I go here so many times I sometimes wonder if it's an addiction...ANYWAY this place is wonderful the service is extremely fast and the food is never sloppily put together. The drive thru is never a long wait and they are not afraid to give you excess fries.

Food is delicious, friendly staff and bathroom is super clean. If you download their app you should be able to take advantage of the combos!.

Why 5stars if not 100% because it's far better than McD, and Wendy's near me. FLAME GRILLED is the reason for 5stars. UNFORTUNATELY 3/5 times I order FLAME GRILLED it's not. BUT WHEN IT IS ITS 1985 BK all over again (delish) However, can't order on drive through because we can't understand each other 9/10 times. When I ask for FLAME GRILLED on the drive through they have NO idea what I'm talking about. Through the app it's fine cuz almost no verbal interaction. But I'm always crossing my fingers that it's actually FLAME GRILLED. 🤞 On this BK I suggest ordering the Double bacon Jr cheese burger +1 extra patty+$1,+extra cheese +$0.3, + FLAME GRILLED $free. Comes to about $6. Wow so good when actually flame GRILLED. The bun to meat/protein ratio is perfect and so delicious WHEN FLAME GRILLED.

Fast service, clean, and good food. The staff are fast and definitely well trained. My only issue is the prices but that goes for all Burger Kings so it's not their fault.

Mobile order is safe and fast. Sometimes special order is not accurate. They charge for extra lettuce or whipped cream in Yorktown, but the one in Peekskill does not.

The food was fresh and hot, and the place was recently renovated, so it was clean inside. The staff, however, were a bit unenthusiastic about their job, and it showed.

This place is better than other burger kings. Always crispy french fries. Sometimes it is too salty. The service is not kind but not creepy. It just in average.

It was a drivethrough experience at a fast food restaurant. Order was accurate, made and served pretty quickly. Would go back

It's a Burger King. Not any different than any other Burger King. I used the Drive Thru and the service was quick, pleasant and accurate. There's plenty of parking so you can it in the parking lot with the family during the Pandemic. There's plenty of special priced items so no worries about using coupons in order to keep your face to face contact at a minimum. All staff used gloves and masks.

If you're starving. I prefer McDonald's but again only as a last resort.

Burger King is Burger King. It's consistent and reliable. You know how each thing is going to taste. For some it keeps them coming back. For others it makes them stay away! Lol My son often grabs some with his friends when they're in town when we get coupons in the mail.He brings them with him so if they want anything, it's going to cost less. Luckily, they only do this once in awhile. Fast food is fine when you need it because you are running impossibly late or your craving it for whatever reasons (often because McDonalds is too far to walk or drive in the allotted amount of time). However, as my mother used to say, in moderation. The place seems to be clean but if your a drive thru person, once in awhile walk in and check these things outqt. After all, you live here. Let's keep them on their toes!

Hey it's just Burger King but sometimes you need a burger fix right. I use the coupons they send in the mail, but they can't be used for the Impossible Burger which is my favorite. The worst part is that junk food is not cheap anymore. I paid $20 for 2 "value" meals. Still, it's ok for the occasional treat.

I like going to Burger King because its a treat for me. I may do it once or twice a year. But visit wasn't good because not only did I have to wait, but once I got my burger, it was luke warm. Doesn't anybody make their burgers fresh anymore!

The food is cheap but good. They have a self serve soda fountain. I took advantage of the two cheeseburgers, small fries and soda for $3.50.

The food is good. Sometimes they miss things but there's a girl who always seem so have an attitude at the drive thru when you order a good amount of food. Usually there at night..:/

Touch screen kiosks are unsanitary and annoying. I prefer a person taking my order. The sandwich and fries where Luke warm, and on the dry side. Fountain soda isn't mixed quite right . It's more Seltzer than coke. Not the best experience, not the worst.

Rude - when drive through speaker wasn’t working, cashier blamed me for not waiting or being able to hear her!

Employees close the place after 10pm don’t listen to the hours for the drive through. Second time now I’ve gotten off work at 10pm looking for food and nowhere in Yorktown is open, and they’ve left me sitting at drive through for 20 min at 10:15 until shutting the lights off. Very very annoying. Food is the same as any other burger king, cheap and not a fantastic meal but good for a desperate food run once in awhile (when the employees don’t shut the place down early)

Place just reopened after a complete remodel, please explain how the buns were stale unless they were held over from when they closed months ago for the remodel. Staff was very impatient when taking the order.

I used to love coming to the Burger King here but unfortunately it has gone downhill since the renovation. The food is the same, but the ticket times on food are very slow, they called by number when they had no receipt and I said my name, and they discontinued self serve soda. It is a shame this place went downhill in service. The Peekskill Burger King is much better.

