Domino's

actually the people of Yorktown are spoiled when it comes to Pizza. With 5 family owned Pizza Restaurants - all in Yorktown Heights, no chain can compete. Domino's is not real Italian pizza. it's an American fast food, it's cheap and large portions. Like Pizza hut, it's cheap fast food. This location is fine... clean and fast ...one of the best Domino's I have been too.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the local police force for asking me never to return to a pizza place. After observing the pizza crew lovingly hand tossing and dressing many different types of pizzas a customer who did not appreciate that the pizza chef carry the pizzas to our car decided to call a quote on quote 5-0 on me and say that I was making her uncomfortable. Facing one's accuser is usually a modicum of respect but in today's society where you can just say I didn't like the cut of that one's jib and have him banned from a pizza place because I was sent to Italy all over Italy to learn how to make they call it 3 meter pizza or pizza Bianco and I was very interested in seeing the way they were making interesting combinations and was still deciding what I was going to eat an order when I was searched and a ejected from the pizza place that probably would have been my first choice in that town for hot and fresh pizza. I will continue to go to Domino's in others towns and also to support the local pizzerias that are making their own combinations and emulating the pizza styles from the countries and regions in Italy that gather the most attention from the customers who appear to be very pleased with the high quality products and varieties of ingredients that were taboo at one time to consider on a pizza. The thing that impressed me most is that the delivery men were employees that were working there and when they go out to deliver pizza their movements are monitored to make sure that they arrived safely at their destination to deliver the pizza with a smile and they also are able to make it back to work and then till that happens an annoying beep let's a manager on-duty know that he has someone out there that is running late or someone that was supposed to show up for a shift that might be in after-school detention or in traffic court or detained by anyone that's not happy with the type of pizza that they serve. I was going to get the Philadelphia cheesesteak because I noticed that it was a hand-tossed crust and that's not done that all of the restaurants better Domino's Pizza base but at this particular one it was I did some shopping for some Christmas presents in that same mole and I was very happy that the officers were courteous and respectful and didn't rifle through all my Christmas cards but they made sure that I knew that I was no longer welcome at that particular establishment cuz someone decided that they didn't like my quote which was toe over the line Smokey in response to her standing too close 2 the counter with the tape line on the floor. That is an example of what happens when you slice a beef patty against the grain and gently sauteed in some rich butter and add some additional toppings and then have it in a braised chickpea sauce with some additional coriander and cilantro chutney and I would drizzle this with some good comb honey and a couple shots of Tabasco and I call that the open face behind the curtain drag the man out because we have no idea who called 4141.

EXCELLENT PIZZA and different choices of toppings. The managers and the staff are professional, respectful and knowledgable. Parking is free and outside and I highly reccomend DOMINO'S PIZZA to everyone. 🍕

This is the best dominos I’ve ever been to. The pizza tastes like it looks in commercials. I’ve never had a better dominos pizza than from here. This is my third visit since they opened. The assistant manger and all the staff are super nice and polite. I am so happy they opened right down the street!

Wonderful location! The Yorktown Heights store is the best! Rapid and precise service. All my items always arrive hot and are scrumptious. That’s why I keep ordering because they truly are great! The delivery person is always professional and very nice. I completely recommend you purchasing from this location.

I never thought that I would enjoy Domino's Pizza. I've odered quite a few times and never dissatisfied when picking up my order. But, delivery, when arrived looked like it fell over & was missing pieces. So, a huge thumbs up for the Yorktown Heights location. Greeted when walking in the door, pizza ready & hot, most of all delicious! Now, months later, pizza is on the delicious side, hot, delivery was on time. Thanks for your excellent service.

Whenever we come in, we are greeted by a friendly worker named Hasan. Whenever me and my friends come in he is always kind and amazing. I believe with his great customer service skills he should get a promotion and or raise.

Had a great experience ! hands down best customer service, management are very nice , the place can get very busy on the weekends but the place is always clean and they have new weekend staff that are very helpful , even though it was extremely busy when I went Saturday night around 8pm the young man in the front name jason was very Polite and helpful even under pressure. Cons: needs to hire more lunch time Employees for The Weeknd . Great pizza

Honestly this has been the best dominos experience I have ever had. The reason being that the employees working there were so friendly, I remember Two employees by the name of Momar and Rajput and they were very helpful and introduced to one of my now favorite dominos items. They didn't make any mistakes with my order, and my order was very big considering my whole family was home. Food hot and delicious. Would order from them again. I would give ten out of ten stars if I could.

I had a great experience at dominos. One thing that I would definitely say about the experience was how good the customer service was. Especially the employee that I was serviced by named momar. He showed me what was good on the menu and suggested what I should get. The food was cooked perfectly and I enjoyed it. Dominoes in Yorktown is 5 stars for a reason and believe that everyone should eat there in the future.

I’m pretty sure our pizza didn’t leave the store looking like this! My husband went to open the door to greet the Driver and the driver left our food on our cement steps and began walking away! When I opened the pizza box it looked like it was thrown around! So unprofessional! This isn’t the first time we’ve has issues with delivery! And we always tip 20% or more!

I have been ordering from this domminos for a while now. The quality of the service and food has changed drastically. Both recent of my recent orders have been horrible. I order by app, I can look back at the order to confirm the order is correct. The person in store said I did order what I got, which indeed I did not( by confirmation of the app). The pizza was burned and the cheeses appears to be yellow (pictures to be added). At the end of it all, I was charged the same price for burned plain pizzas, that’s not what I ordered. Domminos get it together (this location, hopefully not others) hope this gets its way to corporate.

Guy was on his phone, in the back of the store not attentive. Told him exactly what I wanted showed I wanted thick hand tossed crust. For some reason gave me the complete wrong order. Guy didn’t speak English and didn’t know what the word thick means.

Horrible service. Been eating here since I was a kid the quality of food has gone down so much. Employee was waiting in the back on his phone didn’t greet me had to wait 3 minutes until he saw me. Didn’t understand English and got my order wrong. Wasted 40 dollars and didn’t give me a refund when I stated exactly what I wanted they still got it wrong.

i was delivered a chessy bread that obviously isnt full size and instead of a 2Liter coke they gave us 2 small bottles 🤨 didnt call to let me know or anything. this place has gotten worse and worse with delivery time and food orders these past years

Ordered pizza today and I just lost my appetite. Kitchen crew are wearing masks but nose are exposed!!! Seriously!!! We have a pandemic! It’s unacceptable preparing food and not wearing masks properly.

They always mess the order up when I order and the delivery takes over an hour to get to you. When you call to complain they have nothing but excuses and they dont make sense half of the time. Its pizza not rocket science... really makes me wonder. They would get negative stars if I could.
