Elena, Carlos and all the staff were phenomenal and welcomed us warmly. The food was outstanding and the dessert was delightful! Will definitely be back!

The service at this location never fails! They always go above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable and brought our meat of preference. They are very friendly and attentive. They truly made us feel like we were having a meal at home. Thank you to James and Camila for the outstanding service and helping us celebrate our anniversary.

Daniel was an amazing server and catered to our every need. Estefania was awesome as a manager as well, making sure that we were completely satisfied. Would recommend, however, trying to sit closer to the kitchen for special events since the meat slingers always stopped at the closer tables first. Photo attached for us far away from the kitchen.

Excellent service by our server, Alfredo. Food was great. We tried a little bit of every cut of meat and by far the winner was their lamb chomps.

This Restaurant is Amazing, the food tasty flavor in every bite , this is me and my husband's go to place they never disappoint always a fabulous experience staff is wonderful and the ambiance is out of this world.

My friend and I had a wonderful lunch. We came in for the $59 surf and turf. Initially, there was a mixup and our server had to go ask the manager. Technically, it is for dinner only. Carlos, the manager, graciously honored the promotion as we had a reservation. We enjoyed the crab cake > lobster. 🦞 meal was amazing !

For many years I've visited numerous Fogo's over the country. They have always maintained quality, taste, professionalism and impeccable customer service. Janilet was my server and she checked on me constantly. Carlos, the manager, double-checked and helped me sign up for their new rewards program. Smiles were everywhere! Great location for a private or corporate event, date night or sit solo at the bar and watch the game. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We had an amazing experience at Fogo de Chão, thanks to Elena, Angie and Lizet! From the moment we were seated Elena was attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel welcome. She checked in at just the right times, made great recommendations, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our meal. Angie and Lizet were equally wonderful—they were attentive, professional, and made sure our experience was positive from start to finish. Went for brunch. Highly recommend going early because the meat came out so frequently! The meat are seasoned the same so I opted to mostly eat the ribeye because it was so juicy and tender. Second favorite would be the pork belly. Tender and not overly salted. I did not have a chance to try the ribs. Lamb steak is VERY gamey, I couldnt finish it. Salad bar is great for typical salad-eating folks with the veggies and cheeses. Their smoked salmon is perfectly salted and fruits are pretty good, especially the pineapples and honeydew. I didnt try the papaya because it looked really dry. Im not a fan of their skin-on kiwi. Service was great. Different people came by to check on us several times. Im sure I barely ate $20 worth but will return as the service is just so impressive (as well as the ribeye)

Really great experience at Fogo last night. Rudy was our fantastic service and Eric checked on us multiple times throughout the night. The service was absolutely fabulous, everyone was there to make sure we were happy. My favorite meat was the lamb chops, but everything was pretty good. The best part of the meal was actually the bruleed cheesecake, which was to die for.

We absolutely love this place. It’s always our go to celebration place. The service is always on point. We always go for the eat all you can steak and salads. If we wanted a particular steak, they would always make sure they make it and serve it right away. The men serving were so prompt. The vibe in this place is absolutely lively and at the same time very professional. Til next time and I can’t wait.

2nd time back to the Oak Brook location and I continue to be amazed. Of course it is Fogo, we all know the food is going to be great, but the spectacular thing about Oak Brook is the service level. Multiple employees and management alike have been outstanding between my two visits in the last few weeks, and I just want to shout Lianna out especially. She saw us at the door when we came in today and not only welcomed us back, having been our server on our first visit, but she also came over to help serve our table, remembering details like how we liked our steak, what we do for work, and really bringing the experience from just service and moving it up to true hospitality. Exceptional team for sure; but again, special shoutout to Lianna. Amazing work!

I had a wonderful birthday meal hear tonight. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and courteous, and the management was extremely attentive. Shout out to Manager by the name of Elijah who was really great 😊 We will definitely be back again.

This was my very first time at Fogo de Chao and it was a great experience thanks to Isaak. He explain everything well and the service was amazing. Would definitely come back for more.

Wow wow wow! I came tonight to dine alone and was greeted so warmly! Every step of the way there was someone checking in and making sure I was enjoying myself. I got the full churrasco experience and it did not disappoint! The chicken breast was a little dry but the star of the show? The slow smoked pork belly, served table side with some special honey. It blew me away from even the steaks! I am so happy I came today. Angie and so many other employees helped me it was hard to get all their names ! Also the passionate caipirinha was so delicious! Absolutely amazed and blown away.

