Service is okay but typical for a pizza shot. The pizza is the best in all of Queens, in my humble opinion. The flavor is on point and the crust is tasty 😋 We dont ever need to add seasoning to it. And $15 for a pepperoni pie cant be beat. Most places are $20 and up. Dont ever change. I’ll definitely be back!

Their pizza and food are delicious. They have the best desserts/cakes. The place is always clean. This is my favorite pizza place in the area! I usually pick up my order, but the delivery option was excellent! Quick, correct, and pleasant.

This is a local Pizzeria. Very reasonably priced and very tasty food. The menu is very extensive. There typically aren't tables so it's mostly take out. But I have been there on occasion when a few tables and chairs were available. I go here because the food is good and the price is right! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for good pizza at a fair price!

My best friend and his wife, came to visit me last week. I was absolutely impressed by the taste, texture and freshness after travelling from NY to Florida two weeks ago. Your Pizza has won me over, and I will be back for more in a few weeks !

Ordered online. The delivery was under 40 minutes, which is fair. The pizza was pretty good, can't complain. The deliverer was very nice. XL pepperoni pizza for about $15. Would order again.

Spanish / hood pizza taste. Sauce has good flavor Cheese is melted, not really cooked, with the acidic bite of casein. Loses most points for the very soft thin crust that has a prepackaged Frozen crust taste. But for $2, it's not bad. Rate it at 83.

Chicken Caesar salad pizza is different and tasty. They have good dough.

I ordered one of the specials. Comes with medium pizza with 1 topping, 10 wings, 5 knots, and 2-liter soda. Also, some fried zucchini sticks. Ordered online. Soda came wrong and didn't receive ranch on the side like I requested. Overall wings, knots and pizza was great. Pizza is a little on the thick side. Zucchini were a no go. Tasted really greasy.

Nice restaurant & quick service. They need to emphasize more on the cleaning issue since the Chief don’t use gloves when ever he is putting the content of the pizza , so he is mixing the meat with the vegetables, another issue is the restaurant cleaning process it was not done probably by the cleaners , the floor was not clean. The service and the staff are extremely friendly . Extremely delicious pizza.

Food was great however I ordered half pepperoni and half cheese pizza and they made the whole thing pepperoni. The pizza was very good but customer service can be better... the pizza was extremely good! They just need to be a little bit more attentive to their customers that's the only reason why they received 4 stars and not 5. I loved their pizza!

Springfield La Bari Pizzeria is a great spot for a quick pizza fix. The pizza is pretty good for the price, especially with their appealing combo deals. While the garlic knots are somewhat below average as it was not as flavorful and hard, the overall value is strong given the price. For what it offers, this pizzeria is a solid choice.

The pizza and wings are good. The fried fish is okay. The turkey burger and fries are also pretty good. The pasta a la vodka sauce is really good. The staff have always been nice. Food is usually prepared timely. The atmosphere is low because it's a stand and order or call a head pizza shop (no frills).

Its understaffed as hell with two people going back to back taking orders and preparing them, i think there was one other person but he wasn’t as included. The service was great but if you’re getting any of the deals, they might prioritize other orders instead of yours and it’ll take about 15-20 minutes if the shop is crowded. The food is really good, the pizzas are made in an area which is visible so you can see the process, the crust is fresh and light while the sauce isnt overpowering and the cheese is very good. You can see it in the back next to where they make the pizza and stretch the dough, its stringy and theres a good ratio on every bite. The lasagna there is also valid as well as the buffalo wings.

For the price the pizza taste okay. Penne vodka I would say taste the best to me. The dough of pizza is nice and soft. Best thing for your money is the special (large pie, knots n 2liter drink) $16. One slice is $3. The service is okay but it’s horrible under heavy orders. Like the superbowl I experienced the worst. Made me wanted to give a low rating from how frustrated I was. But overall experience I had was good. Usually they don’t have your order ready by the time it says online in general. My go to which was the best for your money was penne vodka mini pie that used to be $7 now it’s $9. Though the pizza be oily at times

I ordered by calling and had to wait an hour for two slices of pizza. I live around 5 blocks away from the place but I was so tired I couldn't walk there. The pizza just tastes ok. I just wanted a quick something to eat. I didn't know it'd take this long.

Ordered cheese bread got plain bread this is the 3 time they messed up an I waited 40+ minutes to receive the wrong order

I loved the pizza 🍕 I made my own creation: chicken, broccoli, extra cheese, and bacon yum. But the soup was definitely Campbell's chicken noodles heated up lol. Smmfh and the zeppoles ugh was good but hard not soft at all.

