These guys are fast. I wa in line in the drive tru about 7 cars ahead of me I thought about pulling away and go somewhere else but I decided just to wait, I had time. Well, behold I was my total wait time was 13 Minutes. Not bad for a busy Sunday lunch time rush.

Chose the drive thru for a burger for a family member. Very quick, positive and polite. A few cars in line, still very quick. A nice experience. Thank you Jack!!!

I just started eating here for the first time when I moved back to California 3 years ago I had no idea what I was missing! There's so many burger franchises in the world that I'm not sure I would definitively say that Jack in the box wins the best burger title, but I would say it's squarely in the top two

I love Jack in the Box and miss it since we don't have them anywhere near me in North Dakota or Minnesota. The location was clean, the staff friendly, service was fast. And the price? Can't complain about two tacos for $1.39.

Well jack in the box pulled it together this day and got a 5 star rating for themselves. Property was clean no trash anywhere, the windows were even clean. The food was hot and fresh. Every single time I get food here the staff is amazing and the food is hot and always correct. Even when I order it from DoorDash and have it delivered to my house. The employees are warm, fast and very attentive. It is always nice to go through the drive thru as never any backup due to the ample parking lot it is situated in. The burgers are all so good I struggle to pick just one. The strawberry shake is just out of this world and the onion rings..yummy!!! Easy in and out, great staff and ample parking, even with a large RV. Love this location!

I took my Best Friend John here, because he said they had them in Hawaii. He's from Connecticut and he flew here and drove to my house in Twentynine Palms, CA and surprised me. But when he saw it, I had to turn around and bring him there. He was very happy, and tried all their sauces.

Quick drive-thru experience, 5 of us in the car and everyone got something to their liking. The items that were out of stock were clearly labeled on the drive-thru menu, and our orders were perfect. After an overnight backpack, every scrap of food was devoured with gusto.

Got there shortly after the dining room closed and my vehicle was too tall for the drive thru. I politely knocked on the door and asked if I could still order food. They had closed the inside 30 min prior and still let me come in and order. I never thought that would’ve happened. Super nice people! And the food was actually really hot and fresh

Even while super busy they were able to help me with a smile and friendliness. I loved how Gina called everyone her friend. They apologized for the wait, food was better than expected, and with the coupons I used, it was a very reasonable price.

One of the best fast-food restaurants in town hands down. The new Smashed Buttery Jack is perhaps the best big chain fast food burger I've ever had. The 2 Jumbo Jacks for $5 is my favorite deal to get if you are looking for a cheap meal. The employees prepare food quickly and well and will even bring it to your table with your favorite sauces when you dine in. The management seems quite good as well, one of the few restaurants in town that take EBT cards if you qualify!

Stopped by Jack in the Box and was honestly impressed. The drive-thru moved fast, the girls taking my order was really nice, and everything tasted fresh. My fries were hot and crispy, and my milkshake was made perfectly. It’s nice to see good customer service!

Came here at 3:45 am on a Saturday night / Sunday morning to hit my macros on protein and the chicken tenders blew me away with the texture and amount of tender dense meat inside some pretty juicy tendies. I'm glad they were open! Also got the teriyaki chicken bowl just in case the tenders ended up being like some skinny flappy things (*ehem like Del Taco...*) but both the chicken tenders and teriyaki bowl at this Jack in the Box, Yucca Valley Drive Thru were honestly exactly what I needed. 🙌🏼 🐓 🍱

Let's see, jack in the box... This is compared to a fine, 5-star eating establishment. The chef spends hours butchering fresh prime beef. And adding just the right amount of encoutrimonts to create a masterful 1/ 4-inch thick burger patty. While the artisan baker creates the masterful buns for those at least 25 percent beef burger patties. In the meantime, the dessert cook tires endlessly to create an ice cream shake with absolutely no real dairy or ice cream in it. If you haven't been to a Jack in the Box,,, You really shouldn't go there.

This Jack in the Box is very clean. They bring what you order at the counter to your table, and let our little group that meets there weekly sit and talk as long as we want. The drink machine, which lets you choose from dozens or possibly hundreds of flavors, is fun. Food is decent, and they have a grilled chicken salad for those who don't care for carbs.

