This was my first time visiting Yard House and I was honestly blown away! The prices are surprisingly affordable, especially considering how great the food tastes. The menu has a wide variety, and everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, and the service was quick and friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back soon—highly recommend!

Took two rounds for me to find the place inside the Toyota music factory but it's really nice inside. Was able to grab a tall blue moon just before Happy hour ended at 6..so yeyy!! The appetizers are massive!! I love the BLT and the Louisiana chicken sandwich was sooooo good!!

Great environment our server was nice and welcoming fantastic food and drinks, only problem I had was I waited 40 minutes for my food because the cooks kept messing up my food with out me knowing , Cody the manager and the other manager in green shirt, were very aware, and complimented me a item for waiting Wich made it a bit better other than that the drinks were great nice spot to be at burger was a 10/10 when it was cooked right not going to lie

Our food was great and so was our drinks but, the service was a bit slow. I recommend trying out. I like for my server to keep our table clean, take away the appetizer plates and glasses once we're done. I also like for my drink to be refilled without me asking. I decided to include this in my review because I had to request our server to take away our plates and he only took exactly what I asked him to take, leaving other dishes and glasses that we were clearly done with. The restaurant wasn't very packed but I noticed a couple of big parties, that could be the reason for the slow service. This is why I give them 4.5 vs 5. I'll be back and will update my review after.

Plate Expectations

I went on Thanksgiving Day. They were offering the traditional meal or a Nashville Hot version of turkey. I went for the Nashville version. It was very good! Sides were tasty and included a pumpkin cheesecake for dessert. They have a large selection of beer and cocktails.

Aficionado

The Jambalya was absolutely delicious. The grilled chicken salad was good with plenty of flavor and was cooked tenderly. The service was average or below. The atmosphere was comfortable.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The customer service was excellent!!!! Javi really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The food was good and satisfying. If you love beer, they have an excellent selection to choose from. Overall, it was a nice place to enjoy a meal with great service and a good atmosphere. I’d definitely come back just for the hospitality alone!

Positives, Iove the extensive amount of beers and various types of cocktails. The restaurant was nice and dark, I like that. Service was good and responsive to our needs as guests. The booths are big and perfect for group gatherings. Negatives, we were nervous about the about parking due to the music factory and didn't want to park were we wouldn't be validated. The food was average and wasn't worth the price. If I pay 20$ each for an entree, it better be good. They have plenty of TV's to watch the game.

Fun place with party / sports bar vibe. Loud music, friendly staff. Menu is huge, pages and pages of drinks and food. We liked our drinks better than our food. Not to say the food was bad, it was ok, but drinks were great. Park in the parking garage near by and the restaurant will validate for you. Cool place, we'd visit again.

Came here on a Saturday evening and the place was not too packed. The place had a good vibe and plenty of room for the patrons with several sports events playing on TVs. The appetizers here were great, and particularly enjoyed the poke nachos. Their burger was pretty average, though. Server was friendly but her food recommendations were pretty generic. Not sure if this is a place I would frequent, honestly, but it was decent. It's conveniently located in middle of Toyota Music Factory so it has that going for it.

My recent visit to Yard House was a truly pleasant experience. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was equally impressive, creating a comfortable and inviting dining environment. We ordered several chicken-based dishes, and while the overall flavors were good, we did find ourselves wishing the chicken in our main course was a bit more juicy. Despite this minor point, the positive aspects of our visit, particularly the outstanding service and ambiance, certainly made for an enjoyable meal. We look forward to returning and hope to find that extra touch of juiciness next time!

My family and I tried Yard House in Irving for the first time last night (Saturday)around 6:45. Although we had high hopes based off of other online reviews, they completely dropped the ball. I ordered the two taco plate that came with 2 super small tacos (for the price) and a side of rice and legit a spoonful of pinto beans. My food was also cold. I didn't even receive the salsa Verde that was supposed to come on the tacos. I was highly disappointed because this was a cheat day for me and I wanted some really good food 😕 My son ordered a burger, that had 2 pieces of cold cheese on it. My daughter had the same issue as me..just really subpar, cold food (She had the birria tacos). My husband was the only one that enjoyed his food which was the chicken sandwich with fries. We decided to give the dessert a try since we weren't happy with our food. We ordered the ordered the brookie sundae and the bread pudding. You can't really miss with dessert but dessert was a let down as well. We didn't want to make a big deal out of anything so we did not complain to any staff. We simply paid and left. We were just hoping for better...maybe we caught them on a bad night

Bartenders were great. Food was good, drinks were amazing. The atmosphere was good. My only reason for giving a 1 star review (if I could, I would give zero) is for for the manager Cody (see pics attached). I had a tab, beer on the bar. I stepped outside for less than 3 min. Tried to go inside, door was locked. I called my friend on the bar that was inside. Said, hey, door is locked. Come open or ask some to open. I had just ordered a yard. The manager said it was locked, and no one could come in for security reasons. He mentioned I was the one paying and I had to sign the bill. “Cody” said, I’ll call security to ask them if they can open. The security was him. I was then scolded by him, saying he couldn’t loose his job for letting me in. I told him I was already in, he said “ I can’t loose my job, because you went out for a smoke”. The most rude and unprofessional manager.
