Been looking for a better pizza, Today we had our first Grand Slam. May be the best pizza me and my wife have had in Georgia and we have tried many others. The favor was outstanding and the cheese was stringy like good mozzarella should be on a pizza!

Drove down from VA for vacation, stop by here to eat with the family. The food was simply AMAZING. The oxtail pizza was to die for. The meat was really tender. Both Cassandra and Jimmy really personable and know how to extend their hospitality. I would definitely come back here next time that I am in Georgia. ❤️❤️❤️

Grand Slam Pizza 🍕 my new favorite in Kennesaw. The 🦉 got a hot spot to work with in every way. @KSU students need to frequent this place. Cassandra and Jim - married couple owners are on to something amazing here. They have OxTail and Jerk Pizza Jamaican Gold🇯🇲 Nuff Respect 💯👏🏽🐺 Located right by the football stadium and across the street from PGA Tour Super Store. Glad to have options and now a front runner for best pizza in town. Clean, not greasy. Got the jerk chicken and meat lovers - two large easily fed our family of five with more for later. Chill environment with out door seating, pool table, free video games set up for DJ party scene. Get up there and support a locally owned business- cool people. 🤝🇺🇸sign the wall leave your vibe right 🧙🏻‍♂️

If you haven’t eaten at Grand Slam Pizza, you are missing out! From the amazing customer service to the delicious pizza, they knock every ball out the park! Lets start with the pizza: While they had traditional options, I decided to try their most viral flavors which were the oxtail, the Jerk chicken and their Griot. I was VERY impressed! Each flavor was delicious but the highlight of pizza was the dough. The dough is handmade and brushed with butter and other seasonings. The dough and crust are the highlight of the Pizza! If you typically skip eating the crust, you won’t at Grand Slam Pizza! Next I want to highlight the venue…. where can you play +200 arcade games for FREE!!! Yes you read write, Free! This makes this a prime location for date night, family fun night or even a birthday party. The restrooms were very clean as well as the rest of the restaurant. They also had a outdoor patio as well for an indoor outdoor vibe. Last but not least if you come here, you have to try their Candylope drink!!!!! I repeat, try their Candylope drink! After one bottle of this signature drink, I had to buy an entire jug! Even if you are not a pizza lover, come here just to try this drink! You will not be disappointed!

Honestly, any truly negative reviews you see were for the place that used to be in this location... because BABY, Grand Slam Pizza lives rent free in my head now!! This is the best pizza I've had in a VERY long time, and the service was top notch. You better hope Ms. Cassandra makes your pizza, because she knows what she's doing!! Excellent and unique flavor choices, expertly prepared, and worth every penny. My personal favorite is the oxtail pizza, but it was all perfection!My new favorite pizza spot!!

The wife and I tried the ox tail pizza today. Simply amazing, perfect amount of seasoning and flavor. It was loaded with ox tail! The service was top tier, she made us feel so welcome our first time being there. Highly recommend and we will return very soon.

Food was better than we expected! Especially the dish taco! They were delicious. Employee was very friendly. Food was reasonably priced. They have free arcade you can play while waiting your food (or at any time!), we love this idea!! The lost one star from me as they seemed to forgot/missed our taco order, we waited quite some time (thought it would come) before asking, and then they quickly started to prepare it. Wish they can be more attentive on orders. Will recommend this place and will revisit!

First visit here- when we walked in it smells so good. The pepperoni pinwheel appetizer is excellent- a must order. The NY supreme pizza and cheese pizza were both very good. They have lunch specials as well. The place is clean. Service was excellent- shout out to our server - Morgan- wonderful service. We will be back to try the other items on their menu. The lunch specials looked great- the pizza slices are huge and the salads look good too. Great location.

I wish I could say that I enjoyed the experience. However, I was never able to try the food. This has. Kw happened on two occasions. We arrived, told they were out of the popular oxtail pizza. However, this time we were told that if we waited 45 minutes they could prepare the oxtail and make the pizza. Well, we waiting 35 minutes and we're then informed that they decided not to make the pizza. The young lady whom we spoke with was super sweet, but that is only a portion of the experience. We came for food, but left with niceties. We ended up visiting Spice wings in the same plaza so it workes out.

Food is pretty overpriced. I ordered an XL 18 inch pizza and it cost me $21. When I got the box it looked promising but when I opened it the pizza looked more like a large 14 inch. Pizza is on par with domino's. If they lowered their prices by 5 bucks I think it would deserve 4 stars. Until then I'm sticking with 2 stars and going to little Caesars or domino's for the same food.

Excited to try this place since seeing it on social media and recent change of ownership but regrettably should have kept avoiding it per the previous negative reviews. We ordered a large oxtail pizza around 10:00 PM for $30 + tax consisting of bell peppers, onions and oxtail as toppings. The size was in between a medium and a large but the toppings were sufficient for its size. Taste: 5/10. It was okay but not worth the hype or price. We also live a few minutes driving away and it was lukewarm when we opened the box. The biggest concerns we had was the undercooked dough on the few slices we ate and the presence of 2 small oxtail bones. Have a picture showing where I'm simply holding it and then pressing it with my nails below. The morning after also wasn't pleasant for both my wife and I. Maybe it was an off day or just avoid late at night. Its a shame since its walking distance from us but will continue to visit its neighbor instead.
