THIS IS THE BEST BBQ IN DALLAS! Do yourself a favor, stop in and grab the RIBS, and BRISKET! You don’t even need the BBQ Sauce. Once a year my entire family goes to Terry Blacks for a meal, NOT ANYMORE! The food wasn’t the only thing that sets them apart, the establishment is CLEAN and has such a loving family atmosphere. The owners have such a sweet spirit. We are so glad we went in!

Bring a pillow after eating here! The portions are big, the food is delicious! I had the two meat (chopped brisket and link sausage) plate, and I could’ve stopped midway through the meal, but it was so tasty that I couldn’t stop. All plates come with two sides. The collards, candied yams, and baked beans are some of the best we’ve ever tasted. The baked beans had the perfect amount of kick, sweetness, and tangy flavor to it. Hubby had the smoked turkey leg, and you can judge by the after pics that nothing went to waste. Super friendly and professional staff, excellent service. Super clean restaurant and bathrooms, too! Great casual atmosphere. Yall be sure to splurge on the ‘red kool-aid’. It had the perfect amount of sweetness & brought back wonderful memories of my childhood. This is an excellent BBQ and soul food spot. Sides include cabbage, mac n cheese, and dressing. The meats were delish by themselves, but that bbq sauce just set everything off just right. The owners take pride in their work and establishment. Get your buns toasted—makes a wonderful accent to the meal. We will visit again the next time we’re in Dallas!

When I'm in Dallas for work I usually stay in the downtown area. This place isn't too far from my hotel. It opened a year ago and already it's well rated. Staff is very friendly with quick service. I got the loaded baked potato with two meats - turkey and brisket. The massive amount of food I got was unbelievable. Huge portion, great taste. I'm looking forward to coming back.

Great experience. Clean and up to date atmosphere. Staff was extremely friendly. The ribs had a nice dry rub peppery bark. Brisket was nice, but the high point was a nice smokey sausage and a smoked Mac and cheese that was top notch. Definately worth a visit.

10/10 would definitely recommend! My friends and I were on the hunt for a bbq place in the area we were staying and came across this one! I got the brisket sandwich with Mac and the flavor was amazing - the brisket was definitely one of my FAVS! Super tender and delicious 🤤 soooo mouth watering!! This place is such a cute “hole in the wall” place and seems to be family owned which makes it that much better! And the workers were super friendly and welcoming! Go show them some love you won’t be disappointed! They even offered to take our picture 🩷🫶🏼

hidden gem!!!!! please visit this place you will not be dissapointed. we ordered the three meat plate which comes with two sides and a slice of bread. we got sliced brisket, pork ribs, sausage links, potato salad, and mac n cheese. good lord when you walk in the door you can smell the seasoning. the food was immaculate simply the best bbq i have had in years. the ribs were fall off the bone and the sausage was juicy and snappy. the brisket was really good as well, everything was amplified when you dipped it in their housemade bbq sauce. the potato salad was sweet and savory tasting of relish and mustard. the mac n cheese........ was the best i've ever had from any resturant. it was loaded with so much seasoning i felt as if i was eating a brand new type of pasta dish. the sauce was creamy and rich it was divine if you love a saucy juicy mac n cheese. would recommend to anybody driving through, visiting, or living in dallas. prices were fair at $26 for the three meat plate especially when you compare it to terry black's or hutchins' pricing. the staff was so welcoming and i felt comfortable and at home enjoying my meal in their spacious and CLEAN resturant. you can tell a lot of love and care goes into everything from the food to the maintenence of the resturant itself. thank you for the delicious meal ❤️❤️❤️❤️

If you’re in Dallas and have a thing for Great Ribs like I do . This is the place for you …. Ordered the pound of smoked ribs with the homemade bbq sauce with the cabbage!! And let me tell you… they put the foot in that cabbage yes lord … and I also ordered the smoked brisket sandwich .. which was the bomb dot com. And side of Mac and cheese. Let me tell you…. Woooow. Had to finish it up with a large and when I say large I mean a large cup of koolaid… They know great bbq . So if you in Dallas right outside of the downtown area. Stop by try it out for yourself. Great customer service. You can even sample before you buy. I will be going back !!!!

