This was my first ever time trying In-N-Out and I was not disappointed. The young woman taking my order explained the 'lingo'of the menu, service was fast and the staff was incredibly friendly. If you are in the area, its definitely worth stopping for sure

Customer service is always great. I know the quality of what I am getting. I always order a protein style doublecheese burger and it comes out the same every time. This is one of the few places where my whole family can go.

Parked outside while my family member went in and picked up for the three of us it did take a while this location seems to be popular as there are a lot of people waiting outside at the drive-thru. I don't know much about the area as I am visiting. The food was great we took it home.

First off, In-N-Out is the gold standard of burger joints. Food has a high strict quality of a clairvoyant standard. This Palmdale Blvd location is pretty good. As for flavor it's good, a solid 4. Yeah it's not a bad rating. The In-N-Out on Seaward Ave in Ventura is the gold standard for flavor and Ambiance. Service here is fast and friendly, i recommend the Animal Style Fries with extra Animal. If any burger chain can top this, they definitely need to get their life choices in check. This is Mt Rushmore of standard. Now that being said, Palmdale Blvd is a good location. Busy but quick to serve, one gentleman working was really cool to kids who were excited to experience a once in a life time burger to start their journey of goodness. If you can't smell the fries cooking, tell them to turn it up.

Worst line for in-in-out. Homeless people hang out around this place. Almost got my car broken into, the drive through takes no kidding an hour long. They need to buy the land near them and fix the drive through line so people don’t get hit on the street and they need to pretty the place up. Put some more palm trees more bushes some grass, or build another in-in-out with more space. I’m contacting the CEO of this company to get this resolved.

This was my first time here at In-N-Out, I will tell you THE WHOLE TRUTH!!! IF your from Texas, an you know about Whataburger then you will understand that In-N-Out French Fries 🍟 were absolutely, completely, nasty 🤢 the worst taste ever that I have eaten. I would rather eat Whataburger French fries 🍟 because they are REAL Potatoes not 🙅🏾‍♀️ fake 🤥 fries,🍟 and especially because I went to a very expensive culinary school to learn how to cook in Texas. Now with this being said, the burger 🍔 it was a Double Double it actually was delicious, 😋 just not 🙅🏾‍♀️ my favorite burger 🍔 place. I have been to other Fast Food places like Rally's, or how about Tom's Burgers. This places KNOW how to make an AWESOME 👍🏾 Burger. 🍔😉 The people are very nice, friendly, and this is the only reason why I give them two stars. ✨

A lot of Californians won't like what I'm about to say, but In-N-Out is the single most overrated burger joints in existence. There are pros and cons, but the negatives outweigh the positives. Pros: the menu is relatively cheap compared to other fast-food burger chains. Like Jack in the Box without the variety. The burger itself is fine. Mediocre, but fine. The milkshakes are definitely the highlight. Again, not whole lot of variety here, but that factor doesnt matter so much when your shakes are consistently excellent. Cons: The fries suck, point blank period. Zero flavor, not even salt. You got to add that yourself which defeats the point of fast food. And I know what you're going to say, "you gotta get inlt ANIMAL STYLE!" ... Sorry, but if you have to dump a bunch slop onto your fries in order to make them palatable, they your fries are garbage. I already mentioned In-N-Out has no variety whatsoever, which would be fine if they excelled in the few products they serve, but that's not the case outside of their shakes. They serve coffee but it's gas station quality and last time I ordered it, they forgot the coffee THREE TIMES. First they apologized and said it would be right out. Then they said (after five minutes went by) that they only just put on a fresh pot. Five minutes after THAT, they finally admitted that they forgot. My food was cold while my coffee was scalding hot. The heck was that about? Plain black coffee should be the easiest thing there is. Also, the lines get really long, which is baffling all things considered. Finally, I'm not a religious person and don't enjoy having Bible scriptures hidden all over my cups, trays, and food wrapping. If you want a cheap, mid Jesus burger with flavorlessly abysmal fries, In-N-Out is for you! If you want better burgers, edible fries, good coffee, less lines, and actual variety, eat like a heathen literally anywhere else.

Well I guess free isn’t even free anymore. My kids wanted In n Out after a long day on the road, even with a huge line ahead of us I decided to stay for them. I remembered their “free hot chocolate” for kids and was pretty excited to be able to get them that. We ordered our food and I ordered the hot chocolate and made sure to ask them if they still did the free hot chocolate on rainy days. I was told yes. Got to the window and asked them if they can make my shake a large, so they did. Dumb me didn’t look at the receipt before I left because I was charged for 2 hot chocolates, including a large hot chocolate and gave me a medium shake. We had been on the road for 5 hours and it was ridiculously packed so I didn’t bother to head back into the store. Really disappointed.

i love in n out and it tasted great however gave me HORRIBLE food poisoning. I know it’s from here too cause that’s all i’ve eaten. I should have known better cause i know multiple people who have gotten food poisoning from this exact location.

Something has changed about the meat it's not the same quality. I also hate the fact that they rush so much when giving you your order it's incorrect. When they hand you your order there is food all over the bag and the fries are always hard. I also don't like the fact that the will only hire people in there 20s last I checked that's against the law to discriminate. I hope management sees this review to better the business at this point it is much needed.

Horrible. 2 burgers and a shake and the entire order was wrong. No spread on any burgers when asked, couldn’t even put the lettuce and tomatoes on the burger they put it in a separate wrapper for whatever reason, ordered a medium shake and was given a small with the explanation of “ medium is the same as large “ which was completely irrelevant. Staff at this location is some of the worst . In and out is great just not this location and this is the 3rd instance of this same thing
