Yummy!! Super good sirloin burgers and string type fries! Had a great bowl of chili too and a mint Oreo shake!! The place is super clean and bright. Friendly staff and fast service! Def worth stopping in!!

First time eating here and it was a nice experience. Greeted with a welcome. Asked advice on certain menu items. Great recommendations. Food was delicious! Burger was nice and juicy. Fries were fresh and tastey. The chilli was yummy!Their cotton candy shake was delicious, and the prices were decent. Definitely would return.

Great burgers and fantastic shakes! The store itself is very clean and the staff are friendly. I love the self-order kiosks and the menu system. It's very easy to use and well designed, even when customizing the food to your taste. If only every fast food restaurant could have such an intuitive ordering menu (**cough McDonalds **cough). Again, great food and staff!

Food was fresh and flavorful. Definitely made to order. The cashier was super friendly and accommodating to those that didn't want to use the kiosk to order on their own. The dining area was clean! Great burger and yummy cookie dough shake.

The one thing I HAVE to say. The staff here are SOO NICE! Helpful and polite! It was quite refreshing! I appreciated how kind they were. We came by to pick up dinner to go while visiting Joshua Tree. Ample parking and a menu full of burgers and shakes. We ordered two kids meals with chicken fingers which the kids loved. Their fries are so good too! I love the skinny fries! They had kids sized shakes which I appreciated because kids don’t need that much sugar! I ordered my burger lettuce wrapped without an issue. The smashed style patty was a little greasy but had crispy edges and so delicious!

We arrived just before closing, but the staff graciously served us. The burgers, fries, and shakes were all made with care. The shoestring fries were hot and crispy. The restaurant was clean and seemed in good shape.

Got the garlic burger and it was delicious! A little smaller than anticipated, but we'll worth it! Fries were good as well, but I honestly didnt taste the big difference between regular fries and these (cooked in beef tallow) No complaints and would definitly go again, but will order 2 burgers by themselves to make sure I get full :)

First time Here at Steak'N'Shake and I have to admit it's a very nice atmosphere. Kind of puts me back into the 60s. I also like the food it was pretty good but the portions are small for the price other than that I highly recommend and I will go back. As you can see in the one picture in compared to my finger the double cheeseburger is very small and the Small cut fries are irritatingly hard to eat...lol... I checked it out and they have some secret menu items that I will try down the road. If you already have done so please comment and let me know. There is supposed to be the 7 / 7 burger and also a 7 / 7 shake not sure at this point what they are but I will find out soon. They are famous for their shakes which I have not tried yet. There's always plenty of parking and they also have a drive-through. Don't hesitate to try their smash burgers. Yes, they are smash burgers are really good. The one thing I don't like about this place is that they don't have a great selection of drinks if you don't like unhealthy sodas you will have no luck here. I would compare the burgers to In and Out but I think they taste better than In and Out. But then again I'm not the biggest in an out burger fan. The price however is at Stake'n'Shake higher than In and Out. Like I said before, if you want a really good burger and some good-tasting fries don't hesitate to come here. They also sell their spice which are on every table for you to add to your fries or burger or whatever else you eat. I bought one and will check it out with my home cooking since I personally like the spice while I was eating there.

Nice burgers, chicken fingers, chili, fries, chili Mac, and shakes. Not exactly gourmet, but a clear step above the bargain fast food places.... with an associated moderate increase in pricing. Very good eats and service, a nice change from the mega chain restaurants. Highly recommended. June 2024 update...I like this place. For casual dining, pick up, or drive thru, they offer very good food at reasonable (not cheap) prices. I have enjoyed their burgers, fries, chili mac, and shakes, all are great! The staff is way friendly. The facility is clean. Highly recommended!

A long day's hike requires refueled sustenance. With so few restaurants to choose from after 9 p.m., Steak and Shake was quite popular. Despite the crowd and limited employees, the food was hot and freshly prepared. I ordered a steak hot dog with chili and cheese, fries and strawberry shake. And chicken tenders with fries. All the food was eaten but it was staple good. I was expecting a bigger and longer hot dog. Probably out of greed because I didn't even finish it. Three chicken tenders was in the adult order. The strawberry shake and the Nutella shake were worth recommending. The extra star is for customer service, restaurant cleanliness and service with a smile.

First time here. Very nice and clean. I got the strawberry cheesecake shake. Wasn't very impressed, it wasn't very thick, and didn't taste like cheesecake at all except for the little pieces on top of the shake. I've had better.

The food tastes good most of the time. My main issue is them getting orders wrong frequently, in my case, and there is no suitable remedies for those who order delivery through the Steak 'n Shake app. Also, I went through the drive through once, and they missed a whole triple cheese steak burger from my order that I checked when I got home, and then had to drive back to get it. It's like it's done on purpose, and when it happens for delivery, it's bad. I posted the receipt for my order from this evening which prompted this review. Does anyone see a triple cheese steak burger? I received a single cheese steak burger and a double cheese steak burger, not a double and a triple like I paid for.

Very friendly and fast service. Facility is extremely clean . Burgers are a bit too greasy and quality is not too great for the price. Fries are actually good but let's talk about the shakes !!! Tons of flavors and great quality. Nutella was my favorite and my family each got different flavors and they did not disappoint. This place is good for a quick bite, their isn't many variety of restaurants in the area. Definitely not the place for you if you have food allergies or gluten intolerance.

Ordered this today brought it home and received crap. I have no idea what else to post that it was crappy never got my money back poor service and crappy food
