Really LOVED the catfish here it was so great. Def recommend the shrimp/catfish platter. The only reason I’m giving this place 5 stars instead of 3 is the manager comped our key lime pie desert and was very sincere and apologetic about how long we had to wait for everything. I think the servers were just confused about who had what table possibly or a slow/new server. We had someone that had to catch a flight and couldn’t wait any longer for them to just greet us at the table. It was a very nice place, great manager and great food!

Food was great. Recommend the salad with lump crab & shrimp on top, added blue cheese. It's huge and delicious! Reservations are best as they are very busy. Our Server was amazing! We had a large group. He didn't miss a beat. Food came out in a timely manner.

Always delicious to eat at a Pappadeaux. My fiancé and I treated his father to dinner and feasted a bit. We ordered the fondue, some broiled oysters, and our dinner items: the Alexander salmon dish, bacon wrapped shrimp, and fried platter. Service was great and always pleasant to have a great dining experience here.

Fast service for a party of 6! & our waitress was on top of it! Kept our cups full & everything we needed before we asked for it. I ordered the Pasta Mardi Gras, & it was great. My favorite part of this dish is the mushrooms!

Jason was EXCELLENT! He was very attentive and serviced us very quickly. The food tasted great and was very fresh. All staff members were welcoming and friendly. We arrived at 6:30 and were seated immediately. The facilities were very clean and spacious. The food arrived hot and was perfectly seasoned. I would definitely recommend.

Portions are large and prices are larger. Salad greens had too many pieces from the base of a head of iceberg lettuce. Throw those out! Salmon was nicely done. Waitress forgot our bread and coffee took forever.

My service and customer service is great! I can tell different locations do different.. presentation of food wasn't good! Compared to the last location I went to! The shrimp on top of my pasta dish was extra salty! Manager came over offered to remake make the shrimp 🍤! Overall my server was excellent

I went to eat on February 18th. The hostess walked me to my table. I asked her was the lunch specials still going on. She was the rudest hostess..telling me she didn't know and to ask my waitress. Her tone was not nice. SMH..well the waitress Giselle was awesome and apologized for the rudest of the hostess. I've lived in Bedford for the last 18 years. So I have gone to mostly all these restaurants around here. To keep business it starts as soon as you enter. Lol when I was leaving the hostess smiled saying thank you for coming...SMH.. double personality.

Ask for Marissa you won’t be disappointed with the service. Geez ohh mighty. She friendly and ensure you have everything you need. I’m happy I ordered the wrong item, because the crawfish étouffée was amazing. The whole dish has great flavor with the addition of the dirty rice. Really put it over the top. The fries shrimp was cooked I loved every bite. As far the chicken tenderloin strips. Crispy and yet very juicy inside. Great choice for kids.

Went to celebrate a birthday. I had the Atlantic Salmon Alexander that I thought was very good. It was cooked more rare than I've ever had salmon before but still tasty. The scallops I thought were the best part of the dish but I'm partial to them. The shrimp was very seasoned which I think could have done with a bit less, in fact the general sentiment of the table was that the food was over seasoned but not so over seasoned as it necessitated being sent back. Raul the waiter was attentive and professional. One of us had a food allergy and the manager himself came to speak with us to make sure everything was sorted.

The service at the bar is awesome The kitchen needs some experienced chefs I usually go to the grapevine location and get the best roasted oysters This place has a half ass motto when it comes to your food. As I sit at the bar and watch immature people at a hangout One of my oysters had no breading and salad was drowning with dressing. I will just continue to make the drive to Grapvine , even though I live 3 minutes from this poor quality kitchen staff

I did a take out order. Ordered fried catfish filet. Fish was a little over fried but still good. I ordered a loaded baked potato and it was awful! Very over cooked to the point of being burnt. Tasted burned. For the price you pay not good at all.

Too expensive for food that doesn't taste good. I ordered 2 large seafood gumbo cost $40.00. I got 2 small Chinese containers, is that what they call large, so what's small? When i tasted it, just horrible. Thumbs down for sure. If it tasted good I wasn't going to mind the price. The size was definitely not large.

Worst Pappadeaux in the DFW! Server at the bar completely ignored me last night. I was the only person of color so he definitely saw me but continued to ignore me. I began talking to the guy beside me to stay in a good mood. Finally, the lady server came out and took my drink order. After ignoring me the 1st server apologized and stated that he thought I was already taken care of but never ask me?? He offered to comp a salad. However, when I ask for bread, he told me it would be a few minutes but 1hr later no bread. He was absolutely awful and border line racist.
