Very tasty and typical Huasteca food, as well as more soda fountain type food like hamburgers or milkshakes. It is often full but there is no more than a 10 minute wait. I give it four stars because the day I went I saw from afar a small cockroach on the wall that got into one of the tables with a stool and I lost the desire to finish the dish I ordered.

Highly recommended place, I really liked it, the food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. The only downside I found is that they don't have internet.

The milkshakes were delicious, so yummy and nice and warm in the air conditioning. I'd give them 5 stars if they were friendlier. The mushroom quesadillas were a 10/10.

Delicious food, and the atmosphere was excellent, but the food took a long time to arrive, there weren't enough people to justify it.

I didn't like it... The gentleman who greets you is very attentive, but the staff in general is awful (terrible attitude).... The food is mediocre... The daily special is mediocre; it's recommended to order à la carte (note that the daily special is cheap, but the à la carte options are a bit expensive). The restroom needs maintenance.... Overall, it's not highly recommended... But it's okay for a quick meal... ....

During my visit, I ordered a hamburger. The delivery time was acceptable (approximately 15 minutes). The size was very large, but unfortunately, it was very salty; I could barely eat half of it using a lot of ketchup. The staff was attentive, and the place has very eye-catching colors.

We were just about to be given the menu when a cockroach flew out of a container where they put the cutlery. The person who served us said it was part of the menu, a comment we found to be in very bad taste. There was no air conditioning, so we left immediately.

I went at night around 8 pm. My complaint is that I ordered a pork tamale, which was spoiled. It was a very unpleasant situation. But the waiter just took it away and asked if I could exchange it for another dish. I know it's not his responsibility, but it is the manager's or supervisor's. They didn't show up, and in my opinion, they should have done something. Besides, it's late; no one had ordered pork before they could have noticed it was spoiled.

As a tourist, I went to this place for dinner. It's nice, and the staff is friendly, but the food was awful, honestly. We ordered four hamburgers, to be exact, and left almost everything because the buns were freezing cold. I asked them to heat them up, and they just put them in the microwave, and everything became soggy. The meat was raw. Everything was disgusting. I don't recommend it at all. I'll leave Ciudad Valle with a bad taste in my mouth. 🤮🤮🤮🤮 The chef or cook was really bad, honestly.
