I frequent this Starbucks drive thru and the team at this location are always so kind and friendly and the service is fast and accurate.

food is tasty; service has improved from a few months ago. I almost always go to drive-thru; my orders are usually ready when I get to the window, and they are correct.

Always friendly service and predictable product. They’ve never gotten my order wrong. Missing star is because you should NEVER go in the drive through when you have somewhere to be. I always use the app so I know my drink is made ahead of time and it still takes me about an average of 20 minutes. Not sure what the inefficiency stems from, and again, I go back when I have time

This has to be the literal worst peppermint mocha I have had from a Starbucks in my life. It was thin, super oily, had terrible flavor and there was random "liquid" (not coffee or foam colored) all over the lid - and it was cold! Fail!

Tasty drink, rude woman taking orders. The rest of employees behind the counter were really nice and talking friendly to our group and with each other. The woman behind the counter was short and kept shutting down what our group was ordering with “we don’t have that” without offering suggestions or telling us what they do have. In fact, 3 of the 4 members of our group ended up not ordering anything because she was so rude and they felt uncomfortable while trying to figure out what to order. I wish her the best as I know we are all going through hard times and it may just have been a bad day. Maybe drive thru is a better experience at this location.

The absolute slowest SB I have ever been to. I’ve been waiting over 20 mins now for a drink I still haven’t received. I ordered on the mobile app. A couple of refreshers. When I entered a lady entered maybe a min behind me. She hasn’t received her coffee drink either. There are 6 baristas behind the bar.

If you are picking up for Uber or doordash, good luck! By far the biggest Schitt show in town. They don't want to call the name when its ready,and NOBODY wants to bag your order. They will let it sit there all day,no problem!

I have been here twice because with certain things like service i believe in second chances. But never will i ever make this mistake again at this location not only was i being stared at by the barista but she skipped me twice and i had the simplest order.I even consider it giving them a third chance when i went to the cashier to get a to cancel my order because it wasn't even being prepaired.But when i finally said okay ill wait a second longer she gave me the worst drink.I was hurt.But no bad wishes to them just telling how i feel about what i reviewed.

Really poor line management here. Granted it was crowded today, but they made me and my three year-old wait 20 minutes in the food line for our cake pops instead of just handing them to us at the register. Very nice cashier tried to help us get them at register but manager barked at her to make us wait.

I recently ordered a beverage at this store, the cup was filled to approximately only 60% of it's actual size. Out of curiosity and with utmost courtesy, I inquired with a store employee about the noticeably low fill level. To my surprise, I was met with a rather dismissive response: “You get only this much if you choose the 'no ice' option.” In all my past experiences with Starbucks, I have never encountered such an issue, nor has it ever been communicated to me that opting for 'no ice' would result in a significantly reduced beverage quantity neither it is mentionedin Starbucks application that if you chose 'no ice' option then you will get reduced quantity of drink then what you're paying for. Upon reviewing Starbucks’ official policy, I found no reference or guideline supporting this claim. It appears the employee may have been either misinformed or lacked awareness of the company's standards.

Every time my partner and I go here our drinks are messed up. The first time it was the cinnamon caramel cold brew that I ordered. There was no cinnamon on top and it tasted horrible. Something essential was missing in the drink as I've had this drink before at other Starbucks and it tasted great. I thought it was a one off mistake and had places to be so I didn't bother to say anything. The next time we visit my partner tells me to "order something they can't mess up". So I order an iced mocha. Just from the looks of the drink I immediatly know they did not give me an iced mocha. It's not the right color. I taste it and I think it's carmel or maybe white mocha. But not what I ordered. My partner tells the barista and they treat my partner like an idiot and tell him it is a mocha. They don't want to remake it. Please look below and tell me what drink this looks like.

The lady working her took her sweet time cleaning the rest room coming back and forth knowing that u need to use it… i told her i will wait coz i am also waiting for my order, even then she informed me 3 times to use the restroom at Deltaco near by where its gross.. i spent my money to buy Starbucks coffee i deserve to use the rest room, i need to travel 2 more hours before i can get another restroom.. looks like customer service in this Location is not a priority!!! She said i need to wait 15 minutes but looks like it’s almost half hour now… i would never come back and order in this Location, it’s just ridiculous!
