My family truly enjoyed everything about this restaurant. Our lovely server, Hannah was amazing, very personable and professional. The Ceviche, Chicken Tortas, and drinks were delicious!!! We were staying at the Starler Hotel and decided to visit the restaurant twice in one day. Definitely will be returning in the near future!!!

We dropped in after the farmers market and we're pleasantly surprised. It is just a Short walk from your farmers market parking or you can find parking closer. Our meal was super delicious. The house table salsa is a nice green salsa with subtle heat. I ordered the habenero and carrot salsa as well which had a nice sweetness in addition to the heat. We had the three taco combo and the lamb shank. The lamb shank fell right off the bone and sat in a wonderful mole negro. I would go back in heartbeat.

The food was beyond fantastic. This was recommended by a friend and they were not wrong. The setting of the restaurant was warm and inviting. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. Our waiter/server was a gentleman named Javier. He was well spoken, attentive, and made wonderful suggestions being our first time here. For starters, he suggested the Wild Rita which is their signature drink from the bar. It was excellent. For my main dish I had the chicken and steak fajita. This dish was so flavorful and seasoned to perfection. Javier did not steer me wrong. His suggestions were on point and his his attention to detail is something one doesn't encounter all that often these days. I will definitely be telling all of my friends and coworkers about this restaurant and, if he's available, I will make sure they ask for Javier.

What started as a disappointment due to not being seen by staff and waited for service for about 10 mins before acknowledged turned into probably one of the best food I have had. We were giving a ceviche on the house by the manager OMG!!!!! I WAS IN A FOOD COMA! We woke up amd walked over for round 2 right now as we speak! Best ceviche ever! I had two bowls this morning. Morgan , Ashton the manager, Javier were amazing!!! The huevos rancheros were not what I expected but COMA again! Hands down one of the best restaurants we have ever ate at. Highly recommended.

Had an incredible experience at Wild Salsa in downtown Dallas, and Sergio the bartender absolutely made the night. From the moment we sat down, his service was top-tier—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what he does. The food was next level, especially Taco Tuesday. The al pastor, shrimp, and barbacoa tacos were all phenomenal—packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. You truly can’t go wrong with any of them. Happy hour is a must here: half-off apps and the queso and guacamole were outstanding—fresh, rich, and impossible to stop eating. Pair that with great drinks and Sergio’s energy behind the bar, and you’ve got the perfect downtown spot. Can’t recommend this place enough. Amazing food, great deals, and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back—ask for Sergio! 🌮🍹

5 stars all around for Wild Salsa in downtown Dallas. Visited a few weeks ago, and we arrived after the noon rush as we were told they can be rather busy during peak times. We both chose taco dishes, with my wife having Wild Tacos and I chose the Grilled Mahi Mahi. The meals came with cilantro rice and black beans as well as chips and salsa verde. Couldn't have been happier with our meals. Lot's of flavor, the food arrived hot and was presented well. If you follow us, you know we travell lots, and I need to add that the restrooms were both pretty clean and tidy. So very impoortant for travellers. Keep up the good work, Wild Salsa

I've been here a few times and always enjoy it. The food is great - tastes fresh & with quality ingredients. It's advertised as a sort of Mexico-City Mexican food, and I'm not really qualified to evaluate what that means (or what's a good example of it), but I can say that the food is certainly Mexican, but does have some unique twists. Great elements such as fresh chiles and micro-cilantro pepper the plates, and the menu is pretty recognizable with a few surprises. There's also a decent number of price points, so this can either be a fairly inexpensive meal (for a sit-down place) or a little pricier. On our last visit, the waitress asked early on as to whether we were seeing a show (the Majestic is nearby) and on a timeline, and this was really appreciated. A minor hiccup seems to be the host-to-waitstaff handoff because we did have to track down a waitress after sitting for about 7 or 8 minutes, but this was easily remedied and likely isn't a regular thing (it's the sort of thing that would normally knock service down to a three or four stars, but the waitress herself was great, and it's hard to say whether the host was new or something else was going on). Best tip I can give is to order the white queso, which is delicious & a great deal, as well as a pitcher of the house margarita (also a great deal).

We worked with a lot of different vendors and companies for our wedding but Wild Salsa was TRULY the best that we worked with! We hosted our rehearsal dinner here for 40 guests and the event was flawless. They went above and beyond helping finish setup our decorations so our parents could get ready. The servers were very attentive and quick in getting guests margaritas throughout the night. And most importantly, we received RAVE reviews about all of the food, the enchiladas in particular were a huge hit! 100% recommend for an event or a night out!

Randy is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had! Not only does he make amazing drinks (always on point and creative), but he also makes everyone feel welcome the moment they sit down. He’s attentive without being overbearing, super friendly, and has a great way of remembering people’s preferences. You can tell he really cares about giving each guest a great experience. If you’re lucky enough to have Randy behind the bar, you’re guaranteed good vibes, great conversation, and perfectly crafted cocktails. Highly recommend! 🍸👏

This was a great experience, the waitstaff was friendly and professional, prompt, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious, and they treat you to a popsicle instead of a breath mint. You can pick from 3 to 4 flavors they are small and super cute. The only thing I can say that was bad is parking. You have to find a meter or valet for $20 across the street. We did appetizers and margaritas. They have a happy hour, even on Saturday!

Even though I got this to go . The place was amazing inside. I walked up to the bar and asked my to go food. The bartender stoped what he was doing ran into the back and brought it out in 1 min. It was like a flash he was super nice and the place was happening. 17 bucks for all the food I got . Pretty darn good deal and it was awesome. loaded I mean loaded with shrimp

We came on a Tuesday, and I would highly recommend. Great deals on the margaritas, service by Ashley was great and drinks were always full, strong and tasty. We started with the shrimp ceviche which was was delicious. Would come back just for that. Then we had the shrimp tacos, pastor and fish tacos as well. Shrimp and pastor for the win there. Would make a point to stop by again.

We came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday, & overall the food & service were pretty good. However, one issue stood out that kinda soured the experience. After casually mentioning to our waitress that we were out celebrating my friend’s birthday, a cake was brought to our table w/o us requesting it, & we were then charged for it. Ngl, it was pretty frustrating to be charged for something we didn’t ask for or weren’t told would be an extra charge. I understand there may have been a misunderstanding, or maybe it was assumed we wanted a dessert for her for her birthday, but it would have been nice to be informed beforehand. Also do NOT buy shots from here, they were hella expensive.

Very rundown. It is a shame that an historical landmark does not get funding. It is a drain on the family to maintain the fidelity of the house. The owner had kept it in its original condition, but everything is showing great wear.

***** DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION***** I have traveled several states and ate at numerous restaurants with my well trained service animal. She is a well trained Standard Poodle. I have never been treated this way. Upon entering the hostess was ready to service us. The manager immediately approached us in a rude and distasteful manner. He told us we had to sit outside on the patio. I explained she is a service animal he still attempted to sit us outside. I again explained she is a service animal. He walked off along with the hostess and left us standing there for 5 minutes. Upon returning he advised her to sit is in a secluded area of the restaurant. This was a blatant display of discrimination of someone with a disability.
