Went Monday for buffet. Great service. Food was great and staff was awesome! Went again but couldn’t review again for some reason. so have to edit. But went to dinner with my family Place was clean exceptional service and food was absolutely delicious. Might be a new weekly spot.

So quite a few locals had said this spot was "meh" at best. But honestly between the value and quality, I was pretty happy. Their main pizza was delicious and more than enough for leftovers (or 2 people) with a medium. Got some mojos with it too that really were quite tasty and perfectly cooked. Dining in gives a lot of options for kids to play. Very happy I stopped on by!

😋 Excellent Food 😋 Great Place to bring Children to. Celebrated a 91st Birthday here and it was the Perfect Place to go to. They sanitize the place everywhere including the tables after each customer is finished. All employees wear masks at all times. Customers need to wear a mask unless seated. We always enjoy going to their bunch a lunch special. The chicken is always hot, juicy and tasty. The Mojos are a delight. Thin sliced potatoes cooked to perfection and always hot. We arrived at a good time. There wasn't a wait and a table was available. Their crew seemed to come around often to pick up the empty plates and trash.

Had some errands to run, we decided to get some late lunch/dinner. We got the Pizza🍕 and Mojos combination. We placed our order and waited. Our server delivered our Pizza and Mojos, with great attitude and humor. The Pizza was a little greasy but okay. The Mojos where out of this world.

I like this Shakey's . We just went and had the lunch brunch and it was delicious. The place was nearly full with customers but they kept the buffet are well-stocked with plenty of good pizza, pasta and chicken. No trip to Shakey's would be complete without the MoJos and they were also hot and delicious. The staff was polite and brought me things that I needed right to my table.

I love the chicken and potatoes, but that place is a mess. They do not enforce the clean plate rule, and the salad bar is usually a mess.

It's at a good location and the food was good only the game area requires some maintenance. Many games were out of service and the staff could work on their customer service with the kids when redeeming their tickets as they are customers too and they do talk to their parents about these issues.

I'm hoping that SHAKEY'S will bring back the original taste of their pizza. Not the same anymore

Update on this review: my whole family had diarrhea for 3 days from the "pretty good pizza " stay away! °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Pretty great pizza. We went for a half and half and it was almost 40 bucks. So if you have heartburn or any dietary restriction, this may not be for you. Still, good pizza.

unprofessional-embarrassing manager behavior and customer service!!!!! We had a reservation for 20 people for our staff Christmas dinner, and the experience was disappointing. Our pizzas were supposed to be served at 7:30, but at 7:40 only the chicken and mojos arrived. When I checked, the pizzas were boxed and sitting out, already getting cold. Staff said the manager told them to box them. When I asked the manager why our dine-in pizzas were boxed and cold, he was rude and dismissive, telling me not to “be angry in front of your guests.” Instead of fixing the issue, he said making new pizzas would take 20 minutes and walked away. They eventually brought out the cold pizzas and offered only two salad bar plates for a party of 20. Very unprofessional and embarrassing during what was supposed to be a special dinner. I hope management improves their service.

I brought my staff to Shakey’s in Palmdale today for our Christmas dinner party. Our reservation was at 6:30 PM, and I asked for the food to be served at 7:30 PM so we could finish our gingerbread house activity. By 7:40 PM, only the wings and mojos had arrived. At 7:45 PM, I asked about the four pizzas we ordered, and the staff told me they had mistakenly boxed them. I asked for the pizzas to be served at the tables, but to my surprise, the waiters brought the boxes and set them directly on the table. When I asked why they were still in the boxes, they said the manager instructed them to do so. I spoke with the manager and simply asked for the pizzas to be put on the proper serving trays. Instead of showing professionalism or acknowledging the mistake, he snapped and told me it “can’t happen” because the pizzas were already boxed and that we’d need to wait another 20 minutes. Moments later, he went to the kitchen, placed them on the metal serving trays, and brought them out—proving it could have been done all along. A good, logical manager would have handled this with professionalism from the start: apologized to the group, acknowledged the mistake, and ensured the food was served properly without attitude or excuses. Our experience tonight fell far short of that. Very disappointed in the management’s customer service. This was meant to be a special evening for my team, and it was overshadowed by something that should have been a simple fix

I placed an order online 3 hours in advance. I got there at 11:40 AM and my order wasn't ready and they said it would take about 15 more minutes. while I was waiting I decided to order one full order of mojos. A few minutes later they called my name so I picked up the online order and the manager asked if those mojos were for me. I said yes. She said with a frustrated face that it would take another 30 minutes. At this point, I couldn't wait for another 30 minutes so I asked her for my money back. She said yes and asked me to go to the register. I go to the register and gave my receipt to another girl in the register and she said that she needed to wait for the manager's approval. The girl walks towards the manager and I hear the manager say that I had to wait 10 minutes for my refund. I told the girl that I couldn't wait that long because people were waiting for the food at work. The girl at the register apologized and said that she couldn't do anything without the manager's approval. As a worker for the public, we need to be professional and must have good customer service. I went to put the food in my car and came back to look for the manager and I told her that I worked for the public and that what she did was unprofessional and that she needed to take some customer service courses. She didn't look professional at all because she wasn't even wearing a name tag. I was very disappointed and our company orders from there many times, but this will be my last time. By the way, she still owes me for my mojos. Receipt below.
