I live all the way in WV(used to live in yv ca) I decided to order a pizza today for my father in yucca valley for a surprise. They were completely okay with taking my order and charging my card and delivering it to him. Not alot of places will do that and I'm happy they did as it made my father's day. Thank y'all for taking the time and extra effort to do this for me.

Good pizza for good prices. Plus they are fast if you swing by and order on the spot

Their Pizza 🍕 is always Fresh made and it tastes better than most other take out. They also bake fresh Brownies. You can buy them right out of the oven, 9 in a box. Also, I received a discount on my order today that paid for One box of the brownies that I bought with my pizzas.

It was on time and the no contact delivery was great - the delivery man was super friendly, while keeping his appropriate distance. I ordered a lg pizza, wings, brownie, and Pepsi. The food was all hot and fresh and the soda was cold. We don't order pizza often, but when we do it will be from here. Thank you Papa John's!

Got a Shaq-a-roni to take out. For a chain restaurant it was excellent. The pepperoni was slightly spicy and very good. Overall the pizza was good - not greasy, not too much cheese, etc. Plus they were open late. 5 stars 🌟

The pizza has really taken a turn for the better, prices are compatible to other pizza places in the area. Wish there was a place to sit and wait for carry out but sadly no waiting room.

Super nice driver and counter guy, the pizza was good as well. Little long of a wait, but it’s made up for in customer service and quality.

Food is usually ready for pick up pretty fast. Delivery is usually 45 min, so if your in a hurry, pick it up.

My family have always loved getting papa John's & i'm glad to say that the delivery is great here. The pizza guy is very polite, i always get a lg pepperoni pizza & it comes out hot & fresh

Pizza was good but was extremely disappointed with the service. The man ignored me when I came in and finally when he acknowledged me to take my order spoke very rudely. I hate when people are rude.

Like the pizza but the call center is a west India nightmare!!! If I expected to loose my schnitzel on the phone I'd call apple tech support, not papa johns!! I just wanna call my local store, order a fruitloopin works pizza on a thin crust and know I'm talking to a local! Crudmuffins, I walk in 5.00 pizza and they know my name, my kids,grandkids,second cousin on my mothers side and all my dogs names, as well as what I want. But, I want papa johns!!!

I spend good money on this stuff, and it should be cooked correctly. Even if it takes a little longer. When I bite down, tastes like raw dough. I wish I could prove this (and maybe I will), but I notice they are very stingy with the toppings, and it appears to be getting worse. Sometimes, I have to order a double of one topping, and even then, it appears they do not add it. Perhaps cutting corners to save a dollar. If that is true, stop it. Other than that, the staff is very friendly, and I have no issues with the service.

I ordered a Shaq pizza, twice the pepperoni, twice the cheese. When I arrived I was told there was no pepperoni on hand. We had to settle for sausage, and it was not in the same proportion as the pepperoni. What a disappointment!!!

Bad customer service and order took longer than expected.

If you want pizza delivered over an hour late, cold and only 1/4 of an inch thick (didn't know that was possible with toppings) then, by all means, order from this place. Second time in a row this has happened so...at least they're consistent.

How do you make and deliver a pizza under 10 minutes? You use a recycled Pizza that somebody else didn't want that's how. Very bad Pizza even after I included a $5 tip in my online order. after speaking with the manager he told me it takes only 7 minutes to make and cook a pizza. On what planet

Orderes pizza was told online 15 minutes, got there to pick it up was told an additional 25 minutes for the food. About 45 minutes later food was ready. I then noticed they were making the food with no mask or gloves. I rejected the food. An hour wasted and im still hungry.

Before you order delivery consider walking 20 or 30 miles to get some food it will probably be faster. In my experience these guys couldnt hit a 10000 square foot target with a 1000 foot arrow from 10 inches away.

The worst customer service ever. Ordered an overpriced pizza for $40 and received the completely wrong pizza! But that’s not the issue. The issue is the poor customer service once they learned the pizza was wrong. On hold for 20 minutes then talked to like I didn’t just pay you and get the wrong thing. Never ever again! Do not trust this place.

I was trying to do the Papa John’s Rewards and their Receipts DO NOT HAVE THE REWARDS CODE to physically type because I did a carry out and here I am waiting. They dont do not say Welcome to Papa John from what I’m observing and hearing is “WHO ARE YOU HERE FOR” instead of “Hey Welcome to Papa John’s would you like to place an order here or are you delivery or picking up your online/phone order and BY LAW your employees have to give receipts. Because if they mess up, we can take this up to the Better Business Bureau. They are very rude and they have full on beards that need to be covered. They need beard coverings or its considered Cross Contamination or do I need to call the Health Department and OSHA to report the business as well.

Wow... from hero to zero within a couple weeks. I ordered a medium 2 topping last night and 90 percent of the toppings were on one side and whomever cut it was DEFINITELY NOT paying attention. what a shame, as i recently left an excellent review with 4 stars. UPDATE****** last Friday my beloved Jeep was stolen and finally found completely destroyed. I don't have money for a new car and it's been a rough few days. too upset to cook and I rarely eat out nowadays but Last night I ordered my usual, large with pepperoni and sausage for the first time from this papa John's and I have to say... KUDOS! the order was taken fast and delivered equally fast. a little chilly but it is a drive so I get it. no worries. didn't burn my face off. it was the correct roundness and thickness, the meat and cheese was balanced, tasty and cooked to perfection, it was cut perfectly which is a huge pet peeve of mine. I had zero issues and was extremely satisfied. thank you for giving me a "Better Pizza"

I don't feel comfortable eating the food from here after my first and last experience with them. The workers here touch your hot food with bare hands. Beyond that, in regards to customer service, this is the worst Papa John's I've ever been to, and I travel all across the country. The person at the register poked at pizza boxes for five minutes before they even acknowledged my presence and I was waiting on a pick-up order which sat there waiting for me the whole time.

Called in an order for a pizza and wings. Pick up. Sat in the store for half hour and nothing . Stood up asked about it and they had just started the order. So after 40 min in the store waiting, and the 15 min call b4 . I finally get my food. Pizza is not done and wings still cold. No apologies no free anything, no money back. That's what happens at this store even with a tip. Wouldn't recommend m end it for anything. Deffinately won t be returning.

Unbelievable I tried to spend $100 with these guys and they don't have any vegetables for the pizza. Looks like this store needs new management!! I'll try you guys in a year and see if it changed!
