Digby's Donuts

Digby's donuts has to be the best place in the area. I went there earlier today (around twelve) and surprisingly, they were still open and had donuts to spare. I got two donuts and each of them were only a dollar (the quality is much better than the ones at Nob Hill) and they gave me a free donut hole! The whole place also has a charming retro theme, complete with posters for Elvis Presley and even one for invasion of the body snatchers. When I come again, I'll try to update this review with some pictures. So overall, I completely recommend.

This place is a proper donut shop. The place is beautiful and clean. I went there at 7am when most people are just waking up and they were very kind and friendly. The atmosphere was very warm and the donuts were super good. Each of them had a special quality that made them better than any equivalent donut I’d had before. Highly recommend.

The staff was friendly and generous with donut holes to fill in the gaps of the three dozen donuts we ordered. We shared the donuts with our church congregation and everyone was very pleased with the variety and quality. Definitely a new favorite for when we're in town

If you’re looking to have donuts and coffee, this place is a great option in San Ramon. It’s a cute place with nice seating area indoor and outdoor. The staff was super friendly. I highly recommend this place. Loved their chocolate oreo donut. Great donuts! Great service!

Early Sunday morning, one staff member helped to bring to my car 6 boxes of pastries in the rain for my coworkers. He was very kind and helpful. It was such a nice place. This is a weekly purchase for us. Thanks, Digby's staff.

Cheery, bubbly, pop music 🎶 with a sweet bakery aroma. The front cashier/donut gatekeeper was very personable, welcoming her customers, and swift with the orders. This bakery has been in business since the 1980's and it is an awesome feeling to support the local/small businesses. We ordered two dozens of an assortment of donuts, and a few breakfast sandwiches (crossiant, egg, cheese, ham, bacon, and or sausage).

What can I say good Donuts I didn't really check out the menu but I think they have other items too go to Google Maps and are the business name and there you can get a menu or look at the menu

Anyone looking for GREAT donuts and a very pleasant experience, GO HERE!!! I will be recommending to EVERYONE. This place has been around for a long time. Every time I make a left from Bollinger Canyon Rd I pass it on the way to work. Stopped in for the first time the other day after church. Was greeted by a lovely woman who was very kind. Asked what she could get for me or if I had any questions. Not only did I get what I asked for- she gave me a few extra for free! Their sandwiches looked sooo good- I'm definitely going to have to try one next time. This is one of the only businesses in this shopping center that hasn't moved away because the property owner continues to raise the rent on all of them. PLEASE HELP SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!

The donuts are soft, fresh tasty and a wide variety We will be back to try the other flavors ! Kids got the glazed and chocolate, adults got the custard ( yum) - like Dunkin’s Boston crème Service was friendly and answered all our questions

The only donuts that were already made were cake style donuts like old fashioned and such which I don't care for as much. I wasn't in a hurry so I waited for more to come out. By 7am or slightly earlier they had a bit more variety and some that I liked so I ordered. Getting a glazed or chocolate glazed right out of the oven while it's still steaming hot is fantastic. Sadly I had also hoped to get some photo worthy donuts like their one that looks like the ice cream cone spilled onto it but the girl at the register said those more complicated ones don't get made until later when the plain ones are done. She said maybe around 10am or so. She also mentioned you can call ahead to ask for some of those to be made for a special event or something. The girl at the register was very sweet. The ham and cheese croissant that my wife had was pretty decent. The croissant was very fresh and great but the egg was microwaved and a bit gross. The sandwich was also pretty large so good portions for the price.

Premium donuts, always fresh, lots of varieties. A place to try. Our kids loved it so much.

Donuts were good. However, sales person mistakenly said one was lemon filled and it was actually custard filled. So make sure before you buy. Good thing we liked both donuts.
