The most delicious, flavorful, custom burgers we’ve ever had! My husband and I love that we can get enormous burgers with whatever we want, even gluten free buns! I get the Poppin Johnny (cream cheese, jalapeño ranch, bacon) with double meat, double cheese, add an egg, poblano, & grilled onions. It’s the most delicious burger I’ve ever had in my life and it’s consistently made perfect every time we go! The owner Cara is so kind and truly cares about her customers. This will be our #1 burger spot forever!

Ordered burgers and fries for delivery. My boys got the one with the mushrooms and the Walker Texas Ranger along with the dirty fries. I don't think that they took a breath after the first 2 bites. All I got was a nod when asked how was it. I got the Nutty Professor. I was wanting something different and I got it. Who would of thought that peanut butter, grape jelly, chips, bacon and a hamburger patty put together between a hamburger bun be good. It was delicious. Couldn't touch my fries as I got full. I will be ordering again. If you want something different besides a plain burger, hit them up. Sorry, not vegan friendly, unless you get just fries. This place does not skimp on the meat. Yumm.

Perfectly Imperfect

We absolutely LOVE this burger joint! We don't make it here often but when we do, we leave STUFFED! I always have to get the Poppin Johnny. Which is pretty much a jalapeno popper burger. Absolutely delicious 😋 with a side of there onion strings. My hubby gets the Walker Texas Ranger, which is a country fried steak burger with a side of fries. It helps if you have one of those discount booklets because you do have to buy everything separately and it can get pricey but it is soooo worth it!

Amazing meal! I would absolutely come here again. I ordered the Nashville chicken. It is a special and I added grilled onions. The flavor of the chicken, heat, and sauce was amazing. It would have been great on its own, but I added the perfect grilled onions and it was divine. I also ordered the Jonny fries that had fries, spicy ranch, some kind of green chili (very mild) and onion strings. It was also delicious. Order at the counter and seat yourself here. The cashier and everyone who worked here were very nice and helpful.

My family and I came down for a day trip after a long morning/ mid day at the zoo. We were ready for a cool air and food. Found this spot on Google and 10/10 we enjoyed it it was soon good we jumped in. The service was great. The restaurant was great AC very clean , spacious, we really liked the menu - its not your average burger it's scrumptious 😋. Cold fountain drinks, beer on tap. Family friendly, kids menu available as well 10/10 YOU HAVE TO STOP LOOKING FOR A RESTAURANT NOW HIT DIRECTIONS AND COME HERE!!!! Ps we order the walker TX ranger and the rockin rolla and we're hungry I didn't take a before picture 🤣

This was a great tasting burger cooked fresh, no bun no problem!!! I would prefer leaf lettuce but it did not take away from the taste, they use “Best Maid” pickles which is 5 star pickle all day long if you ask me!!! Service was great staff was friendly and patient with me being a first time visitor and not knowing what to order!

Really awesome little find tucked away in a strip mall. I've been wanting to get it and finally did it say jalapeno popper hamburger! The bacon was nice and thick, the bread soft. Cream cheese on a burger.... Mind blown. Got the buffalo and blue cheese french fries, kind of by accident! All I read was cheese and I went for it, but it ended up being a good mix. .

The menu is a blast. Wasn't a bad sounding thing on the board. Great concoctions of flavor on every offering. I upgraded my fries and got the chicken fried steak burger. My wife got a classic burger with the regular fries. Fantastic. On our unofficial search for the best burger in Abilene, this is on top.

This place lives up to it's amazing reviews. The burger was fresh and tasted amazing. Gluten free options were Available. Chicken nuggets for kids were perfect. Will make this a priority spot to hit up when in town. Chili cheese fries were bomb!

I've never had better fries. Johnny Fries. I've had better burgers, though they were good. Not sure if they fit the price. Tables were sticky - From the shellac or spilt soda, couldn't tell you. Decent atmosphere - famous (character) mug shots. 70s/80s rock on the speakers. Delectable dreamsicle.

First time customer, as you walk in the door you'll see vent intakes full of dust that need a vacuum. Staff was super awesome and attentive. The fries were still flimsy and not cooked their 2 min 33 second, appeared to be pulled out 1 min 40 seconds so I'm thinking the staff feels rushed. After talking to four other customers, their fries weren't cooked all the way either, and they felt like they were soggy. My burger was really great, it could be the best in Abilene. Unfortunately they can't make a tasty fry with the ones they're using. KFC, and Taylor Country Tap house are still a tie for first place.

So this place has great burgers and good fries. We tried two kinds of burgers: Funghi; grilled mushrooms and something with bacon all kinds of goodies. The atmosphere was somewhat sparse and stark, plain, but open. The prices were a bit too high as well for good burgers. For five of us we spent $80 and that was 5 burgers and 3 fries and 4 drinks. Anyways, get the prices down a bit and create a slightly warmer atmosphere and I would love up to a 4 star easily.