Usually fresh and hot, I enjoy the tomato and lettuce on the burgers, fish sandwich, and chicken fajita pita. Mom likes their senior coffee a lot. It's also nice to have a choice in sides when you have a combo meal.

We stopped in after a weekend in the desert for breakfast before the log ride home. I had a croissant breakfast sandwich with hash browns. The meal was hot and tasted as expected. There was a community car club displaying their cars. It was quite early in the morning. It was a peaceful place that day.

The food always good and the place always crowded. The bathrooms are always clean. If you love Jack's. ...then you love this place.

I don't really go to fast food places very often. I went because I was meeting up with a group of other people. I only ordered a chocolate shake. It tasted good and was thick enough, I could eat it with a spoon!

Although I couldn't give a better rating, it's fast food, and fast food isn't my thing, the staff was really good. The rest of Jack in the Box is just new to me because I'm from the other coast and I had to just try it. Service would've been able to get a five star instead of four if they just pretended to want to be there a little more. They were friendly, but not five star friendly.

They have a variety of options. Something for most people. The hot food is always hot. Fast food is just that. Prices have gone up but I believe most fast food places have all gone up. Better than most. Maybe 3.4 or 3.5 stars. And - Fast food is just that.

This visit was at the Yucca Valley Jack in the Box. I assume it was not a Good day for them, maybe it was, how Packed the Drive-thru was??? All I know is, I was not happy with my purchase! I got a chicken sandwich from here last night (among some other items) and the center of the chicken was cold, tough, and rubbery. It was clearly undercooked and I think I might’ve gotten food poisoning as I began to have stomach cramps and diarrhea a few hours after eating. The service was good and the rest of the items were fine, but I think I will be staying away for awhile. Edit: The manager reached out to me and made it right, I have since updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars.

We’ve always liked how this restaurant stays relatively the same, the tacos we order now are the same I ate as a child, 40 years ago. However, you have to pay attention to prices, if you order the jumbo jack with cheese that’s listed as such on the menu, they charge you an extra dollar for that cheese! Always great service, and being open 24 hours is a huge advantage when others are closed. My only suggestion would be to improve the buns—they feel a bit dense, overpowering the flavor of each burger bite. Something airier, like Steak 'n Shake or even McDonald's buns, would make the experience much better. I'd also love to see an upgrade in how the fries are handled for delivery. They often arrive lukewarm and lacking body, coming off as scrawny and undesirable. On the brighter side, I really appreciate the fresh chicken used for the burgers, but the lettuce can sometimes look so unappealing that both my friend and I end up pulling it out, worried it could make us sick. It’s disappointing that the food maker would include such low-quality lettuce in the burgers and that we, as customers, have to become accustomed to this kind of poor judgment in service. On a positive note, I love the large drink size here—especially when other fast food places have shrunk their 'large' to what feels like a medium or even small. Jack actually delivers on the promise of a large beverage. Finally, I really appreciate the pace and attention to detail. They seem genuinely interested in making sure you get the sauces you want before rushing to say goodbye and closing the window.

Worst drive thru ever. I have been sitting in the drive thru for 11 minutes and there was only two cars in the line ahead of me to start with. I finally reached the drive thru window.Well it’s 15 minutes now. Hopefully, I will get my food before my timer reaches 17 minutes.

The only thing to explain my experience would be the saying once said by a wise man. “My disappointment is immeasurable and day is ruined.” To start off, they got my order like REALLYY wrong. I ordered 3 sandwiches (2 combos) and a few other things. I was really hungry so it gravely upset me when I saw that not only were the 2 combo burgers wrong but there was a burger missing which was for my little sibling. You can say “its petty” that i’m mad but hear me out ok? Both burgers (Both fries were missing as-well) were not only wrong, but insanely old. The patty was shrunken as-well as had a distinct visual than advertised, plus it had a sort of foul taste to it (They told me they had a good cook when I called to complain). I now have a annoying stomach ache and am facing the consequences of trusting these people with my dinner. So do I suggest visiting Jack in the box? Yeah it’s a great fast food place…. Just visit another location if you don’t want to be as disappointed as I am, Thank you for your time.

