The fact that this In N Out only has 4.5 stars is absurd. So here's me giving it the five star review it deserves. Been living out here since 2015.

Very clean. Great service. The lady at the register was polite and attentive. I placed my order and forgot to remove onions on my child's hamburger so when we picked it up the servers noticed my son made a funny face when the hamburger was served. They immediately provided a new order with no questions asked. The kid was happy and was able to enjoy every bite. Love hamburgers and I just committed to drive to this specific location because Hamburgers are found everywhere but service and experience like this one are only found here.

Always good chow and happy workers. You can tell Management is competent and staff is paid well. Always super busy and that is a reflection of the great food and service. Burgers have gotten smaller and prices have gotten bigger, but that's hyper inflation caused by the government, not In-N-Out's fault. And they don't get all California on me when I smoke a cigarette outside; so, it's good that that part of California didn't follow them!

Lines are super long most of the time, but they move fairly quickly, and their customer service is superb. Never had an issue.

I've been to this in n out many times. It's one of the few places that doesn't mess up my order and I always get what I ordered. Customer service is always good. Only downfall is the huge line at the drive thru but that's at all in n outs I've been to. Normally I wouldn't wait in a line that big but I have picky kids and it's one of the few places they can agree to eat at.

Lines always long, but the food is good. This spot is right off the freeway so you can take a drive break, get some in n out, and get right back on the road.

It never fails to amaze me. In-n- Out has the highest level of customer service of any fast food chain I've been to been to. This, coupled with the simple yet seemingly perfect menu, has always made this restaurant a sheer delight to visit. Double double burger, fries (both animal style), and a strawberry shake is the winning combo for me, but whatever you choose, I don't believe you'll be disappointed. This is honestly the ONLY burger spot that I can say I enjoy as much nor as I did 40 years ago.

There is another famous restaurant across the street from this and they were dead. The line for this was all the way out in the street and behind the stop light. So glad I waited. Food was fantastic and service was spot on.

I'm sure everyone knows how simple but tasty the burgers from IN-Out Burger are, so I don't have to share how mouth-watering yummy they are. How just the aroma when you pass by an In-N-Out sends your salivary glands into overdrive. These burgers are beautiful. OK, so don't let the lonnnng lines scare you. Those long lines go very fast. And that's the way it is in all the In-N-Outs that I've had the pleasure of visiting in The San Fernando Valley, Ventura County, Santa Clarita, and The Antelope Valley. You can also go inside and sit at a table. I think you have that option at most of them, maybe not all of them. The fries are great, animal style, even better. Oh yes, get a shake too! You know there is a reason why those lines are long, so go and find out.

I love in n out. It's always so packed and they should really figure out a better drive thru situation. It feels like an accident waiting for a happening. The parking lot can also be impossible to get in-n-out of (no pun intended lol). I love how affordable it is.

Everything was delicious, and didn't take too long to come out. We were fortunate enough to find a seat on the inside, which usually there aren't any available. Their pink lemonade was great and I loved that they had fresh lemons to add to your drinks. I got a #2 animal style and my husband got a 4by4 and animal fries. It was hot and it reminded me of being back home. I'll definitely be back again to any location once I'm in town again.

Came on a busy Saturday afternoon and had a good experience. Turn around of seats were fast. People were good about finishing up their meals and leaving for those waiting. The cashier was very nice and cheerful while taking my order. The individual bussing tables also checked in to see how we were enjoying the fold. Buns were nicely toasted, and vegetables were fresh. Fries were a little on the softer side, but they were fine.

Mike the manager is very friendly and will sit and chat with you when they aren't busy. Even Julian the security guard was cool.

In-N-Out is always good to eat at. It's simple. Not spectacular but not horrible. The cashiers are kind, the food comes out in a timely fashion. The fries are made of the potato and you can see it for yourself a few times. The milkshakes are made with real icecream. I watched em scoop it. Well everyone already knows in n out is amazing. Went through the drive through and got a #2 around 9pm and it took about 10 minutes which isn't too bad for in n out haha my only complaint is that I asked for ketchup twice and only got 3 packets, as if the ketchup packet cost comes directly out of their paychecks or something. Not enough to take a star off but still. Besides that I thought it was cool to have all the windows along the drive through to watch them do their magic :P was nicely packed and made for a delicious meal