I’ve been meaning to post this review for a while, and now that I have the time, I’d like to highly recommend Fogo de Chão in Oak Brook for its outstanding service. I recently went with a good friend to celebrate his birthday, and we had a wonderful experience. The restaurant is elegant and spotless, and the food is excellent, just as you would expect from any Fogo de Chão location. What truly sets this one apart, however, is the service. Liz and Jamie were especially kind, attentive, and welcoming. They constantly made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great recommendations. Their service was both fast and efficient, making the evening even more enjoyable. I definitely recommend visiting this location and experiencing their first-class service for yourself.

We had a amazing 1st time experience here. From amazing flavors in every bite, to all the attention to details in presentation of the foods, to exceptional desserts. Food was 5 stars 🤩 Now on to service. This place sets the bar High, and never missed a beat. Table was attended well, drinks never ran out, the server's clearly excell at their jobs. It couldn't have gotten better then this place.

We absolutely love FOGO! The market table is delicious…lunch & dinner! Hungry? Add their delicious meat options! Considering happy hour, stop at the bar, enjoy a burger or other yummy appetizers. We are regulars at the Oak Brook location. We have never been disappointed and recommend often! Personal favorite add-on…house Argentinian red wine!!!

I had a really good time bringing my mother to Fogo de chao today. Our server Fredo was excellent and truer flawless. He was making sure we were satisfied and having a good time. He also gave us great opinions on the bar menu and what’s good on it like the lobster Mac and cheese. Would definitely want Fredo serving me again.

We had a beautiful dinner for 7 to celebrate a retirement. The atmosphere and staff were wonderful! Everyone was so sincere and kind and everyone congratulated the guest of honor. And the food…wow! From the extensive salad bar to the bread to the meat, there are so many options. Not one bad bite of food. We stayed a while and enjoyed the experience and ended with some delicious dessert. Overall it was a flawless experience. Thank you to the staff for a beautiful experience.

Oakbrook Fogo is so clean and a beautifully decorated restaurant. The food is out of this world, so flavorful and fresh. What makes this restaurant extra special is the fabulous Manager LUIS. He is so friendly and so professional. He is willing to roll up his suit jacket (lol) and deliver food if necessary. He must love his job because he was smiling every time we saw him or if he stopped by to check on us. We will definitely return!

Wow!!!! This place was very impressive. My wife and I were brave enough to try and go out on a Sunday around noon, and on the first 60 degree day we have had in a while. So needless to say, it was packed. Despite the obvious pressure on the staff, they went out of their way to ensure guests had everything they needed and frequently checked in with them with the kindess and warmest tone. We go to many great Fogo De Chao restaurants, and they have all been great, but the service and warm staff sets this one apart. Thank you Ariana, and customer service rep., Lizeth. You all are wonderful.

We did have a few setbacks at the beginning of our visit, but the way they handled everything completely turned the night around. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right. Instead of letting the situation affect the experience, they went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of. Their positive attitude and effort flipped our entire evening from frustrating to fantastic. Customer service like that makes all the difference. Camilo and his team are amazing. They took such good care of us, ensuring we got a taste of all the meats offered. Our favorites were the pecana, bottom sirloin, sausage with lime, bacon-wrapped chicken, pork belly and cheese with honey, and the Tres Leches cake for dessert. Don’t forget to ask for mashed potatoes. They are included in the experience and act as a great palate cleanser between the meats. We will definitely be back!

My dad and I have come here twice and we've had a wonderful experience both times. The staff is very tentative and polite. My dad always wants to come back as soon as possible😂 Tonight my server was Bojana and I believe she said the manager's name was James. He himself even came to take drinks for us. A real all hands on deck experience. They were both so great as well as the rest of the staff. We'll be back.

We had an incredible experience at Fogo de Chão! The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Our server, Chantelle, was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the meal. Gaucho Christian was fantastic—he checked in often with perfectly cooked cuts and made the experience feel special without ever being overbearing. You could tell he really cared about making sure we enjoyed everything. Manager Carlos also stopped by to make sure we were happy, which was a great touch and showed how much the team values great hospitality. Overall, the food was delicious, but the standout was truly the exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!

We recently celebrated our sons’ baptism at Fogo de Chão - Oak Brook, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was elegant yet warm - perfect for such a special family occasion. Everything felt well organized, and the staff made sure our celebration went smoothly. The food was amazing, as always. The variety of perfectly grilled meats, the fresh Market Table, and the delicious sides. There was something for everyone, and everything was flavorful and beautifully presented. A special thank you to our server, Angie. She was attentive, kind, and very professional. She made sure our table had everything we needed and helped make the event feel even more special. Her friendly attitude and excellent service did not go unnoticed. It was a memorable day, and we would absolutely return for future celebrations. Highly recommend!

