Order was as ordered & served in a fast food manner. I was asked if I wanted specific sauces to go along with my order & then given 3 of the sauce I requested which I consider very nice 👌

Monster tacos were absolutely delicious and big with lots of meat! Surprised! Breakfast items were hot & delicious, also!

Yummy Seasoned Curly fries. Convenient location, perfect for when I was out and had a craving. This is a convenient location. Easy to get to, quick service and that it in Acton which is Midway on hwy 14 on the way to or from Lancaster / Palmdale, makes it a place to make a quick stop at.

Well all three of us had lunch there it seems to me different locationsoperate a little differently but hamburgers were real hot that's something new others are usually warm but these ones were hot the way I like it no complaints here I just won't eat the tacos they're not real meat there vegetarian I didn't like it I like everything else

When I placed my order they told me to park and they will bring my food out to me. I waited for 30 mins until the manager noticed me. She apologized for the inconvenience and for the wait. The food is fresh and the staff is friendly. And i like the fact that its right around the corner from my home.

Plenty of parking. Does share exit with neighboring gas station. So look both ways exiting from Jack in the box. Came in around 10am for coffee. Clean store and lots of older locals, so it feels safe. And if you use the drive thru, they have 2 menu signs. Which is great for me, because I like to drive up to a menu and take my time choosing what to eat. I don't like choosing the same thing because I'm being rushed. That second menu is always helpful.

An all time favorite any time of day. Always fresh and hot. Good breakfast sandwiches and the new All American rib eye burger is so yummy. And you cant forget their classic tacos!!!! I get mine with extra lettuce. A late night goto for sure. Lol.

First time me and the wife tried jack in the box.The service here is what will make us come back for seconds. Great first time experience and they cashier that reccomend both sandwiches for us was the best customer service I seen in a while. Something Junior I think was his name. Superb customer service! Iced coffee was tasty. Chicken strips and curly fries were freshly cooked and crunchy :) prompt service around 3pm.

I stopped in the drive thru while traveling really late and i was surprised by how great it was. The curly fries tasted fairly fresh and they even let me substitute regular buns on a bacon ultimate cheeseburger with sourdough instead. Friendly and accurate service!

Never been to this Jack in the Box but I have to say, it is the best establishment I have been to. Every other Jack in the Box I have been to always has dirty bathrooms and bad service. This Jack in the Box is really clean and the service is on point. One of the workers there named David, really made the whole experience above and beyond from other fast food restaurants. He was very enthusiastic and made sure I got all my food in a timely manner. 10/10 recommend this Jack in the Box above all.

I come pretty often since its one of the only restaurants near me and they are always so nice and welcoming plus the foods not top tier but its cheap and good for the price :) Thanks guys

I don't usually stop at Jack in the Box for breakfast, but when I am really hungry I get the Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich on sourdough bread no Ham sub bacon. But lately the amount of food in the sandwich is less than what I was used to. However this morning at 7:30 I ordered my usual and boy I wasn't disappointed. It was one of the best breakfast sandwich I ever had at Jack in the box. Keep it up.

First time stopping here as I’m from MI and sadly we have no jack in the box :( But I will say I thought it was really good! The food was fresh and hot and came out rather quickly so I have no complaints, really liked the different selection! I will def be back next time I’m in CA or out west!

Can't complain. Everything's been right every time.

When power is out this is the only restraunt open. Parking is good for vehicles with trailers. Everything else is just like all other jack in the box locations.

Got the spicy chicken strips but they were cold. Took away from my previous experience. Ther first time I tried them the meal was hot and appetizing. Second time around was not.

The drive thru can be a challenge. Depending on the time of day. Sometimes they hear me and sometimes they don't. I've had one employee so far sound like she was frustrated that she kept having me repeat myself, due to the loud sounds of the fwy beside us.

