Drove through the Acton location early in the morning arrived in the drive-thru before 4 am with a mobile order. The girl asked me to pull around and wait in the front so she could prepare the orders behind us first! Absolutely NOT!!! I was appalled by that statement: We ordered tacos and egg rolls 1 soda only super easy too bag up! Super upsetting to know the reason they ask people to wait in the front!

The place is clean. The food was served cold The burger had no flavor. The fries had no flavor If you like NO flavor and bland food .... eat here. the staff is nice though

If I could give it a 0 I would. The over night staff couldn’t care less about quality and customer service. I know this is fastfood so the expectations are already low, however, what I ordered is not edible. The burger and sausage croissant were cold and smelled wrong. The loaded tiny tacos were not as advertised and they didn’t put the cheese or taco sauce on it. Never coming to this location again.

Just stopped by to get a breakfast.. no one was there to take orders. Lights on cars in lot.. maybe they were in the restroom. Oh well... Guess I'll go to McDonald's

Gave me the wrong shake. Also tried to charge me extra for ranch even though that has never been the policy before. So went without ranch. Plus gave me 2 ketchup packs for my whole order which is beyond stingy considering I ordered 2 combos. Went thru the drive thru and they asked me to park up front and they would bring my order out-by the time I got my order food was cold and obviously had been sitting around for a while. Used to love this place but personnel obviously doesn’t want to attract customers to return. Disappointed

When the girl is there they have great customer service, otherwise horrible. 2 young men just treated me very condescending to the point I don’t have faith they didn’t do anything to my food. Was looking forward to trying your new menu items but I won’t be back. I would fire both of them immediately or you will loose a lot of revenue & otherwise loyal customer.

Man working drive thru with arm tattoos June 16th around 830 pm , decided to charge me for large fries , when I reiterated to him that I don’t want that. I’m not sure why he thought that’s okay, if he did this wrong he should be looked into because he’s probably doing a lot more not getting caught or spoken about. From a costumer standpoint my advice would be if you wanna be up charged and waste food visit this location !

Ordered two tacos without cheese and got two tacos with no lettuce or sauce, just meat and the cheese that I didn’t ask for. Missing two ingredients and includes one I specifically asked to not be in there.

I went through the drive thru this morning and order a #22 with a lemonade. The drive thru person had the order wrong and i politely corrected her and she fixed it and i confirmed it was correct on the screen. On my way to work after being a few miles away I opened my food and my order was incorrect. The young lady working the register didn’t give me a receipt and didn’t even offer one and just handed me back my card. I didn’t think much of it because I always stop at this location on my way to work without any issues. I called the store and was placed on hold for 6 minutes only to hear the ladies in the background laughing and discussing why I called and then hung up on. I called again and quickly placed on hold to continue to hear them all laughing and not coming to the phone for almost 10 minutes. I decided to hang up and call them back and at this point I’m frustrated and upset because I’m miles away on my way to work. I finally talk to a manager and she snarkly tells me to turn around and bring the food and I’m already miles away nowhere near the location. I get no breakfast and to bring everything back another day after ruining my morning. The staff is improperly trained by rude and unprofessional managers. I will be writing a letter to your corporate office as well because you don’t treat people like absolute crap like it’s amusing and okay. We’re all human and people make mistakes, but to be rude laughing and placing a customer on hold discussing the matter and being unapologetic and rude doesn’t get a pass.