I visited expecting the $39.99 promotion; however, I was informed that the special applies to only one piece of meat and may vary by location, so it’s best to call ahead to confirm. Management accommodated me due to the misunderstanding, and overall my experience was excellent, including the quality of service and refreshments.

Today we came on the occasion of celebrating Father’s birthday, wanting to enjoy the company of his Beautiful wife, four year old son two year old daughter, and the Establishment was perfect. When you go out to pay for a service you’re paying for an experience of cleanliness, timeliness, and understanding of a situation. We have gone out as a family of four on numerous occasions, and we get looked at a little funny because we have children at locations You could deem as Fancy, but our server, Ximena and our cashier Lizeth sisters, understood the assignment. They were not only kind to the children but were extremely serviceable. Having small children and going out for a brunch or dinner isn’t always the easiest assignment, but we were also blessed with Don Miguel, Never Made, a Funny Face at our daughter that kept on dropping rice, pieces of chicken and smiled every single time. He came to our table, so we are in gratitude. Posting this review. Thank you all for your service. We had a great time. God bless you all. Love the little Ortiz family

Beautiful, welcoming atmosphere with a great emphasis on soft lighting and music.This time service was not satisfying: forgotten orders,empty plates, side dishes,utensils,under cooked meat but most addressed by manager.The bar area is too small and containers are placed on the floor! Food is main focus here and seating on a couch adds to comfort.Birthday celebration bonanza every time we visit and for this reason the desert list should have a wider variety of birthday cakes and gluten free options; same chocolate cake and ice cream gets old ..I would add to outdoors seating a photo boot ! This place could be a perfect location for a New Eve party with a DJ.

Overcrowded, no parking, had us wait 30 minutes past our reservation time for a birthday. No apologizes or updates as we waited. Tables so close to the waiting area with no barriers so as you wait your standing basically at the table with others already eating. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Fogo de Chao has become nothing better than a glorified Golden Corral. The food, service, and atmosphere all felt like I was in a crowded Golden Corral Restaurant. I scheduled a 7:30 pm reservation at the Rosemont location and at 8pm I was still waiting for a table. Rather then keep waiting we chose to leave and found a reservation at their Oakbrook location. Although we arrived early we were seated immediately. However, that's where our high expectations ended. The restaurant was crowded with tables too close to each other to be comfortable. The salad bar or so called Market Table is underwhelming with a scarce variety and guests all over each other to take from it. The restaurant smells like rotten meat when you enter and makes it hard to enjoy the food they serve. It didn't seem like they were understaffed but it took over 10 minutes to get someone to notice that our cards were on Green. In addition, the lack of a dedicated sever assigned to your table makes it extremely difficult to even order a drink. Like I said before, if you like the Golden Corral food and service or a soup kitchen type atmosphere then Fogo de Chao is for you.

I had high expectations for Fogo de Chão because the decor is absolutely beautiful and gives such a romantic, upscale vibe. The salad bar was also very good, with plenty of fresh and diverse options to choose from. Unfortunately, the service completely missed the mark. It was extremely slow, and at times we felt invisible. The meats came out very sporadically, sometimes 15 minutes apart, which took away from the full experience. What was most disappointing was being told by a waiter that the “good” meats, like lamb chops and filet mignon, do not usually come around unless you specifically ask for them. That felt misleading, especially since the full service is advertised as including all meats. To make matters worse, many of the cuts we did receive were bland and tough. Overall, this was the worst experience I have had at a Brazilian steakhouse. The ambiance is stunning, but there needs to be much more attention given to the quality of service and consistency of the meat offerings to match the price and reputation.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so abysmal I felt the need to warn others. I arrived at 9:00 PM and didn’t leave until 10:30 PM. In that 90-minute window, I was served a grand total of three pieces of steak. At a place that prides itself on "continuous service," sitting with an empty plate for over an hour is pathetic. The service and communication were non-existent. We made multiple requests for well-done meat and specific cuts, yet we were ignored by every waiter and server who walked by. It wasn’t until 10:15 PM literally 15 minutes before closing that they finally decided to bring out what we asked for. By then, the kitchen was shutting down and we were ready to walk out. To make matters worse, the few bites of meat we actually received were excessively salty and barely edible. You pay a premium price for a luxury dining experience, but what we got was a total lack of respect for our time and our money. It felt like the staff had already clocked out mentally and couldn't be bothered to do their jobs. Save your money. Between the salty food and the nonexistent service, this was a complete disaster. I will never set foot in a Fogo de Chão again.