Would have been 5 stars but I was shorted part of my order. I am trying the location number and survey number the location does not answer and the survey line is busy. The order was mostly complete but my food wasn’t there. I’m incredibly disappointed and hungry. The order of tiny tacos was for me. It’s not worth the 4$ to go back as it’s a 30 minute drive round trip.

Guy taking the order at drive thru was so "hyper" he messed up our order 3 times before we could even get to the window. Then they had the nerve to ask us to back up so their window timer wouldn't engage till our order was Lmost done to show a quick time. In reality we were in line almost 10 mins. Visited at 5:56 pm on October 4 and could hear the people working in the back yelling at each other while getting the orders out. Sounded so disorganized I felt like leaving. Hunger won. Buzzers going off and continual hollering about the orders. Not an enjoyable experience. Who trains the workers? PS Have you looked at the install job on the paper towel holder in the ladies room? Two managers called me from Jack's to discuss our visit and a survey came to ensure I was satisfied. Hopefully they will follow through with their team at this location on how important professionalism is to the customer.

My family orders from this jack in a box at least once a month. Every time we go they miss 1, if not more items. We usually just take it as a mistake and call up the store, though this has happened more than I can think of now.

I have just gone through and recieved very under cooked tacos and I don't appreciate that. I would say next time cook the food longer even if the waiting time is extended. Nobody wants to wait for disappointment. I understand it was very busy but i rather have a longer wait for cooked food rather than a short wait with raw food.

If you want to eat in the dining room expect to wait a long time for your food. I only eat inside maybe 2 times a year hoping that the next time will be the time my food comes out in a timely manner. Went there this morning, waited 15-20 minutes for my food then noticed the people in line after me got the food that I ordered. I saw the server grab my food from their table and bring it to me I asked the server to bring me a new hashbrown because I saw the person touch it while the server was in back getting their food. How hard is it to match a number from the receipt to the number on the table?

We waited 27 minutes from the time we ordered til the time we received our food. When we got home the food was still good except our grilled chicken sandwiches. They use to grill the sourdough bread to a nice golden crisp but not anymore. It's barely even toased now which was disappointing.

The didn't put bacon on our sandwiches of bacon ultimate cheese burgers. I called the said I can get them replaced. So I went to get them yesterday 10/09/2021 to get them. First, they didn't hear when I asked to large size one of the combos. Second, the triple bonus jack combo, the patties were maybe 1/8 inch thick and over-cooked. This was one of the worst meals I've had there. Toppings and sauce were barely existent, resulting in a dry burger.

The homeless man asks for A Cup of warm WATER. Team member says NO. Homeless man offer's to pay for it. Again Team member says NO again. Shuts the door. How heartless is an establishment to deny a homeless man water in which he offered to pay for but NO?? Because you can't keep employees your customers are turned away? I do believe this falls under discrimination and I'll see this man again and speak with him about this incident. You should be ashamed and I will never patron your restaurant again. This Jack in the Box has incredibly slow service. I ordered on my Jack in the Box App and placed my order 5 minutes before I got there. When I arrived I asked for my order but was not quite ready. The people who arrived after I did and placed their order received their order before me. How? If I had ordered ahead of time. Pretty much, it took them 30 minutes to give me my order. Ridiculous. I only waited because my kids really wanted some. To top it off, our fries were cold. Nice.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a Jack in the Box. I waited in the drive-through line for 20 minutes. When I got to the window there were 2 employees arguing about something. I don't know what they were arguing about, but it seemed more important than my order. I was served warmish coffee in a dirrty, coffee stained cup and Orange juice that wasn't cold. The person at the checkout window shoved my bag of food out the window at me like she was angry at me for being there. The attitude that I felt was negative and I did not feel like they cared in the least. I was so angry that I didn't even eat the food or drink the beverages. I gave it back to them. Jack in the Box is usually pretty reliable, so I don't blame the experience on the franchise. This particular restaurant is poorly managed and I recommend avoiding it for another choice. Any other would have to be better than that one.

