Surpsingly, quick service. I usually go to the Shake Shack in Southlake, which gets more busy. I like their plain, one patty burger and their chicken nuggets. They also have Arnold Palmer drinks.

I loved the vibe in this location. My cashier, Stephen made sure I had everything I needed & even made sure I was ordering the correct shack burger. Super great employee!

I came here after a late day of work, so towards the end of the night (around 10pm). The food was great. The staff were friendly and fast with food preparation. The establishment wasn't the cleanest and tidiest; but could have just been an end of day thing.

Food came out within 5 mins. Gave me time to wash my hands & handle business. Restroom was very clean. The paper towel machine and hand dryer did not work. My first Shake Shack experience! We had to try a few different things, so we went with: - Hot dog with cheese, peppers and crispy onions - Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich - Shake Stack (Cheeseburger + fried portobello mushroom) I don't often eat fast food, but I had to give it a try. The hot dog was loaded up with toppings and had a good crispy hot dog flavor. The Korean Chicken Sandwich definitely had some gochunjang or something classically Korean going on, it was very good and the piece of chicken was nice and juicy. The Shake Stack was like a mushroom burger on steroids, the whole fried portobello cap was super satisfying. It was pretty expensive ($40) to get these three items doordashed to my hotel, but the food was a tasty treat and I'm glad I got to try it.

On a Friday, visiting this place for lunch was a good decision! You can get in line and order food using their Kiosk instead of waiting for reaching the order desk! Plenty of options to order and quite quick delivery ! I limed both items I ordered. You can add onion rings and cherry peppers! Delicious taste and also some relief after finding out that food served is non-GMO! Certainly worth repeat visits 😊

First time at Shake Shack and had a wonderful experience - Emily was great! Despite paying with cash and not using the kiosk we were greeted promptly. Went 2 times in about 5 days as we were visiting the area and had great service each time. The food was delicious but the fries were cold. Always a go-to place for mushroom 🍄 lovers. Whenever I feel like having a 'shroom burger, I'll just drive down to the Shake Shack where french fries go crinkle-y. This time, I ordered their limited White Truffle 'Shroom Burger with Crinkle Cut French Fries. And, it was so 'shroomy and cheesy. I'd definitely suggest having the White Truffle burgers while it lasts.

I came to eat supper here. I am on a work trip from NC and this was my first time at Shake Shake. I ordered the truffle burger with truffle parmesan fries. I had just started eating when one of the employees, Steve, asked how my food was. He asked me if I had the truffle burger. He said one of the key things missing from my burger was bacon and offered to give me some free bacon to make my burger even better. Truly excellent customer service and food. If there is one thing that Americans know how to do right, it's definitely hamburgers. And Shake Shack is another example of another great burger. Made to order, and it was amazing. Perfectly dressed with bacon, cheese and pepper spread. The fries were crinkle cut, which I have not had since I was a kid and the milkshake thick and creamy. My only let down was that there was no whipped cream offered on the shake, but not worth knocking a star for. Great place. Great food. Will repeat.

It was good. There was a wait for the food since they were moderately busy. There were many people standing waiting for orders to be made. Prices are high - like $9 for a double bacon Cheeseburger, $5/fries, $6 shake... At time of writing. You'll have to try it and decide if it's worth it to you. Its not "fast food" in price or speed of Delivery. The bacon was super crispy (see brittle and thin), the burger was Juicy with lots of cheese. The overall size of the burger was small compared to price. The pie/ice cream desert was 99% ice cream and just a teeny tiny bit of blueberry or cranberry? Some kind of berry? No "pie" filling or crust like I expected? It was ice cream (frozen custard) with a Itty bitty teeny bit of mixed berry/fruit. The shake was awesome. The fries were awesome. The hot dog was awesome..... But overall I had a positive experience. Maybe I ordered the wrong stuff or maybe it was just too busy to get the quality I expected? Ymmv

Very happy to see Shake Shack expanding! The quality is outstanding! They have two lanes, if you want to pay with apple pay you can order in one of their touchscreens, alternatively if paying by cash or card you can stand in line the old fashioned way. If you have not tried their burgers now is the time to do so!

