I really liked how Brasão had some awesome grilled protein choices that seemed more unique to their restaurant (i.e steak with cheese, shrimp, etc.). Everything was cooked to perfection, and unlike other Brazilian steakhouses the meats were not overly salty. The servers were quick and cared for customer needs. My sister and I really enjoyed our meal here!

I visited Braso in Irving on John Carpenter Freeway and had a great experience. The service was excellent, the staff was very attentive, and the food was delicious. I had the executive lunch for 31.95 and drinks for4.50—totally worth the price. Great atmosphere and overall an enjoyable catering experience. Highly recommend! Cristal and Sergio were our !

I have been to many Brazilian Steakhouses before, but this has to be hands down the best one I have EVER been to. The food and atmosphere were fantastic! Not to mention we had Ophelia as our server and she was the epitome of 5 out of 5 star service. This wonderful restaurant has definetly become one of our favorites.

I have been to several Brazilian Rodiccio Restaurants and besides Flama in Homestead this is my second favorite......I loved the flavors of the meats and the long list of choices. The salad bar was very well stocked with very flavorful choices. Definetly excellent. The waiter Carlos was awesome so attemptive and on top of all the needs of a group of 20. Definetly the 4.9 review is a very accurate ona.....a must visit when in Dallas.

Phenomenal! The food was delicious, the buffet was well maintained and fresh but the true peak of the experience was the service. Every single employee had a purpose and was on the ball. The bartender was informative and offered great suggestions, our servers anticipated our every move, the bussers were prompt and thorough, as well as all the other help. I especially enjoyed the purse tree, that is a nice small touch that didn’t go unnoticed. We will look forward to returning in the near future.

We went to Brasão for my husband’s birthday and would absolutely recommend it to others. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, but what truly sets this place apart is the staff. From the moment we walked in, everyone made sure we were well taken care of and went the extra mile to make my husband’s birthday dinner special. A wonderful experience all around!

Great experience! It my first Brazilian BBQ in years, the wide range selection of steaks and meat amazed me and each of them taste great in a special way. I had a great experience at this Brazilian steakhouse! The service was excellent, and the variety of meats was impressive. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, but the highlight for me was the garlic beef—it was absolutely delicious! Juicy, tender, and packed with the perfect amount of garlic, it was easily the best cut of the night. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had Tani as my waitress and she was very friendly and took great care of us, along with all the other great staff! Definitely my favorite Brazilian Steakhouse so far. The salad bar was nice, and even though I tried not getting too much from there, I really love the grilled peppers and the salmon! The bread rolls they give were so soft and pillowly and I had to force myself to tell them not to give more. The grilled pineapples they give are amazing and great way to cleanse your pallete between bites. Some of the meats had too much burnt ends and fat, but it's fine as I just ate around them and had no issues beyond that.

Second time coming and was just as great as the first time. Prefer this over the other Brazilian steakhouse chains. The server we had, Lorena, was extremely attentive and made sure we were always well taken care of. It’s been a while since I’ve had that level of service she was great. If I could give more stars I definitely would, just for the service alone. We came here for my 17tg birthday and from the moment we walked through the doors it was such an enjoyable experience. The waiters are very attentive, it almost feels like we had 5 waiters waiting on us as once. Our drinks were always full and the meat just kept on coming! On top of the staff being very kind, the managers were on a different level. My mother has worked in the service industry for years and she said that she’s never seen managers that are so attentive of their guests before. I had already been excited to come and the atmosphere only enhanced that excitement. As far as food goes both the salad bar and the meats were delicious. We got the Lunch full experience and it was definitely worth the price per person for all the food we got. They mean it when they say full experience. I would highly recommend the grilled Pineapple, the caramelization was amazing. Overall it was a very delightful experience and we will definitely be coming back in the future!

