The service is always so amazing and the workers are really nice every time. I've never had a bad experience here. the foods also pretty good i like the sundaes and the drinks.

This Sonic used to be more friendly and they suggested other available toppings (like onions or pickles) I hadn't been here in a while. Food is so expensive now, it would be nice if it didnt become worse.

It's turning into a normal fast food place. They only have one row to park in and order food. Sad to see this change, but it's still an okay place and at least their ice cream machine works....

We really enjoy coming to this location and being served yummy burgers, tater totts, and milk shakes. Employee Nick is great! He always provides excellent, happy customer service and keeps us coming back. We haven't eaten inside, so I can not comment on that or the drive thru. We park and order in the parking stalls.

This is how you Sonic. Almost. They have the best shakes in town and the price is always right after 8pm when its half off. The order ahead with the app is nice if you know you are going here plus you get half off drinks and slushies when you use the app. They also kick down some good deals on the app as well. Corn dogs are the bomb here and if you love tots like I do, theirs are awesome. Just dont get their chili. It is awful. Probably the main reason they dont get 5 stars. It's seriously the most disgusting chili I've ever had. Other than that, everything I have eaten here is pretty good. The new kings hawaiian chicken club is BOMB DOT COM. Enjoy! I usually do!

I come to this Sonic every single time I visit Joshua Tree National Park with my family & I’m always extremely satisfied with the customer service but the food can be hit or miss. I always go through the drive through and the ladies that take our order are always so sweet! The last time we were here we ordered one Oreo a la mode and they actually gave us two! This time we tried the Snickers Bar Shake and the Strawberry Cheesecake Shake. The strawberry shake had a kind of melted consistency. The Snickers Shake was thicker, but there’s only Snickers sprinkled on top. No Snickers mixed into the vanilla ice cream :/ but I’ll eat them anyway haha!

I used to think I was missing out on some good burgers, but nope. I see why they don't have any of these locations out in the big cities. I'll pass the next time I see their signs.

It was fine, food was what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. It was fresh, hot and good. Drive thru is a little confusing.

I find the cost of food pricey. I had the chicken roll-up and my Lady had the cheeseburger and fries. For what it cost I could have gotten two In andOut Burgers ,more tasty and cheaper with more fries,and the ability for many refills.

I went through the drive through today with my son. Our order was started with one worker in drive through, her telling me she would be right with me. We waited over ten minutes before another employee came on the speaker, he apologized for the extremely long wait, and helped us.. Good thing their smashburger and slushies are so yummy!

Can be nerve–racking and confusing for first timers. The foods are all right but a bit cold, perhaps due to cooler weather. Servers on rollers are not as advertised on TV. One other thing, either they messed up my order or their Signature Limeades tastes like Sprite.

Sadly they messed up my cheeseburger, the food is nive and all, the employees are super nice too!

The interaction with the staff always sucks. Short, rude, and dirty looking. The food is thrown together, and taste horrible, almost as If the meat was old and not cooked right then charred and forgotten about. The bread was disgustingly soggy and the fries were old and hard. So grossed out by the place. They really let themselves go! The prices are way too pricey for the quality of food they offer! NEXT

Train your staff on food allergies 💔 I traveled with a friend who is gluten free (for real not by trend) and was excited to see the online food pamphlet which indicated what food she could consume. We went up to the drive thru and she opted for a grilled chicken, the worker told her they no longer have it on the menu. She proceeded to ask what was available that was gluten free and he replied “I’m not sure”. Come on, you work taking orders all day and you mean to tell me you don’t know your menu? Sonic TRAIN-YOUR-STAFF.

The girl Alexandra (I believe that's what her name was, I didn't get a receipt so I can't confirm) was very friendly. We arrived around 2pm, the line was long and most of the drive up spaces were taken. We ordered through the drive thru. I did take some time to get through the line. Once we arrived at the window she did confirm the order and she asked if I needed anything else I said ketchup and ranch. After that we waited about 2 mins just to get the drinks (milk, lemonade, and mini shake). It took about another 3 to 5 mins just to get the food (mozzarella sticks, pretzel, and kids meal). So I recommend if you are in a rush or have limited time don't come here. On a different note as I was driving I realized they FAILED to give me the marinara sauce that I asked for and comes with the mozzarella sticks and my cheese sauce that I asked for that comes with the pretzel. Also they didn't give me my ranch or ketchup. I couldn't go back because there was no place to park. You would think after waitinf so long for my order they wouldn't forget things I ordered. Overall I don't know if I would come back to this location.

Employee told us to wait, took both cars left and right of us. Wait time was about 8 minutes before taking our orders. Then their machine touch screen was automatically punching numbers creating a 20$+ tip for 12$ order. Employee said there is nothing I can do transaction already went through. Says there is no one else to help but obviously a different voice took the orders of the vehicles beside us. Much hoops and zero service.

When I ordered my chicken strip meal I didn't know I wasn't even going to get HALF of what I paid for. While on my lunch, I left work to get sonic since I've been craving it for months. There was NO ONE in line at the drive thru and one car parked in a stall. I ordered my food(that I waited 15 minutes for*so they could make it fresh*). I didn't mind waiting because I knew it wouldn't be hours old...after getting my order I drove all the way back to work and noticed this was less that HALF of the meal that I was supposed to receive. Needless to say I was a bit irritated. I get tgat places are short staffed and can sometimes be overwhelmed by being short staffed BUT there was no one there, they weren't busy and there was absolutely no excuse for this.