I went through the drive thru, at first they were friendly. I ordered a m and m shake and it was already melted and very watery. The woman who served me had an attitude. Their prices are more expensive than any other Burger King that I normally visit. I will never go back there again.

I asked the guy in drive through to repeat my order to make sure he got everything. His reply was ‘you don’t know what you ordered?’. What kind of attitude was that? A terrible terrible place. Drive through order experience can be much better.

They took down my order wrong and when we went in to try and explain that the order was wrong the manager started to whine like a child and wouldn’t let anyone speak on the matter. So instead of having a conversation to correct things it stayed wrong and I never got my meal. Least to say never going back here again.

The drive thru is ok, but every time I go inside to order they either get something wrong with my order or there’s a misunderstanding that takes ten minutes and a manager to resolve. You’d think it’d be simpler walking into a store and ordering food but apparently this place can’t handle that.

Claims to be open until 11 but isn't

Had a really bad attitude with my daughter. She accidentally dropped her fries and I told her to kindly ask the guy and he cut her off mid sentence and was rude to her. I have been coming here for many many years and it's upsetting.

Horrible service. My boyfriend & I was going through the drive-thru & waited for about 10 minutes for no reason just to find out that the kid was yelling profanities at the car already waiting for their food. He then had an attitude with me when I told him he got my order wrong and was just rude.

This locations drive-thru is always open till 11pm except the one time I needed something for my pregnant wife and everything else is closed. It was 10:15. I thought maybe they didn't here the car pull up or something so I drove up to the window they finally saw me and said they were closed. I said I thought it was 11. They proceeded to tell me they don't understand and can't speak english. Not very professional. BUILD A WALL.

Very RUDE had the nerve to talk about disabled individuals who was taken there for lunch just because someone is not Spanish does not mean we don’t understand what they are saying very sad and should be fired will be contacting corporate office asap. The person who answers the call should be fired. When I tried to ask if the place had a play area the call lost connection. So, I call them again. The food is not good anymore and their prices are more expensive than the advertised prices on TV. Also the women behind the counter are extremely nasty. Never coming back after the encounter I had. She kept asking me the same question over and over and I kept responding. Then she glared at me and started loudly saying horrible things about me in Spanish while the other workers giggled. I didn't say anything even though I understood every word. God forbid I told her off and everyone would think I'm the villain/Karen. I will drive to Peekskill if I'm ever in the mood for Burger King from now on. I get it's a miserable job, I've had plenty of these thankless jobs, but dang, I was being polite and said "please" and "thank you" (even after being called stupid). Save that attitude for the nasty customers please.

The service is the worst of all. They don't answer to your greetings, they don't say thank you, even though, you do. The food is ok nevertheless, they staff never get it right. They're serve you whatever they want ... don't support bad service.....

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service and food quality at your Burger King establishment on Downing Drive. This was my second visit, and unfortunately, the issues I experienced during my first visit were not isolated incidents. Today, I ordered a Double Whopper via the drive-thru, only to discover upon driving away that it was a single patty burger. Upon returning to rectify the order, the situation was handled unprofessionally; after the initial employee went to prepare a replacement, another approached the window to retrieve the incorrect sandwich, creating an unnecessary and awkward exchange. The replacement sandwich I received was lukewarm and featured a stale, hard bun. To put it plainly, the lack of attention to detail in fulfilling orders, coupled with the substandard food quality and unprofessional conduct, reflects poorly on your brand. I trust that you will address these issues to ensure that future customers receive the quality of service and product that is expected from your BurgerKing corporation.

Terrible place. They messed up my order. I asked for orange juice and they gave me lemonade. I also asked for a whopper and they gave me one without cheese. And when I kindly asked them if they could give me what I actually asked for, they got mad at me. Right before I left, I heard one of them say something in Spanish to another one thinking I don’t speak Spanish. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Terrible service, terrible atmosphere, and terrible food.

I miss the old BK. The kiosk has items they don't cary and you'll just get what you get if you order them, it also doesn't give a re receipt. It took them 3 times to get my order correct. 3 whopper meals, 2 without cheese. I got 2 meals one without cheese. They had to get me a receipt so I could prove I paid for 3 meals. They finally bring me another whopper.... with cheese. I had to send it back again. My kids will not eat American cheese. The burgers are no longer grilled fresh, no more smelling bk from a mile away. I noticed this at another local BK. It's also gotten a bit expensive. No more BK for me, we stopped there often.

I used to love coming to this Burger King but the days of fast, friendly, ACCURATE service are long gone. My drive thru orders are consistently incorrect and 9 times out of 10 my husband and I are missing stuff that we ordered and paid for. And then to try and get the missing items is a whole other issue. The management staff here needs to reevaluate their Customer Service Policy and should keep a closer eye on the employees. Quality Control would go a long way at this location.