My husband and I came here for lunch to celebrate both of our birthdays, and we had such a great experience! The staffs were very welcoming, and our server was amazing, always checking on us and giving great recommendations. The meat servers were friendly, and every cut was fresh, juicy, and delicious. This Brasao has restored my love of a good Brazilian steakhouse. The food was excellent and second only to the service they provided. For example, if anyone was walking up to their chair to sit, there was someone there to pull it out for them. Such a nice touch. Honestly, probably the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had. And they have THE PINEAPPLE! I had mentioned to the server who had the pineapple that it was my favorite part, and he kindly stopped by every time I had a green card to give me 2 slices. Our waitress was extremely attentive as well but not in a helicopter sort of way. My husband said it was the best sausage anywhere, and I didn’t have anything I didn’t like. The meat rounded so often it never took more than a few seconds of turning over the card to have someone offering their delectable dish. The salad bar was fresh and the candied bacon to die for. Just have to say thank you to the staff and compliments to the chef. Bom Apetite!

This place is amazing! I've been to a few Brazilian steakhouses in different cities and this is by far THE BEST! Every morsel of food was delicious, seasoned to perfection!! The service was 10/10 (special shout out to Gregorio)! Not to mention the impromptu lesson in Español by one of the passadores! Lastly, the BEST caipirinha I've ever had! I flew in from Virginia for the weekend and my very first experience was nothing short of amazing! All the food from the salad bar, main course and dessert was super flavorful and impressive. Top Sirloin w/ mozzarella and the lamb were my favorites cooked to perfection. Had the brûlée and it was the perfect finish to an outstanding meal. Our waiter was caring, informative and also had a great sense of humor. This will be a MUST every time I return to Dallas!

An actual 5/5. Everything to the lighting, atmosphere, and our wait staff, Luis and Michelle, were amazing. It was my and my friend's first time going to this restaurant, so we didn't know what to expect. But the service was stellar, and the drinks we had were so smooth, that it didn't even taste like alcohol. The attention to detail from the wait staff is near perfection, there was even the logo for the restaurant on the ice cube in the old fashioned, and the whole experience made me feel I was royalty The concept of this restaurant is amazing and honestly, I can say that I will be back again for more. Sierra at Brasão Brazilian Steakhouse was amazing. The service was on point from start to finish — super attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel smooth and welcoming. The food was nonstop fire, perfectly cooked, and came out right on time without feeling rushed. And the caipirinha… easily one of the best I’ve had. Refreshing, balanced, and dangerous in the best way 😮‍💨🍹. Sierra really elevated the whole night and made it feel like a special experience, not just dinner. Definitely coming back and hoping to be seated with Sierra again.

We began our evening at the bar- our cocktails were expertly prepared. Once in the dining room, we had an exceptional dining experience. Not only was the food delicious, but our server Nick F. made us feel so welcome. Nick was very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Other servers came by the table to refill water, pick up plates, etc. It is very apparent the staff works as a team. Highly recommend - especially if you want to celebrate a special event!

I’ve been to Brazilian steakhouses from coast to coast and all over DFW, THIS, was the ABSOLUTE BEST Brazilian steakhouse wife and I have ever been to. The food was not just good it was significantly better than all the other churrascarias. From the Palm soup to every cut of meat, you can taste the difference in quality. The Brazilian style beans were so flavorful. The server and wait staff supervisor told us the meat is prime grade which would explain why it was so good. Not a single meat was dry and all of it was perfectly seasoned. If I had to choose, my top 3 were the bottom sirloin, spicy picanha, and leg of lamb. I could rave for days about the Brazilian limonada. The lava cake was so fluffy I can only describe it as eating chocolate air. On a separate but equally impressive note, the service was TOP NOTCH. If you’ve been to any other churrascaria you’ll know that the service is synonymous but, Brasao takes it to ANOTHER LEVEL. The wait staff tops off your drink when the glass is still half full, and does it completely unobtrusively. The staff rush to pull your chair out for you if you get up and go back to sit for any reason. Service is THEIR CORPORATE CULTURE! We have found our NEW FAVORITE churrascaria in DFW!

My husband brought me here for my birthday and it was amazing! The chef cooked Waygu beef at our table ON A STONE!!! The waygu literally melted in my mouth! The cheese-stuffed sirloin is delicious! The grilled shrimp, pineapple... EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS!! I would have taken photos but the food smelled so good I forgot.