Always friendly. Well maintained for it's location! Management is doing MORE than just, "managing". They are hot-meal program verified for use of EBT, and the food is mediocre with the exception that I am referring to a value item. All in all: you get what you pay for and it sure as hell is A LOT cheaper than that "one place with the 'arches!" I eat here somewhat regularly. 4 stars 😎

It's Jack in the Box. You either love it or not. I personally love some of the items. The tacos have always been my weakness. The curly fries are a good, and an ice-cold soft drink rounds out your meal.

A nice place to stop on a very hot day where the temperature is 91 degrees. Bathrooms are clean, paper towels and toilet paper where need a replenishing in the men's bathroom. Food was good we had a combo breakfast burrito which came with a hash brown and we ordered a drink mixing Peach and orange with their Touch of Sprite. Nice flavor. Would come by again.

We tried some of the new menu items and loved it. The price was high on the burger but it made up for quality and taste.

Stopped on our way home from the airport dropping off the grandkids. Wife was hungry. Got her the two tacos, no sauce and a sweet tea. The first tee was wrong, good thing we checked it before leaving.

Stopped for lunch between LA and Barstow. Food was excellent, dad and I got their butter burger and mum got the wrap. All nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thick shake was the real highlight, but they should really be served with larger straws (we ate it with a spoon in the end haha). Could’ve been cleaner too, but overall good experience.

It's fast food. But I like that I can get scrambled eggs (or other breakfast menu items) any time of day. Staff here is friendly, but not always efficient. Accessible parking and entrance, which is easy to use.

They have gone back to being better than most locations, thank you! Update May 2022 - Food quality is much better on the regular. But, DO NOT make a mistake on your order. They will drag you hard (over 20 minutes) for the remake. Had to make an adjustment for an allergy after forgetting to ask ahead, and they didn't even bother to restart it until ten minutes later. Not fun. Update July 2021- Still sucks and they now give out patties that are half missing (see pics) They apparently don't care enough to serve hot and fresh food. Today was the last $6.50 I'll be paying there. Made me wait aside from the line for what I thought would be fresh, but it was cold and stale. Even only 2 minutes after receiving the "food" Update 11/05/2019 even when you ask for it to be made fresh, they will lie to you, and still cut corners. I can't believe how lazy these cooks are. I don't mind waiting, just make it fresh. They can't even get that right.

Hey,not my first choice. But when hungry husband is hungry we get Jack in the Box. However, the muffin with egg and cheese and bacon was pretty good.

Food tasted good. Unfortunately, they forgot to give us napkins, gave us sugar instead of splenda, they almost forget one of the drinks and the two caramel lattes were extremely sweet. We had to mix them with the regular coffees to make the lattes somehow drinkable.

The food is pretty good, and the indoor service is good. However, when you order take-out, make sure to check your order twice before leaving. They've messed up orders multiple times, and it's been problematic.

I like Jack, but when you get my order wrong, not just wrong but the entire meal wrong even though it was repeated and confirmed at menu. Being in a rush to continue my day in the field I dont have time to go back and change. Yes I should check before driving off but that's why I gave 3 stars to be fair.

The food is good for a fast food restaurant. I like that you can order pretty much anything all day. If you want a hamburger at 8:00 am, you can get one, if your hungry for breakfast at 5:00 pm you can order that. They have a wider variety of foods than most fast food places. The restrooms are easily accessible.

Not a bad place but the crew is a bit stressed the day I went. One looked ready to quit but hey I got my food. Food was near fresh ( not hot) but the coke was completely flat.

Drove through the Acton location early in the morning arrived in the drive-thru before 4 am with a mobile order. The girl asked me to pull around and wait in the front so she could prepare the orders behind us first! Absolutely NOT!!! I was appalled by that statement: We ordered tacos and egg rolls 1 soda only super easy too bag up! Super upsetting to know the reason they ask people to wait in the front!

I usually stop here for food in the AM and for the most part the experience is ok, on 12/14/20 @ 7am i went thru and order a breakfast combo and 4 tacos with extra lettuce, once already back in the freeway I grabbed a taco and to my surprise there was no extra lettuce not the tacos felt or tasted fresh, the tacos were soggy and just were very poor in looks.

