Food standard is always reliable and service is good. The eggs with beef and pancakes are great. Beef has a good char to it.

Restaurant was very clean and well lit. We were greeted as we came in and were seated right away. Drinks arrived quickly and food ordered right away. Food arrived quickly and prices were comparable to any other breakfast place in town. I always perceived IHOP to be more expensive than others, but that is not true anymore. Great value for the money. And, the food and service was excellent!!! And, our server Katlyn was fantastic!!!

Hadn't been here since before covid. We decided to go there today and glad we did. We were greeted and seated right away. Our waiter ZACK tended to us quickly and he was very well mannered. Checked on us the whole time we were there. Food was excellent and hot when we were served. I had 2 egg breakfast with all the trimmings. My boyfriend had chicken fried steak and said it was the best around town. Thank you to the cook on duty about 11:00am. You made bomb food, delicious!!! We will be back.

Food was good, location was clean and modern. We showed up as many groups at once, so they were a little overwhelmed, but were still able to accommodate us well.

Hot chicken and waffles is new on the menu. If you like spicy food, this is good. The chicken strips have a nice crunchy coating, tender juicy meat and covered with a spicy sauce that has a bit of Mexican adobo flavor. The waffle is fluffy light with a delicate crisp. Perfect match! Hubby had the Colorado omelet.

The eggs were on point they were cooked just right!! The staff were very nice and friendly brought us everything we asked for. It was very clean and the ac was perfect very comfortable. I will be going back.

Amazing restaurant and crew working 09/14/22. Maille went above and beyond and so did her crew celebrating my father birthday last night. A table of 11 and only a crew of 4 made our night. “ Too sexy for my pancakes” made an appearance to present my father his birthday cake and this by far will be the most memorable moment !! I’ve been to many IHOPs from Santa Barbara to LA to Yucca Valley. This one is my favorite. Service is always friendly and food is cooked just how you want it. I live in Yucca Valley and I prefer coming here over the non chain restaurants. The place is also super clean, with tile not carpet.

Actually one of the best services we had! We came here Thanksgiving morning 2023, and it was one of the only places open and we had such good service here!! I had biscuits and pancakes and it was pretty good for what it is! Can't go wrong with pancakes, eggs and the sausage link here. We had a small mishap happen but we had a great waitress with great service so everything was fixed and good! Highly recommend this IHOP so much!

Sunday mornings most likely the busiest day for a breakfast house we did wait a little bit but once we were seated our server Melissa made our visit like the back of her shirt says she put a smile on our face she explained our food would be a little more time then usual we didn't mind since we could see it was busy which if we were in a hurry we go get fast food but to watch the staff working hard together we never had to ask for anything Melissa and the whole IHOP did great and the food was worth the wait

This is a great location , we stopped for breakfast it was a bit busy but the team handled it great, at first I thought they were short staffed but the girls did such a great job helping everyone and handled it like pros we only seen one cook and he made the best omelet and food was hot and yummy we will for sure be returning we livev about 45 mins away and our closest IHOP does not compare to this one just a suggestion music would be nice and soothing the place was very well kept and clean it was a bit windy outside and noticed the entry way had some leaves when I went by to the bathroom but when I came out they were already sweeping it up

Last week I had visited this location on a Thursday I believe and this was during peak hours. The manager Melissa who also was our server was extremely patient and friendly all throughout our experience. Our son is autistic and tends to be a bit aggressive but she did not seem bothered by his behavior whatsoever and ensured that he would be receiving everything within a timely manner. She made him laugh multiple times and overall was just very communicative. Would highly recommend this establishment and would be returning myself if I lived within the area.

Today was a special day. The restaurant opened at 11am because of training, and the results definitely showed! We were quickly seated and given our drinks within minutes. The menu and modifications were well explained by our server Melissa. We were told there were new girls, but it was impossible to tell with how professional they were. The staff were always moving, cleaning, taking care of guests, and constantly in communication with each other. The food was delicious, perfectly cooked, and well seasoned. Our favourites were the scrambled eggs, french toast and sausage links. We very much enjoyed our visit today and happily look forward to our next!

It's an IHOP. With IHOP food. One thing, the wooden (or simulated wood) floors are very slippery, and all of the times I have eaten there the table and chairs have moved while I am eating!

I haven’t been to IHOP in a really long time and really enjoyed it. The food was good and they had nice vegetarian options and were also accommodating to vegetarians on non veggie meals. The best was the service though. Our server was Alyson W and she was great - super patient with our indecisive crew. We’ll be back!

IHop is a good breakfast place and they serve lunch and dinner meals. Prices are on the high side but they do have a small $7 breakfast menu on the second to last page of the menu. Overall the food was good. Pretty typical but immediately walking in the manager was publicly correcting all her FOH employees. Immediately killed the mood and everyone waiting to be seated was watching.

Went for afternoon breakfast and as we walked in it is posted they are currently short staffed so we didn't mind. At least its posted, so don't get upset if you're waiting a bit extra to be served or get your food. They're doing their best. That being said the service was good and we did wait a bit for our food but it was hot when we got it. Our server did continue to come around after we received our food. I know this place actually receives good reviews and I'm sure they're just...however each time (only a few) I eat at IHOP in this town I end up with a server that seems like they hate everything about everything and it shows not only on their facial expressions and physical demeanor but their tone of voice and attitude as well and it has a way of running the entire experience of eating at a restaurant. Other IHOP restaurants have been just fine with perfectly satisfactory quality and service.

To set the stage there were two watress and about 6 tables of customers. The food tasted great. However we sat for several minutes without water, the table next to us had to ask for their water several times. Our waitress asked for our order and then brought us food. We were weren't checked on if our food was good or if we needed refills. The two waitresses when we'd look towards up front were talking and laughing. Never brought us a check we had to go ask.