Our dining experience was outstanding! The efficient service was impressive, with a plentiful supply of meat being served promptly upon flipping a small square card on the table. Our waiter was attentive and ensured that our drinks were always replenished. We enjoyed trying a variety of dishes, and each one was delicious. From the planning and arranging to the evening food and service guided by Gisele, my entire group had a wonderful time at this location. The personal service was attentive and flexible from the timing of our ceremony to explaining the dinner service and to sharing all the deliciously prepared food. My guests spoke highly of the drinks, the salad bar, the grilled meats and desserts. Many specific callouts were for the picanha, the shrimp and the pineapple. The room was perfect for our intimate gathering and started our celebration with ease and merriment. Gisele made it easy to arrange a time for flowers and decorations to be set-up earlier in the day. She surprised us with a champagne toast too! From start to finish it was a happy, smoothly run evening. We highly recommend this location for you to experience their food, service and atmosphere!

The best restaurant we’ve been to! We frequently go to the San Antonio location, which in terms of food taste and quality is the same but the service here was excellent. All the servers and staff were attentive and friendly. I said I liked the shrimp and they kept it coming! I highly recommend this location if you’re in the area.

A first time experience and everything was amazing! I reserved a table in advance and was able to be seated upon arrival, but the staff and everyone moved with such purpose that it wouldn’t have mattered it if I had waited. While in Dallas for a concert, I took my favorite sister-in-law here for her birthday. We had a group of eight and Bruno was our waiter. He did a spectacular job. Everyone was very satisfied with the food. It was truly fabulous. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures of the food it just came too quickly. We would love to come back here soon.

We rented out a private room for a reception and the food was amazing. Everything tasted fantastic. The only complaint I had during the whole dinner was that when they finally brought out the varieties of meats (which took about 30 minutes)... instead of one by one...they brought it all out at the same time so we were all overwhelmed. The meat got cold because we were busy selecting more from the waiters coming by. If they would've brought it out one at a time, we would be able to enjoy each of our meat selections. But overall, the steaks were very tender and seasoned.

I am not sure if this location is better than the Frisco, but both still good overall. Love the pineapple, shrimp as well and not only the sirloin. I enjoy the eggs, some pastas and salmon from the salad bar.

This was a beautiful restaurant. We came after celebrating my son's wedding for dinner. They were very accommodating when I actually got the guest count incorrect and even went the extra step to give us a more private area. Service and food were all on point. My husband brought me here for my birthday on February 6. We had never been and we live so close to it and boy were we missing out. This restaurant is probably one of the best Brazilian Steakhouse I have been to. I loved how they ask once you enter if you are celebrating anything. The restaurant itself is very elegant. The guest service amazing. Our server was Q and he was very attentive and so friendly we got to talking to him about steaks. The meats were all so good and full of flavor. One of my favorites in Picahna and I have to say they have the best. We will definitely be back and already looking forward to it.

Went here last night for the first time to celebrate getting married. The food was excellent and the service is impeccable. Seriously, some of the best service ever. We ordered the wagyu and it was amazing. Besides the meats, I especially liked the sauces and my wife must've eaten like 20 cheese breads. We were so full, but they insisted we take a dessert to-go for free. We will definitely be back for sure.

Very good experience! The meats were all great, very flavorful and juicy. My personal favorite was the leg of lamb, seasoning gave the lamb a nice zing to it. All the sides were wonderful but the salad bar was missing rice and beans, which was very odd, as it is common Brazilian food staple (like going to McDonald's without fries). Tito came by to talk to us and was very friendly and made recommendations for food. This is a great place for a special date night or a celebration dinner. Looking forward to coming back soon.

I'm no spring chicken and this truly is the nicest restaurant I've ever been to. But it wasn't just the niceness of it that impressed me, the food was exceptional, and the service and experience is invigorating. The servers, cooks are really top tier people that you can tell take pride in their job and do it well. I didn't know what to expect as far as flavors of the food or anything and it surpassed anything I've ever thought was good before. A carnivores paradise along with a good salad bar. The way the service flows is to me different than anything experienced but definitely awesome.

