Food was hot and fresh. Restaurant was clean. The sweet, little girl taking my order and also brought my food out was friendly, courteous and mannerly. She needs to smile, though. I was disappointed there wasn't a drive-up (I like to sit in my car) but overall, a good visit.
Cris was amazing! We had a really complicated order and he handled it with so much patience and professionalism. He double-checked everything, made sure we got exactly what we wanted, and kept a friendly attitude the whole time. It’s rare to find someone that attentive and kind, especially when things get tricky. Big thanks to Cris for making our experience smooth and stress-free!
The dirty Dr Pepper’s and Red Bull drinks get me through my work day! The weekday crew is great. The GM Charles is incredible and always has a cheerful demeanor!
This location is easy to get to. It was the location of choice and the closest to me where I could go in the evening and get my beverage of choice. Didn’t have any problems or issues.
The change at Sonic is more efficient. The drive thru is better. Just the employees need a smile. 😁😅. I always love my 44 cherry lemonade. 🥰. Please Sonic. Don't close your doors. Just a few around. 😢
Service was very prompt, courteous, and friendly. It was odd that there was no outside service, just an inside dining room. The food came out quickly and done correctly! The payments system NEEDS updated (I had to swipe my chip card). All of the employees that I came into contact with were very nice! Overall, nice experience and I'll be back!
If you go during the day, it's great; food is fresh, wait is minimal, and the customer service is on point. However at night, it's awful; last night @ 9:30 I was the 5th car in line and waited @ 25 minutes for food that was incorrect or prepared with the bare minimum effort (iced drink instead of slush, some mozzarella sticks with no cheese in them and a coney with probably half a teaspoon of chili cheese). I would understand if this was a one off, but this happens multiple times in the evening - the last time I was the second car in line and the wait was just as long, food just as incorrect and the cashier was rude. I'm addicted to slushes, but here I'll only get them during the day to minimize frustration.
Don’t order delivery from here. They’ll upcharge you for anything you order and claim you only have 1 item. This location is a joke. I ordered a whole combo and they claimed there was only a burger. Real big talk considering I have the receipt paid in full. Just drive up and order since they won’t get it right if you aren’t in their face about it. The workers were probably busy being lazy.
One of the worst sonic location.. it’s always locked and only drove through which is extremely slow and inefficient.. they don’t have the push the button screen drive through so more traditional drive through only .. just go to different sonic with so many locations all around
I ordered a $1.00 chili cheese coney at around 9:00pm, for one of their Thursday specials through their mobile app. After arriving to pick up my food at the promised time, I waited an extra 10 minutes for it. The restaurant was completely empty without a car in sight, but I believe staffing was an issue since there was only two people working. Don't think I'll ever come back to this Sonic, even when they have promotions. Editing my review here due to Sonic's response, which is almost as bad as the service that I had. I'll never return to this location, much less contact them to share the feedback. I'm sharing the feedback here. Sonic should take my feedback and address it, which is what you get paid to do, instead of telling me to contact the drive-in. Outrageous.
Ordered a medium Oreo blast. Only ice cream with a few Oreos on top.. Was DISAPPOINTING
Horrible customer service. We ordered ahead and still waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru line. After 20 minutes I decided to cut our losses and cancel our order for a refund for which I was not able to in the app. I had to go inside and ask how to do so only for the employees AND night shift manager Megan to say they had no idea how to give me my refund. Megan gave me a ton of attitude and finally had to call in their store manager Charles to give me my refund which I thought to be ridiculous and wasted even more of our time. Why have a manager when they are completely useless? A pretty terrible experience specially with a crying newborn and being hungry. A 5 minute trip turned into a 1 hour trip is never a good sign. The worst part, I was there for an hour and not once was I offered anything for my trouble and the store manager didn’t even care to know the details when he cashed. He just processed my refund and that was that. Anyways, never going back even though their food is great when we actually do get it.
Would give 0 out of 5. Cashier did not ask us what sauces we wanted when we ordered. Then when we asked for them at the window, charged us for them. Then the cashier complained to her manager we where watching her through the drive through window. She hadn't given us our drinks and we were waiting for her to come back.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! All I ordered was a large tater tots, and they took FOREVER! Girl with red hair finally came to the window and said "Oh your tots". Manager was not helpful either. Sad...
Absolutely horrendous service sat at the window for 10 minutes finally an employee comes up and says “did we get your payment” not hey sorry for the wait has anyone taken your payment? On top of that she talked to us like we were stupid, then shoves our food bags at us Incredibly disrespectful. Need training on customer service. Will not be coming back to this location. If I could rate zero I would. May want a manager on shift who knows how to handle busy peak hours because this was a pathetic excuse to make up for an extremely long drive thru time. YOU WORK IN FAST FOOD DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANGER OUT ON YOUR CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOU ARE SHORT STAFFED.
My family and I just left the drive thru line. The girl working there (8:30pm sunday and drive-thru position) was very rude and impatient. We waited at the speaker and waited for someone to ask us to order. The cars moved forward after minutes. And no one responded. We moved forward and told her we didn't order. And that we waited at the speaker. She said we had to go around. She had a condescending tone. We left. This was very unwelcoming and unprofessional.
I typically stop at Sonic once a week for breakfast. The older woman that’s usually there always make sure the food is extra fresh. We have conversations about our grandchildren, etc. This morning, the food was HORRIBLE. The tater tots looked uncooked and felt it as well. The breakfast burrito was a waste of my money. Please let me know when the other worker will return.
Came here at about 10:00 on a Friday night for a shake. Stood at the counter for several minutes before being acknowledged. When I finally received my shake I was about 25% into it when I spotted a green fiber in my shake. The fiber perfectly matched the color of the knit cap the young lady behind the counter was wearing.