This is THE BEST food I have EVER had!! The quality is amazing and fresh. Everything was homemade made from scratch. The people are very sweet and down to earth. The owner chatted with us for some time while me and my sisters came to dine here. It is my first time in Dallas, Texas. The atmosphere and western decor is so cute. I love this food and the owner. I ended up ordered dinner to go and food for Sunday.

Honest Review because they deserve it: I work for a popular food establishment in the DFW and actually participate in Food Demo Tastings for Chefs we hire. I absolutely enjoyed this place and definitely will be back. Customer Service: The customer service was absolutely exceptional. Every staff member acknowledged us every time they walked by (A+). Food was To Go: The food was all amazing with the exception to I wish the turkey had more of a smoked taste...there was a hint, but overall it was cooked to perfection and very moist. The sausage was absolutely great! Every side we tasted was very favorable and that really makes me want to come back because I loved the side. A lot BBQ places miss the mark there. Price: There prices were very reasonable for BBQ. Atmosphere: **Here is where I would deduct a half point but, it doesn't affect my recommendation, just a suggestion. The establishment was very clean even the bathrooms smelled fresh so I love that. Clean bathroom speaks alot to me about how it may look in the BOH Kitchen. I never eat somewhere with a nasty bathroom. My half point would go for Restaurant Branding/Decor. They deer 🦌 horns on the wall which i can associate with BBQ/Hunting but the Puppets on the wall reminded me of Jasper from the TV Show FROM..LOL or the little Puppets that came out of the picture on Tales From The Hood. Felt Voodoo ish...😬😂 That's just how my brain associated it. I didn't feel where the company name and them matched with the decor. Maybe they should have went with car decor since Rollin is in the name..Like some nice rims or wheels or car 3d art. I feel the branding needs revamping to be more recognized and associated with the name to make it look like it's a franchise. Keep it clean like they have it but people should ask are there any more locations because what they have going could very well grow to multiple locations if it has not been done yet. Overall: Go there and support because you won't be disappointed.

I drive by this place everyday on my way to my morning coffee. I finally decided to stop. First, it’s clean. The woodworking is beautiful. The staff was nice and the food was really good. I always start with sausage and brisket at BBQ spots. I had the sausage which had good smoke and not rubbery. The brisket is up next.

My husband and I got a 2 meat combo plate with sliced turkey and brisket with green beans and potato salad. The turkey and brisket were flavorful, tender and on point. I especially liked the Carolina honey mustard sauce (not in picture…I got it on the side after we started eating) with the smoked turkey. The potato salad and green beans were also good and complimented the meat. The owners came out front and chatted it up with us for a bit before our meal came. This is definitely a place where you will get good service and good bbq.

I've sampled various BBQ joints, but this one truly stands out as the best. The flavor is outstanding, and the sauce rivals the rub in excellence. Their Mac and Cheese surpasses anything I've ever tasted; it's wonderfully creamy. The customer service is top-notch—A+ rating. The owner's professionalism and friendliness were remarkable. I wholeheartedly give them a 10/10 and highly recommend them!

Not only was the food amazing.. risket and ribs that we had, but the staff was super special. They were going to close because of a big ice storm, but as more people kept coming in, they continued to serve them. Their suggestion, after we were all done eating, to try their peach cobbler and banana pudding was a super great idea, as was their suggestion for us to leave a review after we thanked them for being open during the storm. Great people! We will be back!!

WOW!!!! Babyyyyyy this is a must eat spot!! 10/10 highly recommended! From the plating to the taste, my Oxtail plate was fire!!! Sweet potatoes we wonderful and the cabbage was crisp and flavorful just like I like!!! I will be back again and again.

The brisket was good. The mac and cheese was not my favorite, but the corn was good and spicy. The cornbread was definitely worth writing home about. That was my favorite from my first visit. The ice cream was delicious. Recommended.

I wanna start off by saying I did try the baked potato which was pretty good.It's not really a baked potato.It's potato pieces and I also tried the stuffed turkey leg with Mac and cheese.I can honestly say the flavor is there, but for the price.The portions are not worth the price.I do gave it the 3 stars.I would give it a 4 🌟 but just the prices are ridiculous , I think the food has good flavor. But nowadays it just over priced. i spent 27$ on the turkey legs and 20$ one the potato
