The place has really good vegan options. It’s not totally vegan. They do have non-vegan food as well. I had their vegan drum sticks and they were delicious. So was the pad tia with vegan chicken. I also had the vegan shrimp rice. I highly recommend this place.

I tried the Tom Yum Noodle Soup with vegan shrimp, and it was a pleasant surprise. The broth was sour (expected), flavorful, and perfectly balanced with a hint of heat. The vegan shrimp had an impressively realistic texture—chewy and satisfying—making it a standout example of innovative plant-based cuisine. For dessert, we had the mango cheesecake, which was light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. The mango added a refreshing tropical twist. Overall, a great spot for creative and tasty vegan options!

I recently visited My Thai for lunch with a group of friends. Overall, the food was good; I had the red curry and fried rice, which were flavorful. However, I did find the meal to be a bit pricey for lunch—$30 including a 20% tip. That seemed a little on the high side for what we got. Additionally, I noticed that the pictures on the menu didn’t quite match the dishes we received, which was a bit misleading. Despite these points, the experience was enjoyable, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.

Have been here a few times, and each time the food was really good. The dishes are a little spicier than the usual spice levels, so just be aware of it. One of my friends didn't like the fish sauce smell when they dined here. The service is good too. They have a very wide range of dishes to choose from. One of the best Thai foods in Irving.

I had the basil fried rice with chicken my co worker had the Pad Thai. I had mine at spicy level 3. It was the spiciest level 3 I’ve had at any Thai restaurant. It was just under inedible, however, it had very good flavor. Next time I will likely go 2, maybe even 1. I will admit, I am not a huge spice person however as mentioned before, the scale is not the same as other Thai restaurants like “Best Thai Signature” or “Thai Thai” where I feel pretty safe ordering a spicy level 3. This is definitely a lunch spot I will give another chance to. The servers were nice but not as attentive as I am used to from other Thai restaurants.

Impressive food taste and quality. Definitely recommend. Went for a vegan lunch with family on a Monday , it was practically vacant. It was good for us since our food arrived faster. Ordered fried coconut tofu and tempura veggies ;we loved it. Vegan Pad Thai was flavourful and my kid loved it. For me, it was slightly sweet but with some sriracha everything tastes better. We also had the crispy papaya salad, it was good.

Great food, customer service and ambience. They have a separate vegan menu which I loved and everything tasted phenomenal. We tried the curry combo and drunken noodles. They were really good. They also have imported beer and hot sake which was fun to try. They had minimalist design for the interior which stood out a lot to me.

Good place to enjoy authentic Thai food. We went on Friday afternoon and were seated immediately. Service was quick. Team was warm and welcoming. Ambience was one of the best in the city that I have experienced so far. Food was good. We ordered crab wanton ( which was ok, not great), red curry with tofu- this was nice( level 2 spice, not spicy at all), sticky mango rice was yummy. Priced decently! Thai tea was good. Will go again sometime. It has a nice sit out area too. Good for dinner I guess!

The definition of underwhelming. Don't get me wrong, the place is not bad. Service was pleasant and nice. The atmosphere is okay. Just the food... We had pad Thai, some dumplings and springrolls. The pad Thai was boring at best with overcooked noodles and veggies. The dumplings were alright, but again nothing to write home about. So all in all we wont come again. Especially, with the other options even close by.

The only redeeming dish was the yellow curry. The Thai fried rice was served unusually fast, which suggests it wasn’t freshly made. The chili garlic sauce was also disappointing, and the fried rice itself did not taste good.

I had the pineapple fried rice and it was delicious! Nice cozy spot. The server was great. Update: I went back, ordered the same dish and it was very disappointing. It tasted old and lacked flavor & color. (Notice the difference between the first pic & second…same dish yet look how pale & plain) I couldn’t even finish my meal...took the left over but ended up throwing it away because it was so bad). There must have been a different chef/cook the first time I went . It was my second time and never coming back. The food grossed me out to be honest.

I ordered mango sticky rice, and honestly it was very disappointing. The mangoes were sour and tasted almost spoiled. We ate about one-fourth of it before realizing something was wrong. There was no coconut milk at all, and the sticky rice was dry and hard. I called the restaurant and explained the issue, and the lady said she would refund it if it wasn’t good. When we went back, her attitude completely changed. She said, “If it was bad, how did you eat one-fourth of it?” She had a strange expression on her face and spoke very rudely. At that point, I told her I didn’t even want a refund anymore and that she should first learn how to talk to customers. Overall, it was a really unpleasant experience.

I ordered 2 mango sticky rice. This was the worst i have ever eaten. The mangoes were brown upclose and had weird aftertaste. I was really disappointed. There was no coconut milk in it. The sticky rice was soo hard that the cutlery they gave got a dent. I donot know but i dont like it here. I have had mango sticky rice many times this is the one i hate the most. I also want to add this, we called and they said they can return the food we did as we told. The employee over there just asked me why did i eat if i dont like it. I had it cuz i thought there would be a possibility of liking if i paired it with icecream but no. She doesn’t want us to even taste food. I dont want refunds and genuinely here for food but the employee was very rude. No one would want to get treated like this.
