The food was delicious I ordered fettuccine pastas/ Alfredo sauce and chicken. The prices are fair as well and the service is great!
Everything was wonderful and amazing. The food was delicious and our waitress, Hope was so sweet and helpful. I surprised my husband for his birthday, Hope and her co-workers sung Happy Birthday to him and surprised him very well for me. Can't wait to go back. Service and everything positive is Antonio's 🥰
If ever you are traveling the I95 corridor and find yourself in Chester and are road weary then Antonio's is a must stop. The meals are good, the cocktails are on point, but the service is next level. Jannessa took care of us , great personality, super friendly. We felt like family right away, WOW
My first time visiting Antonio’s Restaurant! Its atmosphere is what you imagine if an Italian/American generational establishment with a hint of regality. A sweet elderly lady greeted us at the door, and brought us to our seats. Our waiter Barry came over with positivity and kindness, we ordered our Pepsi product soda of Dr.Pepper. For a fountain drink it was mixed quite well. The menu was hard to read with small font used for the descriptions, I could see those with impaired vision needing some assistance when ordering. My partner ordered a whole Stromboli, which I encouraged so we could have leftovers. I order the Lobster Argo- but unfortunately they were out of Lobster, so my back up plan was Shrimp & Scallop Scampi. Served with my meal was an option of soup or salad, and my salad was prepared professionally even if simple with balsamic dressing. None of the leaves were close to wilting, which shows a focus on freshness. The best part of the meal was the authentic bread with the olive oil dip. I could eat that any time of the day! Onto the main course, my Shrimp Scampi was cooked to near perfection and the garlic butter sauce was very savory! My only gripe was the pieces of garlic weren’t cut smaller so you’d get big bites of garlic which eventually burned my tongue, similarly to wasabi. The Stromboli was magnificent and it was made with the same dough as the dipped bread served with a portion of tomato sauce. The tomato sauce is very good with great attention of keeping the flavor natural. Back to the Stromboli, since double the ingredients are folded to one side, double the food juices are concentrated, this then makes the bottom of the Stromboli a bit soggy as the dough soaks them up. For a hand held food this makes your hand a bit messy. We had the leftovers later the next day and it was still just as good! Overall, if you’re looking for an amazing Italian Dinner thats wayyyyy above Olive Garden, I highly recommend making a stop at this Antonio’s Restaurant!
Our first time at Antonio's. Such a wonderful restaurant! Our lunch was plentiful and tasted great. The seasoned french fries were crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and not greasy. The sandwiches were overflowing with meat, lettuce, and tomatoes. Oh so good! Bravo! We all thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and we look forward to returning.
I’ve been to this restaurant several times because my brother and my nephew absolutely love the pizzas there. It’s a very spacious place, perfect for both small and large family groups. The atmosphere is pleasant, it's quite clean, and the service is fast—plus, you don't have to wait on a long list to get in! I love the fried calamari; I really recommend them! They are crispy, have a delicious flavor, and make a great appetizer. The 'Alos Special' pizza is also very good; we’ve ordered it before and even added calamari to it, and it was still great. They have other dishes we still need to try!
We go here on occasion. Overall it's not to bad. There are a few things I have tried that I would not order again. One of them being the lasagna. I found it to be very basic and bland. I usually get the seared scallop and linguini dish with the white sauce. It has been good every time and it comes with real scallops and not the imitation ones. I didn't care for their burgers either. They taste like pre-made frozen patties and not sure what they are made from. Definitely not you normal fresh juicy burger.
What an adorable piano urban pub located in the cut. It's very demure inside. With wine tasting stations leading to the bar. The take out station is separate from the dining area which has a beautiful piano and high chair tables close by. Our dinner was tomato soup, and onion mushroom - white pizza. It was a small but mighty pie!
