Such a cute spot! Great dessert place for people that like a lighter dessert that isn’t too sweet or heavy. I got a London fog with the cold foam on top (loved the foam), a hojicha crème brûlée, and the mango mousse bear. All were delicious and I ended up getting three more desserts to go! The staff was super helpful & friendly. I’ll definitely come back.

Wife took me out here for a pleasant surprise. Ending up going with the mango moose bear. It was very cutesie and I could now say I’ve eaten a bear alive 🙀🐻🧸. Very cutesie dessert and it was also packed with loads of delicious flavor. The bear is definitely a mood 😴

This place is a hidden gem! I usually find desserts too sweet. All the desserts we ordered had just the right amount of sweetness and left me wanting more. Out of the items we ordered, I liked the blueberry moose bear the most. We also had two cookies and those were very good as well.

Meadow Dessert has adorable Asian desserts. The design of these desserts has a modern adorable twist to them - and past the instagrammable surface, yes, the desserts are genuinely delicious. The fruit cake instantly brought back memories of Chinese bakeries from my childhood, and the coconut milk bunny dessert tasted a lot like the coconut jelly that I had in Chinese dim sum banquets. The desserts are adorable and they are faithful to the ingredients of their Asian origins. Love it.

I have come here with loved ones multiple times and forgot to leave a review here before I moved out of state. Jade is always kind and welcoming whenever we visited and she is the BEST at making the drinks - especially the strawberry matcha drink. I always add vanilla flavoring for an extra kick of sweetness. It's perfection! The little tiramisu dessert they have with the teddy bear artwork on top is light and enjoyable. Not too sweet. Since I've moved far away, I have yet to find a cafe that makes the matcha/strawberry matcha latte quite like the ones made at meadow dessert. It makes me a little sad that I don't have this special little place to go to until I visit relatives back in NYC again. Thank you, Jade, for your customer service and excellent matcha drink making skills!

The shop is small but the inside has a limited seating area. Friendly and patient service. As for the desserts they’re displayed so nicely and adorably! I got the mango moose bear and it had a light mango taste, i definitely tasted the cream cheese. Very similar to a cheesecake. The tiramisu bear had a wonderful balance of coffee and mascarpone. Not too sweet and not too bitter. Lastly the matcha, to my surprise felt like it had no sugar added? Im not sure if i had to add additional sugar but it wasn’t bad at all. I like matcha and I didn’t mind personally.

This is absolute hidden gem in Astoria! Everything we ordered was soooo nice and yummy!! The desserts are not overly sweet, but crafted with excellent quality ingredients and love. Love the earl grey cheesecake and mango mousse bear. The 10000 coffee is also a must try! A delight to both eyes and belly;)

I stopped by and got the Strawberry Matcha Latte and WOW. The balance between the strawberry and matcha is absolutely perfect! Neither flavor overwhelms the other, and the color is vibrant and natural-looking. You can really tell the matcha is high quality. I asked the staff and found out they get their matcha powder from MEM TEA, I searched it up and it was the Matcha: Premium (Marukyu Koyamaen - Byakuren)… if you know you know. I LOVE MKKKKKK. This stuff is next level 🍵💚 Also had the Fruit Sando and it instantly took me back, my old favorite fruit sando spot in Manhattan closed, and I’ve been hunting for a good one ever since. This one is affordable, super creamy, and loaded with big, fresh strawberries. It was so satisfying and not too sweet. Already planning to come back to try the Hojicha. I love both matcha and hojicha, and I have a good feeling they’ll nail it too. If you’re a fan of real, authentic matcha, this spot is a MUST-TRY. So glad I found it 💚🍓

A breezy afternoon tea experience at Meadow Dessert! The idea is to focus on flavors rather than sweetness. You can enjoy desserts without feeling guilty. Earl Grey tea cheesecake. My top pick! The Earl Grey tea flavor is deep and strong, yet does not overpower the creaminess of the cheesecake. Strawberry bavarois. It’s rare to see bavarois in NY! The texture is light and fluffy, with a refreshing strawberry flavor. Ice chiffon cake. So soft and pillowy, it feels like angel food. Matcha tiramisu. The presentation is really adorable! You can taste the good quality of the matcha. Not too sweet, not too bitter. Mango mousse bear is so cute! Very fruity and refreshing. Coconut milk kitty pudding has a delightfully jiggly texture that is so hard to resist. Hoijicha ice latte has a unique toasty flavor, only mildly sweet.

Yuzu matcha iced drink lacked the taste of both ingredients, diluted. Latte was ok. On busy Steinway St so not far from the train. Metered street parking if driving.

The mango bear is cute but the taste is mid. I also ordered the ice chiffon cake, the cream was way too much and the taste is also so-so. Then when I ordered the small espresso, the coffee was the amount of a taste test and it wasn’t even full… And in the google maps, they show a picture of a daifuku and they said they didn’t sell it… so why put that picture if you aren’t planning to sell it?

The place is cute & the latte & vegan muffin was good but the lady working there was rude. Didn’t even greet with a hello. No one was there but me. I said hello first & not even may I help you! She just gave me a dirty look the whole time but the next lady that walks in was greeted with a big HELLO & how are u? She was probably a regular & my first time there. The place hasn’t been there very long & the only reason that I went there was because Starbucks was closed down that was nearby but no one wants to start their morning off by a rude barista!! How hard is it to be NICE!!!

I ordered mocha 12 oz and it’s not fully and taste a bit weird and you can see the texture of it seems like not really mixed it well.