Although they have good pizza the wait is a bit long for it being pizza. It seems to me like they are unable to take more than one order at a time. Like it’s pizza and you should be able to put about 4 or 5 orders in at a time especially when people are ordering slices. They are nice however I think their time management can be improved

The pizza is good. Their sauce is tasty not too acidic which gives it a delicious balance. My issue with them is their impatience over the phone. Courtesy and patience goes a long way.

The pizza is really good and quite frankly the only reason I order from here. The wings leave a lot to be desired. The delivery service is super slow. The best choice is to pick it up yourself if you want your food to still be hot!

I recently ok placed an order for a pizza. Unfortunately, upon receiving the pizza, I noticed that it was not fresh. When I requested a replacement due to my children having taken a bite out of the pizza, I was informed that a fresh pizza could not be provided. I must express my disappointment with the level of service received in this instance.

The pizza is usually good. It takes an hour plus for a delivery so don'twait for the last minute to order. I placed an online order which specifically excluded specific vegtables for veggie pizza. It was obvious no one read the special instructions. This is the reason for my review.

The pizza itself is good, but the staff plays around too much, and the chick that works the counter runs her mouth instead of taking care of the incoming orders. If you call ahead, the order may or may not have been made. The pizza itself is pretty good, though.

Sad to post but please do a better job with packing the pizza in the future for delivery

Every Friday after school I would usually treat my grandson to pizza at the end of the week. I sent him in to get his slice and it took 20 minuets. I then got concerned and went inside to see what the issue was. The server told us we needed to wait a bit longer. We waited for another 30 minuets and he told us were very busy. Turns out this turned into a 1 hour and 30 minutes wait and turns out they never even put the slice in the oven but meanwhile they took a bunch of orders for pizza pies and everyone got their food besides us. Once I complained about the issue to the worker he did not even attempt to apoligize or to resolve the issue. All he did was roll his eyes at me and shrug his shoulders as if he didn't care about loosing a customer because he did. I will no longer patronize this pizzeria because it is a waste of money to be treated so rudely after being a supporting customer for years. Have a nice day!

This is the second time that I order and it comes cold and soggy. The pizza taste good but it's unfortunate that I have to put it in the oven because it took them and hour and a half to deliver it, and now I have to wait until I finish heating it up. The pizzeria is nomore than 3 minutes away so I believe they may be piling on orders to make it easier for them to knock it out all off at once. I guess now I learned you might have a better chance to get it fresh by picking it up yourself.

Usual pizza spot with great flavor, service from the larger gentleman tending the front is actually why I don’t go back. He’s rude and ignorant and blatantly ignores me. In once instance he stood there talking to co workers while a line formed behind me, and rolled his eyes at me when I asked if I can order now. Food is great, with a wide range of items on the menu which is always a plus, but service is always trash. Even the delivery couriers had a difficult time picking up their orders. Won’t return.

Food used to be good. Do not order when they are busy because you will get rushed unseasoned watery food. Then they will kindly apologize and say because the food was “touched” no refund or exchange could be made. Way to lose a loyal customer.

I dont know if all these people that have eating here know what good quality Italian food is this has to be the worst Italian food I have ever eatin I ordered the baked ziti the pasta was Not fresh the cheese tasted like cheap cheese I also ordered the calamari they were the thinnest calamari I have ever eatin a really fishy smell which told me the calamari was also cheap first time here and definitely my last terrible terrible when food is great tasting and great quality you can tell by the way the person leaves there plate now tell me how good this food was

I've been going here about 15 years now but not anymore. They used to have the best dollar slice around. Now, I buy the Big Special every other week. Prices increased and quality decreased. Garlic knots are hard and dry, pizza taste cheap and the wings are too salty. Even if you call and order on the phone, they won't have it ready by the time you come in. Guy at the register is rude and one time I had to walk out because he was yelling at one of the customers. Haven't been satisfied with this place in a long time but I kept going because of memories, I guess. After this last time when they made me wait 2 hours for one pizza? Don't think I'm gonna go back.

So I order before from this restaurant and didn't have any major problems. But today ...I order a Large pepperoni pizza, garlic knots, grilled chicken ceaser salad, fried calamari, small chicken soup. So the pizza was okay not the best right along with the salad and garlic knots. But the soup was soup from a can from I was told by the manager, now correct me if im wrong but usually when you order a soup from a restaurant it's usually homemade. But when I spoke to the manger or whoever he was he was rude argumentative and hung up the phone on me when I was still speaking. I didn't pay for a soup in a can I could have went and bought a can of soup for all that. Then the calamari half was not done the other half was burn like come on and the food came cold on top of that. When I ask for a refund for just those 2 items is when I got hung up on but it's cool grubhub refunded me. Then on top of that they get your order wrong and say oh well nothing they can do about it. What gets me is the customer service from this establishment that I experienced today and the last time, my fault for giving 2nd chances to make things right and due to that I will no longer be a customer and I really hope everyone reads this post and choose to deal with another pizza restaurant with less stress or drama.