A great burger and chicken place - I've heard of this chain but never tried it. The total price of an upgraded meal makes some cheap steakhouses seem value options but the quality of the food and staff is outstanding. Jose helped me get just the right custom bacon and cheese fries I was craving. The chicken tasted great and I wish I had a refill of the a touch too sweet Blood Orange Citrusade.

Although the food is not very delicious, Steven is a very kind, friendly and sincere person. He treats everyone with great friendliness. Today he raised the employees’ salaries for their positions, and I believe he should keep it that way for me as well. Many thanks to Steven.

We’ve eaten several times at the Austin Shake Shack but hadn't since we moved from there 2.5 hrs ago. So coming from DFW airport through Las Colinas, saw it and had to stop. Was told this location was open since December and was mostly very busy weekdays, it’s was pretty calm on this Saturday. Wait staff was nice, attentive. Got our food quickly. Love their chicken shack sandwich with the herbed buttermilk mayo. My/our only complaint is prices. First time at any Shake shack location and definitely felt the difference! The place is clean, very well organized, multiple self order stations. The hamburger & fries were fresh. A bit expensive, they don’t have any combo options and soda costs you $3.

So, my husband and I went here for the first time this past weekend and it was such a great experience! We went pretty late -- it was around 10 PM on a Saturday and they close at 11 PM. But, even so we got some stellar customer service -- probably the best I've ever gotten at a fast food restaurant to be honest. Shout out to Brandon -- you were awesome and friendly and deserve a raise sir! That being said, this place feels like it was designed to function in this millennia. When you walk in there are 6 kiosks so you can place your order and reminders that you can download the app and order online -- of course you can just wait in line to order in person, but the option to get your food online MAKES SO MUCH SENSE! This is the type of place that gets busy, it makes sense to just order your food at the kiosk so it's ready to go when you get to the front instead of just waiting. And I'm guessing it probably keeps the lines short but they weren't busy when we went so that's just a guess. The food is amazing. I got a Shroom Burger and it was the best mushroom-patty-based burger I've ever had. I will return just for this. I mixed the shroom burger and smoke shack burger and I regret no decisions. It was amazing! The fries were classic crinkle cut and paired well with the burgers. The custard and shakes were delicious as well. We sampled the majority of the menu and we had NO COMPLAINTS. Like, the food was on point -- that's all there is to it. Other pros: 1. The atmosphere is modern and chill. 2. The provided games, so you could come for a game night. 3. It APPEARS to be dog friendly for sitting outside. I'm not 100% but they had "dog parking" in front of the main doors, but this is just an educated guess. 4. They serve wine and beer on tap and as a millennial, that's amazing cause sometimes you just want some wine with your burger. 5. There's enough variety without feeling overwhelming. Cons: 1. The menu is a la carte so you can rack up a pretty high bill, pretty quick. 2. There's no drive-thru -- this is just a personal gripe, sometimes I don't like getting out my car. I gave it 4 stars because of the price -- for fast food, this is not what I would consider a cheap visit. We spent circa $45 for two people, but to be fair we were also trying the menu -- we got two burgers, two fries, a shake and a glass of wine. All in all, worth a visit if you're in the mood for a good burger. It's delicious and we will definitely be returning. Check it out if you have time.

07/18/2025: I picked up some dinner to go at Shake Shack in Las Colinas and got 2 burgers, 2 fries, and an order of fried pickles. Everything was great. Ms. Sonya took my order because I couldn’t do my modifications at the self checkout screens. She was friendly and professional. While waiting to for my order, I saw that she was consistent with helping other guests that came into the restaurant. My major complaint with this location was that the AC was not working that day. It was likely at least 80-82 degrees inside. The shades were down and the AC could not keep up. It was around 93-94 degrees at that time outside. I felt bad for the employees working. I wouldn’t recommend eating inside with the AC not working properly.

