I definitely enjoyed the meal! (The bowls are the way to go!) I also appreciate the staff being patient with my indecisiveness 😂 there are just sooo many options at the topping bar.

The restaurant is clean and the food is great.

We’ve dined here a few times now and have not been disappointed! The food is delicious, and the team is always so nice and provides great customer service even if they are busy. 1000% better than something like Chipotle!

I did a big Catering order for the Somers Volleyball team end of season dinner. I was initially a bit concerned I wasn't going to get enough food for the for the price. Well I was wrong! After I put my order in - someone reached out right away from the Yorktown location. I spoke w Maria- and she was AMAZING. It was just so nice to be able to speak to someone and go over the order w a kind human. There was definitely enough food for hungry boys and their families. Food was ready and packed so nicely- easy to carry out - the bags they give you are great too. Food was deelish as always. Highly recommend if you have a catering order.

Today we placed a large order last minute for an office meeting, the employee at Salsa Fresca was extremely accommodating in making it work. He was friendly & helpful when helping me to my car & upon unpacking the order, I was surprised and pleased to see the organization with all that came with this order & how nicely it was packed. Came with everything we needed & was delicious. We WILL be using this location for future business lunches - awesome job!

I love this place for lunch. You can build your own burrito, bowl, taco, tortilla, etc ... with fresh food in front of you. The prices are reasonable and the service is fast. Salsa fresca is a fast food gem that is much healthier than taco bell. Highly recommend it.

Not what is used to be. Prices got bigger, portions got smaller. Still better than the comedy at that taco bell across the street. Would go again.

Good is good. Line made style place where you can take it home or eat in. 1 burrito with rice, ground beef, cheese and sour cream and 3 tacos same way $19.

Have been there for the second time. Food is very good, although I'm not a fan of the burritos, as they are very loosly folded which makes it a mess to eat. Minus points for super cold air conditioning and the very strange tasting fountain drinks. Do take out!

Good food not huge portions but overall a good value and all entrees come with a generous portion chips and salsa. Plus they offer a student special price of $5/entree after school which my teenagers love.

Appreciated the food allergy matrix. Clean restaurant. Food , not so good… super salty and heavy and most ingredients were dry . Much better Mexican food elsewhere in the area

Been coming here for years, can’t believe that I get a half scoop on the chicken, what is that? Avoid like the plague. Terrible bang for the buck.

Tried their 'chili' bowl. Got no sense of chili, nor any heat whatsoever. If there was any meat in it, not sure, maybe a few bits here & there. The huge chunks of canned tomatoes was off-putting. The add-ons made it semi palatable.

Food was not fresh. This is old chicken…it was was so hard

This place has terrible service. I got my order canceled by this place 5 times. They don’t even have a phone number for me to call. I ordered 2 burritos 2 hours ago and I got nothing.

I've been ordering here for years and as of late the food portions are much less than they use to be and the staff is extremely rude. Would not recommend.

I love the food at salsa fresca but this location is particularly horrible. They once gave my online order to another customer, they always rip the tortilla when whenever I order online, and their customer service is tragic.

i drove over an hour to this location just to receive un-fresh food that had hair in it. absolutely disgusted and disappointed. next time i’ll drive the extra hour to the nearest chipotle >:(

Second time doing curbside at this location. Absolutely horrible experience. I understand current circumstances, but I wish there could be a better way to communicate a wait time if there will be one. I waited an hour in my car each time for the food to be done and brought out meanwhile I had selected this time slot two hours previous. It’s not worth the hassle!

Hi. I love salsa fresca SO much. Ive been going there for years.. truly i think i’m your best customer but there is ONE girl who works there on sundays and she is at the front doing the register / food and she always makes my food sloppy and messy and lazily even when there’s no line. I understand when there’s a line but really she just does not put care or love into this like the others. Sorry. Everything else is amazing. Thank you

Great concept but poorly executed. Went for lunch. Only a few tables occupied but all of the many free tables were dirty. The entire floor was full of food. We were there for a half hour before someone got around to wiping off the tables and sweeping the floor. The salsa and guacamole had a bitter aftertaste. Will never go back.

Absolutely the worst nachos I have ever had, and I've had movie theater nachos! Just no flavor at all. It was a chore just to eat them but, as much as they charge, I felt compelled to eat them. So I trudged through, hating every bite more and more. These were the Fire on the Mountain nachos, which have jalapenos, guac, queso, sour cream, ground beef, salsa, and cilantro... so you would think it would have some flavor. Even the jalapenos and cilantro were so blah! And I could barely find any ground beef. Also, when I was at the counter ordering, the woman was serving up portions so stingily I couldn't believe it. A huge pile of chips and she basically drizzled a little queso on it. I just stared at her and asked, "Really?" But I don't know if she understood, so I asked her if that is really all the cheese she was going to put on it. She just stared at me blankly. I told her to put more cheese on it and of course my receipt later had a charge for extra cheese. So she barely put any cheese on NACHOS, then when I get her to put some more on - SHE CHARGED ME MORE! She did the same thing with the sour cream - barely drizzled it on like she owns the place and is losing money! It's been a long time since I ate somewhere and felt like I had completely just wasted my money and time, but congratulations Salsa Fresca in Yorktown - you did it!

I ordered catering two weeks ago, needless to say very disappointed. You get an automated email that your order was placed and no other follow up. The portions were skimpy, still waiting for a phone call from management. This was the Yorktown location. I would not use them again.

Overpriced and nasty. Chipotle is so much better. The food here at salsa doesn't have any flavor

really sad because i’ve always liked this location. i ordered 2 bowls one with sliced avocado on the mobile app. when i got my bowl they had forgotten the avocado so i had to go in and ask them for it which was fine because i was still there and they gave me like the tiniest amount and like threw it on. they had also forgotten the sour cream which i didn’t realize until i got home. small inconveniences on top of the fact they were giving me a tough time redeeming my reward on the mobile app as well.