Always out of sausage or bacon. They just don't care about the guests. No pride in their work and the employees are lazy when it comes to their side jobs, such as cleaning menus and bussing tables.

I have been to alot of IHOPs all across the nation and always enjoyed the food and portions. But this place here is like wow. Watery pancakes, literally a kids meal plate. Hashbrowns wasn't more than 1.5 hashbrowns. The steak bites I got were over $21 and they were absolutely disgusting. Sugar, sugar, sugar taste and low quality meat. I asked the table next to me that ate the same and they agreed. I mean, I paid $25 for a kids meal plate that tasted like crap. I usually don't write bad reviews like this one but hey. It's well deserved. Service was ok. It took also forever to get my food. I didn't even check the bathroom because I won't be back here unless they start offering fair sizes and quality food. Last breakfast with my love before we broke up

My family and I went for breakfast, and the hostess asked us to wait while she seated another customer. It took like 7 minutes for her to get back to us. When she did, she gave us (a party of 5) two menus and asked us to sit in the waiting area and look at the menu for a minute while she got back to us. We waited for nearly 10 minutes, during which every time she and the other female staff member out front were by us, they absolutely avoided looking at us. I peeked at the seated customers and was surprised to see that the place was nearly empty. I also noticed that all the seated customers were Caucasian, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt about it being a race thing. We were quite hungry, so the next time the hostess walked by I asked how long the wait would be, and she snapped at me that they were understaffed, there was only one cook, and that they were doing the best they could. We left. Had she been upfront about the real wait time from the beginning instead of saying to wait “a minute,” we could have made a decision about staying or leaving instead of wasting our time. Also, snapping at me for asking a question based on what SHE had told us was quite rude.

Two of us arrived on a Sunday morning, and the restaurant appeared half full. Many two-person booths were open, and many tables needed to be bused. People were waiting to be seated, which seemed strange. We added our name to the list and then watched the circus. They were clearly understaffed and disorganized. The kitchen seemed like a mess. After watching more people leave and seeing them not attempt to bus tables or seat any of us, we left. The number of people waiting filled the lobby. People walked in and left after seeing all the open tables and all the people waiting. We walked across the parking lot to Black Bear, which was busier, yet got seated immediately. Bummed as I prefer iHop, but iHop couldn’t manage their restaurant effectively and turn out tables.

What an experience! If I can give them zero stars I would. We were detoured along that road on our way to Palm Desert. We wanted to stop for dinner and decided to stop at a familiar spot, so IHOP it was. We asked to sit on the one side of the restaurant to keep an eye on the car (we had a lot of stuff in it). The waitress Kelly was super accommodating. We sat down, got our water and drinks, and waited for over 20 minutes to get our orders. The waitress was by herself covering the whole restaurant. In the meantime, the cook in the kitchen is playing this awful music really loud. We could not take and asked to be moved to the other side of the restaurant. It took another 35 minutes to get our orders, that were cold already. We finished what we could, paid the bill, and left. The waitress Kelly was amazing, but everything else was terrible. What a disappointment.

They took too long to bring out our food. We waited over half hour to get our order plus we waited so long to get the check so I can pay for it.. the table felt like it needed to be whipped down again because I felt something sticky on top of the table.

Service was awful. Brought coffee to the table, no spoons in sight. No service help around. I had to go to counter & ask for a spoon. They they brought the food without any silverware & we had to ask for that! Then charged $4 each for coffee & tip automatcally added to the bill! We won't be going back anytime soon!

This guy Tom greeted as when coming in and didn’t take our name and party size. We waited half an hour and he would consistently look back at us and not attend us as he’s laughing and chatting with other staff. They had a really bad attitude to us and other parties waiting. He told us like an another 20-30 minute wait before we would be seated. We got tired of waiting and just left. There were like 20 people in total waiting in the lobby and outside the door as well as I exited the building.

This place is disappointing from the service from the wait to be seated. Not to mention once you are seated to still have to keep waiting. The server attitude is out of place, Tommy doesn't care. He even confronted me and told me I'm lying, when I went in and said hello, he greeted back but never took my name. He made me wait in vain for 30' and then said I had to be responsible to introduce myself, lol...Dude you are the one in charge and need to ask how any in my party first thing I come in. Are you going to say you see me waiting 25' and not even approach me and ask what do I need or how many in my party? Then he was with a bigger attitude and told me "I don't care how long you waited you need to wait more" seriously dude? You have that attitude towards customers? Ridiculous and really unprofessional. Not sure if his name is Tommy or not, that's what the other server told me.

We were greeted by Tommy and waited 25 minutes sitting in the lobby, after my wife went to inquired about the wait, Tommy told her that she never asked for a table. We told him that he said hi to us and we were not sitting in the lobby for the heck of nothing; he told my wife lier, that he never talk to us and is our responsibility to ask for a table. Also said "I don't care" pretty much for us waiting for nothing and keeps saying like 10 times "then talk to the manager. After all that a lady took our name to tell us that we have to wait 30 more minutes 🤦🏻‍♂️ Still pretty much the building is not maintained outside with exposed rotten wood and full of weeds.

It took them forever to bring us just coffee. Then forever to take our order and I got the order and it was ice cold. One strip of bacon. Had a new breakfast made. What a joke. Food was warm, but they found a way to screw up eggs.

It takes a long time from ordering to serving. There are empty seats inside but people still have to queue. The coffee is just hot water with color. The service staff treat customers like machines, but they chat very enthusiastically among themselves.