Shake Shack in Las Colinas is a fantastic spot to hang out and enjoy a delicious burger. I gave it 4 stars mainly due to the higher price point. Burgers range from $6 to $12, and that’s without fries or drinks. For our visit, we ordered 5 burgers, fries, 2 drinks, and a milkshake, which came to about $69. That said, the burger quality is outstanding. I tried the double-patty Black Truffle Burger, and the truffle sauce was absolutely incredible—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. However, one thing I noticed was that the green leaf lettuce didn’t hold up well as a bun alternative for a protein-style burger. I’d recommend they consider using iceberg lettuce instead, as it’s sturdier and pairs better with hot patties. The staff were exceptional—pleasant, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Their positive attitude truly made the experience enjoyable and memorable. The atmosphere is another highlight. The space is modern, welcoming, and has plenty of room, making it a great place to gather with friends or family. Overall, Shake Shack in Las Colinas is definitely worth visiting if you’re in the mood for a high-quality burger and a laid-back vibe—just be prepared for premium pricing.

I don't have a Shake Shack Burger store near my house, so I haven't been there often. I had a very good feeling when I went there a long time ago. However, maybe because I ordered yesterday and my expectations were too high? I was a little disappointed. The contents of the burger were too small and not fresh. The burger is not bad compared to other brands of burgers, but considering the current quality and current price, I would hesitate to visit.

I personally do not understand Shake Shack. The order experience after dealing with the awful app was great, just go in and grab and go! It was overall alright, $5.69 for a single, it felt too light to me and was overpriced. The onions were too strong when bitten and there was not enough sauce. The cheese frys, I guess its done that way to preserve freshness, but I do not like the way it was all packed separate and is wasteful. The cheese sauce was VERY great tho it was strong and cheesey, if I had more it would go great dippin a little for the burger. We had a gingerbread smoothie, Christmas cookie and one of their original flavors strawberry. Christmas cookie, threw away, normally finish my food but this one was a fail along with the gingerbread one (we did finish). They were both too liquid. Strawberry was nicer and thick and had a decent taste. Nothing outstanding so after trying 3 different shakes from SHAKE Shake, sadly not impressed with what I got.

Cool place and awesome location! Food was pretty good and the staff is very friendly. I had questions about vegetarian burgers and they answered me perfectly. My only concern was that the tables could have been a little more clean especially the outdoor ones.

I've been to a Shake Shack in other places and had a better experience. Burger and fries were good, although pricey. Not sure if they do this at other Shake Shacks, but they pulled both our Coffee and Black & White shakes from the fridge. I thought they make them to order. Chicken bites were nothing special and the side of Shake Sauce again, came from the fridge, was thick and dense. We could barely scoop the sauce with our chicken... even a couple next to us got the same sauce, took a taste tap with their fingers, shook their heads, and put the lid back on. Unless you're going here strictly for burgers and fries, go somewhere else. Won't be coming back to this location.

I ordered 4 burgers, 3 french fries, 3 drinks, and a vanilla custard, and it was costly. Order at the counter or on the machines located on the right side. Aesthetic Letdown, Decent Burger Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ I couldn't help but be underwhelmed by Shake Shack's exterior; it resembles Plankton's Chum Bucket, a bit too gray and dull. The interior, with its gloomy industrial vibe, allows a peek into the kitchen. Opting for a double cheeseburger with bacon, the presentation was appealing, but the taste didn't quite justify the cost. The thin bread soaked up patty grease, the bacon was disappointingly thin, and the minimal lettuce left me wanting. The patty lacked seasoning, and while the fries were simple, the overall value fell short compared to other burger joints in the same price range.