Riley is incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and the different cuts of meat, and he explained everything with confidence and clarity. He was also extremely attentive, always checking in at the perfect time and making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly elevated our dining experience. Riley is a fantastic asset to the restaurant, and we will definitely be asking for him on our next visit! I decided to spend my thirty first birthday here and it didn't disappoint at all. Immediately, I was greeted with a card and lamb chops. I was satisfied right away. They were able to make a mocktail of the Coquito. Very delicious and ended the night with one of my favorite desserts, strawberry cheesecake with a delightful presentation. I would highly recommend this place for someone who's celebrating a birthday, milestone or anniversary.

I've been 4 times this year and every time its Delicious 😋 service is by far the best service I have received in a restaurant. This is a nice date restaurant or even a nice restaurant for a group of adults. I brought my parents for mothers day and they loved it. Even for a birthday or special occasion it has a nice dim elegant ambiance . The food is delicious but my fave is the grilled pineapple and the glazed cooked cheese. This time I got a different drink and it was called carajillo ❤️‍🔥 I will be getting this from now on as my beverage. Its a Spanish vanilla liqueur mixed with baileys with a shot of bold espresso, then lit on fire.

Extensive array of veggies, cheeses, meats, salads, plus candied bacon, Mac n cheese, Au Gratin potatoes, the best prime meatballs and soup. Followed by up to 17 meats. All while delighting in the totally amazing and delightful grilled pineapple, or you can save that for the end. 😊 If you're there for your birthday, they'll celebrate you with a free dessert...and again, 😱 oh my!! Try the key lime pie!! ❣️💖

I would like to thank the manager and stuff for providing a special experience. All of the servers were extremely attentive and bright, smiling faces. They make you feel welcomed. This restaurant was very high quality and it had excellent food and plus service. A special shoutout to Grecia she is an amazing waiter and was patient and helpful for serving 12 people. Very nice place with great service. It seemed like I had 5 waiters. They kept coming to check if I needed anything. Which was a bit unnecessary. The meat was amazing especially the lamb. I did the full experience lunch and everything was delicious. The meat just kept coming and coming. I thought the chicken drumstick was unnecessary and the pork was very dry but everything else was amazing. The lemonade was made in house and was awesome. I didn't like that the water was not free. I was not a fan of some of the salad bar options but I think that's OK since you can just get what you like. Lunch did not come with a dessert which I think is typical.

This was our first experience at Brasao, I’ve tried all other Brazilian steakhouses! This place came highly recommended for the service, food and to be the top pick to celebrate our bdays yesterday. The restaurant is gorgeous from the exterior decor and the entry way with flames! Inside it was also beautiful, low attractive lighting and an overall elegant look/feel! We were greeted by beautiful warm smiles and seated by a friendly hostess! It was when the waiter walked over with a smug type of vibe as if he wasn’t happy to be serving customers maybe like we were disturbing his peace: but he wasn’t warm, he was abrasive, he cut us off when we spoke, we tried taking a photo together at the table we were seated before going to the salad bar and he interrupted our natural moment to capture even a glimpse of our own selfies bc he just felt like it! He was a HUGE turn off for the restaurant in my opinion, his service wasn’t great at all and he forget the simple drink my date ordered until we had to ask again after realizing he forgot. It wasn’t over crowded, we dined at 6pm and had 2 full hours to enjoy but it felt rushed bc of him. To make matters worse, he came over to bring us birthday cakes and asked my date to sing to me, then proceeded to start singing himself rushed us through the song in such a hideous way and then walked away. I’m glad I’ve experienced top service at Brazilian steakhouses to know the difference when less than is being given. Particularly on an American Recognized Holiday - kindness and good service should be expected either way but this day even moreso! The food a delight, better than the other local places, but the service needed work! He was tall, long hair pony tail and spoke better Spanish than English. He should be serving at Texas Roadhouse not here!

Food is always great at a Brasilian steakhouse and of course the quantity is all you can eat. Caipirinha's were great. My only "complaint" is we were tucked in somewhat of a corner and the gauchos did not noticed are cards so we would have to raise our hand to get their attention. It's minor I know....

