I came in during lunch rush, I was glad I wasn't by the workers and I had time to look over my choices. Jason was extremely helpful and made my food exactly how I wanted it . He helped me go over my options and even gave me a sample when I was indecisive and didn't feel rush at all which I appreciated. The prices were great for the amount of food I was able to get. The place was clean and the music was great. I will for sure make this one of my go to places during lunch as is close to my workplace.

Just a friendly, staff with fast service with a smile. I come into this location often at different times of the day. They greet you, they serve you, and they always offer their deals or mention them. It’s always clean. I recommend them highly, especially over their competitors just north of them!

Freebirds has been my go-to burrito shop since college at TAMU in the 90's. Great protein options and always fresh ingredients. Entrees are huge and very filling. Also recommend to use the Freebord app...they have amazing deals and specials.

This location recently received a new GM, Robert, and it definitely shows! I have been coming to this Freebirds for more than 10 years and as of late, the location is consistently kept very clean and the service is excellent and hastily without sacrificing quality. I cannot recommend this Freebirds location enough! Thanks Robert! Your hard work shows!

Let me start by saying, if you’re looking for the place to get your next meal, look no further—this is it! From the moment I walked in, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The customer service? Spot on. The food? Absolutely delicious. But the real star of my visit was Stephanie. The second I stepped through the door, she greeted me with the kind of smile that instantly makes you feel welcome. Her personality is vibrant, genuine, and completely unmatched—and trust me, I’ve worked in customer service before, so I know how rare that is. She didn’t just take my order; she took the time to ask exactly what I wanted in my bowl, made thoughtful suggestions, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s clear Stephanie truly enjoys what she does, and that energy makes the whole dining experience even better. I left not only with a fantastic meal, but also with the feeling that I had been genuinely cared for as a customer. I will 100% be back, and honestly, Stephanie is a big part of the reason why. Thank you for being so personable, welcoming, and making my day better—this is the kind of service that keeps people coming back!

This place is fire 🔥. Great choices. Amazing and delicious, great portion sizes, for little more $ way better than Chipotle. Highly recommend Monster burrito and hot sauce known as a Death Sauce. Will be coming back here again

It may be an unpopular opinion but Freebirds is way better than Chipotle. They are close by, almost in the same parking lot. I always prefer Freebirds. Their meat and veggies are always fresher. Got a bowl and burrito (not all for me) and they were made so perfectly. The lady working took her time to make it just right, didn’t rush me like places usually do. My only regret is not getting the monster size.

I visit here maybe once per week. Until now. Tatiana is great- she gets 5+ gold stars. When she’s not there, there’s no meat available, and the worker says 16 min wait… for protein that is supposed to be on hand. It was dinner time, 6pm.

I love freebirds. However, I just ordered delivery and it was 15 minutes past said delivery time. Also, I ordered a Monster Burrito, and received my whole order in side of bowl with no tortilla. HOW YOU GUNNA CALL THAT A BURRITO WHEN THERE IS NO TORTILLA. Also, I called on three different phones and every time they answered, they acted like they couldn't hear me. I literally even used a landline to call.

Not sure if it was an off day or this is how this location is. But queso was like water and not like I've had before. Chicken in my bowl needed more season the beef was good. Rice was good I guess that saved it. Staff was friendly.

There were 2 employees at lunch. That’s it. One doing to go orders and the other doing lobby orders. I watched at least 4 customers leave because the line was so long. I placed my order online at 11:53 and didn’t arrive until 12:15. It wasn’t even being made. Online orders are made when you arrive. They completely ignored me and asked the name of the order for the person behind me, made his order and then asked me for my name. Even though I had been standing there waiting. I finally received my order at 12:30 after watching everyone in front of me and behind me receive their orders and leave. Someone showed up in the middle of the lunch rush, who I later found out was coming to help from another store. These employees are so unsupported at this location, the struggle is apparent and it’s genuinely affecting the entire vibe and service.