I like how people from out of state will say In N Out isn’t good or it’s overrated then you ask them what they think is a good burger and it’s the greasiest nastiest thing you’ve ever ate like Steak N Shake or Whataburger. There is no question In N Out is amazing - ingredients fresh, buns on point, service speed and price? Don’t get me started … however I noticed some In N Outs have crispier fries than others but the burgers are usually pretty consistent, that’s my only note. I love In N Out and Out, don’t agree? Look at the line at every single one cause there are plenty of others that do *mic drop*

In-N-Out in Lancaster, CA never disappoints. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious, and the burgers and fries are consistently on point. The staff is friendly, fast, and keeps things moving even when it’s busy. Clean location, great service, and classic In-N-Out quality every time. Have heard the manager Mike is kinda rude to certain employees (not his favorites) literally got brought up in my business class at Antelope Valley College. So it's very well known. He should treat all employees with kindness and not just his favorites. Food is good, management could be looked at.

Food is good the drive thru line is crazy long you would think they would be able to fix this after so many years. Inside is very loud no place to sit people standing waiting around. Prices have gone up not as much as other fast food, but still inflation plus is in full effect!

Sent the kids in for food, and they said the service was excellent. My girls were happy with the cashier who struck up a nice conversation with them and made them laugh. I've been out west for several months, but never had the time or courage to try any of the In-N-Out chain restaurants because the lines are always so long regardless of the time of day or city I'm in. Funny how eating at one of these joints was like an unspoken bucket list idea! I finally got the nerve to stop in Monday night (5/24/21) and order 2 double-doubles, 2 French fries, one medium strawberry shake (which wasn't that good), and one chocolate shake. Alot of good food for just $20.18. The drive-thru line was super long as usual, but only ONE person was inside at the counter ordering! Last night was my night, and when I walked in and saw the menu, it was so simple, I was shocked! I expected to see mushroom burgers, avocado bacon burgers, loaded fries, Yada Yada Yada! Nope, the menu was so simple (pic attached). Food so fresh, REAL, delicious, and simple but tasty. It didn't take very long (10-15 minutes) to get our food either. The food was also extremely affordable (receipt attached). The shakes really had no flavor. The food was haphazardly thrown into the bag, making us literally fish out our burgers (punctured our buns and got quite messy) from a ton of fresh crispy fries. I would definitely get no salt on our fries if we go again, which we likely will. Overall, good food, and I can see why people wait so long in these lines because the food is much better and cheaper than larger chains like McDs, BK, and others I try not to eat too often because those places have questionable "real" food. In-N-Out advertises real meat and potatoes and their food tastes undoubtedly authentic. Yes to In-N-Out👍🏿

First off, In-N-Out is the gold standard of burger joints. Food has a high strict quality of a clairvoyant standard. This Palmdale Blvd location is pretty good. As for flavor it's good, a solid 4. Yeah it's not a bad rating. The In-N-Out on Seaward Ave in Ventura is the gold standard for flavor and Ambiance. Service here is fast and friendly, i recommend the Animal Style Fries with extra Animal. If any burger chain can top this, they definitely need to get their life choices in check. This is Mt Rushmore of standard. Now that being said, Palmdale Blvd is a good location. Busy but quick to serve, one gentleman working was really cool to kids who were excited to experience a once in a life time burger to start their journey of goodness. If you can't smell the fries cooking, tell them to turn it up.

The parking/drive through at this in n out isn't planned very well. At the busiest times of the day the whole intersection is packed with people turning into and waiting for the drive thru. We got stuck in the left turning lane trying to turn in and everyone turning right from the opposite side kept piling into the intersection in front of us. I ended up going through three light cycles before eventually turning and just blocking the right turning lane, parking in another businesses parking lot, and going inside. I would have just gone somewhere else, but it was equally impossible to get out of the left lane.

I’m not sure why the west coast is obsessed with this place. Burgers are good but the fries might be the worst of any fast food chain.

I have it a three only because of their traffic. It's a great place. I love their burgers. However, the Crine is so high in Palmdale that it doesn't feel safe even when they have a security at the door. Their customer service is always great. I come and get my food and leave.

I Went to This In-N-Out on a Sunday Afternoon, I Was Curious to see how long it would Take to get Food, So I Set A Stop Watch, Food Was Good As Always like Every Location, However 41 minutes in a Drive-tru line was Too much for me.

Worst line for in-in-out. Homeless people hang out around this place. Almost got my car broken into, the drive through takes no kidding an hour long. They need to buy the land near them and fix the drive through line so people don’t get hit on the street and they need to pretty the place up. Put some more palm trees more bushes some grass, or build another in-in-out with more space. I’m contacting the CEO of this company to get this resolved.