This steak house used to be a great place with delicious food. We went there yesterday for a staff lunch and it wasn’t that good at all. The meats were salty and chewy. And my favorite Brazilian flan was bitter. What happened to this place? They were bringing small meat portions and my husband had to asked them to bring good meat. The salad bar used to be full of options but this time it was poor. I don’t know what’s going on with this place. I had a stomach ache after I ate but I only eat little bit since it wasn’t that good. Hopefully they will see this comment and work on improving their food quality.

We came for dinner and food and service were both great. We were checked on frequently and never waited long for anything. Table was kept clean. Our only turn off was hearing the way the manager speaks to staff. I understand the restaurant industry and the pressure to provide a certain experience in a fine dining setting however cursing and belittling your employees is extremely unnecessary to get your point across. If he speaks that way in the dining room with guests nearby, I can only imagine how he treats staff behind closed doors.

I am unable to leave a positive review, despite the great food, because of the way my group was treated. I gathered there along with about 14 other Black professionals for happy hour. Two servers were assisting us. The server took my order along with everyone else's in my group, but returned afterwards to request cards for everyone. She was clearly taking direction from the other server and when I asked what she needed my card for, she said a tab. I don't drink and declined but she insisted. Unwilling to make a fuss, I and many in my group handed them over and then waited for our food. I'm not one to jump to conclusions, so the next day I called and asked. I gave the circumstances hypothetically to the manager I spoke with, who assured me everyone's cards would be collected when it was time for payment. When I explained that it wasn’t a hypothetical and what happened the night before, she apologized and indicated she would have someone call me back. I know it's the holidays but it's now been about 10 days with no call back. I'm left to conclude that my group was singled out and treated differently and the restaurant is unwilling to proffer a simple apology. Edit: in response to this review someone quickly called and indicated this is their policy. I have suggested they post that so there's no confusion or put it on the menu. I'd like to invite others who have gone in with large groups to comment and either verify they had the same experience or not. I have never left a bad review in my life, and I don't want to be unfair to them, but I prefer a business which can admit their mistake and take corrective action.

Food was terrific. The salad bar had lots of tasty options, and the meats were cooked and seasoned to perfection. The gauchos (guys brining the meats) were awesome, friendly, courteous and attentive. Unfortunately the rest of the service was terrible. The hostess we were seated by had almost no personality. We were ignored for most of the night while all the tables around us were catered to. We had to keep calling any available waiter over for attention. We had to ask about dessert options, and had to ask a supervisor/manager for just about everything. Then the icing on the cake was being over charged at the end of the meal. When the waiter finally came back to take the card, he apologized and said he would adjust the bill, then immediately started questioning us about what we ate and who we spoke to. Then went to inquire with the first waiter (who we saw only once as he never returned). We eventually got the attention of the supervisor who said he would take care of it. When they did, and we paid, the number they charged was $50 more than the correct bill, but slightly less than the incorrect bill. No idea where that number came from. It took forever for them to address that. We spent more time waiting for service than eating. There also seemed to be some confusion between chocolate mousse and chocolate lava cake, because what cake back just a chocolate cake. Needless to say it left a bad taste in my mouth.

This was our first and last time here. On Valentines/Anniversary for us. Out of all the Brazilian style restaurant we've been to this one is by far price gouging for literally no reason. The service is friendly however we were not impressed with the food and drinks. It was very blah compared to others. The salad bar was mediocre. Some of the meats were hard and burnt on the edges making it inedible. They charge $5 for water. We were actually charged twice for water and I cannot remember a time where I've been to a restaurant and was charged for water! They ask for preference and I said regular assuming it would be regular free water. The signature drink was not good. I didn't like the champagne which had cotton candy, a sliced strawberry with a little personal bottle of champagne. Never have I seen a food and alcohol tax but I guess there is a first for everything. Some meats were good, some were dry. The bananas were good but cold. The mac and cheese was no bueno. We just can't justify spending so much and not truly satisfied. Never Again.