Today i order 10 piece wings with garlic sauce and curly fries via grubhub.The fries was good but, the wings is horrible. The wings was burnt on one side and white on the other, it taste like old freezer burnt chicken with garlic oil thrown on It. The chicken was so horrible a bump wouldn't eat that shit..I would never order from them again..

Please stay away!!! This pizza was terrible. First off the crust was bland as cardboard, dry tasteless and too thick. there was barely any cheese on the pizza and it wasn’t evenly distributed. The marinara sauce taste like watered down ketchup. This pizza was an overall disaster and I will never spend my money at this establishment ever again.

They serve garlic knots without marinara sauce because they’re too lazy to make the cups. I always have to ask for it and they always forget to put it in the bag. Serving Mozzarella sticks, French fries, onion rings, marinara is mandatory. It’s not a question. This place cannot be owned by real Italians. Impossible. And the Antipasto sucks.

The pizza was outstanding the garlic knots where great the person that took my oder was very polite and friendly out of 5 star's I give it 4.9 I will definitely keep ordering from here my family love the pizza. medina family

I ordered a white pizza with chicken and vodka sauce and this is what I received. A drenched pizza thin as paper and soggy with sauce creating a pool on the pizza. The gyro flavor was horrible with sour white sauce and barely any meat on the gyro. The delivery took about a little over a hour to arrive and when we called back to question about the food. The “manager/person in charge” started to argue back and forth that he never made a pizza like that before so that’s why it came out like that. He refused to give a refund for the pizza and told me that he could remake the gyro but it would be the same. After a few minutes of going back and forth he offered to refund me for the gyro but tried to be slick and give me a different amount of money then I actually paid for. He ended up saying he would send the delivery driver back with my refund. It took over two and a half hours for the driver to come back with my money. I wouldn’t recommend this pizzeria and it’s sad because this was my first experience and unfortunately my last.

Craving pizza and has great reviews on google so I decided to order from this place. Ordered a Caesar salad pizza, mozzarella sticks, garlic knots and a ginger ale. 2 hours later it still hasn't arrived. I also live 5 min away. Now calling Chinese because no business is worth me starving myself. I guess they like losing new business. 0 stars!! Finally received my order. Apparently the ticket wasn't put into the "system". Was not even offered a discount but I was so hungry I just took it. The pizza was ok. Definitely not worth the wait or service. I won't be ordering again.

Ordered a pizza with 2-toppings. 1 topping on one-half, 1 topping on the other half. They gave me a half-fresh pizza! The pepperoni side was old! Only the mushroom side was fresh! Their solution when I sent them pics of the travesty? They wanted to offer me half of a refund. They have lost a whole customer and his family. #normallygreatpizza

I will NEVER order from them again!!! The attitude on the telephone is always rude! I asked for plates napkins and condiments to go with the large pizza order...always out of condiments! And never got plates & napkins!! Gave them another shot today...same rude young man on the phone...I asked for a well done crust...the crust was white dough!!!!! Feel like they stole my money!!! What a rip off! They used to be so on point! Won't get me again! I'm done and so disappointed!

I will never order from this place again order on a Thursday evening around 530pm. It took them almost 3 hours to deliver my food after I had to call 2xs and still waited and when I called to cancel order they finally sent it. Upon receiving my food it was disgusting. Pizza was hard and there was no extra cheese. The wings were burnt and hard. I called their customer service and was told I would recieve a credit as of 3 weeks later no credit.... will never waste my money here again $40.00 worth of garbage

Just waited 30 minutes and paid $31.00 for a two pizza pies that taste like dough. Plus the service was bad, one of the employees told me that I seemed to "be mad" because I asked why he served two police officers who came in after me and left before me. I was told "I don't know what I am talking about bro" that I am getting pies made and they called their slices in which was a lie because both officers ordered while standing inside. Also, I understand that this restaurant is busy but there were 10+ workers with a long wait still. The pizza is disgusting, I realized before leaving that they do not wear gloves nor give seasonings to customers. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here.

They have horrible customer service. Upon arrival of my pizza it was cold and taste very salty. I also purchased wings fir $5.00. I received 5 wingetts. This is highway robbery. When I called to make a complaint I was put on hold and when person pick up the phone, this person gave everey excuse in the world except for offering me a refund. I told him I was going to give a review. He responed do it. People beware of this restaurant they practice false advertising.and taking our money.

My food was disgusting. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. It came with sour cream that was spoiled and had extremely too much cheese. My husband order parmigiana the sauce was like water with no tast or flavor and to cover up the sauce the againnput an extreme amount of cheese.. not appetizing and a complete waste of money.
