I ordered a pizza for my grandmother from Colorado as a happy surprise. She only orders from here because they "are not greasy." Henry picked up the phone and helped me arrange the payment and delivery easily. I would recommend them based off their service and patience! Thank you very much, Henry in particular.

We ordered a pizza night tonight, but WE made a mistake while ordering. And what was their response when we told them about our mistake? They sebt us a replacement pizza for free. Thank you Papa John's! You have a 3 more loyal customers.

We order from this Papa John's regularly due to its proximity. For context, I have been a Papa John's customer for over 20 years. This location has hard working employees and speedy drivers. On one Halloween evening a few years ago, we decided to treat the family to a pizza from this location. When we arrived on site, the store was crammed full of hungry customers, and the order monitor was expanding with new orders by the minute. This did not slow the workers down one bit! As soon as a pie came out of the oven, a new pie was quickly fed in. The other customers and myself all felt guilty for making them have to work to such an extreme, and were more than understanding when it took the pizzas a little longer than expected to be handed across the counter. I gave this location 4 stars because I feel that sometimes the pizzas we receive are not quite on par with those from other Papa John's locations. For example, the cheese sticks we received on our most recent order were noticeably more oily than usual (by this I mean that there were small pools of oil on top of the cheese). Another example would be one (memorable) order of a thin crust pizza that turned out to have been cooked a little too long and was noticeably dry, flaky, and crunchy. In sum, the quality has never been a total disappointment but it can sporadically be slightly subpar. This location doesn't have much retail space but always appears to be clean and in good order.

That's important for my twins. The 3 stars is for pizzas ordered for me. Every time I order pizza with 2x the toppings, like double pepperoni, or double sausage, etc., the toppings are just like normal amount. So I pay extra but don't get the extra toppings. After 3x, I'm back to Round Table. Except for the twins cheese pizza.

This is at least the 3rd pizza in the last 4 times that we’ve ordered where it wasn’t close to how we ordered it…..this location is struggling.

If you want an example of a hot n ready app that's not accurate this is the place. Whole order marked ready but when I get there my second pizza is just going into the oven. Had diarrhea for the next 48 hours. Would not recommend.

I purchased two Pizza’s for pick up. When I got home - The Pizza’s were very hard and dry like they had been sitting out for quite a while. It was a very disappointing experience.

Called in to place an order for two medium pizzas, one sausage with half bell pepper, the other pepperoni on half the other side plain cheese . I was asked if I wanted to add on a chocolate chip cookie, to which I agreed. I could not believe my ears when I was told two medium pizzas and a cookie came to just under $50?!?! When I confirmed I had heard correctly, told them I wanted to cancel the order. Then i was told that they could offer me a special deal. I didn’t cate to find out what the special was, the fact that it was not offered up front was a problem fir me and I didn’t go through with the order. Instead I ordered from Domino’s where two medium pizzas and the 9 brownie bites came to less that $24.

I ordered over $80 of pizza and wings and the rude employee wanted to charge me 11 cents each for packets of cheese & peppers. Should be part of the meal cost. You lost my business! Pizza not that great either!

Ordered our pizza over an hour ago. Was quoted 30 mins online for delivery. My husband called for an update. He was told the driver had just walked in and would deliver within 15mins. Still over 30mins and no pizza. No apology either. Won't be Ordering from here again.

Ordered a Shaqaroni to be delivered by them. They had Doordash do it instead and it took an hour and 15 minutes to get it to me after it was out of the oven. I live five minutes away. I went in and they said they would make a new one and it would be another hour. The ice cold pizza they did deliver had no extra cheese or pepperoni, which is the whole point to the Shaqaroni. Never experienced worse customer service along with the misdirection. This place is incompetent and nothing but thinly veiled lies. You'd be a sucker to ever order from them.