We always stop by this Jack in the box because it’s really convenient right off the freeway exit. The food is great, but they are sooooo sloooooow when you go through the Drive Thru. They always ask us to go park in the front to wait for our food!!!

Why only 2 sratrs ? Well having the asian fried chicken Food truck series sandwich and quite frankly it sucks. The chicken is super thin and this is mostly bread. Its only 11:55 and they havent swept yet so cleanliness isn't on par.

Usually is good service, it all depends who you get in the drive through window. Today I ask for extra salsa for my burrito, but she only gave me one, and said that they would have to make some more later, we all know (and I've seen it myself) that it comes in a bag and you just pour it on the little plastics, i was totally down to wait for her to do that in the parking lot, but she rushed me away with a "have a good day"!. I guess she didn't want to go that extra mile for a customer, and that little detail is what can make a difference.....

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I have gone to this place 3 times in the last month since I am working in the area and there isn't much else around. They managed to mess up my order every time. My first order was regular drive thru, they forgot 2 tacos and my drink. I had to park and go back inside. The next time I ordered through the app. This time I had to argue to get the 2nd drink I had paid for and then had to park and go back in for another 2 tacos they still forgot. The last time I only had to remind them about the 2nd drink and not argue but after being assured the rest of the order was there. I checked in the parking lot and again 2 missing tacos. As I was waiting at the counter for my tacos another gentleman came in because his order was missing a large fry. Seems it's a common issue. The food tastes alright and the very young gentleman that works the front counter did his best to resolve the issues. But you have to double check everything because it would seem they don't ever actually check.

Known to mess up your orders, so make sure to double check your bag before walking/driving away. Service has been slow during my last visits and the place never really feels clean. Not the brightest feeling place on the inside and outside.

I was famished, so I stopped at this Jack in the Box on my way to Palmdale. I was highly disappointed. There were about five cars ahead of me; however, somehow, the hamburger and sourdough bread was cold and old as if it had been sitting a while. Please wait in line at McDonald's in the intersection's southeast corner rather than waste your money patronizing this business.

Okay so I'm not the one to complain about things because I as well work at a food place and understand how hard it is but this lady really did mess up so bad I don't think I'm ever going to this jack in the box . Idk if she was sleepy because it was 3:30 am I told her to get me a water and she instead gave me a sprite and not only that I asked her for ranch twice and she swore up and down she gave it to me but the moment I checked there was no ranch. I suggest you guys check your employees before you hire them And as well how they are with customers

I do not understand how hard it is to hold cheese on a sandwich. It was stated 3 times while ordering and even red back correctly, but that information didn't make it to the people in back preparing the sandwiches. Out of 4 meals only 2 were right. I would drive 40 miles out of my way to avoid eating here ever again.

Their priority is not customer service, nor customer satisfaction. They prefer to loose customers that order more than 40.00 of items or for just a simple modification on a sandwich . Very disappointed on customer service. Will never return to this establishment. Retraining management and crew to better retain customers

Ordered 3 triple stack combos with regular fries, 2 waters and a strawberry shake. Got 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, a ham and egg muffin and an oreo shake. They did not want to give me the second bottle of water. Amazing confusion on one of the simplest orders you could possibly make.

Terrible late night service from Jasmin. I'd suggest you spend your money else where. I have 12 + years in fast food customer service as a team member, as a shift leader and this ain't it.

Stopped at the Acton, CA. Jack-in-the-Box at 5:30 PM on 8/08/23. We were waited on by employee Jackell. Carry out order# 356. She was so extremely rude. I then asked to talk to the manager and the manager said I’m busy. There was nobody else in the restaurant We have never been treated and talked to so rudely. I will never stop at that Jack-in-the-Box again. In fact, we will avoid all Jack in the box’s. She continued to say rude comments to us as we were leaving. I hope people that have had similar situations at the Acton Jack-in-the-Box, will notify corporate of the rudeness of the entire staff.