I’m writing to share feedback regarding my recent visit to the Irving location on December 22, 2025. While there were several positive aspects of our experience, there were also issues that negatively impacted our overall enjoyment. Positives: The hostess was welcoming and seated us promptly. The restaurant and restrooms were clean, and the food was well prepared and enjoyable. Areas for Improvement: Unfortunately, our server, Gregg, was not welcoming and gave the impression that he was disinterested in providing service. This noticeably detracted from our dining experience. Additionally, there was an issue with billing that caused frustration. I ordered a carajillo, which was prepared tableside by Tito, the mixologist. After spending time engaging with my family and me while preparing the drink, Tito informed us that the drink would be complimentary. However, when the check arrived, I noticed I had been double charged for the drink. While I did not initially have an issue paying for the drink, it was concerning that something offered as complimentary was later double charged. When I brought this to Gregg’s attention, he attempted to explain the additional $14+ charge was for “added ingredients,” which made no sense. I ultimately had to ask him to review and add up the charges himself for the discrepancy to be understood. After waiting approximately 10 minutes, I had to follow up again and request a corrected check. While none of these issues alone would have been significant, together they made the dining experience unpleasant and left room for improvement in both service and communication. I appreciate the opportunity to provide this feedback and hope it helps improve future guest experiences.

I am deeply disappointed with our experience at Brasão Brazilian Steakhouse in Irving, TX, and unfortunately, what should have been a special birthday celebration was completely overshadowed by unprofessional and hostile management. We came to Brasão to celebrate my birthday with my sister, her husband, and two close friends. Earlier this year, my sister and brother-in-law dined here for Father’s Day and were gifted two complimentary meal vouchers by a manager. The vouchers stated they were valid before November; however, the manager who issued them explicitly told them to ignore that date and assured them they would be valid through the end of the year. To be extra cautious, my sister even called the restaurant ahead of time and was again told the vouchers were valid. When it came time to pay, we handed over the vouchers and were shocked when a manager named Enrique came to the table and abruptly declared them invalid. My sister and brother-in-law calmly explained the situation, including the verbal extension and the confirmation phone call. Instead of listening or attempting to resolve the issue professionally, Enrique became defensive, dismissive, and confrontational. He first accused my sister of calling the wrong number. When she immediately pulled up Brasão Irving on Google and showed that she called the correct number, he backtracked and claimed she must have spoken to a different location—which was completely untrue. This was the same location, and his constant shifting of the story felt like an attempt to discredit her rather than help us. Our family has been loyal customers for years, spending well over $300 per visit, dining here multiple times a year, bringing friends, and actively recommending this restaurant to others. None of that mattered. Enrique made no effort to honor the promise made by his own management, nor did he attempt to de-escalate the situation or offer a reasonable solution. When I tried to provide feedback about how the situation was being handled, Enrique became even more defensive, with aggressive body language and a hostile tone that made the entire table uncomfortable. It was honestly shocking to be treated this way, especially on my birthday, in a restaurant of this caliber. Because of this experience, we will never return to this establishment. Great food does not excuse poor leadership, broken promises, and disrespectful treatment of loyal customers. Brasão Irving needs to seriously reevaluate how its management interacts with guests—because one manager single-handedly lost a group of long-time customers

Came here for my birthday celebration 12/31. Originally had made the reservation for 8pm was called the day prior to reschedule for an earlier time so we rescheduled for 7:15pm. Not a big deal. Service was not good at all. Asked for a handbag rack was never brought one and we were a group of 3 ladies all with handbags. Or drinks took such a long time to get to the table. We asked for plantains and bread 3 times the 3rd time we asked they never came even though we asked about them 4 times. At some point the meat stopped coming around - I had to ask someone and request for them to come around. Once dinner was over we ordered a molten lava cake and the cake was cold. Chocolate was nowhere near warm. The whole thing seemed so rushed. We seemed forgotten about. Not at all how I wanted to spend my birthday dinner. Would not recommend if you have a special celebration. Wish I would’ve gone somewhere else. Very disappointed. Not worth the 45 min drive or price.
