I love finding 5-star places that are not mainstream but still offer creative, experienced, and authentic food. A small restaurant in an off-the-beaten-path location, yet the food is perfectly prepared and authentic. Everything was full of flavor, and some dishes, like the cucumber salad, were a totally new experience. A family operation greeted me as I entered the restaurant, and the atmosphere was light. Even the patrons already in the restaurant seemed eased by the food and the server's friendly demeanor. I'll be visiting here again for sure.

Our kids love dumplings and we hadn't found a place that's good in person and has frozen dumplings in Alameda until now. Don't sleep on the other dishes - they're all great!

We were thrilled to find out this place in Alameda that sells northern style dumplings. We ordered some frozen dumplings to go and they tasted authentic. We will definitely go back again. The lady at the front was super nice too!

Place is a no frills, relaxed and super clean neighborhood spot. Dumplings in soup were delicious and we also got the pork and shrimp buns and the chicken and veggie rolls. Everything was so good, would recommend.

I wanted to really like this place. Food taste fantastic but all the food came out in plastics black container, paper plates and plastic utensils. I was put off by that. Why put delicious food on a paper plate and give plastic utensils?

Food taste: 5 star!!! Service: 5 star!!! Atmosphere: 2 star!!! Presentation: 0 star!!! Food tasted really good but man, all the food was served on black plastic container, paper plate and plastic utensils. Is this place only to go or can dine in? Please get a real dish, and utensils! Food tastes great but don't want to come back due to this awful presentation of the great food! Note to all: FDA published something that said all and any kitchen item made w black plastic to stop using immediately especially when containing hot food. Causes cancer. This place uses black plastic container w hot soup in it and you are eating out of cancer causing plates and bowls! I don't weigh much but cheap chairs were covered w chair cover and I thought my butt was gonna fall thru. Very quiet bc there's no customers.