Very disappointed! Sunday October 1, 2023 went through the drive thru ordered #3 sourdough jack no tomato combo I got spicy chicken sandwich combo. I was driving to the Valley didn’t open my food till 2 hours later. Thank you NOT jack in the box for getting my order wrong and for wasting me $15, deep sigh.

Last night they were only excepting cash only payments. I hope it’s not a tactic by the staff in order to work less.. it seems like they’re quick service terminals go down constantly

Order 40 tacos with no sauce. The staff scraped the sauce out of the tacos took out the meat and added lettuce. This happened just now 9/3/2023 around 11 pm I was so disappointed and disgusted. I called to speak with a manager, and the employee told me it was not a management at the time to bring the tacos the next day with the receipt.and make sure all the tacos are there. spoke to Vanessa no no solution. I will never stop here again

The restroom was cold enough to hang meat. Trying to save money by not heating it, I suppose. They were out of Large cups, so I settled for a medium during which cost close to $4.00!!! Outrageous. The floor around the soda machine was so sticky I almost walked out of my shoe. Won't be visiting this location again.

Check your order! I've been twice withing thlast month, and both times parts of my order was incorrect. The first time, we ordered via drive-thru. Good thing I checked before leaving the parking lot because fried were missing. This time, I went in. I ordered a PLAIN cheeseburger for my son. What a surprise it was when there was ketchup and pickles on it. We didn't check it until we got home.

All around food is really good But you guys ran your prices so high it’s ridiculous. These people are making careers out of something that should be kids getting ready to go to college look at your employees. They’re all making careers that are working at Jack-in-the-Box at a fast food restaurant pathetic.

If I could give it a 0 I would. The over night staff couldn’t care less about quality and customer service. I know this is fastfood so the expectations are already low, however, what I ordered is not edible. The burger and sausage croissant were cold and smelled wrong. The loaded tiny tacos were not as advertised and they didn’t put the cheese or taco sauce on it. Never coming to this location again.

Went thru the drive thru and they asked me to park up front and they would bring my order out-by the time I got my order food was cold and obviously had been sitting around for a while. Used to love this place but personnel obviously doesn’t want to attract customers to return. Disappointed

When the girl is there they have great customer service, otherwise horrible. 2 young men just treated me very condescending to the point I don’t have faith they didn’t do anything to my food. Man working drive thru with arm tattoos June 16th around 830 pm , decided to charge me for large fries , when I reiterated to him that I don’t want that. I’m not sure why he thought that’s okay, if he did this wrong he should be looked into because he’s probably doing a lot more not getting caught or spoken about. From a costumer standpoint my advice would be if you wanna be up charged and waste food visit this location !

I went through the drive thru this morning and order a #22 with a lemonade. The drive thru person had the order wrong and i politely corrected her and she fixed it and i confirmed it was correct on the screen. On my way to work after being a few miles away I opened my food and my order was incorrect. The young lady working the register didn’t give me a receipt and didn’t even offer one and just handed me back my card. I didn’t think much of it because I always stop at this location on my way to work without any issues. I called the store and was placed on hold for 6 minutes only to hear the ladies in the background laughing and discussing why I called and then hung up on. I called again and quickly placed on hold to continue to hear them all laughing and not coming to the phone for almost 10 minutes. I decided to hang up and call them back and at this point I’m frustrated and upset because I’m miles away on my way to work. I finally talk to a manager and she snarkly tells me to turn around and bring the food and I’m already miles away nowhere near the location. I get no breakfast and to bring everything back another day after ruining my morning. The staff is improperly trained by rude and unprofessional managers. I will be writing a letter to your corporate office as well because you don’t treat people like absolute crap like it’s amusing and okay. We’re all human and people make mistakes, but to be rude laughing and placing a customer on hold discussing the matter and being unapologetic and rude doesn’t get a pass.