Pretty crowded at lunch time. Excellent kiosk order system. Great taste of french fries. I know they cook using fresh and good ingredients. However it’s too pricy compared to Five guys and In-and-out close to it even though it doesn’t have better access than them. Clean, crowd, little space and lack of sits. Wouldn’t revisit unless they offer lowered price.

Burger was tasty, but the meat to bun ratio was very off. Way too much bread & hardly any meat (and hardly any toppings, even the ones you pay extra for). Fries were crispy, but the Parmesan truffle version was definitely not anything special and didn’t taste good - just stick to the regular salted fries. The portions are pretty small, like your typical fast food burger chains, but they charge you like 3-4x as much… not worth it in my opinion.

Little too sweet and sprinkles does not jell with texture or taste of the drink. Ask before adding them to the drink. Summer fresh - we tried pineapple and it was not great.

Meh. The food is good. I ordered ahead to save time and the app gave 4:00p (20-minute lead time). That was fine because I was still 6 minutes away and waiting 15 minutes for good food was fine. Once I finished the order and already paid the time updated to 4:20p. Never going to try that again unless I’m ordering well ahead.

Ordered two spicy chicken and one was cooked right and the other was over cooked almost burnt. Tried reaching out to the restaurant but didn’t get a respond. I wasted my time and money for a overcooked chicken. I recommend going when it’s not busy I don’t think they can handle busy times.

Disappointing. The tomatoes and onions on the average burger could not be tasted. The frys were ok but on the whole the meal was subpar. Also, it was almost as cold inside as it was outside.

Over $17 for a small single burger, unseasoned fries, and small shake. Highway robbery if you ask me. The price does not match what you're getting for any of the items. If you suddenly decide you want a burger and shake like I did, go somewhere else.

Mediocre. The place wasn't the cleanest as multiple tables were dirty. The burger was actually solid with a good flavor, just a little small for the price. The fries were a huge waste of money. They were almost good. Almost crispy enough, almost salty enough, but at the end, they are the most bland fries I've ever had. Literally had almost no flavor. For the price and and how much food you get, I would just go to in-n-out. I won't be coming back

Over priced for tiny portions. This "double " hamburger was over $7 alone, and this piece of lettuce is all they gave me. It was sad and wilted. The shake was pretty good. The fries were more fried crust than actual potatoe. I'd suggest you save your money, and go to Braums.

I placed an UberEats order for the veggie burger, fries, and a drink. My fries were completely missing from my order and the burger was missing components and had ingredients that aren’t even supposed to come on the burger. Incredibly dissatisfied.

I ordered a strawberry mint lemonade, root beer float, cookies and cream shake (malted), plain hot dog, cheese fries and a bacon cheeseburger with cherry peppers. As you can see in the photos, the root beer float was lacking. Seriously, I was missing a third of my drink. The strawberry mint lemonade tasted like I been chewing trident gum all day and drank some lemonade (couldn’t taste the strawberry). The cookies and cream shake with the malt was decent. Should have ordered without the malt. The cheese fries were great but without cheese the fries were flavorless. The hotdog was good, but I’ve gotten better hotdogs at the 7/11 stores. The burger was non impressive. The bacon was good but I could do without the cherry peppers. The bread tasted better than the meat. The price is above average. Not too pricey. It’s the kind of place I won’t be coming back to on my own but if friends invited me, I’d come. Staff was friendly

I ordered Gochujang (고추장) series through Uber eats and they came out really tasty. I liked chicken nugget and the sauce; I guess the combination between gochujang and Mayo for the sauce was super good. The gochujang fry came with plain fry with the sauce though....The reason I gave 2/5 because of the burger. I couldn’t taste kimchi slaw and It tastes like a bun - gochujang chicken - and a bun. I encourage their new menu and especially Korean food in an American company. I would order extra Kimchi slaw next time since it’s for free!

While the food was excellent the temp inside the restaurant was in the 50's hard to enjoy your food while you are cold and your food is not warm by the time you finish. Everyone is wearing thier jackets inside. Wanted a milkshake but not going to get one when I'm already freezing. And yes this place is super expensive for the portion size you get.

