I rated it 1 star. Call before you go. They are short staffed and close at anytime. Closed at 825pm. PM Staff needs customer service training. Went back the next day. The morning crew was awesome, Great customer service! Food was great and I got my whooper wcheese finally! Edited this review.

The chicken fries are amazing but the chicken sandwiches are a little small other than that good food

The times I've gone they had great service and everything the main thing was one day my tire popped in the street and the man came and helped me out of the kindness of his heart so yes I will always recommend double A tires to anybody

Whoppers looked good and tasted ok but could have been hotter. Took us a while to figure out that the BK was inside the Walmart. Short wait for the food.

The value meals are good I don't think they put a lot of loving to their food it just comes out thrown together . We have no In-N-Out Burger so it has to be Burger King

My son thought the Impossible whopper was Awesome. We enjoyed fresh hot food. Milkshakes deelish!

I prefer the fish sandwich more than the roast beef for some reason

They also don't balk when she requests light sauce or pickles, lettuce, tomato on sandwiches that normally don't have have those. We enjoy their budget items and have eaten of plenty soft serve🍦and iced coffee drinks. They are usually pretty quick but have occasional issues when overcrowded at normal meal times.

The heartburn was memorable, but I did get the elusive onion ring in my French fries, so that was pretty nice. Excellent. I need a tums.

Fries were cold and my burger was made wrong. What I got (outside of fries) tasted good though.

The service was good but they don't always have what I want. On the line can be a little long sometimes

The food was just okay not like the good old days the burgers are way smaller than they used to be but the plus side was all the employees that I dealt with were very courteous and responded very nicely to any questions I had to ask I can't give them higher than three stars but it's not the employee's fault be nice of them will be nice to you I will eat there again though

Didn't like it in yucca valley. Mess up my order. they were not doing our order. I seen them gave three food to other customers. To much flys around not a well experience.

This store is hit or miss on both food and customer service. I would say it depends on what kind of mood the employees are in determines your experience and food quality.

Food is okay except the tacos are better at Jack in the box. But a 20+ minute wait for a burger SUCKS

Gonna have to give it awhile before I go back and see how they do next time.

I like this place only for convenience. Really close to my work as well as cheap food. It's just difficult to enjoy this place when they can't get an order right. Something as simple as no condiments or even substituting something is past their capabilities. I've even recieved food that was still cold.

The food and the service are ok , for a smaller location it's disappointing that we'd find unkempt tables and dirty floors , doubt I'd visit again anytime soon !

Inside Walmart, not very good at confirming orders either on the to go part or the inside. Workers that look like they don't want to be there.

Only went as had to wait while my car was serviced at Walmart. Iced coffee was 3/4 full, tables were all dirty, they did clean one table when I asked, but left the others. Impossible Burger was lukewarm at best. Staff were nice, food was terrible.

Staff is rude including mgmt. They alm stand around texting on the phones. Hello I am the consumer I pay you to make food not talk on your phones. Fries are always cold and drinks are not tasty. Dining area is filthy as they dont take care of it. They even closed early cause all the staff decided to not work on dec 26. Well that is what mgmt is for. They are supposed to stay and work if employees do not show up etc. I have been a GM AND a district mgr for fast food including BK in 29 and I have had to work when no one else wanted to.

Man .. it stinks .. before was 99 cents ten chicken ( chicken!?!?!?) Than was 1.49 -10 golden chicken " nuggets". Now thy are 8 nuggets for 1.49 ... Nothing changed in better .. nor pandemic make me make more money ... Actually..I make much more lesssssss ..and you try to keep my fingers of the cookie jar ..

Worst service ever. Just waited in the drive thru for 25 min because we couldnt get out of line. When we got to the window to receive our our order they didnt apologize for our wait and asked us for the 3rd time if we wanted sauce. Very disappointing and frustrating. Please retrain staff if needed. We will not return here.

Terrible. Waited 30+minutes for hash browns and already made cookies before we cancled our order. Another customer waited 45min for there order...

Went there around 630 this evening, got a cheeseburger meal and chicken nuggets and my kids and I couldn’t eat the fries or nuggets because it tasted like chemicals.

Literally just sat down to eat! Took one bite out of my burger which was not the type of burger I order. On top of that, no sauce or anything on it, dry as a bone. So I got a dry bacon king for the price of a steakhouse double.

This Burger King has decent food, but they don't understand what closing time means. If you approach this joint at 8pm most of their services is non-existent. This isn't a one-time issue this happens every time I show up there, and I'm a local. The soda machines are put up, themeat is put up, The ice cream machines are closed. Tonight happened to be a supervisor named Layla who allowed her staff to actually close at 8:00 so they can sit around and do nothing till 8:30. There were no sodas, there was no ice cream... Not this particular night but I've been there where I couldn't get the burger that I wanted because they didn't have that meat cooked I had to take another one. These people need to learn what the hell closing time is! If you close at 8:30 that's when you start shutting your machines down not being lazy trying to steal a half hour from some damn franchise owner The soda these idiots provided me tonight was a lukewarm can Dr pepper instead of a cold fountain drink.... If you can avoid this place avoid it!

Very bad experience at the restaurant. Manager was very rude, and disrespectful towards me even though I’m handicapped. Told me to come back in two hours for my order. He complained like if he was on his period or something. I gave a star just because the review didn’t allowed me to post without it. They don’t deserve any. Instead they should be happy that they are still open. Also they should be grateful that they have the chance to work, there’s so many people unemployed and looking for a job without any luck. In the end, I canceled my order because my blood pressure started going up and I had a major heart surgery already and wasn’t feeling well with heart palpitations due to all the nonsense. By the way, other BK”s are closing why they don’t do the same anyways they don’t want to be working. 😡😡

All sandwiches were super dry tasting. Need more ketchup, mayonnaise, pickles and onions. Update they refused to make over a hamburger with nothing on it, and they refused to refund money. So they said I'm banned from their Yucca Valley location. I laughed and I said don't worry you lost a customer for life. Really bad service and horrible food. And I called their Corporate office and turned them in. Unacceptable behavior and a horrible BK location located inside Walmart.

I have not eaten at a Burger King in a long time and coming here confirm that it will be my last . nothing we ordered had any flavor. The Fish sandwich was mediocre. And the fries were stale and dry inside. I wanted to enjoy it . But my mouth was telling me otherwise . Please .. improve on the quality of your food preparation. A little more effort will go a long way ..

Well this is strike 3 for them. First 2 strikes I eventually got what I ordered but this time was just unacceptable. When I first arrived in line to ordered 2 workers where arguing, then I had to repeat my order for 4 double cheese burgers 3 times before she understood. I saw that there was a large order ahead of me so I expected to wait a few minutes. I watched as only one person took orders and one person made food for over 20 minutes. My 4 double cheeseburgers sat there for 15 minuets along with a huge pile up of food being stacked on top of them. I looked at the screen to see where my order was in line and the screen was cleared! I asked the person at the register for a refund bc I have been waiting over 20 minutes now. She headed to where my burgers were sitting and I told her I don't want those old burgers that are now smushed, I want my refund. She went to get the manager and 3 minuets later she came out from the back, never said a word to me, took 5 more minuets to issue my refund, and then just handed me a receipt and started to walk away. I had to ask her if my refund was going back on my card and she respond with it should and left. I can not believe that all this took half an hour for an order of 4 double cheese burgers that I never received. Next time I want burgers I will just cook them myself. I nor my whole family will ever be back to that burger king. I hope they close down and put a decent fast food place in walmart. Can't believe I have to give them 1 star just to write this review.
