From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and at home. The barista greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel like a regular. But what really blew me away was the coffee - rich, flavorful, and expertly crafted. Every sip was a delight! The service was genuine and friendly, with a personal touch that's hard to find at bigger chains. The cozy atmosphere and inviting decor only added to the charm. Whether you're a coffee connoisseur or just looking for a friendly spot to grab a cuppa, this place is a must-visit.

Everything tastes better when the service is amazing! My husband and I have been here quite a bit because it's the closest coffee shop to our home. The drinks have been consistently great 👍🏼 and so has the service 😀 Get a donut! They are so good! Went in on a weekend and husband was able to get some biscuits and gravy. He LOVED them. I got a croissant sandwich with egg and cheese and thought it was good.

Loved the feel of this coffee shop right off the bat. They have so many flavor options! Plenty of sugar free ones also, which is a plus for us. I got a sugar free hazelnut latte, extra hot, and my husband had a sugar free Irish crème latte. We also got an everything croissant with sausage, egg and cheese. The croissant was so soft and delicious! They brought our coffees and food out to us. Friendly staff.

Beautiful cool spot. Very friendly, personable servers. I wasn't a fan of their cold brew but it was a neat place. They have dog treats.

We Just moved here to beautiful Abilene💜 We tried Mad Coffee. The name made us curious, so we tried the Butter Beer Latte, recommended by the lovely barista. It was so very YUMMY! We’ve been all over the US, to cities that make some of the best lattes we’ve ever had, San Francisco, Portland, and NY. Our barista at Mad Coffee made the foam so silky, and tasty it was a perfect latte! It’s true, everything in Texas is better! If you find yourself in Abilene TX stop at Mad Coffee, I recommend the BB latte😍

First time coming here, and was not disappointed at all. They had a variety of coffee drinks, and even pumpkin spice in the middle of June! Ordered 2 iced lattes and both were great and super tasty. They also have pup cups, which was awesome for my pet that was traveling with us that day. The ladies (staff) inside were also super friendly. Great place to buy your daily dose of caffeine.

Fantastic and easy coffee stop. Delicious coffee and friendly, day-improving kind of customer care (which I really appreciate). The chocolate chip cookies are amazing and I really enjoyed the cranberry iced scone as well. The bathrooms are clean and they have great parking.

First visit & I ordered wrong. It was my fault, but the nice girl at the window said it was ok and she would fix it how I wanted it. I had a blended chai tea with whipped cream. And it was delicious! This is the closest place to my home & I really don't ever go to Starbucks I think it's overrated & the staff treats you like you're stupid. Mad Coffee, will be my new go to & my experience with the staff was so nice & accommodating. I highly recommend it!

They serve coffee and I love all the sugar-free options they have! They offer a discount if you pay cash. And they appreciate if you recycle the coffee cup sleeves so I keep one of my own in my car and reuse it each time. I just inform them I already have one so they don’t give me a new one each time.

Sovereign Living

This is a great local coffee shop. The service is good and their products are even better. Everything I have had here has been great. Whether you want a specialty drink, regular coffee, or some food you will not be disappointed with their products or services. The building has a rustic Texas theme with plenty of stained wood throughout. There is a large fish tank wall that is the first thing you see when you walk in. This could be a really awesome feature if it was cleaned up and kept looking nice. There are several places with comfortable chairs or couches to lounge in while you drink and eat. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the floor under the table where I sat. Some of the chairs were extremely worn and showing their age. This is a cool place but it does need a good cosmetic face lift.

3.8 ⭐️ Got the avocado and cream cheese everything bagel - had to pull over and put it together, but it was hot, fresh, and yummy - avocado wasn’t listed on the menu, but glad they had it! 🥑🥯 They were out of the pretzel wraps so I got my husband a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. It was the equivalent of a warm up breakfast at a gas station. Was hoping for something more fresh.

The servers were great. The coffee was among the worst I've ever tasted. They brewed it for me 2 ways in an effort to make it drinkable but obviously the owners are sourcing coffee from the local dump.