Dined here for lunch on a Friday at noon with my coworkers at their suggestion. The reviews are so mixed and that had me nervous but we had a great experience. I made a reservation on Open Table and we were seated promptly. The restaurant wasn’t too busy and the host was also our server. He was very accommodating and answered all my questions. I enjoyed my caesar salad and the buffalo wings as starter (plus the bread lol). My wings were cooked well as I asked and were the perfect amount of heat for wing zings. For a couple of people they were too spicy but they were perfect to me. I ordered the create your own pasta as my entree. I selected baked ziti, vodka sauce, sausage, with onions and spinach. The pasta arrived HOT so it had to cool a bit before I could try it. I think my selections complimented each other well and the pasta was delicious and tasted even better the next day. Definitely a good suggestion if you’re in the Chester area; great for groups, families, couples, and solo diners!
Food was pretty good. Waitress was too immature for my liking. Didn’t visit the table, no silverware, kinda gave up on talking to us after we had said (to each other) we took a pic of the specials. Maybe worth a try again, want to check out the piano performance on Thursdays first of month
Travel and food plans were altered at the last minute and found this place that offered gluten-free pizza. Pizza was good. The restaurant itself – seating layout, service was on the C, C- side. Did not help that the floors were being mopped and there was a heavy odor in the air as a result.
We were seated right away. The food was good. I had the veal in white wine butter sauce with wilted spinach. I also had the Caprese salad; the balsamic vinaigrette reduction was good. The only complaint is that the tomatoes were not sliced consistently. The atmosphere was nice and chill, waitress was very polite, booths were nice and spacious but a little low to the ground.
Food is always delicious. This was my third time here and while our young waitress was very nice originally. He disappeared and this guy in the picture was attending to everyone else except us. I stopped to ask him for more water and he seems to be bothered. I will not be coming back at all. This experience was horrific and I will take my money and go else where.
A disappointing mismatch in atmosphere and food quality. The restaurant is decorated beautifully, but the food was subpar. Their gluten-free pasta tasted bland and had the texture of wet cardboard. The marina sauce tasted like it was store bought; the steak was stringy, tough, and cheap. And the parmesean served was shaken, not shaved. Our service was good though, we felt well-attended. It just seems like this place is making budget cuts in the wrong places.
I honestly don’t know how this place is rated so highly. We started off with a scheduled mistake which really just seemed like they didn’t want a large party to eat there but I’ll skip that part and chalk it up to an honest mistake. That was followed up by two waitresses going back and forth about who would wait on us in front of us which may not have seemed like a big deal expected for one having the nastiest attitude and making it clear she didn’t want to serve us …. Just to come serve us anyway with a whole new attitude. Instant turnoff… from there we had Buffalo wing app which was requested well done. They gave us wing dings hot on the outside ice cold on the inside… I am not exaggerating… once the entrees came it wasn’t any better as they either had old tomato sauce or just canned tomato sauce. One plate was too watery. One plate was too tart and added sugar. One plate was not edible. Two people stomach started hurting prior to finishing the plates. I would avoid here at all cost. It definitely starts at the top as the manager seemed to care less about fixing or making sure the customers were taken care of.
Worst pizza I've had in a long time. Too much crust. They also got my order wrong. Green peppers are not the same as banana peppers. I wa t to give them credit for having my order ready so quickly but can't since it was wrong. Also it cost me almost $50 for a personal sized pizza, a small pizza, and an order of wings. I won't be back
I would assume the things on the menu were avaliable. I saw i could get fresh basil upon request on my pasta. It's crazy the server even said he made sure I hade fresh basil when it was parsley. Another sever had to tell him we're the basil was. (Pizza station) wild it isn't in the back kitchen? But more than anything. I paid 20 dollars for one types of pasta (rigatoni) cooked for 2 different times. So half was mush. Even before I got my basil that was again, on the menu upon request. Dont go there where the know what you ordered. Thats for sure. I even tried to tell someone I wasn't happy with my order. They are a cash grabbing establishment