IF your from Texas, an you know about Whataburger then you will understand that In-N-Out French Fries 🍟 were absolutely, completely, nasty 🤢 the worst taste ever that I have eaten. I would rather eat Whataburger French fries 🍟 because they are REAL Potatoes not 🙅🏾‍♀️ fake 🤥 fries,🍟 and especially because I went to a very expensive culinary school to learn how to cook in Texas. Now with this being said, the burger 🍔 it was a Double Double it actually was delicious, 😋 just not 🙅🏾‍♀️ my favorite burger 🍔 place. I have been to other Fast Food places like Rally's, or how about Tom's Burgers. A lot of Californians won't like what I'm about to say, but In-N-Out is the single most overrated burger joints in existence. There are pros and cons, but the negatives outweigh the positives. Pros: the menu is relatively cheap compared to other fast-food burger chains. Like Jack in the Box without the variety. The burger itself is fine. Mediocre, but fine. The milkshakes are definitely the highlight. Again, not whole lot of variety here, but that factor doesnt matter so much when your shakes are consistently excellent. Cons: The fries suck, point blank period. Zero flavor, not even salt. You got to add that yourself which defeats the point of fast food. And I know what you're going to say, "you gotta get inlt ANIMAL STYLE!" ... Sorry, but if you have to dump a bunch slop onto your fries in order to make them palatable, they your fries are garbage. I already mentioned In-N-Out has no variety whatsoever, which would be fine if they excelled in the few products they serve, but that's not the case outside of their shakes. They serve coffee but it's gas station quality and last time I ordered it, they forgot the coffee THREE TIMES. First they apologized and said it would be right out. Then they said (after five minutes went by) that they only just put on a fresh pot. Five minutes after THAT, they finally admitted that they forgot. My food was cold while my coffee was scalding hot. The heck was that about? Plain black coffee should be the easiest thing there is. Also, the lines get really long, which is baffling all things considered. Finally, I'm not a religious person and don't enjoy having Bible scriptures hidden all over my cups, trays, and food wrapping. If you want a cheap, mid Jesus burger with flavorlessly abysmal fries, In-N-Out is for you! If you want better burgers, edible fries, good coffee, less lines, and actual variety, eat like a heathen literally anywhere else.

Aroun 1am on June 2025 one of my friends, went to this location to get some burgers, and he was service by, Francisca N, he said he ordered 7 burgers, he’s total was $38.00 he try to paid with a $100 bill, then they refused to take his bill, than he give them another $50 dollars bill, they refused to take its payment again, they my friend ask him why, he said because he looks paisa. N se was going to call ice on him. Whatever this employee was thinking he’s wrong.

So disappointed in the service today, it's usually pretty good. I ordered a large order, 6 burgers, 2 animal fries, and regular fries, plus drinks. All of the fries were half empty, hardly any spread or onions on the animal fries. No forks for the animal fries, and only 1 napkin for my entire order! One burger was ordered with grilled onions, but had fresh onions. The weird part is, they weren't as busy as other times.

Well I guess free isn’t even free anymore. My kids wanted In n Out after a long day on the road, even with a huge line ahead of us I decided to stay for them. I remembered their “free hot chocolate” for kids and was pretty excited to be able to get them that. We ordered our food and I ordered the hot chocolate and made sure to ask them if they still did the free hot chocolate on rainy days. I was told yes. Got to the window and asked them if they can make my shake a large, so they did. Dumb me didn’t look at the receipt before I left because I was charged for 2 hot chocolates, including a large hot chocolate and gave me a medium shake. We had been on the road for 5 hours and it was ridiculously packed so I didn’t bother to head back into the store. Really disappointed.

i love in n out and it tasted great however gave me HORRIBLE food poisoning. I know it’s from here too cause that’s all i’ve eaten. I should have known better cause i know multiple people who have gotten food poisoning from this exact location.

Something has changed about the meat it's not the same quality. I also hate the fact that they rush so much when giving you your order it's incorrect. When they hand you your order there is food all over the bag and the fries are always hard. I also don't like the fact that the will only hire people in there 20s last I checked that's against the law to discriminate. I hope management sees this review to better the business at this point it is much needed.

Horrible. 2 burgers and a shake and the entire order was wrong. No spread on any burgers when asked, couldn’t even put the lettuce and tomatoes on the burger they put it in a separate wrapper for whatever reason, ordered a medium shake and was given a small with the explanation of “ medium is the same as large “ which was completely irrelevant. Staff at this location is some of the worst . In and out is great just not this location and this is the 3rd instance of this same thing
