squished in the box. To make matters worse, the order was incorrect - I specifically asked for a variety of flavors, but received random donuts I didn’t order. The customer service was also terrible from the young man and young lady working there. I will not be ordering from this place again and would advise others to avoid it as well.