If you’ve ever wanted to pay gourmet prices for something that tastes like a microwave mishap, This place is your dream come true. The patty had the flavor complexity of a wet napkin, and the bun disintegrated like it had commitment issues. you too can experience the thrill of regret layered with wilted lettuce. Honestly, I’ve had more fulfilling meals at gas stations—and at least those came with a free sense of dignity.

Terrible experience at your restaurant, I didn't like it at all, the young man with glasses is dirty, I had a hair of his on my potatoes, and the black woman in front of me told me that I couldn't sit in the chairs because my order was to go, she made me very angry, she is rude, and she threw my food at me, they should have nicer people at the cash register.

Came here for lunch, felt discriminated by the staff, i recieved my burger in a to go platter when i was eating inside, i noticed other people receiving their food in an actual plate and food being delivered to them while i had to go get mine on a carton box.

LITTLE FOOD!! BIG PRICE!! Trying to eat with the supplied “fork” is like playing a game at the fair while the foods getting cold. This “fork” is the reason some take anger management classes and is the worst idea in corporate fast food history. The shake was labeled “HOT!”... Really???? Competency is not your trademark, is it? For such an EXPENSIVE shake I’d expect it to be larger than child size. This is Texas you know. I was hoping the taste of my order would make up for the small sizes and BIG prices.... DIDN’T HAPPEN!! At over $11 for two child size items (slight exaggeration) I’d expect more than 8 French Fries with a useless popsicle fork and a cup of “Hot!” milk.

Love the burgers but hate the packaging!!! I love eating burgers and normally go to Wendys or Sonic which have more affordable burgers. Come to Shake shake to eat pricey burgers only when there is a deal going on. I normally order through an app and pick up the order to take home. Not sure why it is so fashionable at Shake Shake to keep the burgers half-naked where only one half is covered in an under-size paper envelope while the other half is kept naked in an oversized top-open carry bag so that even if someone sneezes around the carry out shelf, you bring those virus home. When we pay top dollars for these burgers why cut corners in packaging. Probably the top-brass at Shake Shack who makes the decisions need to pay a visit to not so pricey places like Wendys and Sonic and learn a thing or two about their packaging. Those aluminum foil packaging keep my burger secured and hot even if I do not eat them right away. Also they nicely tape the carry out packaging that I do not have to make sure if they are sitting up right in my car. Last time when I grabbed Shake Shack burgers, they fell out of their skimpy low-rise pants style packaging even before I could eat them :)

Very high price for very tiny burgers. Then I thought..."well maybe they are just very good"... Nope... Disappointed all the way around..Definitely had that ripped off feeling when leaving.

Certainly wish that I'd had the same experience that was in the reviews that I read. Neither burger had any flavor and came with mostly rotten lettuce and tomato. The fries were hard. The oreo shake was decent, but otherwise I feel like I wasted my hard earned money. Couldn't even finish eating my food.

I received a text that my order was ready, and did not get my food until about 15 minutes later. Staff blew me off until the 3rd time I asked, when they finally checked and grabbed a bag that had been sitting there the entire time. Very frustrating.

No unique taste. Chicken bites are very salty and just soaked with oil. Mushroom burger are not great and very bland. Shake shack sauce is very light and no punch to the taste. When you buy any chicken here, make sure to take lot of napkins so it can observe the soaked oil. Will rate chic fil a 10 out of 10 and this 2 out of 10.

Ordered chicken shack through uber eats around 10:15 pm .. burned bread ,, not sure what they thought sending the burned bun,, .. what made u think u can deliver this to customer .. should be reported to food department .. photo attached also reported to uber .. negligence at its peak

I just wanted to have a good time, but it was the worst of my life. The black lady who brings the food to the table threw my tray. She wasn't nice. Plus, she has an earring in her face, and that's unhygienic. The place is very hot and doesn't even have A/C.
