I had the Big Juicy Burger along with the chicken tenders, and everything was absolutely delicious! The burger was exactly what the name promises – big, juicy, and packed with flavor. The chicken tenders were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. Easily some of the best I’ve had. Also, the girl who took my order was amazing – very polite, friendly, and professional. She made the whole experience even better with her great attitude and service. I highly recommend Big Juicy Burger to anyone looking for a tasty meal with top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Finally, a Proper Burger Spot in St. Albans! So glad to see a decent burger place open up in St. Albans, and it does not disappoint. The beef patties are absolutely amazing — juicy, flavourful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. We haven’t tried the other options yet, so can’t comment on those, but the beef alone is worth the visit. Service was friendly, albeit a little slow on our first visit, but to be fair, they had just opened. By our second visit, things had already improved noticeably. We’ve only ordered takeaway so can’t speak much for the dine-in atmosphere, but the setup seems like a standard café-style layout. All in all, we’re really impressed with the quality of the food. And trust us, we know a good burger when we taste one!

Absolutely loved this place.The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the staff made us feel genuinely take care of. The food was outstanding fresh flavorful and beautifully presented. Overall experience was top-notch. Definitely worth a visit.I can't wait to come back and try more items from them.

Used this restaurant a few times and really like the food and staff, great quality every time. I had a problem with Uber taking massively too long to deliver resulting in cold food being delivered. Uber had no interest in resolving the problem however Nandini in the restaurant was an absolute star, a bit of inconvenience but I have to say the dealt with my complaint efficiently and politely, well done Nandini, a credit to the business.

From the moment you walk in, he makes you feel welcome with his warm energy and brilliant customer service. Nikhil goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, whether it’s recommending the best burger on the menu, checking in to make sure you’re happy, or just bringing a great vibe to the whole experience. There was nothing about it that made me want to come back for more, which seems to be echoed in other reviews I’ve seen. In a time when there are so many excellent smash burgers out there, this one just doesn’t make the cut. There’s definitely room for improvement.

I ordered 2 burgers Fries 1 and 2 drinks waited over 20mins when I was told 10mins. Fries are cold yet the guy wanted to charge me extra for dip. Every fast food place gives 1 or 2 free dips. It was a hype when it opened but staff will make this shop shut down

Paid extra for lettuce but it was old and looked like it came off the floor. Ordered online and absolutely shocking. My recommendation is order from the Meating Room.