Waited about 15 minutes or so I was the only car parked up front besides a van with two women who came out from dining inside. Celeste brought me my order and was extremely rude. I had my receipt out for her to look at and she said “man I need to look closer to make sure this food is yours” the way she said it was mean by the tone and look on her face. I mean is this how customers get treated for spending more money? I loved jack in the box but I will not go to yucca valley jack in the box ever again.

Very rude and literally swept over my foot with the broom back-and-forth when I said you did that they claimed that I’m “Trippin” And I don’t think that’s very appropriate in my tiny tacos were very soggy

I ordered on the app to hopefully skip the hassle of the employee of getting it wrong yet it still happened. I thought i was taking a trip to Jack in the Box a famous burger establishment what i was met with was a place i could only explain as dryer than death valley. I ordered extra buttery sauce, no pickle, and bacon on my stacked grilled cheeseburger munchie meal and neither were added nor was there any evidence of the original sauces in the recipe so it appears it wasn't an issue of adding extra but more of an issue of incompetence displayed by the employees, I wish i could say they got one thing in my order correct but nonetheless that isnt the truth. The staff also added the bacon that was to be added to my burger and placed it on the second item ordered to which the person receiving it didn't really want it as much as they originally had because bacon isn't what they wanted. And it doesn't stop there, while i don't quite understand getting the burgers incorrect what really perplexes me is the fact that they couldn't even get my Dr Pepper correct I received a Pepsi. Ive had colleagues that have worked in the fast food industry and have assured me it is not difficult to perfect an order to request, so I do not see the problem as to why I continue to receive incorrect orders.

Please don’t go here they literally tried to still my card by not giving it back to me before my food like they are trained to do in every fast food joint. I really feel like they do this often and took my card number I had it canceled immediately but still was able to track it down and wanted the card back regardless. I went in showed them my ID and they tried to tell me it wasn’t my card when my name on the card and ID match. They clearly wanted to keep it badly. I almost called the police and let them handle it but they gave the card back in the end. Big middle finger to this place they are for sure running scams...

Typical Yucca Valley. My order is usually messed up. Tonight my order was so bad I dont have the energy to type everything up. All I can say is never again. Never effin again. The cook is very lucky I'm not on my way back there to put this overly sauced filled wrap down his throat.

THIEVES AND LIARS! I went there the other day and paid with cash through the drive-thru. When I got my receipt the guy pretended to have my change, which was pennies, and when I grabbed it there was nothing there. When I questioned it he said they must have dropped. I never heard them or saw them drop. I knew he was lying but didn't understand why. I went again and did the same thing. No change was returned and my receipt reflected that I paid the exact amount. When I questioned it they said they don't have pennies and closed the window to further conversation about it. I went in and asked for the manager. They said the bank doesn't give pennies, which is a lie. It is illegal to not give proper change. They also don't have anything about this posted in their drive-thru or inside the restaurant. This is theft! The gave me my change after arguing about it but I am reporting this to the BBB, FTC and any other authority. You cannot keep people's money even if it is pennies.

Tried to grab some late night meals for the family only to get home and find out my kids only received fries and a drink, nuggets were missing after asking the big guy working there, are you sure all meals were in the small bag. So Make sure they have your order right before you leave and make sure they put it in the bag. Never going to this place ever again and I live in the city.

The food is good. My issue is really how bad the service is. This is one of my favorite fast food places to go to but the older white ladies that work there are so rude and have no etiquette. It sounds like they hate me for being there and when I ask for sauce they say ok at the speaker but when I go to the window and ask they say it’s extra , I don’t mind paying extra at all!!! But why not in put it so I could pay yall extra ! Instead they flat out get pissed and harshly put it in my hands luckily my hands were there to catch the sauces because she did it with such force they would’ve splattered open. Why hire people who hate being alive ? It makes it so uncomfortable to go , I can never enjoy my food at jack in the box now . They need some rehiring.
